What is customer care business manager app? Customer Care is a complete invoicing, financial and contact management app designed for service oriented independent businesses. Maintains a client focused schedule of your appointments. Integrated with your client contact info you can quickly send reminders, create invoices and track your important accounts.

Powerful invoicing function is included to create, email and print all types of sales and service invoices. Invoice entry you can visualize the completed invoice as you go. The invoice entry view all of your transactions can be tailored to the unique needs of your business. There is extensive profit & loss analysis.

This comprehensive business app provides complete financial information including inventory control and Profit & Loss Info. All information is maintained on your device and there is no need for connectivity or outside servers as is common with many of the more sophisticated business apps.

Highlights:

Scheduler - Your calendar on steroids. Select client names from your contacts and add the service information to the appointment. Create reminders, complete and invoice the transaction, view contact management info and send appointment confirmations. All right from the scheduled appoinment. View multiple calendars, set alerts, search history.

CRM - Contact Management - Store notes, images and track other communications with your clients and have the in app ability to call, text, email or map without leaving your app.

Labor, Parts & Supplies are maintained in the app with detailed multi-line descriptions, costs, price and units of measure & on hand quantities. These can be added on-the-fly or maintained from your stored items.

Invoices are automatically created from your Estimates and support multiple payment methods. Maintain PAID and OPEN status of your invoices. Multiple sales tax rate setup is included. Your logo, detailed terms and conditions and other messages are automatically displayed.

Estimates - In App Purchase required. Create detailed and professional looking estimates at the client site that may be immediately emailed or printed. Track the status of each Estimate from Draft to Email to Approved.

Signature Capture of approved Estimates with an update of Status. Invoices and Estimates may be copied for editing and reuse with other clients.

Images from both the Camera and Album apps may be used for logo's and saved with your orders.

Financial Information - Is instantly available for any client, job or timeframe with just a few taps. Information may be viewed on screen or downloaded for further analysis with any spreadsheet.

Help and Support - Context sensitive help shows by topic as well as how to movies. Email, text and phone support provides to help with any questions or issues.

International Currency Dates & Dynamic Type (the ability of the app to change font sizes) are all included in the app.

Messages & Reminders
Create Appointment Reminders automatically from your schedule using text or email. Design All types of messages like appointment confirmations, thank you, follow up & promotions. Designer can insert date & time, client info and your company information.

Cloud Sync
Automatically synchronize your information utilizing iCloud technology. For up to five devices this In App will keep your business info inSync.

Profits and Reports
Profits provides a complete financial system that tracks all sales, purchases and expenses. Includes ALL formatted PDF Reports that can be directly printed or attached to emails.

Document Manager
Document Design & Delivery- Change document field names of invoice and estimate documents, change formats easily with unique design for invoices and estimates. Use your local language and terms.

Spreadsheet Download
Download your financial info and backup your info in a Spreadsheet format.

Gets better every day. I am very resistant to change so installing and using this app was not an easy process for me. Now that I've been using it for a few weeks it seems to be getting better every day. Now I think about all the time I wasted doing this in Word, just ridiculous! Be patient with the app and you will get results. Lots of help and movies to get you off to a fast start.

Crashes all the time. I should have trusted the reviews, but thought maybe they worked out the kinks in a newer version. Nope. Crashes constantly. Walked away from it before fully setting it up, which takes some time. Shame, cause I wanted just a simple program to log billable hours.

Easy to use with rich functionality. Apps are like people. Some are just easier to get along with. This app is easy to get along with and use. Usually easy apps don't do much. But this one does a lot. Sales and invoices, contact management, scheduling and financial results! What more do you need?

Great Mac App for Contacts and More. Have been looking for something like this to use on my Mac. Very complete app for Contact management, invoicing and financials. Was previously using three different apps to do what this one app does!

Working Great for us.. I am new user of the app and it has been working great so far. Added a few clients, services and products. Posted in some sales transactions and then reviewed the reports. I LIKE IT! Have added and Document Manager and spreadsheet export inapps too.

Perfect for my pet business!. Keep trying to find the right app for my pet business. I am really excited about the fast start that I'm off to with this app. Setup was a breeze after watching the movie. Uses my contacts and calendar. Invoices are clean looking and have the right amount of detail for my clients. So far, so good!

Owner. Pretty crappy set up. It alphabetizes by first name only, and doesn't save email addresses or notes under client info. there is no one to contact for help

Version 13 Updates are Great like PDF reports!. The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this one is just right for my business. t’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps. Also saves me the time of manually generating invoices. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. I like having control of my data and not logging into someones server.

Happy. I am happy to write a positive review. The app helps me with my small business, letting me keep track of payments and invoices. The support is prompt and cordial. I got stressed because I thought I had lost my client invoices, and I received help, realizing I just needed a different configuración. Thank you John for your prompt help. 😄😄

Update has new Scheduler like calendar, but better much better!. The Scheduler InApp is like the Calendar, only much better. Tied to your client info so you can easily send appointment reminders. Big time saver! Also, now able save multiple images with descriptions with each client. I am also pleased to see the addition of more financial & profit reporting now available. Changes have made a great app even better. Really can't beat this app with its functionality and reasonable one time fees.

Had to use. This app was very had to use confusing and did not help my not worth the money

Crashes. Is there any way to get a refund?

Owned it for 1 hour has crashed 10 times at least!. Seemed cool but keeps crashing. Can’t trust my data to that sort of thing.

Under developed. This app show promise and has many great features,however,the features described simple do not work.That said, support is available however the companies resources are limited.This app needs to be in beta and fully tested by users in the real world.Until at least the sync issues are resolved I give it a 1

Really Helped My Business. This app has really helped me get organized. It’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add my services with just a few taps. Also saves time of manually generating invoices. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. i tried another app but the information was on a server and I needed a connection for it to work, not so good for me. They should charge a lot more for this app!

Horrible!. I purchased this app to help me with my business and once I paid for it and it was downloaded, I then found out every piece of this app was an add on and needed to be purchased individually! It doesn't do anything it's supposed to unless you put out MORE money to buy the add ons! This app is horrible! Go buy it somewhere else from a different company all together!! This is a bait scam to make you pay ridiculous amounts of money! It doesn't even have a calendar unless you purchase it!! Horrible waste of money!
