Delayed alerts. I'm glad to have found a replacement for eBuddy since they removed the gtalk functionality that I so desperately relied on, however I do miss one feature that they had very sorely: delayed alerts. I frequently have Adium up on my workstation and my iPhone near by and when I reply via Adium, I certainly do not want messages popping in to my Notifications screen on my iPhone and iPad. This is a real hassle and we need some kind of a solution ASAP for this.

Jabber no longer connects. Been using it for years.. After updating to the latest iOS, won’t connect now.

Better than the first I am plus pro!. This IM+7 pro is much better than the previous IM+7 pro because I'm able to log into my Facebook without turning off VoiceOver. This app is accessible with the use of VoiceOver. :)

XTreme disappointment. NONE of the standard social accounts like facebook, twitter, instagram, messenger, skype, and several more, are available to be selected for setup... just several (I guess) foreign services that I never even heard of. Can't access their support page either (404 error). Waste of my time and money.

Excellent App. I was fed up with Yahoo Messenger. Me and millions of other Yahoo Messenger Users. I really like this app but have seen the bug where sometimes the keyboard just doesn't appear. If I could add something to the wish list it would either be a built-in translator or the ability to copy from the messages to paste into a third party translator app. Not everyone I chat with speaks my language.

Messenger. It works pretty well. At times it takes a bit for a message to show up in order to respond. On my ipad, I'm able to see via notification that I have a message incoming, I'm able to read a portion of the message this way, go to the app and it may or may not be there. If it's not there it seems to take forever. I deal with it.

Once the best, not so much anymore!. This was once the best instant messenger you could get for your phone (and well worth the price!) but it seems like every update comes with a brand new pile of issues. Now Skype is no longer supported and my messages (incoming and outgoing) are completely out of order. Some even date to 24 hours the following day, and they get stuck at the bottom of the chat window so I'm forced to either scroll through the mess or close/reopen the chat. Officially won't be using this program again, it's gotten too ridiculous.

Good app, but a few bugs to work out.. On the whole I like the app, it runs multiple chat networks, even multiple accounts on the same network (two on GTalk, anyway). Being able to group contacts by network or by organized buddy groups is handy. Being able to combine contacts into meta-contacts (one person's AIM, Skype, and GTalk all grouped together) is even handier, and this is the first iPad app I’ve seen that does that consistently. That said, the meta-contacts have a bug where only the status of the first account in the group is shown, so I have people who are showing up as offline but their second or third meta-contact account is available. There’s no chat tabs when you have multiple conversations going at once, you swipe sideways to get from one to the next. This works until you have more than three conversations going, at which point it becomes tedious and hard to find the right conversation. There’s also no way to reorganize buddies or add groups. If someone in my Skype “Ungrouped Contacts” is supposed to be in another group, this app won’t let me fix that. When I realized today that I really needed two groups instead of one, I wasn’t able to add a group and move the buddies there. These certainly don’t make the app any less functional, they just get irritating after a bit.

Impressive. So much more stable than the stock Skype app and commonly use this over the web client on computer as honestly this works 10x better than their web client even.

Long time Fan.. IM+ has one of the Cleanest and user friendly UIs it keeps all the groups i set up on my laptop via pidgin. It still does not do Jabber based MUCs to my knowlege but neither does trillian. (I would pay another 5$ for MUC support. maybe consider adding it as an in app perchase if you don't wish to add it free) Yes skype, msn, google, and facebook have been making it difficult for ALL 3rd party users to use multi client chats, But this affects trillian as well. you CAN get facebook working as a jabber client on this.

Terrible. I purchased this app for the ability to save chats and this feature doesn't even work. It cuts off my conversations so I can never save a full convo. Notifications also don't work very well. If another chat window is open, it won't show notifs for the other chats. It also disconnects randomly and the design of chat windows makes it difficult to read chats as there are no dividers or word wrap.

The best IM app for iOS out there. I've stuck through this app through the years and it just keeps getting better. You can have it on across multiple devices. When migrating to a new device, all my accounts and settings are magically there! Customer support is really responsive if you need it. Keep up the good work!

Skype Protocol Change. Trillian (a multi chat client for computer use, not phone) has also dropped Skype. I hope people realize that Shape is just complying with Microsoft’s change, and it is not their fault they had to drop it. That being said, I have been using IM+ since it was called IM+ Pro, not Pro7. I re-bought the app since they didn’t release it as an update. I’ve used Shape services for years, and Skype support was the main reason I bought this application. I’m very frustrated that it’s no longer supported.

