Good Daily App. I used to like this app a lot more than I do now. It’s great if you play the one daily puzzle a day, but I’ve been working through this app, unlocking stuff and every update frustrates me. I lose progress randomly. For someone who likes to unlock everything, I now have puzzles that I completed now say they’re locked and I can’t go back to do them because I’m not a pro member. And the most recent update just locked all of the packs that I had worked to unlock and it seems you have to complete them in order instead of doing some here and there like I had been doing. Oh well, still fun but the updates have definitely ruined it for me. I won’t play it as often

Love but hate. I really love this game, I look forward playing it every day with new puzzle. But with this new update when I try to sync my data from the cloud (because you have the 2 different option cloud or on the storage) it keeps rebutted and it won’t load with my save data. It’s really annoying because a whole calendar is empty. I went from from 38 crowns and having 1204 puzzles done to only have 37 crowns and 1152 puzzles done. Please fix this update. I don’t want to do any of the new puzzles because they won’t be on the cloud save and I would have to do them over again Would love to give this 5 stars but it’s getting 3 because they need to fix this update so I can play the right storage

Update Ideas. I absolutely love this game! I play it everyday and all day. Some puzzles are challenging, which I truly enjoy. I think’d it be great if there was either a leaderboard for each puzzle pack, so you could see how fast you’re completing the puzzles compared to the other players. Or there could be like an average game time. Like it takes typically 3:00 minutes to complete this puzzle, so people can know whether they’re performing above or below the average speed. I love completing the puzzles fast, but of course there are some puzzles that are harder that I have higher times on and I want to know if I’m doing a bad job or just right. If not that, just like a beginner time/intermediate time/advanced time list for each puzzle. This could coincide with earning stars for each puzzle for how fast/slow you complete a puzzle. I feel like a lot of updates regarding the styling or even the challenging factor behind it would improve the game a lot more.

Unsolvable. More than half of the daily challenges and some of the newer released puzzles are COMPLETELY UNSOLVABLE unless you use a hint. I’ve played other games like this with more squares that were much harder and had no trouble solving them so I know I’m not just being stupid. On Today’s daily challenge I couldn’t even fill a single square before I had to use a hint Bc there was absolutely no row or column with enough information. It says in your tutorial as well as every other explanation of this exact kind of puzzle “there should be NO guessing work” but look at that, now just to solve your puzzles I’m either buying hints or guessing. Because they aren’t possible to solve otherwise. And Your support center never responds so I hope more and more people are encouraged to leave bad reviews until the editors are forced to fix their negligence.

I know it wont make a difference. I know it wont make a difference to the developer, my leaving a review, but I will echo countless other reviews that insist that the monthly subscription is simply too steep. $4.99 a month for a few puzzle packs is simply boggling. I would be willing to purchase individual puzzle packs (providing they weren’t each more than a dollar or two), however a monthly subscription for this kind of game does not make sense and I will not be purchasing one. That said, I enjoy the puzzles I do have access to and find gameplay usually intuitive. There are quite a few that require hints in later levels though. Because of this, I would appreciate a bookmark feature that you can save puzzles at a certain step and then “rewind” back to it after attempting to solve by trial and error. The “undo” feature only will let you go back a few steps.

Great Game Getting Gradually Worse. I would have rather had an in-game report option rather than having to write a negative review, but here I am. I’ve played this game daily for years, so I obviously like it very much. They’ve been increasing the frequency of ads, most of which have not been overly problematic, but nobody likes tons of ads, so it’s worth mentioning. Now to why I’m actually here (again, a report button would have prevented this): They’ve recently added banner ads beneath the gameplay field. I adapted to not accidentally touching the ads fairly quickly, so I won’t complain much about that; however; this has broken gameplay to a fair extent. We now have severe lag and extended gameplay freezes, with and without the timer continuing. Note that this was never a problem until the banner ads arrived. This game used to be aesthetically pleasing, and now it looks like cheap garbage. It’s all so, so unfortunate. Tell me, as you chase off your player base, does your ad revenue increase or decrease? I’d be very interested to see the mathematical formula.

Appreciate the challenge, but have some suggestions…. I consider myself an expert Picross player, so I actually welcome having to sometimes think ahead multiple steps to advance a puzzle, or take an educated guess (sure beats filling random squares for the sole purpose of making levels literally impossible-looking at you, The Magic Brush.) The one-time VIP purchase was so worth it for no ads and double the content, and although I did have to suffer through 43%Gate like every other iPhone user, I endured. Still, there are a few things that I’d like to suggest to further improve the quality of this experience: (1)Bring back the second music for levels. (2)Have some way to put X’s in a row or column that’s otherwise completely filled. (3)Deepen the contrast of completed numbers, since they often blend in with the background. And most importantly (4)Overhaul the Daily Puzzle menu so it’s easier to search for a specific date without having to tap the “back” button repeatedly.

It’s all about the VIP. I’ve been playing this game of sometime now. And just to be upfront. I don’t spend money on apps. There is enough advertisement being sold, and a lot more lately in this app, that my having to watch ads is enough of a payment in my mind. I used to enjoy playing this game but recently there was a big change that if you haven’t purchased the VIP package all you get is the daily game and some bundled games that if you play and beat your previous score in a certain time you get some coins. There are a lot more ads than there used to be. Seems like every time you start a game and end a game there’s an ad. If you exit out of one of the “mini” games and get back in there’s an ad. Games aren’t saved if you exit a mini game so not only do you get to watch an ad but you get to start with a blank puzzle. Plenty of other ways to entertain yourself. For a game that states their goal is for you to relax they really miss the mark in my opinion.

Love the game. But…. Love this game. Have had it for a couple years now. Play daily. When a new free pack comes out I finish it in line 2-3 days. When I have the money I’ll pay got a short time off vip to play then other levels as well. But for 3 days now I’ve not been able to get the game to load. I have the newest version on the game and my phone is up to date as well. I’m getting quite sad and frankly mad that I’m unable to play at this point. Please look into this. At this point I don’t think it’s my phone but something on your end that’s making the game not load

Was my favorite game. This used to be my absolute favorite game. I love logic puzzles, and these seemed never ending. However, I’m really disappointed with the new update. Instead of it being all of the hints you can earn either by purchasing or watching ads, they’ve now changed it to a coin system. You can watch an add for 90 coins, and then pick which hint you want (error check, random line, chose a line, random blocks), BUT all of these cost more than 90 coins... so in order for me to get what the old hints were (random line), I have to watch 3 ads instead of one... that’s absolutely ridiculous to me. It used to be so much fun, but not anymore. Such a scam.

Darker type please. I really have always liked your game. It’s very fun to play. But there is one big ‘BUT’. But I have difficulty seeing the numbers when the puzzles are more challenging and the blocks and numbers get smaller. And yes, I know you have a magnifying glass, but that’s a pain to maneuver, and the arrows get in the way. I find myself just bagging your game of the day and waiting for a less difficult puzzle with numbers I can see. Isn’t there any way you could make the font on the numbers darker? Not bigger; just darker. It would be most helpful for those of us with eye issues. I play other similar games, and have never had a problem with seeing the numbers. Ads too long and intrusive. Overall I think this could be a top-notch game if they fixed a few things. One, it asks me every single time if I want to play the cloud game or a local game. Either remember the answer and give the option to change it in settings or just assume, like every other game does, that I want to continue from the cloud. Two, it would be nice if the game would auto-fill the Xs if I clicked the clue bar when all the colored squares are filled in. Third, and almost all free games suffer from this so know it won’t make a difference, but the ads are way too long and unavoidable. This would probably bother me less if I was farther along and the boards were harder and took longer but sometimes the ad lasts longer than I’ve played. Over half the time I just exit out of the games and go do something else. Only come back when I’ve run out of lives or energy on other games or I accidentally click the wrong picture cross game’s logo.

It was good till your upgrades. This was a 5 star game until it started charging for everything. I had just paid money for a pack of hints, I had 36 hints left. Then one day I get on and my hints were gone. Now to get a hint it’s charged up to 400 coins for error scan and 300 for a hint. You should have at least applied my 36 hints left to equal the coin value charged for each hint. Your upgrade was a rip off to those of us who have paid for the extras. I guess I will find another comparable game. You also should reduce what you charge for the helps. My other game charges 50 for error scan and 100 for a hint. Why play this when it’s cheaper elsewhere?

This was my favorite game. This use to be my favorite game. I became a vip so i could play all levels. I had them all played and would wait on new ones to come out. I had a bunch of coins saved up as well. Then it wouldn’t load one day. Looked for an update and nothing. Checked the game every day to see if it would load and never would. Then i decide to delete and re add the game. Lost everything and had to start over which was fine but since then i have had fo continually delete the game and start over after a couple of weeks of playing. Very frustrating having to restart over and over and over again. I wish you could get the bugs worked out. I always loved playing this game.

Freezes & dosn’t give coins for watching!!. I did love the game, but since the last update, the game FREEZES after EVERY commercial ad! I have to close out of the game & go back in again!! How annoying!!! Plus you LOSE the coins you were supposed to get from watching the ad!!! This happens no matter where you are in the game- daily puzzle, regular path puzzle, etc. I kept waiting for the developer to fix this issue- but nothing has happened yet! I would increase the stars, but the game has broken features & doesn’t work properly! It worked perfectly fine before the last update, but now its just annoying! I’ve lost so many coins that I should have been able to collect- & you need these in order to play past games, special games, & to use some features! Please fix thus problem!!!!!!

