it does not work ... no funciona. once the downloads if you close it does not return open it stays black the screen does not work ... they should fix it is useful when it works correctly

Worst ever. This app crashes all time. It’s almost unusable to keep control of your album. Avoid it

World Cup 2018. When are you going to upload the 2018 World Cup album????

Does not work. I downloaded the app about a week ago and still cannot even open it. Always get a Server error and can never start it. What a joke

It doesn’t show Russia 2018 WC. It doesn’t show The album for Russia 2018 World Cup, only 2014 WC, 2016 EC and 365 editions The concept of this App is great, the app itself is just bad!

Can't scan anymore. I was really excited about this and the way using it to organize better.I was using it fine scanning the cards I would get but than after a while it don't work anymore it keeps saying connection error I thought it was the wifi but I was in a place with very good wifi and nothing change. I hope it gets fixed soon and other than that I like this app very much keep track of the things I have copy.

Great start!. I think there should be a better way to check off what stickers the user acquires. Something more similar to a grid view with numbers. This would make it easier to search what you have and what you're missing

Organizing multiple albums. The app is great, and very helpful when it comes to organizing the stickers. But it could be better if you guys update the app so we could organize multiple albums, and from different countries. I have two albums, one from Brazil and another from US, and some stickers don't match, the Brazilian album has stickers that the American album doesn't.

Trash. This is 2018 and this app is garbage

Doesn’t work!. Can’t even open it

Loading.... Every time I open this app all I ever get is a loading video clue in the middle of the screen. The intention is great, and the app would be great, if only it actually worked, and it never does.

Great app for tracking collections. My daughter (4 yrs old) loves collecting these stickers with me. This app is great for tracking our progress. I would love to see more books added. We are collecting the Frozen stickers right now, and will be looking at more albums in the future. Keep up the good work!

Does not work. This app does not work server error 9 out of 10 times you open it

Need improvement.. I used the app to scan all my stickers to keep track. However, the scan feature has issues scanning and recognizing shiny stickers, namely the official ball no matter what I tried it did not recognized it and had to manually add it, but then the scan image is not added when done manually. The annoying part is that it does not allow you to export your missing, or swap list to possibly swap online with other users. Other unofficial apps allow you to export easily. I hope panini fixes these issue, otherwise, there’s no point in using this app.

Do not download. Total waste. Every time I try to use it, says server error. Have not work once for me.

NO STARS FOR THIS APP. It does not work. However is in charge of updating this app for Panini should be fired. I have been lucky a couple of times and opened the app to work ok but 9 out of 10 times that I have tried to use it an error appears saying that it cannot connect with the server. Waist of space. I hope the app is fix soon. Thank God I downloaded another app to keep track of my stickers.

Ivory Coast scan failed. The app seems to be good, I really like it, however there're some difficulties trying to scan some stickers, but with some work you get the scan, but with Ivory Coast is impossible...I've been trying for hours and nothing, it needs to be fixed, I really appreciate if you can do it

App don’t work!!. I used this app 4 year ago for WC in Brazil but I don’t know what happened this time? I really hope that you guys fix this problem ASAP bc I need to organize my album. By the way this app in other countries is working just fine! So that makes it even more upsetting!

Good, but.... The app function very good but when I will select my new cards some of them doesn’t have the number of cards that I have of the same of it. The scanner of card doesn’t scan almost all badges cards. But the app function very good and I like to use it!

Ridiculous. I’ve had this app for a while now and ever since Easter morning I cannot open the app because I have a lot of stickers sitting around the house and I’m waiting for this to be resolved.

Ruined our efforts!. Our 6 year old and 5 year old sons have been collecting the NFL stickers, we give them sticks packs for rewards. We have been using the app to keep track of their progress in the book and it was a lot of fun. The app was lacking when it was working, but at least it was fun for our boys to see their collection and the number of cards they needed. Well... after recording about 200 stickers, this app flopped and totally crashed out. All of our kids logged progress on the app wouldn't load. And still won't load. I actually trusted our kids to use my phone to save each new card and they enjoyed it. But this is an annoying fail! The NFL app is still not working 2 weeks later. Boo!

Not working. I downloaded another app that already has access to the World Cup 2018. I had hoped that the official app would be much better, but the app won’t even open!! I will give it a little while and I will change my review if it starts working, but for now, it’s a waste of space on my phone.

Won't load. I downloaded the app on I phone 5s and I went on it to collect nhl16 and World Cup stickers and I couldn't get passed the loading screen!!!!!

apps great. app works fine. I've scanned just under 600 stickers, however, the app doesn't recognize #127, and #602 .

No euro book. Panini there is no euro 2016 booklet it does not show up on my screen

No Euro2016. No Euro2016 when opening the app. It's not self evident, but I think you can purchase in the settings. I'm deleting the app.