Jabber works well. Update: Occasional issues others have described with this version on iOS 9, happen much less occasionally in this version; at this point messages once in a while that won't be marked as read right away. Not concerned; they have been reliable about getting out updates. I use it with a Jabber server (OpenFire), works well. Don't like the way the new message sound plays again when opening the app from a notification, but that is a minor thing.

No complaints so far. The problem with these "write-a-review-now" prompts is that they show up immediately and you haven't even had a chance to use the thing..... That said... So far I've been able to use GTalk without a hitch. Haven't used Skype yet. Haven't set up Facebook yet. So I don't know any better.... Yet.

So Far, So Good. I've been using this app for about a month. So far, I'm enjoying it. I like being able to have the app open on my iPhone and my iPad and can receive messages simultaneously if I'm away from one or the other. However, active conversations cannot be carried on between two devices like most iCloud applications. Other than that, I think the app is very useful/helpful.

Nice program, prompt support. This is definitely the best multi platform messaging program for the ipad. While it could use some refinement, I've not found anything else that comes close. The customer support is surprisingly prompt and helpful. Definitely worth it.

Happy to have this!. Since Mac no longer supports Yahoo Messenger (or the other way around) I am happy to be able to keep in touch with my friends. Also glad to be able to check all my messages at once while keeping them distinct.

Nice, clean, missing groups and auto-away. Chats are nice, but almost too sparse. Chat bubbles would be a nice way of differentiating speakers, or even left/right separation to easily ascertain who is speaking. Unfortunately, the view is presented as a long, scrolling list of messages. Fine, but could be better. Huge oversight in leaving out group chats. Not enough for a huge deduction, but the lack of an "auto-away" feature is a deal-breaker. That drops the rating down to 2/5 stars. Lacking auto-away makes it very difficult to prioritize where chats are going. I will miss large sections of a conversation because messages are going to my iPad, which has been in my bag and asleep for my commute. Why? Auto-away would make this far more seamless.

Rotations!. The app is great but you really need to get rotations right. Rotating into landscape scrolls up in the chat without fail, and requires the user to manually scroll down to the bottom again. Very annoying. It's still the best IM client on the market. Beejive is dead. Also, it keeps asking me to rate a "new version" so I just dropped it down a star. So dumb. Beg too much and you won't get love from me.

Buggy as hell.. Sometimes the keyboard won't appear; sometimes contacts will double post will double post; sometimes the app crashes at startup; sometimes it'll display symbols from a different character set. These are just some of the bugs I encountered in my first couple of hours chatting (and TRYING to chat) with the new "and improved" (and separately purchased IM+ Pro7. So far, it's been a massive boondoggle.

Updated version no longer available for iPad. When you try to get help, they tell you “the updated version may solve your issues”. Can you go to the App Store, and it says “this app is no longer available in your country.”Of course, by then you’ve already paid.

Works well on iPhone. I leave this active on my iPhone all day which keeps me in touch with co-workers. I wish it would work simultaneously with my PC app, but it appears to be one or the other.

Best IM. I went through a number of IM's before finding this one. Been using this for over year and haven't had any problems to speak of. Definitely worth the buy.

Good product, unresponsive support. So if you get this product setup and working, it works well. However, even if you pay for the product on your phone and computer (like I did), there is no response from the company on Twitter or contacting support through the app. 3 stars could have easily been five if I had some simple questions answered, but the company is not responsive. Only buy this if you are technical enough to figure out everything on your own, and creative enough to work around bugs setting up accounts.

Deceivers. You discontinued IM+ Pro. Now everyone who purchased IM+Pro before, now have to pay for IM+Pro7 again? And you removed the previous version and its support from the app store? Great. What you did is you showed no respect to your customers. You just wiped your feet on your users. I hope many users would agree with me, DO NOT buy it again. Next year with the release of iOS 8 they will change the name and ask you to pay again!

One of the better IM programs I have used. I have to say this is one of the better IM programs I've used and I have used many of them. This contains everything I need in one application and it seems to work very well. One of the main features I really like is it has OTR built into it. I would highly recommend this program.

Great messenger for people with many accounts. I’ve used IM+ in the past and really enjoy the option to add multiple accounts of the same social network, eg Instagram or Facebook. Although those are clearly web versions, it makes life so much easier. Finally I can manage all my accounts (both company and private) from one place. One thing to improve: loading times for the web based social networks, especially when using first time. PS: the IM+ Mac version is great as well.