Ads. I understand that they are necessary or I could pay and have it free of ads. I know you guys have to eat. I don’t mind watching them so I don’t pay for the vip version. I do have a problem when I can’t exit the ad when I’m allowed to. There is a google ad banner at the top that now prevents me from exiting when I watch a video for a hint. I’m stuck on this one level and I can’t earn enough coins to get a hint to get me started again. So right now I’m kind of disappointed. Otherwise, the game is awesome and is the best app in the App Store for this type of game. I really enjoy what you’ve created. But I need it all to work the way it is supposed to work. Thanks in advance for fixing my issue.

Used to love it!. I’ve been playing these puzzles for years and have always enjoyed. However, just today i opened up the app and discovered that they have now implemented an “energy system” which costs me energy to play each puzzle and prohibits how many i can play during a time period. What’s more, it charges you energy for just opening the puzzle, so if you get to the puzzle and decide you want to play a different one, you will waste the energy. Even MORE infuriating is that you can tap on a game, go back to the screen, tap on a new one, and the one you previously tapped on does not remain unlocked, so to go back to it you will have to spend energy once again. I understand the developers have to make money, which is why i was sympathetic when the paid packs were released, and the premium “Expert Mode” too, but this is too much for me. An energy system just makes the game unplayable for me, since i typically play in spurts with multiple puzzles after another. I am very disappointed in this development and if it continues I will likely stop playing the game. This game was good at its core, and cracked me up with its funny pictures and copyright-avoiding movie titles, but I feel like the developers are straying away from that and it has taken the fun out of it for me.

App no longer loads with newest update - updated. Really liked but can’t even open anymore after latest update. Stuck on 43% loading. Update - after several attempts to open app it has opened. But now on hard puzzles, when it asks if you want to start using a random line to help you out - which I do not want to do - there is no longer a way to opt out of it. In fact the “x” in the upper corner of all pop-ups is now just gone. Whole thing is just very glitchy now, it’s also taking excessive time to register what I tap and isn’t registering everything so I have to move much slower and more deliberately than before. Disappointing as this was one of my favorite puzzles and the execution in this app used to be much better than other apps.

Awesome! But please read😕.... Hey developers! I don’t know if you’ll see this at all, but in case you do I just have a little feedback. I used to be absolutely obsessed with this game! It is a fantastic idea and I used to play it for hours! Now I completed the game and every puzzle few months ago, and while I still have the game, I feel like it’s gone a little downhill. I get the company needs to make money, so I would deal with the few adds that would pop up and it would be an awesome game. Now you have added the thing where you have to BUY most packs, and it’s gotten very expensive. Since I’ve completed the game, every time a new pack comes out I think ‘yay! I can play some more!’ But once again, you have to pay for it. You haven’t gotten out a free pack in MONTHS, all I get to do is the daily puzzle and they are always very easy. I just feel like you could add more free puzzles so people who really just want to play the game can play the game. You could even ad more adds, but I really feel like I want to play the game I used to love😢. But all in all, great concept. I love the actually game part. Thank you for reading this if you did and I hope you take what I said into account🙂.

Stuck on opening screen. 5th UPATE: worked for a few weeks then they updated with a new version...grrr. It loads all the way to 100% then crashes back to iPad home screen. So frustrating. I might check back in a month and see. When it works...it’s great! 4th UPATE: Spoke too soon. New update killed it. Stuck at 43% on opening screen. It was a fun 3 days!! Sad for the “minor fixes” that seem to destroy a good thing. 3rd UPDATE...GAME IS FINALLY FULLY RESTORED. IM AT THE LEVEL I WAS BEFORE AND STILL HAD ALL THE COINS I HAD ACCRUED. Now...there’s a new version update for the game which worries me! That’s what started this whole frustration. 2nd UPDATE: still won’t load past red background, black logo “Space Sheep”. So sorry but your last update of minor fixes didn’t fix this problem. Really hate to delete app and start over. Have found other games to enjoy now. UPDATE: still not working. Latest update did nothing for me. I’m not willing to delete & reload app because I know I’ll lose my 10,000+ coins and all the progress through levels. Stir frustrated...please keep trying. I love this game and even paid to be VIP! Would easily give it 4+ stars!! Latest update caused daily puzzle to not work...so tried to “data sync” and now when I try to open it stays stuck on red “space sheep” logo. Please fix...this game is a part of my morning ritual!

Why Even Bother Playing?. I’ve played this game forever. I do the daily puzzle every day, I save up coins to go back months and years to play old ones. I’ve done this constantly. But this company has completely lost site of their game. I freely support that games should have a free version and a VIP version, but when you damage the free version this much, it’s ridiculous. I have to watch a video to play every single new puzzle and it’s ridiculous. This doesn’t encourage anyone to get the VIP subscription which I already think is silly, it’s not a streaming service it’s a puzzle game. Certain packs should be a buy to buy process. It makes me not want to play at all. I like having more options to watch videos to get coins, which I utilize, and I don’t mind watching an ad between puzzles, but when I have to literally pay for each puzzle through whatever micro transaction takes place every time we see an ad, enough becomes enough. I get closer to deleting the game I play literally every day, it’s so annoying

Loads Slowly and Freezes Frequently. I’ve been playing this game almost every day for years at this point, but when the rebrand happened, I feel like everything just went downhill. The app is extremely slow and freezes on me to the point where I have to close it fairly often. I’m also trying to go back and finish all of the dailies I’ve missed, and the puzzle for January 7th, which I apparently started in January but didn’t finish, won’t load at all. It just stays on the loading screen, moving so excruciatingly slow, until I close the app entirely. I love how challenging the puzzles have gotten lately. It forces you to think a few steps ahead at points, which is really fun. For a while, the puzzles felt too easy and were unfulfilling, but the current difficulty is good for me. This is all stuff I would have been willing to tell you in the in-app surveys that are supposed to be available, but I haven’t been able to get one to load in months. The screen just goes white when I click on the survey button and I have to grope around for an invisible close button to get back to the app home screen. Fix it so you can get feedback.

Great! but... i absolutely love this game! i’ve been playing for so long, and would 100% recommend this game to friends. the issue i’m having right now is that i cant login. everytime i open the app, it says 18% loaded, jumps to 100%, the title screen flashes (it says logi pic) and then it all goes blank except for the loading bar which get stuck at 100%. ive tried waiting for 2 minutes and it still wouldn’t load, closing and opening it back up, nothing. the app is up to date aNd i just updated my software. i would hate to delete the app because i’m not connected to facebook & i don’t want to lose my progress. please fix this!

Great game! Needs more updates. This was my go to game which is a big deal considering I play lots of games on my phone. The ads don’t bother me because i understand that the game has to generate revenue for free players. However, I finished all of the free puzzles and haven’t had an update to add anymore which leaves me with daily levels. The subscription package is simply far to much that I am willing to pay. A flat rate for packs would be optimal and I would definitely purchase them assuming they aren’t more than a few dollars. Again great game, no free updates, and poor subscription incentive. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Best Nonogram App I’ve Found. I’ve downloaded and played several nonogram apps over the years. This is the one I keep coming back too. I like it because the puzzles are large and more difficult. I like it because there’s nothing limiting me from playing all day if I feel like it. I like it because there are enough free puzzles to keep me going. I have considered paying for it but it is too expensive. If the life time membership were the cost of one month of the monthly membership I’d have already done so.

Enjoyable game at times. For the most part, I enjoy the game. However, there is one feature that I often get frustrated with and that is the 90 coins bonus video. I never know when a level is going to offer me the chance to watch a video or not. When I open the app to do the daily puzzle, it can be a hit or miss if I will get the opportunity to watch a video to earn 90 coins and I often have to go to several other levels before I can get a video offer. I’m confused to why this is happening and it is quite frustrating to manage. Otherwise, the game is fun.

Like it has been said: Too Many Adds. I used to play this game nearly every day for years. However, since the latest update it forces you to watch an add before every. Single. Puzzle. I would watch the booster adds probably twice or three times per day. And now I’m forced to watch them? Not only for the daily puzzle (which I could understand, not like but understand) but for the unlockable packs as well!! Ridiculous. On top of this their redesign has some issues. It provides text instead of images like it used to, making it harder for those who can’t read English. The graphics are more busy, making it harder for those with sensory issues. And they jacked the prices of the old dailypuzzles from 90 in game coins to 200 in game coins! (There was a short time where it was only 15 coins to do so, but I think that was a just a short term excuse to point back to after the price was jacked so much.) I love this game without the mandatory adds but unfortunately I will no longer be playing this game.

