Pilates. Lousy app! Paid for all sessions can only get one. Becareful of this app!

Lots of upper body too. I needed to get back to exercising. This app is perfect. Great stretching warmups, classic exercises and lots of sitting and upper body twists. Her voice is very soft and calm. I'm very glad I found this.

Videos don't play. I just downloaded this app. When I click on a video I just get a black screen with the video title on it. Not very helpful :-(

Not as advertised. Very amateur job. Workouts must be purchased in-app. Sound quality poor on the short freebies, and kept cutting out.

Miss. Wow! I love this app! The moves are easy to do and not very strenuous (which is nice for my back) but they also give you a good work out without a lot of effort.

This Pilates App is The Bomb!. There are a lot of free apps available and you usually get what you pay for. This one is really good, lots of poses, plenty of long movies. NO ads or Annoying messages! I actually went ahead got the whole library of movies from the InApps. The ones at Red Rocks are very cool!

Serious problems. Video size and processing is amateur and her form has many problems. I highly recommend...avoiding.

Not recommending... Sometimes "free" isn't even worth it. Pretty poor quality. I wouldn't waste your time

Good but crashes. I love the app but, it crashes and not all the videos play all the way through! Which is really annoying!!

Videos pause. I got one 3 minute workout from this app. Every time I tried to pick a different area to work the video would pause. When I pressed play it would pause again. I tried this many times. :(

Great Workouts and Movies.. Really really Nice. I really like the exercises and movies and workouts in this app, especially the ones for the abs. The instructors voice is please and the backgrounds are cool. Has really helped me get my beach body happening!

Great App!. Helps me stay on track with my yoga stretches everyday and stay on top of my arthritis pain. So happy I found this one

Pilates. I have done these workouts many times. They are great for beginners. She emphasizes to go slow and that not everyone will achieve some of the positions now but in time.

These exercises and workouts have REALLY helped me!. There are a lot of free apps and you usually get what you pay for.  This one is really good, lots of poses, plenty of long movies.  I went ahead got the whole library of movies.  The ones at Red Rocks are very cool! The workouts are challenging and have definitely helped me improve my bod and attitude! Abs, gluts, arms, everything works well for me. The instructors voice is pleasing and easy to understand. The movies need an wireless connection can be slow at times, however the content is right for me. I think I’ll try some of the InApp movies.

NOT Pilates. Pilates and YOga are NOT the same thing. This app only includes yoga exercises. Who did you pay to write the 5-star reviews? Worst app ever.

Eh. I would find the list of exercises useful if I could create a subset for my workout that I go through and check off.

Nice app. So far I have only done a few of the workouts but the ones I did felt very effective and I would recommend this to those that would like a good pilots app :)

Not worth it. Purchased this expecting movies to watch to help with exercises. But there are no movies just a blank screen. But if you want more exercises it has you download payed videos. Not worth the download.

ATM. How is it that Pilates are all over the place but the similar but superior Feldenkrais method can't be found hardly anywhere.

Excellent basic workout. New to pilates but this seems to cover all the basic moves and you decide the length and focus with short exercise choices. Longer continuous workouts would be nice too. I keep returning to this one though!

Don't waste the time. I installed the app because the description said it would be videos and actual exercises and not links to lead to more apps, but that is exactly what it was...just links to lead other places. There were no videos, and no exercises. A total wasted effort. Only giving it one star because I have to fill in at least that.

good exercises but can only watch once. I'm a little confused. The first time I used this app, just before the most recent update, I was able to view all the exercise movies. I thought it was a great way to do workouts in short bursts. It's a nice way to fit exercise into my busy schedule. However, after watching each one one time, they went away. Is this just a trial? How do I get them back? Do I have to pay to see them again? Can someone please advise?

Poor Technique, don't waste your time.. Really poor technique is shown. It's a shame she didn't use someone who could do the exercises properly in the photos. Don't bother doesn't teach anything worthwhile.

Free is great. Payed is useless. Videos load live from Internet. And they load decently fast. However the 7 paid videos seems like they're loading from outer space. Unbearably slow. Hence completely useless. I'm not going to wait 20 min to have 7 min video download. Fix this. Have videos load from YouTube.

Not worth the download. If I wanted you tube videos I'd go in u tube tuis was disappointing was slow and each piece of the workout was in different videos so you have to wait fir it to download it isn't sequential and you get cold while waiting. Not impressed.

Please Fix. Get real. I like watching Penny but you have messed with it so now it is useless. Your support email address continues to reject - I assume it is full! Please, please fix it.

Very useful!. Videos are clear and easy to follow, nice combination of moves throughout set. Beginners should have no problems using this to start a Pilates "habit".

Do not buy the movies. They videos are short and are basically the same as the exercise videos. They are not workouts and are not worth the money. You will not be able to get an refund so dont make the mistake of buying them.

Happy turtle662. Very disappointing. There were only pictures of some exercises, no instructions or timing help. I deleted it... Not worth the space it took up on my phone.