Great app; no longer works with Windows Live. I loved the prior version of this app until it stopped connecting to Windows Live Messenger, which is now Skype. I downloaded this app at $4.99 in the hopes that it would fix the connection error, but have found out that Windows Live accounts are now Skype only and are not (and may never be) accessible through IM+. I have attempted to contacted the app developer three times in three weeks, but got no response. Needless to say, their support is lacking and I'm angry that I spend $4.99 on an app I can't use. Windows Live chatters, beware!

A great app. My friend and I use Google chat a lot on our iPhones, and with the last IOS update, my puny app I'd been using for a couple of years quit working. I found this app, and it's a great improvement over the old app- with more features to boot. Thank you! DO NOT BUY - MANY ISSUES. This app does not allow you to delete old user screen names. It will prompt you to delete, but it doesn’t delete. This app does not sync Skype/Google Groups and it doesn’t let you modify groups or create them. This app does not sync your statuses. So if you change your status to away it doesn’t update whats actually online. I contacted the developer a several months ago and they cant figure out the issues. They keep saying that they will try and fix it on the next update. Other than that, it is a good app, but only if the above features actually worked. I know the older version had issues, but the status feature worked. -Mike

:(. Love this app when it works; however, it doesn't work all the time. It goes from online to offline in a middle of a conversation. Edit: I bought this app for Skype IM but it rarely works. Also, I have been getting spam IMs from someone claiming to be the app developer asking me to click on a link. I blocked it, but just FYI do not click on links from strangers!

Cautiously optimistic. I've been using IM+ for awhile now and have had a bad time with my Jabber sessions not coming back reliably; also issues where my connections would show as disabled but still be enabled, showing me as available. After updating today, I didn't see any of those issues. Keeping my fingers crossed as this is my favorite IM program... When it works.

Works well without troubling with Ads. I had many other apps for the chat, they were all troubling me with ads and were not working well. They were mostly slow. This app works very well most of them time but freezes once in a while. I still don't get "easy to use" feeling with this app..

Good App, but doesn’t always work. I really like this app, but there are times when I can not get it to log in and work. It works 75% of the time. If it worked 95% of the time I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Handles Skype. IOS Skype app is a battery draining tramp. This app connects to Skype and doesn't kill my battery; which is awesome. Has a little quirkiness sometimes when displaying conversations but not a deal breaker. Awesome app for the price.

Emerald. I love it on my IPad but has one feature I don't like it shows I'm on line or logged into Facebook all the time even when I'm not logged in or on! 😒my friends tell it shows I'm logged in I tell them no I'm not! I will just have to delete it! Everyone thinking I'm logged in thinking I'm ignoring them or something, Bummer!

Worthless. The app stopped connecting to our Jabber server. It’s not our server as any other client connects without issue. I’ve emailed the company more times than I can count and have not once received a response. Wasted $.

Did not fix google login. Still get: 403. That’s an error. Error: disallowed_useragent This user-agent is not permitted to make an OAuth authorization request to Google as it is classified as an embedded user-agent (also known as a web-view). Per our policy, only browsers are permitted to make authorization requests to Google. We offer several libraries and samples for native apps to perform authorization requests in the browser.

Works great. I love having all my messages in one place and the ability to get notifications for emails with gmail I can now turn off my email syncing to save battery. Awesome thanks

Side swipe to message multiple friends!. I like this update! It's as responsive as the previous version! However, this version dropped Twitter access, but it won't be missed. That likely gave it more room to be better in the connections to the other platforms. My major complaint, though, is that the conversation cursor view doesn't default to the bottom of the text; I have to keep scrolling to the bottom in order to pick up where I left off; at least this is the case in landscape orientation. Please re-program things accordingly. Otherwise, this app is THE WAY to go for IM-ing!

Almost perfect. I switched to this from Beejive after that app just started, well, sucking. The one feature I miss is the ability to set different statuses for each account, instead of having one global status. Other than that, this app is pretty flawless.

Does the job!. After eBuddy decided to give up their IM service, I had to look for a new IM app. I did not have the old version of this app, just the newer version so I cannot compare the two. What I do know is that it keeps me logged in appropriately, doesn't fail, gets my messages to my intended party. I don't really need anything other than that so it does its job. It was more than I usually pay for an app, but it does what it says it will do, so it's worth the money. (IM apps are also getting increasingly hard to find as well.)