Horrible glitch and no one to fix it. I’ve been playing this app for a couple years now and this month the daily puzzle has been messed up twice. I’ve emailed the developers and it’s still not fixed. One day it was one puzzle in the morning and I used a couple hints on it. When I got back to it it was a completely different puzzle and the hints that I used had made it unsolvable. Then today I get on and it’s no puzzle. The time says 969:96 and there’s nothing to solve. I’ve closed and restarted the app 3 times and it’s still the same. It’s very disappointing considering how long I’ve played this game. Normally I like this game, it’s part of my daily routine to do a puzzle. Guess I should find a new one if this can’t be fixed

The game itself is good…. But every time they switch up how you make coins, there’s always a glitch for a month or so. As of a few days ago, it now says for watching a video ad, I can make 300 coins instead of 90, so I went to watch a video ad, finished and closed it, and the game froze. Close and reopen the app, no coins. Did it again, same issue. Today, I opened the app and tried watching the video ad 3x in a row, and it just lets me continue to watch them but not give me the coins for it. Stop changing the game and the way you get coins - just add new levels and leave what works alone! Since the new update, you can’t get your coins for daily level either as when you finish, it doesn’t show you the photo or anything, it just sits on the screen like you messed up despite solving it, but if you go back to the daily main screen by going into the menu and clicking the door, it shows you that you completed the day. Disappointing that y’all won’t leave stuff alone for us to enjoy the game.

Turned into pay to win. I used to love it, but now everything costs too much. The new challenge levels, where you have to erase instead of build up without making a single mistake, and no temporary marks allowed, are impossible. I had access to the “actors” puzzles for a day, but it is now locked behind vip and I didn’t get to finish them and can’t move on. No new free puzzles. Daily ones are impossible without using coins. It is just a blatant money grab. There are much better options out there. Thinking hard about deleting this game, if nothing else I would get to start over since I have no levels left to play and no coins anymore, so no incentive to keep it as is. Update: Actors level is still glitched as locked for VIP. This game has turned unplayable unless you pay a lot of money and also watch a ton of adds. Game deleted.

Perfect, except..... This game is well executed, addictive and that perfect difficulty of hard enough that it's not boring, but not so hard that you can't watch TV, etc while playing. It's actually kind of sad because they made pretty much the perfect game, and then nearly ruined it with the stupid "energy" and subscription program. Each puzzle costs "energy" to play, and after a while they want you to buy more energy. This game is awesome and I would gladly pay a few bucks to own it and get rid of this irritating part. However, the only way to get rid of this is to become a "VIP" for $5 A MONTH. Are they serious?! You can buy entire games for a one time payment of $5 (usually less). I'm not paying $60 a year for one game, especially when I don't get to keep the "privileges" if I stop paying. The energy regenerates on its own over time so I still play the game, and I really love the actual game part of it. Hopefully they'll come to their senses and one day there will be a one time purchase option to get rid of all the energy nonsense.

Used to be great. I used to really like this game. Recently, it’s gotten much more glitchy to the point where it’s frustrating to use. I try to switch between the black square and the X setting and it freezes every single time and sometimes it doesn’t switch it all. I tried to do the daily puzzle this morning. It was completely blank, no numbers or anything. I tapped a random box to see if it would fix anything and it showed the picture at the end result. I’ve closed the app multiple times and gone back throughout the day to see if it would fix anything and it’s been the same result every time. This isn’t the even the first time in the last three days that I’ve had issues. I’m about to just delete the app because it’s such poor quality now.

Beautiful Game. Not in the aesthetic sense (although it does have a cute layout) but more so in the craftsmanship. You can tell the devs put effort and intentionality into their work, and all the levels are appropriately challenging. There’s no paywall to enjoy this game either, which automatically puts it leagues above most apps. As long as you’re watching ads more often than not, you can gain coin pretty quickly. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that I’ve caught up on levels and the daily levels aren’t available for more than the one day. I don’t play often, and I tend to switch between apps when I do. The level freezes if you do that, so I have to close the app and reopen it; and the normal levels will save the progress, but the daily levels reset it. So I don’t have time for it and that means once I’ve caught up I can only wait for the next pack to be available.

Marking buttons changed :(. Like another player stated, the buttons to fill and place an X changed with the most recent update. I have played this app daily for a couple years now, and stuck with this one over other identical apps specifically for the fact that I could just hover my thumb in a general area, hit one spot and it would toggle back and forth. I could mark it up so quickly without thinking about it. Now I have to actually look at the buttons every time I need to switch and make sure I’m hitting the right one. It makes it a lot slower and more tedious. Not sure I can stick with it any longer if the buttons are going to stay this way. Please change them back!!!

App malfunction. I love this app I’ve been playing for as long as I can remember. However there have always been some loading issues where I can’t get the app to start without trying a few times, and recently since a week ago the app will not open at all and consistently gets stuck at 43% loaded. This has become very frustrating and I hope this is something a new update can help :( I love this game and would be really sad to not be able to play it anymore

Almost the best game I have on my phone. This is a great game but there are few easy QOL issues with the game, and if they are fixed, it would be the best game. - on an iPhone, if you pull down the task manager while in a level, the game freezes and you have to restart the app to make it work again. - the loading time to start the game is way too long. I have much larger games that take way less time to load, I’d spend more time optimizing that than adding new levels. - there is no need to make a user watch two ads to be able to play the daily challenge or the brain challenge. Just let us play it with no ads, or most of us just won’t play it. - the event/challenge tab just doesn’t work at all, I can never play anything that’s on there, clicking the “play” button doesn’t do anything. - some levels are literally not possible. Play test the levels before publishing them. I’ve looked up tutorials, and even they say it’s not possible. (Like summer 11 & 14)

I enjoy it but.... I really enjoy this app. After searching and searching this became one of my favorite (I have one other that I already completed so waiting for future updates). I appreciate the work you have put on it but there is two features that are missing that I think would be very helpful and would make game play a bit more pleasant. One feature is the option to have auto fill for the ‘x’ tiles. I will like it to be able to auto fill the ‘x’ tiles even if I fill in the number(s) of tiles in the wrong position(s) on any given column or row. It’s a bit complicated to fill in tiles one by one specially if the row/column requires to fill in, let say, 2 tiles on a, let say, 20x20 board. I know there’s the option to drag to fill in tiles which brings be to the second feature, when dragging over already filled in tiles to not be over written by what I’m filling them out with so if I’m dragging to fill in ‘X’s and drag over a filled in tile to not get changed to ‘x’ or viceversa. Thank you for your hard work on this app and recent update.

Beyond fun and challenging.. This game is incredible. Although I feel the VIP price is very high, I still get tons of enjoyment resolving the puzzles. The daily puzzles are a nice daily break from the puzzles I’ve already completed with a new one to do everyday. I wasn’t entire sure where to put this complaint, but it seems the devs see those things here. The only inconvenience (not really a problem, just annoying) is that if I’m listening to music and open the app, my music stops playing. Would love to have that fixed. On every single other account, I absolutely love this game!

Intrusive ads. Today I started playing while listening to a podcast. Every couple minutes an audio ad would start, pausing my podcast. What makes this annoying is that due to something in this game’s ad structure, when the ad is done, the audio I was originally listening to doesn’t come back. So I have to switch apps, restart the audio and when I come back to the game it’s a 50/50 chance that it will have frozen and I have to restart the app entirely. All because an audio ad won’t allow my original audio to restart when it’s over. This is likely to kill the game for me as the podcast or audio I’m listening to is my priority. This happens w the ads I’ve encountered between the games sometimes, but restarting the app between puzzles doesn’t make me lose all my work on a puzzle. So this ongoing issue has now become untenable.

Love it!. This is probably my favorite game, and I have been playing it everyday for months. I long ago completed all the free puzzles and rely on the daily level as a way to stay connected with the game. I absolutely love that I can now go back and play previous days! It’s a great new feature that allows me to play more than one game each day. I am fine watching ads to gain more coins in order to do this. However - if I pay for a previous day’s level and don’t complete it immediately, the app asks me to pay an additional 200 coins each time I open it. So if I restart my app or want a finish a game later, it could cost me 600 coins to play a daily level. It would be nice if once I pay the 200 coins to “unlock” a previous day’s level, then that day stays unlocked. I was so excited about this new feature but frankly this is annoying. I will continue to play the daily level each day as a way to stay connected to the game, but honestly I can’t myself continuously paying coins for previous day’s games over and over again. Please look into this!

Daily puzzles NOT fixed!!. Yet another issue with daily puzzles... and now I’m having to write a negative review because contacting through the app is non-existent and the app support website through the App Store isn’t working. And sorry, but I’m not sending an email for feedback on the app. That’s a suggestion: put a “contact us” option IN the app! Additionally, the daily puzzles lately have been made to be WAY too hard. They now almost all require using many many hints in order to solve them and that’s just frustrating as a loyal player. I want to feel accomplished when I solve the puzzle, not annoyed because I need 7 random fill ins to even make an inch of progress. All my other games similar to this can be solved with no hints, but hints are available if needed. That’s how it should be. Please fix these issues. It’s a great game otherwise! I play everyday!

Some issues. The data sync system is flawed, and so I have recently lost a lot of the last year of playing despite being connected the whole time. Also, as often happens the game refused to open fully after an update and so I had to completely delete and reinstall since it was frozen up and would never open despite repeated attempts. This game also requires internet connection to start up if you wish to play any of your purchased packages even though it clearly denotes in the settings page that you have full vip status. It should give me the option to download the packages and then keep them all on unless stated otherwise, because many of us don’t always have internet connections. Quite irritating. Game wise, I enjoy the puzzles and I like the overall game mechanic’s compared to similar games. Hopefully they can address data sync, update, and internet requirement in the future.

The only app I play daily. I love this app more than any other app and I have had it for years. I have the lifetime V.I.P. and have had it since only a few months after initially downloading the app. I’ve only ever had a few issues with things the devs have added (the energy epidemic being the big one) but ultimately I still love the app. My only issue with the app right now is that it won’t let me play any of the new daily puzzles. I’ve completed every puzzle available to me. I want to play the daily puzzles but the app won’t let me. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or something but I’d just like it to be fixed so I can keep playing my favorite app.

