Having trouble with Watch app. The watch app doesn’t refresh and now I have a blank complication.

Actual human response to my customer service request. First off, this is a great app and supplies me with tide, moon and sun data for my SoCal Pacific ocean surfing and sailing activities in a colorful and accurate interface. However the real plus is the developer customer service! I downloaded the app primarily to have access to tide data on my Apple Watch. After loading on my watch I couldnt figure out how to get the info synced to my location. I emailed the developer for help and totally expected that I wouldn’t get a direct response. Much to my surprise Bryan responded almost immediately and gave me some clear instructions on how to fix my issue. I tried that a few times and still couldn’t get it to work. I emailed Bryan back and he once again repsonded immediately and helped me thru the problem. Unreal customer service!

Best tide app. After looking at many tide apps, this one was the best I found and continues to get updates for current OS. Love the fact brought back the map & can share the tide info to other apps (just discovered that today, great for keeping fishing log). Living near the gulf & fishing many locations, couldn't imagine not having this app.

Accurate. have been using since last year. San Francisco to Puget Sound and past month in central and south sound. It has been very accurate.

TideGraphPro. Beautiful job, many thanks! Intuitive, uncluttered, with a wealth of information. I really like the Moon presentation - the lovely daily graphic as well as the monthly calendar. I live along the north shore of Massachusetts - where our tides run 9 or 10 feet and more, so they are important to our lives as nature lovers, boaters, fishermen, clammers, photographers. Easily worth the price of a mere cup of cappuccino, TideGraphPro will bring me years of info and enjoyment!

Complicated. The free version is much easier to read. Paid is bloat ware. Sorry I’m reverting to the free. Contrast between menus is low. Hard to distinguish menus.

Best tide app. We use this app in the field .. hands down great app..

UI improvement. Double tap on graphics ANYWHERE to re-sync to current time. This is the same way that Tide Alert works. Much better user experience. Also, why does Tide Alert and your app show nearly a 3/4 foot difference in tide height using the Redwood Creek (inside) station in Redwood City CA?

Highly recommended!. As a professional Mariner I have deleted countless tide apps over the years, this is absolutely the best out there

Tide Graph Pro--Use it every day. Easy, Useful.. This is an update of a Feb 2014 review: I had to write a review to balance the bad review I just read: I walk my dogs by the San Francisco Bay, and they love to walk on the sand and gooey seaweed-ed rocks. I use this app every day, to know when the tide will be low enough for them to walk on the rocks (or high enough so they won't want to, so they don’t smell like seaweed later). Regarding the calendar in Tide Graph Pro, I don't need or use it. My interest is daily or weekly. I am over 60, with recent eye surgery, and they screen is easy to read, even in the sunlight at the park. Regarding tide stations, I just enter the location I am interested in, and the app figures out the appropriate tide station (and the information is very accurate for my purposes.) I like it enough for 5 stars: works well, easy to use, no glitches.I use this plus NOAA Buoy Data Reader, which gives the wind temp and speed. Buoy Data can also give tide data, but the tide table is complicated, with tiny print. I recommend getting both, if you live at the coast, or go there and want to know what to wear. (I have not association with the developers of either app: I just use both of them everyday, on both an iPhone 4s and 5s)

Great App. Wonderful application.

It's the best. I am the navigator on a 90ft training vessels. I use this app for planning and monitoring tides while we are at anchor. I also find it useful planning my local fishing trips. What an improvement from interpolation tide states with the old tide books. I do still carry a tide book for backup.

Pretty good. I gave this app a try after getting an Apple Watch. Normally I wear a Nixon super tide being a surfer knowing what’s going on it’s important. I look forward to rating the reliability of this app against the charts to see how accurate it is. My one complaint it doesn’t have its own face. But hey it’s still really good.

Clean, quick and accurate. I’ve been using both versions for quite awhile (I jumped on the Pro version when it came out after the original) and I love them. They’re fast, easy to use and they deliver a lot of info in an efficient and uncluttered way. You can access tides in your area in a couple of ways: “near me”, or by using the map. Plus, you can save favorite locations for quick access. The sun and moon rise/set info is actually much easier to see and use than the star-gazing apps I’ve purchased. Highly recommended.