Nice so far!. I like several things about the new version. Bigger fonts, preview in notification, etc. My only complaint is there was no way to import account setup or chat history..so now I need to maintain the old version for a while. For those who complain about paying for this...I would rather pay every so often than not get any upgrades because the company could not survive off of freeloaders.

hopeless app(s)/deserves a ‘zero’ rating. whatever team of developers/support these apps allegedly provide, they remain utterly unresponsive to my requests for assistance. neither the desktop version for PC nor the iOS version work AT ALL and, despite numerous attempts over many months to seek a remedy, no team member has made the slightest attempt to address the underlying problems. additionally, no updates are forthcoming. an expensive ‘premium’ app that i found very valuable years ago is now relegated to the digital landfill. such disappointment!

Upload from photo library not working on iPad. Since the latest update, sending photos from the library doesn't work on the iPad Air 2. It works fine on the iPhone 6 Plus, but acts like it doesn't have access to the photo library on the iPad, which it does.

Good app - gone backwards for 7. Barebones app, some good improvements such as text size .. But useless for using at night unless your using it to find things in the dark.. Too bright! I paid money for the app, to find they are lazy in making improvements.. When are we going to get something new, constant freezing, and shutting down with bugs, even one which freezes when sending a shutdown fault to the support .. Great can't even complain fairly to support.. I hope the good people at IM plus pro, don't keep the apple users waiting for some decent bug updates and night themes

Not worth the money for the functions. I paid for this once and since I refreshed my phone I have to pay again. I don't think an ad free version is work nearly 8 dollars. Frankly I'm pretty disappointed.

MUC group chat doesnt work. MUC group chat via xmpp doesn't work at all. Requesting a refund. It looks like other features of XMPP work OK.

Not too bad!!!!. It is a very convenient app for bringing all Instant Messanger apps together into one place. Unfortunately doesn't support the emoticons from the other apps, or when somebody "buzz" you from yahoo, a bit disappointing but overall very good. Also if you have IM Pro on multiple devices i.e. iPhone and iPad, will not clear new messages from one if answered on the other or vice versa.

Mr. I downloaded it to use mig but it doesn't work. Total waste of money.

Need group messaging. Great app... I've had no problems with the paid version. I've installed it instead of messenger. And my battery life improved. Can we have group messaging support for Facebook?

Not good enough. Fantastic app but customer service is non existent. You have the option to contact them but all you get is an automated reply and nothing else. There is nothing around that does what this app does but the fact that Skype is not supported any more is disappointing.

Great!. I don't like how you have to wait for the person to come online for the app to get their picture, otherwise good app.

Gchat isn't working IOS 7.0.1. IM+ won't connect gchat account even after re authenticating and after removing and reading account. Not happy that I paid for an app that isn't working.

Suggestion!. Can you add different views like you did in the last version of Im + pro, with the same wall wallpaper and different font display.

Very good for putting all IMs in one place. I use this app for Twitter, AIM, Gchat, Yahoo chat, and MSN. Very convenient. Best one I've found so far (though I am always on the lookout for a better one).

Older was better. Although there were some good upgrade to this app, they just aren't enough. You can no longer change your chat backgrounds, your main screen backgrounds, and you can only use your camera once per session. After your first picture the cam is black and unable to function you therefore must turn off the app and reload in order to take one more picture.

Useless. It is pulling money from my pocket uselessly :-(

Google Talk login problem solved ?!. The app itself is great, the interface is easy to use and it offer a great range of instant messager support. In my previous comment, I've talked about how the Google Talk support was problematic. Well, It seem that it was solved server-side because I had no issue login in these past weeks.

It's a great app. I definitely prefer using this app to message my skype/windows live contacts over the skype app. It's nicer to look at, to use and offers the option to be notified when favourites come online.

Always Crashing. In desperate need of an update. Also needs Touch ID user protection.

Simply Scam. For those of you who don't know, this app is successor of IM+ PRO. I bought it 2 years ago with a price as expensive as this one. When iOS 7 came out, they decide it's time to make more money to discontinue it and make a refreshment to charge people again. Think about what would happen if one day your windows 7 stops working because MS wants more money from you. Shame on SHAPE.

Horrible app. Purchased, doesn't work at all already for 4 month, waisting money and time.

7.9.1 was better. They killed 7.9.1 as it's crashed every time when I wanted to send a pic, so you have you download 8.1.1 which works so-so :( guess I will return back 7.9.1 where you can change the themes and wallpaper, and the interface is much friendly!

Upgrade is awful... Previous version logged in easily, this one seldom does and chews loads of battery in doing so. Such a pity: this upgrade made this app worse than it ever was!

