Started Out Great. UPDATE: The below review still applies to the newest update. As others have mentioned, this game starts out great. It has a different premise than the usual building sims which is a refreshing change. Graphics are good and I liked the storyline with the developing mystery of what happened to all the humans. Then the damage to your facilities start. At first it's a nice challenge. The problems start when half or more of your facilities are damaged and the items given to you by the citizen houses are either the wrong items to allow repair or they stop giving you items completely. It's really too bad as I really enjoyed the game and its various challenges and jobs until it ground to a halt.

Ok for when you are bored.. This game isn't great but it isn't bad. I play it every once in awhile. I do get annoyed with the notifications so I turn them off. Nothing really special about this game. If you are looking for a building simulator game than this one would be for you.

I love this game been playing for a long long time but!. Like I said before I love this game. I Only have 2 issues with this game. Issue 1 is red diamonds are to expensive and they don’t do enough sales like other apps. And the last issue I have not enough land I’ve run out of room. Please update this game please add lots of new land. Happy playing aquapolians see u under the sea.

Greatest game ever made in the history of games. Your game is really cool did you base it of atlatis which I love water animals so thank you for making this game I always wanted to be a marine biologist cause I love water animals I hope you read this I have a suggestion for the game Maybe you can get Rubys from missions it would be a little better and maybe in the next update you battle other people but still your game is great and I hope you reply cause on the day I played i got to level 6 so it is very easy and addictive I love it your game is like a must need for my life that’s how much I love it so plz read this and comment

sad. ok so ive been playing but hadnt in a few days....every time i go to play it wont even open....deleted and reinstalled....nothing... ☹️☹️☹️☹️

When it works!. Great when it works! It won’t load I will try for another day but then I will uninstall and miss playing it!

Unique. This game is like original Sim City with sea monkeys and missions. Like most games, people have to wait for buildings or materials to be constructed. This is by far the most unique game as far as concept and addicting because I do not know what will happen next! I would recommend this game to everyone!

Disappointing. I enjoyed this game quite a lot until the manufacturing buildings began to require repair. To repair them you can use items dropped from the residences or use crystals. The problem is that the residences do not drop the required repair items at a rate that will keep up with the manufacturing buildings need for repairs. That means using crystals, which ultimately means paying real money to buy the crystals because you can't earn crystals fast enough to keep up with the repair. It is really a shame because otherwise it is a sweet game. I deleted it.

Love Love Love!. I love this game! I have only been playing under a week, but it’s rather addicting! A few thoughts to the devs, would love to have more land space per expansion. I play another game similar to this and I have plenty of space for all necessary buildings with room to decorate. With this game, everything is jammed together. Beautiful graphics, but my little underwater village could be so much prettier if things could space out so bit! Also, would be great to be able to have friends other than relying on Facebook friends. One more thing....would love more mini~games or quests. All in all....Thanks for a fun game! Loving it!

Help!!!!!!. This game is great! But, I'm on level 13 and I'm stuck. I'm trying to get to level 14 to buy more land and my xp is not increasing. I've been playing and it never increases. What am I doing wrong?

Incredible!. I have played a lot of games on my phone; the Smurf's, Simpson's, etc. I hated how you had the franchise bologna in the games. I absolutely love playing Aquapolis. You can realistically relax and enjoy the game daily; the game gives you what you need to succeed. I hope it continues down this path. I will play forever! Thank you developers!!!!

Quick moving game!. As with other building type games that seem to drag, this moves and keeps interest.

Pure love!!. So creative! Love the stories and the creativity! The sea creatures are awesome! And I just keep wanting to discover more. There's so much to do so many quests! And no dead ends. You are given everything you need! Play this game !!!

Will not reward you after watching commercials. You are supposed to earn a gem or a free spin if you watch a commercial. Recently, more times than not, after watching a commercial you are NOT given the reward. Very uncool.