Data Still Lost. I’ve been playing since October 2017. There was an account link issue and then my game got stuck unable to open. I contacted them multiple times with no help. The only suggestion they gave was deleting the game and then logging in again. It was my last ditch effort and now I have no data anymore. Years of progress just gone. It was my favorite game but it’s too depressing to start over. They keep telling me to email them, so I do it and then they provide their auto response that they’re “working on it”. How about actually working on it instead of commenting on people’s reviews? Still can’t get in… wish they would fix it before they lose my game data forever. Not sure how often they run their backups, but it’s been so long that they might not have my old data anymore.

even giving a star is a lame and shame.. FYI: I and my friend have the same problem Update was automatically done and when restarting the game, it was totally freezing. So I deleted the game and reinstalled it. But the game data was completely gone. And loading page just freezed when loading is done 15%. The game keeps showing up in-app purchases is not available although I turned off it for iphone. So my/ my friend's question is... Is there any ways to restore entire game data before erasing game? Is there any ways to not freeze when 15% loading is completed when starting the game? Any explanations why this keeps occuring over and over? Is it possible to restore game data without synchonize facebook account? Is there any ways to not see the message like in-app purchases are not possible. Please let me know. user Id might looks different when deleting the game and reinstalling the game. I love this game but…. I have spent hours playing this game over the last couple of years. I got to the point where I had played every level possible, completed all of the daily levels available, and was waiting on new levels and playing the new daily levels. I paid for the lifetime vip access about two years ago. I had to get a new phone and did a phone transfer to avoid losing everything but the app wouldn’t open, so I deleted it and reinstalled it. I didn’t mind having to start over, but my vip access won’t reinstate and I’m not happy with that. Is there anything I can do to get my vip access back without having to pay for it again?

Loved it until the last update. Yikes that update killed all the joy in this game. It was a clean, easy to use, fun nonogram app. My whole family played. And we didn’t need to be VIPs. If you used the coins judiciously, you could still make it through the hard levels. But the latest update means that it would crash every time you’d watch a video to earn coins. And that it would never offer videos when you went to spend coins. Suddenly, we were all out of coins, and there are levels that you just can’t win without either guessing all over the place (and since you can’t use the undo feature an unlimited amount of times, guessing is really difficult to do), or by spending some coins to get some squares revealed. I’m now stuck on Superheroes 14. I’m playing by taking a screenshot and playing it in procreate where I can have unlimited undos, but it’s way harder to do it that way. And too much bother. I’m afraid we might all be done with it in our house...

Daily Puzzle NOT WORKING for September. Update: I was finally able to start doing the daily levels again; however, it is September 10th. If I don’t become a VIP then I won’t get a chance to do the previous daily levels for this month. Since I finished all the levels I could, my goal was to start doing all the levels for each month. It would be nice for the devs to make those daily puzzles available for free, if possible, to make up for all the frustration. With that being said, it’s a very fun game with a lot of challenging levels even when playing for free. It’s something I look forward to playing every day. The only reason it’s not a 5-star rating is for the daily levels issue this month which was extremely frustrating. If possible, please make this month’s previous daily levels available to complete. I love playing this game and since I finished all the puzzles I could without paying for additional ones, I always look forward to playing the daily puzzle. It’s now September 6th, and the daily puzzle still doesn’t work for September and it’s very frustrating. I can’t even play the game now, and I’m F2P so I won’t be buying new puzzles. Please fix this issue!

Easy and Adorable. This has to be the easiest Nonogram game out there. Unlike the others i’ve played, this one actually explains the rules that was easy to understand, let alone the intercept technique I never knew about. The other games will just tell you how to play for one level and then you will be on your own for the rest. I will also like to mention how friendly this game is. The little mascot that teaches you how to play is adorable, and the audio or soundtrack of the game is really calming and somewhat moving. When I completed the 5th level on my own, using the technique and all, the winning music was just so cute. It may sound a little silly, but the music made me feel really good about myself, and I just think that’s how completing any nonogram puzzle should feel like. Please keep up the good work. :)

Great game, but broken ads steal energy points. First off, I love this game. I seriously spend way too much time on it, and I’m not one that’s constantly on their phone. In fact, I’m the type that can easily go all weekend without looking at it. I don’t love the simple puzzles because they are way too simple, but once you get to the 16x16s it’s awesome and I’ll spend hours playing. ... that said, the ad logic need some serious work. I hit a random empty ad where the screen is just black, and am forced to close out the game and start over. Annoying. But even more annoying is that then when I click the puzzle again, I’m charged energy a second time! I can deal with having to close the app and restart, but the fact that I’m robbed energy drops my rating two full stars.

Update issue. Hi Tapps Technologies. I just had to write this review as the recent update completely removed all the VIP levels which I had paid for. As a subscription payment is not within my means I was thrilled when you put in a one time purchase for twenty something dollars. I am deliberately not taking off any stars but please do put back in all of those levels. I understand your reasons for making the changes but cannot help but find them irritating. Thanks

My favourite. Love this game. When I finish a level I hate that I have to wait to each new day just to be able to do the daily puzzles. What I would love is if you had a clear all button. I’m stubborn so I try to complete as many levels as I can without using a hint, and sometimes I delete the whole thing a few times before I eventually give in and use one so a clear all button would be amazing

Gone downhill.... Unfortunately this has become the buggiest and most frustrating game I've ever played on my iPad. So many bugs, constant freezes, crashes. Loses your progress and you have to start a puzzle again. So bad when almost finished a puzzle after 15 minutes. Watch ads, then don't get the reward. Have been playing for quite a while now, and it keeps getting worse. Don't really know why I keep playing, but I want to complete all the puzzles. That could take years though, as they slowly drip feed the main puzzles. Have waited weeks for a new category of 20 puzzles. Complete them in a day or 2, then wait weeks again. And the dev's expect us to pay $50+ to unlock the game? Not worth it. It's a shame as the game could be very good. But very poorly implemented. Think it's time for me to move on...

Great game and lag fixed!. Update: the latest update has fixed the lag, thanks to the developers listening to feedback. Such a relief because this is one of my favourite apps and I have played it daily for 4 years.

Nothing else happens afterwards. After I complete a puzzle. I cannot progress because I see no other button that makes me go out of the puzzle. Even the menu cannot be operated. I have to get out of the app via double clicking my home button and swiping the app away and go back in, then I can go to the next puzzle. This is very annoying and I don’t think my my interest is going to heighten if this bug remains any longer.

Enjoyable. I’ve been playing this game for ages and have always enjoyed it. When I’ve had issues in the past the support has always been very good. My only wish is that the game included redo as well as undo. My only gripe is the load time - typically over 30 seconds but once loaded it plays well. Thanks.

Pretty good. Great game really enjoy it but the VIP/expert mode (in-game purchases) are a bit annoying, also it won't let me play the daily challenges for some reason, I was able to do them when I first got the game and successfully completed the 29th, 30th & 31st of January puzzles but ever since it hit February the daily puzzles don't even show up for me nor do I get the option to play them but my notifications are telling me that there is one to do, unfortunately due to this I have missed my chance to complete the 1st of February's puzzle and therefor unable to complete ALL of this months puzzles, not sure if there is a limit to how many daily challenges I can do but if this is just a bug it's kind of upsetting. Debating on whether to give this a 3 star but I'll leave it with a 4. Edit: the problem with the daily challenges has fixed itself and I am now able to play them but still missed out on February 1st daily challenge.

Game isn’t loading. After downloading the recent update, the game won’t open and gets stuck at 15%. No issues up until now, please have a look as it seems as though I’m not the only one.

Cloud Save Broken. I love this game alot, infact I've been playing well over two years But that's my issue I'd about finished every single puzzle, including the dailies and was moving on to the hard/vip puzzles when my phone came across a storage issue and I had to uninstall "It has cloud save" i thought "it's fine" I installed it again a couple weeks later to find the cloud save wasn't working and I had lost over two years worth of progress The game is great and helps me destress and focus- makes me feel smart too. But yeah, I wouldn't recommend getting too invested if you have to change phones or have to uninstall it for any reason A bit heart broke but I'll hopefully get back to my past point

I can’t restore my purchases 😩. I’ve been a long term user (left a 5 star review!) but the app froze and wouldn’t load so I ended up having to delete it and restore it and now I can’t restore my VIP purchase! Please help, because I love this game so much! 😢

Great game but.... Logic Pic is my favorite game of all times and I have to wait until 00:00 to play the daily challenge before bed every night. But lately the game has shown some bugs such as when reached the first day of the month, the 1st daily challenge cannot be played but I can play the second daily challenge on the next day which means I will have to miss a challenge. And also today’s challenge(3rd of March), I can tap into the challenge but where is no numbers in the game which is empty in every row and column. When I select any box and unselect it, the game finished itself and shows the final picture of the day. I really do love this game so please fix the bugs as soon as possible. And please update more challenges both classic and expert mode. THANK YOU❤️

Used to be better. I used to love this game so much, like how there was a large variety of puzzles and all, but once you've finished all the free ones it's not a lot of fun. I don't want to pay for games that I'm going to finish semi quickly so I would prefer if there were more free rather than 4 or 5 more categories just for VIPs. Also, I don't really like the idea of the energy part in the recent update. I think that if I was trying to go on a spree of playing some of the puzzles, then I couldn't do that because I'd run out of energy. I think that it should be back how it used to be a few updates ago, when it was just about all free, and there wasn't any energy stopping me from playing.

