Superb. It’s working well and super fast all the information you can get

Not working at all. I’m trying to recharge my phone through this app since yesterday. Yesterday it didn’t show the window to enter card details. Today the window is opening to enter card details but it doesn’t work. Simply it doesn’t submit my request. I contacted an agent and he said that he will look in to this matter. It’s more than 24 hrs now, still they didn’t fix this. These people are posting ads everywhere saying that to use their mobile app. What’s the point? If you can’t do anything for people in this situation at least do not slow down your internet speed and fix these problems. Offer your service for value of our money

Really helpful. I recommend this app to all Dialog smart phone users. By the way my translation history is not up to date.

app. mydialog app is good on some phones but on mid range phones/old it’s very laggy my old phone ( iphone 6)and samsung M01Core lagged a lot when tried to use app on my current iphone 12 really good pls try optimize the app performance for older phones cause some people can’t get new phones due to current situation

Worthless app - completely unusable. This app is unusable and buggy. Features had in old app are not working. Lot of unusable unwanted stuff are taken into the front page. Cannot add my broadband account to monitor the data balance. Worthless effort to update the app. Please restore older version.

Not Display the Hidden Conditions. Banners Display on the My Dialog app says “Conditions Apply”. We have no way to find-out what are the conditions that they told. That’s normal to hide the Some Conditions from a Ad. But There must be a way to Find-out what are that Hidden Conditions.. It is a shame to say that your company is an “International company”.

A good app with the possibility of being great - if you fix your issues. Although this app provides power users like myself to track the activities of multiple Dialog services, I've found the UI to be clunky, un optimized for iPads and larger tablets and heavy with unnecessary animations and effects and make the overall experience awkward (seriously, jiggling, bouncing icons?) It would be nice to see a clean, modern and minimalist design, taking cues from Apple's current design aesthetic. Also, it's extremely annoying to have your ads continuously blink at the bottom of the app, and make me want to hide it in the extras folder. I don't think Dialog is financially destitute to actually need the ad cents to pay your app developers. It ruins the entire experience and pleasure of using this app, and highly doubt someone would see them and go, 'wow, what a pretty flashy, epilepsy inducing ad.' and be tempted to click on it. (If we wanted to know more about your services or offers, we're more likely to just subscribe to your FB page). If you really must have them, please provide an option to pay for an ad free option. Also, why doesn't the app show how much data remains after you request an extension?

Basic but getting there.. The app is a little clunky, but it does pretty much everything I need it to do. Haven't had to visit a dialog center for a while now. So if you guys can speed up the app that would be great. Otherwise good stuff.

Waste mt money for data. Please stop it. They divide our mobile data as night & day. So we have to activate new data within few hours. Please stop divide our data. We pay for all but your service is not satisfied. Don’t do it your customers. Data reach low imediatly.

Service /Data / application. Most of the time applications get error while reloading my no....... Also their Data plans are useless they are allocating 50% of Data from our total monthly Data bangle as Night time Data, it’s starting midnight 12 am to 8am 😄😄😄😄 Are they thinking 💭 Sri Lankan will not sleep 😴???? Coverage problem. My city is Badulla still dont have dialog tower Badulla city network coverage very very poor. I complain many times not fixing. So i change Mobitel 4G very fast network

Frustrating. I hate this app so much. Takes forever to load and then suddenly stops working for no reason. You have to download it over and over at least once a month. Utter trash🤮

NOT Working Error- Loading Data Please Wait. I have iPhone 7 with latest iOS 12.1. I can not use any features or menu options as I get a Data Loading Error Message. Sorry we could not complete your request due to a system error. I have been getting this error for almost one month. I tried this App with 50Mbps Wifi and 20 Mbps 4G Network same issue.

Piece of Junk!. This app take hours to load. Provide false information about connections! Take lot of time to switch between connection. Give this app to a software company to develop this as a full app! Not one part form this company and another part from that company! Yuk dialog 🤮🤢

Easy to access and very useful app!!!. It's very useful app! But it would be great if there is a options like direct call to call center, start points status & offers, getting movie tickets through mobile app ect.,! Thanks for the best service!!!!

Trash app. This app is so annoying everytime I open the app “Authentication failure” error appears. So I have to keep reinstalling the app to use again. And again in another few days it’s the same error again. Useless!

So many bloody updates!!!. Why are y’all updating this like every week? Annoying! At least get rid of the pop up that comes when ever an update arrives.

Do not purchase Dialog 4G. Trashy slow app just like their horribly slow 4G internet service. Do yourself a favor and choose A Different ISP !