Facebook messaging died?. The app was great up until today when it gets stuck in an OAuth 2.0 loop trying to authenticate my facebook account. Please fix! Also, no updates in 6 months is a bad thing.

Rip Off. Not only do they make you re-purchase a second version of this app, they never fixed the first one, and to make things worse, they refuse to make it a cross platform purchase.

Very good. Works on iPhone and iPad in either portrait or landscape mode. Can't seem to delete people off the contact list. No biggy.

Does what I need. I only use IM+ for AIM, but it works well and does what I need. Also has an attractive and intuitive interface.

Excellent. Great app for Jabber. The support for Apple Push Notification sets it above the rest. Pro version also has a 7 day Keep Alive function; very useful for Chat services.

Glitchy. I like it but there are some bugs that need worked out. Like when I get 30 notifications but none are @ replies, just items in my feed.

Great app but needs iPhone 6+ update. A great app but now that I'm on the iPhone 6+; I'm hoping for a new update soon to address screen size and maybe font sizes.

Terrible. I was crestfallen when IMO decided to stop supporting other services. It took me forever to find an adequate replacement. I thought IM+ Pro would be that app, I was completely mistaken. I've had to download Google Hangouts because IM+ Pro frequently crashes or neglects to give me IMs that have been sent to me. That's unacceptable from a free app, totally deplorable form an app that I paid to use. Do yourself a favor and avoid this sham.

Great all in one IM app. After IMO cut support for third party IM, I had to find another program. I liked imo's interface, and, while I do miss the ability to more neatly organize contacts, I am finding im+ to be a very good replacement.

A lot better. I have been using this app for long time...It was terrible before with all the crashes..Lately it has gotten much better I just wish you still had Skype.

Wait till after iOS9 fixes!. This was SUCH a good app until the iOS 9 upgrade. Assuming the glitches are soon fixed, you definitely want this app. But if you have iOS 9 and download it now, you'll be 100% disappointed and you'll never come back. That would be a mistake.

Slow to fix problems. Developers are extremely slow to fix any issues. I have given up on this app, especially since so many services have recently shut down or closed to third party applications.

Finally updated for 6+. Thank you. App looks great. But please change the app icon on the home screen. It's so ugly lol

Flawed and not worth $5. The spell check function doesn't work to suggest words when highlighted in red, it doesn't sync chat sessions automatically between iOS devices, and navigation around on the iphone is clunky. IMO is better.

I use this with OpenFire server. And it works great. Solid connection, and I don't have to put up with advertisements.

Very pleased with this app. What more to say but that it worked first time and every time. No quibbles at all with this app.

Works better than Skype app. I was using the skype app to IM friends but kept having issues. Tried this app and havent looked back. Wish i could customize the look though.

Great app (and replacement for imo). Found this when I had to replace IMO. Really great app and well worth the price. Been using it for about a week now with no problems at all.

Love It!. I love this app but please add the ability to customize the size and color of the fonts. Also, the ability to change how the messages appear would be nice... Maybe make them look like iMessages with the blue and grey backgrounds! Thanks!

Worst app ever to touch my phone. The most unreliable, crashing, flaky, buggy, irritating app I have ever had on my phone. As of iOS 9 it actually loses messages without letting you see them. I didn't think there could be more bugs but they came through big!

Missing features. Upgraded from IM+ pro to the 7 version. The ability to switch the background to make chats more readable with a migraine is missing. I look forward to this feature being restored.

Not worth the update. First off... that logo. IT'S HIDEOUS AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS! This update is just as clunky and wonky as the past versions of the app. It's hard to connect your various accounts, push works sporadically at best. And you PAY for the ability to save chat history - and then have to go to a website LOADED with HIGHLY OBTRUSIVE ads. Customer Service is nonexistent and not too friendly towards the English Language.

ios9 bug. I love this app, it's something I use daily. However, since I updated to the new iOS 9 it's starting to eat messages. Will be a 5 once that's sorted!

I want my money back. I've had IM+ pro for years. Very happy with it. A week or so ago it wouldn't load. Crashed before it would even open. I reset the app. Nothing. So I deleted it from my phone and re downloaded. I was sent IM + pro 7 and charged yet another 4.99. I was going to avoid making a fuss but sometimes it won't open at all. I have iPhone 4.

Good. Everything works well, especially the image transfer through Skype. I love the new layout.

Does it's job. I ran through multiple apps before I hit this one. It's simple, and does the job efficiently. Seems to have a few minor connectivity issues, but otherwise I am very happy I took a chance on it!

