The "Fleet upgrade " subscription is yearly and will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, and will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the iTunes account holder and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Boat Watch Pro Comments & Reviews 2026
Stuck in AR mode. The Pro version has a nifty "AR Mode" feature where the app shows vessel traffic overplayed on the camera view. There's apparently no way to exit this mode--even by quitting the app. The speed/bearing line is a great feature, but why is it not used to show my vessel? It would be a great help seeing if I was on a collision course.
Waste of money. The information on what I track is always marked as out of date and the ship or boat out of range even though it just sent me an alert and it can't find boats I'm looking straight at even in a port. It shows the port of St. Paul as completely empty right now. And it couldn't find the huge paddlewheel cruise ship I was looking at when I searched it either. I wish it wasn't too late for a refund.
Love this app!. We live in central Minnesota and vacation in Duluth MN on Lake Superior several times a year. We love watching the ships enter and depart the canal under the lift bridge. This app lets us see which ships are in the area and the alert feature lets me know when a certain ship has pulled up its anchor and will be moving through. We use it every day to sneak peaks at the action on the webcams set up in Canal Park while we are at home. I also like checking out the busy ports around the Great Lakes to see our favorite ships and where they are. App works great and the one time I had a problem I emailed them and they fixed it within a day. Worth every penny and more!
Inland rivers. Does not work on inland rivers. They didn't say that when I bought it.
Doesn’t work north of 60 degrees latitude.. Their solution is their $14 app. Chance taken, $7.99 lost.
Waste. Don't waste your money
Very Interesting. I have recently downloaded the app to follow a friend's cruise. I was able to do with the exception when the app would crash on my I-Pad. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but the problem continues. I hope it can be fixed.

Review. Absolutely hopeless. Waste of money.
Don’t touch it. I certainly would not buy it again or recommend to anyone! It does not keep up with positions, always way behind! It really needs a complete overhaul and update to make it what it should be.
A great Application. Love to see ships activities around Sydney harbour, specially the drama unfolding by cruise ships during the Corona stand-off.

Worst app I ever bought !. Works very bad. Does'nt show much boats. Bad tracking, some boats shows as they would be navigating on land... I'm very disapointed why this purchase, even more at a 5 $ price...
Could be good. Unfortunately after downloading this app I used the augmented reality function and now can't turn it off. Poor.
Weak database. Can’t find many cruise ships. Not worth a fee.
Crappy. Blank map no land or nav aids? Pretty boring! Crappy app wished now had not purchased it. Come on you guys do Better than this!