This game is great!. I love it, and have been addicted to it for a while. I much prefer it over other apps of the same game. My biggest problem with it is that whenever I start up the app, it zooms in and I haven’t been able to play since this happened (despite deleting and reinstalling the app).

new update is terrible. I have loved this game for years, and I didn’t even really mind the fact that it often freezes after pausing - it’s just an inconvenience to reload it. However, the newest update now makes you pay 600 coins if you want the random line to start you off on the hard levels which used to be free. This is extremely disappointing.. I would be able to get over this and just stop using it if it didn’t still pop up every new level so now I have to close it each time.. Additionally, the very bottom row is now half blocked by the bottom menu making it extremely hard to even finish the row. Since I am at the end of the game and I always have to wait for new levels to be created, I think I will just stop using the game now.. Thank you for how good the app was before this update.

Awesome Game!. This is a great game and I’ve been playing it for a long time now. I think it’s probably the best of this kind on the market, and I definitely do and have recommended it! Only problem I have is that in about the last 2 days I have started having a problem with it freezing slightly sometimes. Like I am swiping to put down a row of squares but it freezes in the middle and I need to wait a moment to continue placing them. Also seems to happen more now changing between pencil and eraser.

Enjoyable game. The daily puzzles are great. Only issue for me is that it freezes quite regularly for around 20 to 30 seconds, so you need patience for it to unfreeze, but the time keeps accumulating so it looks like it takes me a lot longer to do each daily puzzle.

Colour. The only thing I don’t like about this game is that there is no colour on the picture when you are working out what it is. It’s pretty much impossible to work out the picture that you are drawing. But otherwise the game is good fun but i really wish there was colour

Fav game. This is the best game, I’ve been playing it for many years now and I have the VIP for life subscription, however after the 01 August 2022 update it got stuck on 60% (Loading essential campaigns) and not moving further and it’s not opening! Help please!

New update....disappointing. So you can’t play any level in a category without being vip now, you can only play one puzzle at a time until completed. I used to find ones that I found easy and just do them as I want to but with this new update we still can’t......I used to love this game but since this I am very disappointed. 🙁. Please try and fix this for the next update 😞

Great game except the update. I love this game it’s great for the mind however during the update to bring coins for hints you made the ads you watch give 90 coins. Before you watched an ad for a random line this wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that a random line cost 200 coins, meaning the allowed 2 ads for coins during a certain time period won’t even get you one random line.

Constantly loading. I really enjoy playing this game but lately when I try to play some of the January puzzles that I couldn’t finish the game just tells me that it is loading and won’t move from that screen. I then have to turn off my iPad to restart and play other levels

Subscription isn’t worth it. While I do love this game, and have paid for the subscription purely so I could go back and play all the old daily puzzles, I’ve realised that it isn’t worth it given that most of the puzzles are repeated multiple times! Perhaps if the subscription was at least half the price it is, that would be better value, but even then, you still have to pay extra on top for the expert mode! That’s just ridiculous!! And then there’s the epic delays in new content being added. I’ve been back over all the puzzles 3 times so far just to try and get my money worth, but I’m cancelling my subscription now because it’s just boring now!

Energy, really?????. I’m so mad, I’ve been playing this game for sooooo long, and I wake up this morning and now I have I use energy? Ur kidding me. This is so stupid, first I introduce the premium levels which you have to pay for, and I think, ok sure, I’ll pay, no big deal, but now energy, what is this game now, just a scam to get money, this is crazy. GREAT GAME BUT. i love the game but there are two problems. one is that when i start the app during the call, it loads but is zoomed in and i have to leave the call and restart the app up to play it. two i’m up on higher levels and you can only really start by using a hint which is frustrating. but overall prefer this over other apps of this puzzle. it tells you which number is filled in making it easier for me personally

NOT ENOUGH LEVELS!!!!. SO..... I have finished the game and I need more levels to keep me occupied!! I think its been about three months since I’ve finished and the only thing that is pushing me through it is the daily puzzles!!! Honestly cannot find a puzzle game with similar qualities!!!

unable to sync and restore purchase. Have been playing this app for 4 years And changed my phone for few times without any issues about the game record But last month when I changed to a ip14, I just cant sync the game progress, even the VIP lifetime subscription is gone. Very disappointed for the downslope over the years. Cant start all over again, with more than 6000+ puzzles to solve

Entertaining but annoying ads. Had to give it 4 stars as I enjoy playing, but it is so in your face with ads. And the price for non-ad version is a ridiculous subscription model

Won’t load. After the most recent update, I haven’t been able to get past the loading screen. I’ve tried restarting the app many times but it isn’t moving past the ‘Space Sheep’ screen. I would try deleting the app but I am not sure I would be able to get back my significant progress. Hopefully the next update fixes this but I am very disappointed. I used to love this app but now it is unusable.

Love this game but so expensive. This is probably my favourite game on my phone! So addictive and fun, and the easiest to use out of all the other games like this. Only problem is I finish all the free puzzles really quickly... I really want to get the VIP version but $47 is so much for just a few extra puzzles! I would pay if it was a bit cheaper.

Addictive. Good game, but it gets frustrating when you get to the higher levels and need to zoom in but you cant block out the squares whilst on zooming in, so when you zoom out you lose your place again

Love It 😻😻😳😳. I’ve had this game since 2017 on an old device and lost all my progress. It wasn’t that hard to pick up again as the game is extremely fun and challenging! I play it every day and not just for the daily levels, very fun game - i recommend. 😼😼😻😻😳😳 Plus the developers really listen to criticism and i think are extremely nice so stan i guess ✨

Won’t load. While I love this game that much I actually subscribed, I can’t get it to load past 80%, it has happened before and uninstalled reinstall lost all my coins so won’t be doing that again, it’s unfair because I did pay money to this app Thankyou for that answer can’t have fun if the game won’t open 😀

New update is going to cause me to stop playing!. Since the new update I struggle to see the last line of the puzzle which makes it impossible to play the game! It is blocked by the menu items at the bottom .. really frustrating as I enjoyed playing the daily puzzle but am heading off to find something without frustrating glitches!

Best game!! Been playing it for years. I’ve honestly been playing this game for at least 4 years and I always get to a point where I finish all the levels so I always redownload to do it all over again!! I’m pretty sure I done the levels over and over again at least 10 times!! Honestly my favourite game!!

Used to be amazing. This game was incredible!! And have been playing it for a very long time. However the new update they have gotten rid of the free hint system and brought in a new complicated thing. It’s ridiculous and ruins the excitement in my opinion. Bring back the old system. The classic saying, of “why fix it if it ain’t broke” Just like when you brought energy into the game, you shouldn’t of changed anything.

Have played it every night for two years. I absolutely love this game. The puzzles are a fun way to keep your mind sharp. I also use it to wind down at the end of the day. The free version has so many puzzles it will keep you entertained for weeks or months. I even replay them and try beat my previous time. After about a year I decided to buy the full version and unlock all the other puzzles too. It seemed a bit expensive but when it went on sale and I thought of how many hours I enjoy this game I figured it was worth it. Very happy since. Love the regular updates and themes. Favourite app ever.

Great game. I really enjoy the puzzles, I hope you bring out more soon as I am nearly finished (without paying for more). Only problem I have found is that the button to get coins by watching an ad, sometimes covers the number needed to complete the puzzle and there for you have to guess what the number could be. Please move this button somewhere where it won’t affect the game play. Thanks

More levels. I love this game but there haven’t been any free levels added for months now and I refuse to pay to become a VIP as $7.49 per month is ridiculously expensive for an app. The daily challenges are all just repeats of what I’ve already done because I’ve been playing for so long. Please please please give an update that doesn’t cost a million dollars to play

UPDATE!!!!. Add more free levels! I’m not about to pay $47 or $7.50 a month just for some puzzles - that’s ridiculous! I loved when the new ‘small things’ level came out but I finished it so quickly - at least provide more levels at once!

LAGGY AND WONT SYNC. Same problem as everyone else recently. Major lag in the game makes it unplayable for someone who’s played for YEARS DAILY. Also can’t sync to my account so can’t access my process (neither logging on to Facebook or Apple ID work). I even contacted the team but they don’t have a solution which is really disappointing considering the app was so good for ages since this last update it seems.

Good but now have to use hint to start. I have been enjoying this game but now I can’t start unless I use a hint which I don’t like doing. I prefer to try to get as much done as I can before using a hint. Won’t be playing as much unless this is fixed.

All my levels gone?. I’ve been playing this game for months, probably gonna over a year. I play the daily levels everyday and had completed almost every puzzle and was up to the last level before the next update added a new one. The new update has no daily levels, and majority of the levels I had already completed, and the one that I was halfway through is completely gone. This is very disappointing, if not fixed then I do not recommend this app at all!!

Useless. I updated the game, opened the app and as it’s loading it says “this may take awhile”. Well it’s getting to the point where it is ridiculous! Since I’ve updated the app, I haven’t played it because it hasn’t loaded! I’ve tried a few times and all times have been unsuccessful. The loading bar gets full, but nothing. The last time I opened the app, I watch an entire marvel movie and the game still didn’t load!