IM+ Pro7. I love the fact that I can have MOST of my social media networks in this 1 app, but would love for Skype to be brought back (& work), PLUS be able to add my own personal statuses or even sub statuses that shows on EVERY social media networks, INCLUDING FaceBook & Twitter.

Push notification and missing messages. It was working perfectly, now when i have it turned off, i get a notification of a chat message, and when i launch the app, it doesn't show anything. Please fix it

Was great but not anymore. I paid for the pro version so I could have history, and I did which was really useful. Now all is lost if I quit or after about half day. No reply to my request for help after waiting over a month. Info I counted on being there is unavailable to me.

Pay twice?. The app itself is great, but after paying $10 for the pro version on my iPad, being asked for another 5 to get it on my phone is disappointing.

Good Yahoo replacement.. Yahoo quit- this works from PC to Text. Slightly buggy but works well most of the time. Wish it had better tone options.

Don't buy this app! They remove it every year!. Year ago I bought IM+ Pro and now they removed this app. Instead of it they sell new IM+ Pro7. Old version will never receive updates. Don't waste your money. The app constantly crashes, then doesn't want to connect to yahoo messenger (which I don't blame on the app, yahoo seems unstable with its own app). I paid to get rid of the annoying ads, and the app got better, not worse. I wish I could just get my money back!

IM+pro 7. I'm an iOS user I find it's easy to connect with people that use desktop or laptop. It's an awesome idea.

Junk!. I used this software since its conception and never had an issue...5 stars Five days ago all my Skypes went down. Authorization problem. There is no such issue on my end or skype itself! I write for support and get zero response ... If u need to use Skype with this s/w don't waste your money! I'm very disappointed as to how an excellent app is trashed!

My favorite IM client. I've tried many, but IM+ has always been my favorite. Account set up is straightforward and the interface is clean and easy to use.

Non existent customer service. Paid for the first version. Coerced into buying the second version. Now it will not work at all. Requests "validation" and I go through the motions, however, it says "you are already validated" but nothing. Be very careful purchasing this product. In many attempts to contact support, nothing. No responses, period. I am surprised that Apple approves this.

It works ok. I use it for my facebook, gmail and work chat. When Im also in my PC sometimes receives the messages and sometime dont. Also I dont like that you dont have full control on how the contact list appears

Horrible.. Latest update has completely screwed up the notifications. You have to keep the app open or you won't receive any if the phone is locked or close the app. I use this daily and to have to keep opening the app is frustrating. Please fix it.

Scrambles chat message order. Instead of always having the most recent posted message at the bottom, it continues to group with previous messages, scrambling the order and making conversations hard to follow.

Won't connect over the past month. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded multiple times with the current operating system and it just won't connect. It worked well for many months but maybe a recent software upgrade rendered it usable.

Why won’t it disconnect?. Even if I disable the AIM account, it doesn’t disconnect. I’ll get back to my phone and have dozens of messages from people who think I’m online even though I turned the account off in IM+. I even killed the app, restarted my phone and it still put me online!! WTH??

glitchy. Far too many glitches now. Messages fail to appear and notifications barely work. Also, a black background on white font would be nice to have as an option again, as well as customizable backgrounds. But please fix the glitches first.

Works well enough.. Needs a dark/night mode otherwise works well.

Terrible. Terrible experience. It shuts down all the time because of unknown reasons. Developers do not address any questions and concerns I sent to them. I am kind of surprised why no one created something similar that would be more stable and reliable.

Useless app. Does not connect through facebook directly but through the browser so it looks crappy. Facebook messenger in iPhone X looks as if I’m in the web. Useless. Really dissapointed. I remeber the days this app was the best when msn and yahoo messengers were popular. Don’t waste your money. Not worth the pennies. Not really the companys fault. Just not worth buying anymore.

AOL System Message. I switched to this app because the BeeJive IM app seem to have been abandoned as far as support and updates. Overall it’s pretty good but I wish there was a way to block/disable the AOLSystemMsg alerts when you are signed on in more than one location.

Great IM Service. Functions really well and seems to have all the features one would look for. I would like to see a little more customization, but that's not really a negative, either.

Get a handle on notifications. If I'm at my desk with my desktop chat open, I don't want my phone buzzing every time I get a new message. Please make some sort of delay. I.e. If desktop doesn't view message within 45 seconds then show message on phone. And also I don't want alerts while I'm on a phone call.
