Garbage app. Doesnt mention can’t use anything unless you purchase more features

Great App for the Price. Super support.. After paying $9 A Month for another app and not getting the results I expected I decided to give this app a try as one of my buddies recommended it. I bought the app with estimates and Cloud Sync so I could run on my phone and iPad. For my business it is working out swell! Got it setup quickly and after watching a few of the video’s have now got the hang of it. Like It!

Flawless Operation! Great Support!. Our needs are pretty basic. We need to schedule work for our 2 electricians, they need to be able to easily do an estimate while they are at the customer location. When the job is done, I need to check it over add prices for parts and send out an invoice to the customer on larger jobs. With small jobs they can do the invoice themselves. We use the payments feature to verify our deposits and credit card transactions. Overall, it keeps us all on the same page and helps track our work and our money!

This app is not honest. I purchased this app with he impression that it delivered what it advertised. After buying it you must purchase different features of the application on which it advertises. What a bait and switch. Do not buy this app!!!

Help. Please help me app support my program crashes whenever I ask it to do something usefull☹️

The best support and help desk! Just synced with my Mac.. Like with most business app you often need support. The help desk is always there to answer email or text questions and also help on the telephone. They truly understand the app and our business inside and out and get questions resolved quickly. Really don't contact them much anymore as the app is running smoothly, thank you for all the great help.

Latest update with Job Phases is awesome. New update with Job Phases is what we needed. Use to try to do all of this on my Windows computer with Office..very time consuming and cumbersome. So glad to be using this app on my iPad, it’s like a whole new world. It’s fast, reliable and makes the task almost fun…almost! I can enter and invoice as I go so there is no more having to go back to the office anymore. Would work well for any in field service provider. Apple is the best!

Just right for our business and needs.. The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this app is just right for my business. t’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps. Once the job is finished its quick to do the billing via email. Added bonus is the National Electrical Estimator cost book.

Fake reviews. Don't waste your time or money on this, they have the same fake accounts reviewing all of their own apps as 5 stars. Did not catch it until after I downloaded and realized the app is terrible! Want my money back!

Needs work.... Not user friendly and has several glitches. When I tried to save my clients, none of them would save properly and when I tried to create my first invoice, some of the fields would not have the info I typed in show up. I had to buy a separate app to create an invoice because I was on a time crunch to send my estimate invoice. Would not recommend.

Craftsman Electrical Cost Book great addition.. With over 15,000 labor and material cost there is nothing like this! Overall there are some things that i would do differently if I were designing the program, but I’m an electrician, not a programmer! Overall the app is pretty easy to setup and use and there are not many unnecessary steps. Put the customer in and then add the labor and parts and you have an estimate or invoice to print or send. Tracks payments and can also be used to send reminders, followup messages etc. Happy with the app.

Not what has been advertised. I need my money back please. This is not helpful as I thought it would be and I have to get additional apps to perform actions like estimates. Please refund me. Thank you in advance!

Very disappointed!!!. Description says no monthly fees and I purchased this app to to do estimates and guess what? You need to pay extra!