Bad Update. After the last update on harder puzzles there is no way to turn off or refuse using a tool. Before it was optional, but now it forces you to use one, which eats into your coin. Very disappointing.

Off wifi. This used to be my favourite game for sure. I'd play it everywhere all the time. But since a while, the game doesn't work without wifi anymore. It just charges forever. Fix this please.

Needs work. 2021.08.17 - Another update hoping to see fixes, no luck. This game melts my phone, lags like crazy, so many bugs - it’s unplayable. These devs are incompetent. After a couple years of holding on it’s finally getting deleted. (Old notes follow:) Watch an ad before the daily level, okay fair, but if you tap into the ad you’ll “break” the game and have to pay additional premium currency to unlock the level. There’s no way to remedy this, it’s just broken. Very easy to reproduce. There should be mass coin refunding for this bug. It feels like the developers don’t play their own game. Update 2021.05.06: Another game update, hoping to see any of the many fixes or suggestions implemented, really hoping they fix the initial app load time... NOPE! They added a splash screen to the app launch to add even more wait/load time to the user experience. Unbearable. Such a shame. Update: I have already sent a detailed message to that support email more than 2 weeks ago (2021.02.07) with no response. Confidence is faltering. (Original comment) Fairly well executed game, but needs a little polish. This app continues to have the biggest impact/draw on my data because it seems to download all the levels from scratch on each fresh-launch - unacceptable. This failure to persist the level data also means that if you fresh-launch without a connection the game will be unplayable! The Feb 20 update claims to fix issues with dailies that have been broken for weeks, but they still don’t load... an unplayable game is not a fun. Allow the option to reset a level from the calendar.

Good but lots of glitches. Love this game, I play it everyday but there’s a ton of lags. So many times I have to reopen the app 3+ times so I can play it. A lot of the time there’s parts on the screen that don’t work when you touch it.. I’m giving 4 stars cause I like the puzzles but they need to be fixed!!

My fave game. I love this game. I appreciate that you don’t have to purchase anything to be successful at a Level. I’ve completed all the free levels. I wish they produced levels more frequently. I’m now going through months of calendar games.

Good but could be better. I just finished all of the levels possible so far except for a few of the daily ones that glitched out. Sent multiple requests but never heard back from them to get this fixed. Also sometimes the app gets glitchy when playing a puzzle and you need to close and reopen the app to load it properly

Fun, but not well-designed. Definitely a fun game, and great for those like me who enjoy logic puzzles. However, the actual app is poorly designed. Not only are there ads everywhere, super unexpectedly, but the app takes a good 30 seconds to load every single time it opens, and will freeze and crash every time you navigate away from the app in the middle of completing a puzzle. It’s also very annoying that there is an “undo” button but no “redo” button, and that there’s a “paint” and “X” button but no other button that players can use to mark a square as a question mark/flag to come back to.

Price Increase. Game recently doubled the number of coins it costs to use the hints/power-ups. It’s been the same since I started playing, and now the price for the lowest power-up is 200 coins instead of the usually 100. Extremely disappointing.

Fun but super slow. I really enjoy doing the daily puzzles, and I don’t often miss a day. But I do want to say that this app takes so long to start (unlike any other) and there are a ton of ads throughout it. I’d play more than the daily game if it wasn’t for the glitches, the constant ads and the amount of time it takes for it to load.

Nice, but lots of ads and bugs. Very cool stimulating game, but since the newest update I can’t get the app to load. It keeps getting stuck at 53% without a reason. Only other annoying thing is the ads: there’s so many of them! It’s a price to pay in order to play for free I guess!

Impossible puzzles. Don’t download this. There are literally puzzles impossible to solve in these sets. Just another money grab for the company. They make impossible puzzles and collect money on your purchases or ad revenue trying to get coins. I hate companies like this. I also noticed someone complained about this, and in their response they completely ignored the issue.

I love this game. I’ve been playing for 8 plus years and have almost 2000 levels completed I love it! Please fix some bugs and whenever I try to do survey game always crashes. If I am in the middle of a level and I swipe down to see my notification screen; and enter the level again, the game crashes. Other than that I love everything!!! Edit: I would like it is this game didn’t look like it was for children it’s not

Worthless without wifi. Game will stop loading up at 43% and be stuck on that unless I’m connected to wifi. Also been noticing a delay in reaction time recently, I’ll place a block down and it either won’t pop up or it takes it a sec to place.

Latest version is unplayable. The latest version just stops on the load screen at “Syncing cloud save”. I have no idea how to get past that and play the game anymore 😞

Daily levels no longer work. Month of April the daily levels won’t show up.

Good game but…. Bought the VIP a week or so ago…still don’t have the coins it advertised and still have ads, which it said would be eliminated. No way to contact anyone, so I’m out $50, plus exchange rate.☹️

Great game - needs major technical update though. I’ve been playing daily for a few years so I apparently love the game. The constant lags though are becoming a major annoyance that are making me reconsider continuing to play. There’s a system update alert that pops up when first opened, that’s been there for 6+ months, yet no update has ever happened. Love the daily puzzles, hate the daily headaches that go with it.

Was much better. But they started putting in more ads and with that came freezing and crashing. There’s better apps with this gameplay out there.

Automatic exit problem. I don’t know if I’m the only one to who it’s happening to, but for a while, when I’m doing a puzzle for few seconds, the app closes and I have to start the puzzle again. I want to enjoy the game, but I can’t if it keeps closing every time I try to play.

Bigger puzzles pls.. I would like to see larger puzzles that take longer to do. I’ve finished every single level multiple times. Maybe even adding coloured tiles instead of just black and white could be fun.

Needs improving. The levels are challenging and are good... The app started out great, but it takes forever to load, it’s crashing all the time when I leave the app for even a second and try to come back to it, it takes a loooot of battery to run and my phone is burning hot after only a few minutes in. It is the only app that I have that is doing any of this. Kind of disappointing to be honest.

Game won’t load since latest update. I love this game a lot and enjoy it, but ever since the latest update it gets stuck at 53% in the starting screen and won’t go any further, even after 10-20 minutes. I tried to reach out to the support team to get some help but the form has given me an error every day since I updated. Please advise how I can access the game again, I have a lifetime subscription. (And I will happily change this to a higher star rating once I can access it again :) )

Just a quick suggestion. I love this game a lot, but I’ve been playing it for a long time. So I’ve finished, and now I’m just wanting for new updates. Though, every month when there is an update is only daily puzzles I would like to have at least 1 new puzzle group per mouth because I’m excited for the new puzzles but it’s only daily which I have to wait every day for a new that is just too easy for my liking. Favorite nonogram app. I play a lot of nonogram apps and this is by far my favorite. I like that you don’t have to earn or pay for tokens to play the puzzles, you aren’t penalized for making mistakes, and when you complete a line the entire thing isn’t immediately blocked out. I also enjoy the bonus packs, the random puzzle feature, and the VIP features. I play this daily. Keep up the good work!

Need More Levels To Feed My Addiction. Great game! I'm super addicted to it ever since a buddy showed me the game!! I've beaten all the levels, I even spent money and sprang for the Lifetime Membership (which I never do) and went all the way back to the furthest Daily Challenge puzzle and beat that! Other games have tried to emulate this app (if even they did it first lol) but none of them have come close to how great this game is!! My only complaint is that I need more levels to feed my addiction!!!

Used to be good. This game used to be much better when you didn’t have a limit to wrong moves. You now have three chances, and if you make more than 3 wrong moves, you have two options to continue: pay coins or restart the round. Paying coins only gives you one additional chance though, so you better be sure you don’t make any accidental clicks. It’s gone from a nice relaxing game to one that causes more stress/anxiety as you try to do everything you can to avoid that accidental incorrect tap or wrong move. It’s a shame because it used to be one of my favorite games and I’d even purchased the VIP access. Luckily, I found a different game with the same concept and it doesn’t have this issue.

Level issue. I love this game but recently I found a puzzle that is unsolvable. I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with level eight in the ‘Places’ category. Please tell me if you’re having the same problem or is it just me because I really don’t want to stop playing the game since I cannot continue to progress in the free version and I can’t afford the bonus levels.

Everyday favorite game!, works now. 2nd day of not working. And I’m not getting my free coins….Often the game gets stuck loading at 43% and won’t go further. I have completely closed out my device, but it won’t finish downloading. Frustrating. LOVE, love this game. I play daily levels every morning and, because I purchased VIP, I can play any daily level at any time. Coins are easily available for completing a level. Perfect level of challenge for me!

USE TO love this game. I use to love this game... played it everyday! Then I ran out of levels! The developers thought it was more important to change the game and how you get hints, instead of making new levels. I had sooooo many hints saved up for when harder levels become available and when they did the update I lost them all. Also, you can barely get any new coins for hints because the google ad blocks the “x” so you are forced to close the app out, but you don’t get the coins even though you watched the whole video plus some. The developers need to take a good look at this app and see why the ratings just keep going down and down, especially when it use to be such a great app!

