Very easy to set up and use. It took me less than 5 minutes to turn my phone into a check in station. If you are using a printer with labels, you must have another station already set up (like a PC) that is directly connected to the printer. Then when setting the mobile app as a station choose for the label to print at the station connected to the printer. It worked perfectly with my first test.

Crashes. It keeps crashing right after I check a kid in. We have the most recent update. Please fix!

Super Check-Ins Application!. Planning Center Check-Ins has been a great Check-Ins application for our kids ministry and church events. Very affordable, responsive, only thing is you need to have a solid internet connection. And their customer service and online trading and user grades are five-star-worthy!

The worst planing EVER. I tried to sign in and it wouldn’t let my. So I tried to look for a sign up button and there was none. Work on everything.

Outstanding Product!. Planning Center Online products are the best in the business. I’ve now lead 3 organizations through an entire transition from other system to Planning Center Online. Organizations of different sizes. PCO is always updating their products and clearly communicating those changes as they happen. Customer service has always been great but I’ve rarely had the need to use because of how clear their online resources are. Sure, there are still issues that come up. But those are typically as a result of a setting that the user isn’t utilizing correctly or a misunderstanding of how the systems function. Great value and well worth the investment. Thanks for the excellent system, PCO.

No support. Our church uses their app for scheduling so we thought we would try the Check-in app, but it has been very disappointing. We bought the Citizen printer so we could do self check-ins, but the program never recognizes the printer even though the iPad does. We have contacted tech support but they want to do everything via email, no telephone aupport. Additionally support is only available during weekdays.

Great addition to PCO. We love this addition to the PCO line. We can quickly check in our choir members for rehearsal and services. No more paper attendance! And I can print reports for our worship pastor that list those who have missed recently so he can follow up with those folks.

A Game Changer. Planning Center check-ins continually keeps our kids at our church checked in and safe! Their software is amazing and they are always adding new features to make it an even better experience. We love this app!

Avoid 3.0!. All along this app has been a constant pain due to frequently losing connection to the recommended Brother 810 printers. Well…3.0 ramps that up to absolutely unusable. The three ipads we updated lose printer connection after just a couple of minutes, rendering them useless. So much for the major overhaul. I would love to go back to the previous version so we could at least get a good 5 or 10 minutes before an error, but of course that’s not an option. Instead we get to be embarrassed and frustrated by the checkin system three times a week. If you have the 810 printers i highly recommend avoiding version 3.0

Not what it says it is. When I open the app it takes me to services not check-ins

Will not load. App will not load. Startup screen appears with a QR image and text indicating a process for setting up a new station but before the user can do anything, screen flashes and reappears. Does not respond to any presses. Does not allow any use. This is on an iPad mini running 12.5.5

No Rollo compatibly. can not print to just any printer, only compatible with Dymo and Zebra... not easy to configure or troubleshoot, often must resort to writing names on the thermal paper with a marker or using lanyards, which defeats the purpose of paying monthly for this service... searching by name is not very useful, not tolerant, must be exact spelling unlike smart phones and google search. times out too quickly not user friendly no support waste of time waste of electricity not environmentally friendly waste of money
