In ACT, you are encouraged to commit to actions so that you can live your life by your values, even in the face of these unpleasant experiences. This app was developed for Veterans, Service members, and other people who are in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in consultation with a therapist. It offers exercises, tools, information, and tracking logs so you can practice what you’re learning in your daily life.

Mindful Log. I was able to make a record of my experience but I can't access my log to reflect on it.
No audio in guided audio exercise. I chose the audio guided exercise, but there was no audio! There was onscreen text instructions. One of them said to close my eyes. How could I continue with the exercise if I needed to read instructions if my eyes were closed?
No Problems with this App! 🇺🇸. The low ratings are from years ago and are no longer relevant! This app does not have stunning graphics and they do not ask you for money. 💰 It is set up like an outline, it keeps opening up to more information and exercises. Good so far, needs an update.. Just started to use this app for my anxiety. Wanted to mention that the "Observe Sensations" guided audio is silent. There are only words on the screen. I just finished the "Observe Thoughts" audio and it was very helpful. Giving three stars for now cuz the audio isn't working for an exercise I need.