Please update.. I love this game and recommend it to anyone I meet. However with the new update I’ve lost a whole month of work because it won’t open my cloud storage and I’ve made a goal of completing a puzzle every day after taking my morning medication. It acts as a reward for me. I haven’t been playing the last few days because I’m afraid to mess up my stored game. Please look into this issue because I miss playing my favorite puzzle game and I want to keep bragging on it. Thanks. ; )

Great game but subscription has issues. I love this game and I signed up for the subscription even though I think it is way too expensive. However, 1. After my free week it charged my account for $4.99 but at the same time excluded me from VIP status. 2. VIP is supposed to get a free hint every day, which I never received and 3. When I watch an ad for a free hint, more than half the time it won't give me the hint because I haven't watched the whole ad, even when I have. So now, I am paid through mid January but I do not have access to the VIP benefits and I am highly annoyed at the ad problem. Please fix these problems or the game isn't worth playing.

IPHONES STAY AWAY. I haven’t been able to play this game since February 2022. It never got past 43% on the loading page. All the “updates” that they had were supposed to “fix” the problem didn’t. I have been in contact with customer support with a bunch of “we know about the problem and are working on a solution” and “we have an update coming out and will release slowly”. It’s now May 2022 and it still doesn’t get past 43% on the loading page. They have no way to save your progress so if you delete and re-download you will loose everything. Developer please don’t respond with your generic response, it doesn’t help it’s it’s not a real solution and it’s an empty promise.

Let down. I have had this app for a long time now. I also enjoyed it completely. I never bought into the whole VIP stuff but what I did want to play was The Space series. Well I finally unlocked it by completing other puzzles. Recently you updated your app and Space is half complete AND locked! Here’s some candy! Nope not anymore... change the star requirements back to what they were... I also do nit want to hear I need to clear other puzzles to get back what I already had. Thanks for the feedback to my feedback. +1 star.

Best of these..... I’ve tried a bunch of these apps and this one is my favorite. My only problem is that is it so hard to get coins to buy hints without spending real money. Usually, I will get 2 opportunities a day to watch an ad for coins. Sometimes there is an opportunity to watch a video to do an extra puzzle that will give me coins if I solve it; sadly I often can’t do them without one of the hints I can’t afford in the first place. Ironically, this is why I know this one is my favorite— because if I can’t solve the puzzles I will try another app and I am always disappointed with those.

50% game / 50% annoyance. The controls are simple to master and the game is fun as I really enjoy these types of puzzles. That being said... I understand ad based revenue. 30 minute television shows generally actually run 22-23 minutes. The other 7-8 minutes are reserved for advertisements. This game shows an ad after every puzzle. The puzzles don’t take long to solve so this is far too often. I even finished a puzzle, sat through an ad then returned to the main screen to access the settings and was forced to watch another ad just to view the main screen. That’s ridiculous. Honestly, I’d be willing to pay $1 to remove ads if puzzle packs were also available for about $1 each so the game would have longevity. I have no idea if puzzle packs are available for purchase or what they cost if they are available. I closed the app since the ads were so intrusive just trying to look around to see if packs are offered for sale.

Fun to just pick up and play when you want!. This game since it’s update of no energy to play each level has since become much more fun in my opinion! It’s easy to just pick up and start a level while you’re waiting for something or just trying to pass the time. The only downside I can really say towards this game is play either on a tablet or a bigger phone then I do. I hope one day they make it so the level can turn with the phone for the larger/longer puzzles.

Great game, but marred by bugs and tech issues. I love this game. It’s the only game I have on my phone and I complete a few levels before bed each night. I recently migrated all my data to a new iPhone, and with that can no longer open the app as it is stuck loading at 53%. I have a lot of progress in the app and also paid for the $35 lifetime access to all levels. It seems the loading issue is an ongoing problem that their developers have yet to address without losing user data. If this issue isn’t ever fixed, I believe we deserve to be refunded.

Fun game, too many ads. I have been playing these types of apps for some time and this one is no different. Addictive and fun to solve the puzzles, but there are ads after each level is completed (total bummer). There is a way to remove ads by either paying $5 a month or $30 for a lifetime, but this is totally not worth that kind of money. If you are interested in these kinds of games download Picture Cross. You pay $2 and you get all ads removed for lifetime and it has as many puzzles as this game for cheaper. Hope I can help save you all some money and time with this review.

This is a 5 Star app but..... I would be more willing to pay one fee to unlock everything instead of a monthly fee. I’ve beat all the available puzzles minus one pack that’s vip only and whatever daily’s I missed. I have quite a few hints saved up as well. So a monthly fee just isn’t worth it to me. Hopefully the upcoming update offers many more levels to enjoy. This is the best pic cross game for the phone. I used to play Worlds Largest Pic Cross but it’s more suited for a larger screen like iPad. This was the perfect game to play instead. Now I’m just patiently waiting for more levels.

I have played this game for years and it is still my favorite. I absolutely love this game. The high price is well worth it. I have been playing for years and never get tired of it. The app developers have made massive improvements to make sure it runs smoothly. I like how you can solve the puzzles by deduction. It keeps my mind engaged while it relaxes me. The daily puzzles usually follow a story line. It is just a captivating game, and they keep adding new puzzles and new ways to play!

One really annoying layout update. There was a recent update to the layout with the addition of multiple types of hints. I like the variety but some buttons got moved around, including the “watch a video to get more hints” button which now is in the top right corner of the screen and if the puzzle is big enough, which many are, it covers the numbers listed in the last column. So it’s harder to complete the puzzle when I can’t see the whole puzzle. The update is fine, but that particular layout change is really aggravating.

Great game. I love this app and I play every day. It is plenty fun without paying extra for VIP although I have thought about it. New content is added at a rate that impresses me. It is really is such a joy to open the app and have 20 brand new puzzles waiting for you (it’s the little things in life ok). 5 stars from me, highly recommend if you enjoy logic games like this. Your last update changed the way you switch from pen to x. Before you could tap either and it would switch to the one that’s not currently active. Now you have to seek out the button you want. I much prefer the “either one” situation you had before. I love the surprise puzzle feature you added. Curious if it also draws from the VIP puzzles or only the free ones. Keep up the great work!

Hint issues. I love this app, however, I've had multiple problems with the videos to get hints. Many times I've watched the whole video, no count down left or anything, and wait until the end when it asks if I would like to buy whichever game. But when I go to get my free hint, it tells me I have to watch the full video to get my hint. Even if I wait a minute at the end of the ad. I've had to watch up to 5 ads to get one hint. Again, these puzzles are great, but this is too frequent and annoying not to bring up. Thank you!

Used to be 5⭐️. This was my favorite game. I got the lifetime VIP so I didn’t have the ads and I could have access to all of the old puzzles. They offer extra packs for only 99¢… but then, all of a sudden the ads came back IN FORCE, one after almost every puzzle now, and the 99¢ packs went from 20 extra puzzles down to just 10 extra. Don’t bother trying to contact anyone, as they rarely respond and when they do, they say they are looking into the problem and never get back to you. I still play the daily and the new free packs that come out but I will never spend money on it again.

Expert mode has issues. I enjoy this game, and since I beat all the levels, I paid for expert mode. However, there are errors in several puzzles where the number is written In the wrong column making it difficult to solve the puzzle as there is no correct answer by following the clues, you just have to guess randomly until you figure out which column has the error. Please fix this! The issues so far are in puzzle 10 and puzzle 17 of the “easy” expert levels.

Energy. I’m giving this game a low rating because even though it’s a great game in the recent update they’ve added energy so when you run out of energy you have to wait to play levels your already paying for, if you subscribe. Completely unnecessary This game is one of the only games I have that the developers actually listened to complaints! They got rid the the energy system and now the game is back to being an amazing game!

Lifetime access means “until next update”. To be fair, this has been a long time favorite game for me. I enjoyed it enough to spend the $30 to avoid ads and unlock puzzles. Now they have updated the game and made it “better”. Since the update, my lifetime access has been canceled. Some puzzles are not available to me And the worst thing is every time I go to the home screen I have to close an ad. I have tried three times to contact them and not heard anything back. Very unfortunate. Do not purchase lifetime access.

Better before. I love this game, but it was much better before I got my new iPhone 14. Now it glitches a lot and if I let it go to sleep with the game up, I have to restart the game and it takes a long time to restart this game. It was also better before its last update, which doesn’t give me as many credits for watching an ad and charges me for extras at the beginning of the game. Set the game I still love but all the junk around it is getting annoying so I don’t play as often.

Peaceful puzzle fun!. This is a great game, I love these puzzles. I like the atmosphere the music gives. One thing I’ve noticed though is that sometimes all the numbers in a row turn black as if the row were unsolvable, but I know it is solvable. It would all turn black when I mark a square, and then go back to normal when I marked another square. I have some experience with other versions of this game, and I’ve never seen this before. Great game, though, I’m sure I’ll get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Music stops unexpectedly kind of often

Lots of puzzles to play without having to pay. It’s probably the best version of this kind of puzzle game that I’ve found. I haven’t spent any money on it and I’ve had plenty of puzzles to do, some of them pretty challenging. Sure, there are more ads than I’d like, but it’s a free game, and the in-fame currency from completing puzzles provides just enough credits to get help when I really need it.

Guys come on PLEASE 😭😭😭. Okay I’ve played this game for literal years and I got FAR. Probably like a good few months ago my game just stopped working for days so I deleted it and when I logged back in it’d literally deleted every single piece of progress I had made. 🫠 I didn’t mind starting over so I just did. No negative review or anything because I love the game so much. But it literally just happened again 💀 my game stopped working but I knew for a fact I was logged in this time so I thought that when I logged in again it would be the same. Tell me why it deleted my progress AGAIN? I’d literally made it to the prehistory 😭 this is seriously bull. Y’all have a lot of bug fixes yall need to work out.