Very Lovely Game. sweet game it is, but started today with not able to help, collect or send gifts to no one due to it just keeps freezing up, you need to fix the gifting part of this game it freezes and then crashing, fix now please, need to help and get those eggs, help fix. Great game. I think the game is very excitingI think it keeps you occupied which is what you want. It also has a lot of free perch can get on your playing..Oh and a good point or after you download it you don’t need Wi-Fi to play.. I wish it was a little bit open or more area to play and I wish that you can communicate with other players and see other players progress..good game!!!

Replaying. I played this some time ago I still love it

Citizens are unhappy-so am I. I was really enjoying this game, thought I had finally found the right sim city game for me, but then it came to the point where you have to keep the "happiness level" up. Problem is, you only have one type of structure to do it with (here at the beginning). It takes ALOT of these newsstands to EVER increase the happiness, so what you end up with is a town full of nothing but newsstands.

Good game. Plays pretty well although the factorys break down to often and unless you have FB friends or lots of rubys you will either wait a while for friends to help or use up your rubys fixing things. As you get up in the later levels the cost of upgrading or buying new factories increases way too much.

Fragile buildings. This could be a much better game if the buildings weren't so fragile. 3-4 uses and you have to repair them with parts that are never available from the housing. The never ending quest to fix the same things over and over gets really old, and you can't even delete the broken buildings. Fun story line, but endless futility isn't fun at all.

Unique concept. I've played several F2P games that all end the same. If you want to do well you HAVE to pay. So far I haven't seen that with Aquapolis, but as the game picks up steam we will see whether greed takes over or not. I'm hoping not, but history is typically a reliable guide.

AMAZING!!. This game is AMAZING!! don't listen to those people that say that it's not good! It is awesome, and you don't have to spend money on it if you don't want to! It's kinda like Minecraft you don't have to spend the money, I play for FREE it is AMAZING!! I defiantly recommend it! But it is addictive you shouldn't care if it's a great game though! It so fun!

Beat down. This game keeps you more beat down than our current economy. The more you level the more things breakdown. Forcing you to buy gems, which I refuse to do. Sadly it's addictive and I keep playing in hopes that it's beatable without having to spend money. Time will tell I guess.

You need to repair everything!!!. You need gems to buy many things. Many cost 30+ gems. Which you barely get in the game. You need to unlock more space for buildings but almost all the spaces cost 20+ gems and my town is getting crammed. Game is alright. Gets annoying sometimes.

😀👍🏼. I just discovered this game today but love it so far! I love ocean/aquatic themes and simulation builders, so this is a win-win for me, and Aquapolis does it well. The story and characters are cute with great art, music, sound and functionality. Overall really fun and entertaining so far, yay. 👏🏼

Wow!. This game is way better than I expected! Well yea, it does have a couple problems here and there. But it's actually a great game, that is worth getting!

Enjoyable and relaxing. This is a family friendly game you can play with members of your family of all ages. It's a fun little building game. The underwater creatures look like the pictures on the old Sea Monkey kits we used to buy. Very cute. :)

Fun, Not free as developer says.. Definitely have to spend money to buy better attractions or you’ll have the same attractions over and over and over again, which makes for an uninteresting world. And not easy and takes a long time to get diamonds. So, will have to buy some diamonds to have better attractions for my fish folks

My lust for hours of entertainment has been fulfilled.. Been playing this game for a long time now. I love how it offers seasonal items and deals. Also the addition of the crystals was pretty awesome. Keep up the good job.

Frustrating. It’s a great game but as you get into it, spin the Wheel of Fortune is a bit of a joke, you almost NEVER get the good prizes, almost always lands on 100 coins, getting tools from buildings is difficult and buildings breakdown so the diamonds you have saved get used for repairs…almost time to put it on the back burner…

Machine Break too often. Good game and I would give it a better rating but the machine break way too often and it's insanely hard to get hammers and pipes to fix them!! It's crazy when half of your machines are broken and all your quests are items that take a long time to produce with only one working machine!! Please make this part of the game better! **update** Seriously ridiculous on the machines breaking down almost all my machines are broken. Seems like a money grab to me!

Master of crash. This is an excellent game but without a doubt exceeds all others when it comes to crashes. It is not uncommon for the game to crash 20 or 30 times an hour regardless of the quality of WIFI.