The BEST. My favorite tide app I’ve found so far! Accurate and easy to use and read.

Great app for beach runs. I use this app for planning low tide runs on the beach…love it.

The best. This is the best visual tide table I have found so far in my five year search

Thank you TideGraphPro. I live on the beautifully scenic Oregon coast. I find TideGraphPro to be of immense and practical use in harvesting the fruits of the sea. I use its information when surf-casting, crabbing, harvesting mussels at low tide, and clamming during minus tides. Besides being accurate and factual, TideGraphPro is a snap to use, and I really like that I can just look at my Apple Watch to see the time of the next tidal event by simply lifting my wrist. This application does everything it promises; it does it well and accurately; it’s easy to use and easy to understand. I give it five stars.

New version doesn't work!. Crashes immediately on starting. iPhone 6s+ on iOS 9.3.5.

Clear and simple to use. Great support.. We’re open water swimmers & this app is easy to read and helpful when we plan our swims - the graph is especially helpful because to some extent we “ride” the tides, and it’s easy to see with just a glance the best times and tide levels. Also appreciate the excellent support; the developer very quickly responded to questions and suggestions. It’s a great app.

Best Tide App. I’m a charter captain in Alaska and find the app easy to interpret and I believe the best one out there.

Great support ! Thanks !!!. Very fast response and resolution to a bug issue. Been using the app for years and love it!

Doesn't seem to work on iPad. I use it on my iPhone occasionally (though I like the presentation of the free version better). But tried to download to my iPad (Air 2) and it won't let me choose another station via any of the mechanisms. I select Edit Locations, then any of the selection choices and they just sit there. No additional dialog pops up.

Fantastic Tool!. I love it. It’s accurate. I work on boats in my harbor.

Useful and pretty!. Being lucky enough to live in Hawaii, we use this app all the time...to take our dog to the beach, for happy hour picnics and for moonrise parties. It’s a great app.

Use this Ap All the Time. Seriously, I use this Ap whenever I’m planning time on the water.

Great App, but needs Apple Watch fix. Love this app. It even supports Apple Watch 4 and the newer Infograph complications that so many lesser developers have not gone to the trouble of adding. ...but unlike this App’s competitors, the TideProGraph Apple Watch complication seems to loose connection to the iPhone every few days when everything else works fine on the watch — I believe requiring a physical power-cycle off/on of the iPhone to restart the complication again. There is much to love with this app and it’s being maintained by the developer unlike other tide apps in the store. If this bug were resolved, TideProGraph easily becomes a 5-star app once again.

Great app. Referring to daily tides sunrise & sunsets information love it!! Kevin Bayville NY

Invaluable.. I surf and this is the most valuable app that I have. I can choose the exact tide I am trying to be at or an exact time in the future to check. I can also go back and note the tide it was when surf hit its sweet spot. This is my second app by this developer and actually was one reason I ended up with an iPhone. Had the previous originally on itouch.

Terrific user interface and helpful data. I live near the coast and love the water so having an accurate tide program on my iPhone is a real bust. I used the original version of TideGraphPro for many years and somehow never stumbled upon the premium version. This is by far the best tide program I have ever used. The graphics, user interface, range of tide stations, and so forth are better than any I have seen before. And I highly recommend this program.

Flat blue line at Kalama?. Some Tide locations have water height’s represented by a curvy blue line. Kalama, WA on the Columbia River does not. It’s dead flat! The predicted tide heights are generally accurate (I fish on the Columbia out of Kalama dozens of times per year, and have since 1995. Raise your game and increase the quality of your presentation please.

Way better than tide books. When I’m in the boat a quick glance tells me where we are in the tide cycle without trying to read the fine print in the tide book. No matter where I am, I can know the local tides or the tides at home.

Can’t live without it. We live on a tidal island, where the road to the mainland is impassable during most high tides, for as much as four hours during extreme tides. Without this app, we’d have to move!

Now it's got more great info like currents!. I have been using this app for several years. After my weather radar app my next stop is here. Then my fishing calendar. I'm in the Coast Guard Auxiliary in Swansboro NC where skinny water (<2') is readily available, so we need a lot of info on tides and currents. With Pro I get both. I don't get current for my exact location, but now I can thumb swipe to a nearby tidal location I have entered and get what I need by extrapolation. The addition of variable time periods is fantastic for fishing and cruising planning. I discover something new every day. I have absolutely no connection with the producers of this app, but I absolutely cannot live (I am retired) without it! The earlier version saved my ukw several times.