The update. I played this for a long time, and it was fun and great. That was until they did a major update. The update brought a lot of change. Everything looked slightly different and the daily puzzles now needed an ad to watch them. It was also a lot buggier. They would ask if I wanted to fill out a survey, but when I clicked it, the app would freeze and I’d have to restart it. The timer would also continue if you left the app and wouldn’t restart completely if you decided to restart the puzzle. It was fun, but there are too many bugs and ads, so I deleted the app and won’t consider downloading it again until the bugs are fixed.

Fun and challenging, but stuck. I’ve been completing the logic puzzles for a while. They are challenging enough, but not so much to make me frustrated. Lately the final picture hasn’t matched the squares very closely, but honestly I don’t care. What I do care about is that I recently used a random spray and it filled the squares in wrong (yes I am sure). I have tried everything I can think of to get past it, but can’t do i am stuck. I have tried to contact the app makers, but I keep getting error messages when I click send.

I use this app daily but.... I love this game, I look forward to the daily levels and the regular levels are challenging and engaging. I wish however that the daily levels were at least all offered to play with an add instead of coins (currently only some are available without coins). I want to complete the month but I don’t want to have to “pay” to use it. THE BIGGER ISSUE: a lot of the daily levels don’t work... I may use a hint and it will block out squares in the WRONG SPACE. And I can’t UNDO IT. How am I supposed to solve the puzzle if the game is flawed?!? I really wish the developers would work to fix this. Its been going for several months now

Need some bug fixes. First of all, I LOVE this game and I play almost everyday ! But I have some problems with it : The game stops my auto lock, so the screen is always on if the game is open and if I do something else, my phone will never switch to sleep mode. It is so annoying because sometimes I fall asleep while playing at night and my screen will be turned on the whole night! It kills my battery for sure. :( Also, when I open the app, my music (or podcast) stops immediately and I have no sound on on the app.

Terrible update!!!. PLEASE change the game back to the old format. The screen is way too small now, very unresponsive, and way too difficult to press individual squares. Also, the 4th of July pop-up is extremely annoying. I wish it didn’t pop up every time I went back to the “home” screen. I really appreciate that solving old daily puzzles is cheaper now. Please make the X or fill easier to toggle between, rather than having to click exactly on which one I want. Perhaps a double tap somewhere on the screen that isn’t on the puzzle or even just allowing me to tap on that general area to change it. I miss the old format from a week ago :(

Requires energy??. I’m a huge fan of this game but the latest update requires you to have energy in order to play each level. That wasn’t something that existed before so it was weird seeing it introduced in this game. It’s not the worst thing in the world but I did realize that if you pause and exit out of the level, when you come back later to complete it, it costs you more energy. Paying 6 energy to unlock the level is one thing but having to pay another 6 to finish it is super annoying.

Veteran User Disappointed With New Updates. I have used this logic puzzle app for almost 2 years now. When it first came out it was extremely user friendly and tailored to those trying to get their fix without having to be ad bombed. The newest update that included the “ROCKSTARS” bundle might be the last straw for me. The fact that I have to watch an ad EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to play a normal puzzle is mind blowing. It’s clear the developers transitioned this app to maximizing profit, which I respect. But decisions like these are what make long time users like myself move on in search of better options. Such a shame.

The don’t like the new update. The bar at the bottom has been changed and it is now too far up. It covers some of the longer puzzles and just looks cramped. I prefer how it looked before, more open and just fit better overall. Also the ring of tools was removed, which is sad because that actually looked great also.

Not Enough Information To Complete Without Hints. I love this game, but I’m rating it low because so many levels are near impossible to complete without using a hint, and I don’t think it should be that way. Each level should be able to be completed without the use of hints, but many times there is not enough information to do so. If you are going to make it this way, then you need to provide more opportunities to earn more coins, or make the hints MUUUUCH cheaper. I had 15,000 coins at one point and am now down to 24 because I had to use them for hints, and I was almost never given the opportunity to earn more.

Love this game but it t has a few bugs.. I really enjoy playing this pic cross game. It is challenging enough to where I don't get tired of it. There are very interesting levels and packs. However, every single time I play or launch this game, it glitches. It freezes when I'm in the middle of puzzles for up to like 2 seconds which is very annoying because it makes me lose track of where I am placing the pieces to the puzzles. The animations get in the way in this case which I feel is why it freezes up like that constantly. Other than that, I love the game and it's fun!

Data sync nor working. I’ve been playing this game for years now. Recently, the app wouldn’t fully load and open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now the data sync to my Facebook will not load. It says to check my internet connection, but I know that the internet is definitely connected. I get the same error message when trying to data sync the game on my ipad and phone. I also paid for a VIP package and the app will no longer restore that or any of my previous purchases. I’m very sad about this. I’ve spent a lot of time playing this game and it’s frustrating to see my years of effort inaccessible as well as the money I spent being unused and inaccessible.

Issue with free hint ads. Sometimes I watch the entire 30 second ad and it tells me I haven’t. I sometimes even wait another ten seconds before clicking the X to make sure! Not the worst issue but rather annoying. And I agree with some other reviewers. I’d make do with more ads if I can get more free puzzles! I really don’t mind the ads, especially when they are interactive and you can play the game in the ad. I’ve tried looking for other apps like this one but no one does it as good as you!

Fun but frustrating. Why, if I’m working on a puzzle but have to pause for a bit because of life, do I have to use more energy to get back into that same puzzle I’ve already used energy for? This seems like a super big rip-off. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong, and would love some advice. And if so, I will change my review. But if this is the case, I find that to be super dishonest. Especially if I pay for more energy. Please advise or fix.

Daily puzzles won’t load. This has been a favorite of mine for a while. Easily a 5 star app if it wasn’t for the lack of puzzles to complete now that I have finished all of the puzzle packs and daily puzzles aren’t working anymore. Ever since the new calendar started for December, the daily puzzles won’t load. I have tried updating and even reinstalling the app but nothing works. With no new levels to complete, the game has become pointless. Hoping they can fix the issue with the calendar soon or even better, load new levels. Until then, I have nothing to play unless I go back and replay old puzzles. :(

Used to love it. I’ve been playing this for years, and it was always reliable with getting new, free packs out periodically that I am able to do in my free time. However, for the last several weeks I’ve been unable to play the (what used to be) free packs, and I am always prompted to become a VIP member. I am only able to complete the daily level without having to pay. I find it very unsatisfying that I have 9 puzzles of “Actors” completed and won’t be able to get the crown. Now I’ve resorted to watching Facebook videos in my free time :/

Poor customer service. I used to LOVE this game. I had every single daily puzzle done from the beginning. I was a VIP member for life and had made a lot of progress through everything. One day the app stopped working and logged me out. When I tried to long back in through Facebook it comes up with “No internet connection” even though my wifi or data are on and all my other wifi apps are working. I’ve tried contacting customer service and they don’t respond. If they do they are less then helpful. I’ve tried several times to contact them and haven’t heard anything for a long time. Very disappointed in the way they treat their customers.

Pretty solid, one major annoyance. Listen, I don’t really like the fact that some features (like being able to freely play any non-daily level without having to beat the rest first) were removed, then put behind a paywall, but I understand why they did it. Business is business and it’s not a game-breaking feature. But for the love of all that is holy, please stop pausing whatever music/podcast I’m listening to when I open the app. Otherwise pretty solid game! I’ve probably sunk more hours into it than I care to admit

Keeps Crashing. I love this game. I think it's graphics are good, the puzzles are fun, the packs are funny, and the daily levels are challenging without feeling stressful or impossible. HOWEVER, after I finished all the puzzles and started working on the daily levels of the past the game started crashing randomly, often when I was trying to watch an ad to get some bonus coins. Recently I had to delete and restart the game and now it just crashes all the time. I don't mind the first couple of times but eventually I just get so frustrated I am too stressed to continue playing. Please fix this soon, would be 5 stars otherwise.

Great game!. Great game! I really enjoy playing this. I have a couple of suggestions that might make game play easier. First, once you get all the markers in a row filled, maybe we could be able to click where it turns blue to automatically fill in the negative spaces. Secondly, I was thinking how difficult it is to figure out where you made a mistake. Maybe there’s a way to use a hint to check for errors and have them light up red or something. Other than that, game play is great. I love that it gives a mix of level difficulty.

Updates Usually Cause More Issues. Let me start by saying I LOVE this game. I have been playing to for almost two years and typically don’t have any complaints. Lately however, I upgrade to VIP at the same time they started implementing major updates. Each time an update downloads on my phone I am locked out of the daily levels and my VIP packs all disappear for a few days. I literally play this game every single day, so it is extremely frustrating when it doesn’t work. I hope they learn to fully vet out their updates before pushing to users in the future.

A lot of puzzles but far from perfect. I like this app because of the large number of free puzzles. That being said, it leaves a lot to be desired. It has to reload the entire app almost every time I play. Lately the daily puzzles have numerous correct solutions making it impossible to complete the puzzles without making random guesses along the way. The quality of the puzzles seems to be getting worse the farther along I get in the game. Overall, it’s fun and I plan to continue playing. If they’d fix the puzzles with multiple solutions that’d easily bump it up another star.