Needs work. App downloaded but when I try to download the NHL sticker book, which is necessary to use, it stops downloading and gives an error message. Not working on either iPad mini or iPhone 5S.

Scanning don't work. Can't scan in my NFL stickers. Why is there no way to manually enter what stickers I have? Frustrating.

Could be better. Having to scan your stickers in is both gimmicky and time consuming. Especially if you're like me and got the app after already being more than half done the book. I would like it better if there was simply a list of the stickers where you ticked off the ones you have.

Euro 2016. Had to switch my country from Canada to Italy to get the Euro book to show up.

Need to fix bugs. We scanned almost the whole FIFA 2014 album, but now it crashes every time we try to access the album, I was tempted to delete, but message says all data will be lost. Hours of scanning a sticker one by one, because of not the picture do not show on your album. Please fix, this thing could put an end to this app.

Some difficulties. It's very good, but it's impossible to scan some stickers like the Netherlands logo.

Having problems. I've been having problems identifying some stamps, specially logos.

Bug. App doesn't recognize sticker 127, I've tried with 2 stickers hundred of times and nothing happened..

Pros and cons. Pros- The app scanner is extremely fast, the interface is easy to use. Cons- Sharing your swap list with others doesn't work.

Doesnt recognize stickers. It was frustated because the scan doesnt recognize various stickers I spent my time doing this for nothing. I dont recomend

Football album. Can't scan helmets

App won't open for NFL. I love this app. I have been using it for a while for the NFL stickers. I hate soccer. Sorry! Now the app shuts down every time I try to open the NFL album. Please fix this!!!! Also you can not scan any of the team helmet stickers. Fix it!!! Once these problems are fixed I will give it 5 stars. Panini- FIX THE APP PLEASE!!!!

Doesn't work. I downloaded the app for my little brother and I can't even use it. Every time I click on NFL the whole thing crashes and closed.

Can't even download book.. When I go to download one of the books it says there's a connection issue and it won't allow me to. I don't have a connection problem as everything else on my phone works. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix.

FIX THE SCANNER!!. The app's idea is great, but the scanner is horrible! It hardly works! Why can't I just add a sticker and download its picture from the Internet? Either you fix the scanner, or this app is going to get useless against the paper and pen method.

Handy app. I'd put 5 stars if it could scan 127 & 602. I tried 100 times! Looks like they are too glossy and app fails to recognize them.

Fail app. It doesn't scan most of the cards, and the option of choosing manually the cards you have is even worst, cuz it doesn't show the picture of the card.... Very disappointed

Error scanning stickers. There's an issue on scanning stickers. It appears the message of error when I try to scan. Even with a strong wi-fi signal the error remains.

Awful user experience. Really bad UI, slow and the scanning is useless, not worth of the panini products.

Won't open UEFA champion league. I'm from Egypt and when it says country I select Egypt and every time I look for champions league it's not there it's the fifa World Cup FIX IT!!!

NFL app crashes every time!. The NFL app crashes every single time I open it for the last few days. It is very frustrating and renders it totally useless for my son. In addition, the shiny helmet stickers will not scan.

It's ok. Everything about this app is awesome except none of the NFL team logos will not scan. I'm not sure if it's just me if not please fix this problem.

Doesn't work. Complete fail for NFL album. App will not open NFL album all of a sudden. Scanned 250+ stickers and now it won't even open on any iOS. Complete fail. Don't bother downloading this.

Nice way to control you sticker collection. This is a step up from your usual handwritten paper list to track your missing stickers. It would be a 5-star app if it integrates the online album and allow you to swap cards with live people. Still, it's a nice way of organizing your collection.

Album not downloading. I'm having the same problem as many of the other users I'm not able to download the album and it says that there is a problem with the connection when there clearly isn't any...

Need an export feature. It's a good app, but the most important thing is to export a list of sticks I have for changing. I miss that feature!

Frustrating scanning. The idea of the app is good, but the scanning experience is frustrating. Not only is slow, but to scan certain stickers is almost impossible, no matter how good light and wi-fi. That's quite noticeable with the special stickers, like the ones from the Federations symbols and World Cup symbols. When u add the stickers manually, than it doesn't show the picture of the sticker. Frustrating.

Kept on crashing. Disappointed to see that this app crashed every time I opened the app. I heard a lot about this app from my friend. And I am not impressed so far especially when I am new to this. I haven't logged in yet. Disapponted.

Almost a Good App. I thought that with this app, it would be easier to keep track of the stickers, but you have to scan each one of the stickers and there are lot of them that don't appear so you waste a lot of time triying. If they fix the issues, it would be a great app, but at the moment is an almost of 2 star.

Only Fifa album??. I have also the Adrenalyn XL Fifa Brasil, I want to do the same check list with it.