Embarrassing. This app is a complete embarrassment to the entire country. Even basic functions don’t work properly. I can’t see my monetary or data balance. Instead I get a error saying “oops, something went wrong. Try again later” My internet is working perfectly and most functions within the app are still accessible. It is just the balance that doesn’t appear. Dialog please hand over this embarrassing piece of crap to a software company.

Poor Sense / difficulty. I live outside SL. By mistake, by a touch, somehow a data plan got activated and each month around $5 had been deducted and the sim got barred. To activate, dialogue needs a letter. Then again to remove the data plan they need a letter. Touch to activate; Letter to remove the Data.

Apple App Store remove this app. This is the worst app in the world. It’s a shame it’s on the apple app. It should be removed. Nothing works. It accepts your request then ignores it. You spend hours on the phone or chat with them and nothing happens. Waste of space. This app should be trashed

Very Useful App!!!. I love this app specially in the iPad. It would be great if you guys add the feature to see the remaining time, if a time based internet package is activated.

So many errors. Doesn’t pass registration process, can’t change number primary to another. Says Error saving details. Errors process. Fix all those bugs. Please. Overall only the interface looking good.

Too many issues. At one point the app did not display my data usage properly. Many other issues such as the information not loading at all. Annoyingly troublesome

Can’t pay through my credit cards. It’s been two months I’m trying to pay through my cards, updated the app and tried several times, but can’t pay. Kindly fix this matter and walk the talk before mentioning and doing dumb marketing saying contactless payment bleh bleh things. Fix the basic things first

International travelers. Very poor options to deal with roaming and data management when traveling

Worst internet service. Very bad internet service dialog have even if we complain they give you the solution turn of your phone for 5 min then browse it again and it works only for 10 min then again back to slow internet. And we spend more then 3000lkr for internet still no use. And they also steal money from account if you reload your account and you trying to activate internet from that money and they take all the money for using internet for activating that data package you want. 1 min internet boom 300lkr gone! Hats off dialog. 👏👏

TV Chanels Deactivation NOT work. TV Chanel deactivation does not work even though it says successfully sent the request you will be charged and channel won’t be removed. Interestingly Chanel activation works and immediately added to billing cycle.

Fraud. App is fine, but the service provider is total fraud. They charged from customers bit and pieces in a way customers won’t realise.

Worst ISP in the country. Dialog is among the worst ISPs in the country. Unexplainable data charges and poor customer support!

Easy to use and very convenient. Self care app is very easy to use and convenient. Can add all the connections, make payments and check usage info. Only problem is sometimes the details fail to load which is very frustrating. Hope you guys can fix it

Un ethical business. They are charging from the people and they are automatically making data consumption from the start on wards. During this COVID-19, they are doing this more than previous. Unethical business for earn profit even from dead bodies.

Not connecting to the app from overseas. Have you blocked the app being accessed from overseas? It was working till the last update. Please fix it. How can people pay the bills if you can’t access while travelling. Please fix ASAP. And can’t call customer care cause you have closed down everything.

Neglected app. No proper updates , not a smooth platform , takes ages to load , why can’t y’all just invest some extra money and make it more user friendly and more fast ? Just why ? Once we open the app we have to wait another min or so till the loading sign goes. Improve y’all’s app without just ripping people off at times 🤷‍♂️💁‍♂️ Also not forgetting a error I get “ authentication failure “ and it doesn’t load at times. Best app. It is really very useful app. We can save and mange our future task from the mobile details. I am really very impressed and I help to download this app my friends phones also. Handling and using is very accurate and most well understandable.

The online paying option doesn’t work. App wise it’s a good one other than the payment option which doesn’t work from February. And my data suddenly disappear. For some days it shows like that have used 18GB just for one day just from the anytime data when I have watched only one Netflix movies without any other downloads. So I have purchase extra GBs all the time

Service disconnected. I’m using Dialog postpaid connection since 2009 which is currently disconnected due to unpaid internet connection back in 2013. As I can remember I have disconnected this because of the poor network connectivity. I bought Dialog TV connection in 2018 and they did not mention about this and allowed me to purchase. This is how they treat their loyal customers.

Don’t update. Version is broken. Unable to download.. I made the mistake of trying to update. For two days it’s been going in circles unable to download.

Just crashes. Just crashes. Don't update. Even in the 6.1 no solution for crash. Just freez in iPad Air iOS 9.x. Previous self care app was just great and no issues at all.