Beware lost locations. Been using this app for years on my iPhone and iPad and like it. Just installed latest version on both devices and lost all my saved locations. Took me a good hour to recreate them again on each device. Seems like a simple thing that should have been caught in testing.

Would be cool if there were some predictions for the Gearhart/Seaside Oregon beached.. Would be cool if there were some predictions for the Gearhart/Seaside Oregon beached.

Tide graph Pro. NOT SO GOOD! I had the older version and it was excellent! I teach tides/currents to sea kayakers and have recommended the OLDER version. Here's the problems with the the new Pro version: They admit to having a "bug" in the Calender. This means you can't go out a month to calculate tides. The graphics are much fainter and much harder to read especially if you're over 20. One example: The tide high/low arrow is hollow instead of solid. Tide stations are not prompted but have to be searched and then added. Annoying. Some of this I could live with but not the Calender issue. Tech support was worthless blaming my phone, then admitted there was a problem, the again blaming my phone all in extremely lengthy emails. Also, could not use their link to iTunes for a refund. iTunes says no refund or makes it such a convoluted process that it's not worth the effort for $4. Tidelog requires you to jump thru too many hoops to contact tech support. All in all a frustrating process. Whatever happened to basic customer service?? If it doesn't work, make it right! That simple. So deleted it and use the old version! MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TIDELOG PRO!

Money well spent. This app is so useful when planning my surf sessions. I’ve been using it for years and will continue too!

Fantastic, I use it all the time.. A++++++++++

maybe better. I have the free version as well and have been using it for two years. Unfortunately the pro version gives different information, different tide heights etc. This makes for a confusing tool. It also does not present its information as well as the free version. They did respond to my email about this but they gave a lame reason for the discrepancies. I will stick with the free version which has been very accurate as far as I can see.

Great Tide App. Love this App.

Great tide app. This one really has all the information, arranged in a cool way. By flipping through the days and watching how things change you can learn a lot about how the tides working in your area.

Tide graph. This application is perfect. It is always accurate. We have multiple tide zones in my area and this application is always perfect.

Excellent app. We work on the water and depend on this app every day on our oyster farms. It’s very accurate and user friendly.

Great Support. I have used this app for years and have found it very reliable. You not only get the tides in graphic form, but you also get sunrise and sunset, moon phase, moonrise and moonset, and date and time. I have recently purchased an Apple Watch and had problems with the app updating on the watch. Support was very responsive to the issue, rolling out app updates to resolve my problem.

So great to see a new and pro version. Sure Siri can tell you tides, but it doesn't show all the tidal stations near you and the ones it has can easily be off by hours. For me that's the difference between making it down the beach, or getting stuck with water coming in over the door frame. This has always been my favorite tide app, and the upgrade is awesome.

Easiest Tide App to use. I have used four different apps on my iPhone and iPad while boating from Mexico to Alaska. This app is the easiest to use and navigate the different pages. It is easy to see moon phase and sunrise and sunset all on one page. Keep up the good work!

Tide graph app. This app rocks! As a marine contractor I use this app daily and am able to calendar my jobs instantly.

Best Tide App on the Market. I’ve been using TideGraphPro for years and it’s absolutely awesome. The visual layout is especially useful as you can see the ebb and flow of the tides in one quick screen. The time offset is a HUGE feature since we live on a tidal creek where our tides are delayed 45 minutes from the nearest data point. My only critique is I wish there were a button to tap that brings you to the current time. Maybe there is and I just haven’t found it.

Tide information at your fingertips. I’ve been using Tide Graph Pro for about a year now at work, where I need quick access to present and future rides. What we liked most about this app is the on screen presentation, and the ability to look for times of tide heights between the highs and lows. The app pulls updated information from NOAA tide data. Recently we noticed in an update the harmonic station we had been using went away and only the sub station was left. I shot Bryan a quick email, and he responded right away with what was happening, and quickly rolled out an update to correct the situation. Recommend this app to anyone who wants quick, and easy to read tide data at their fingertips.

It Would Be Great. If you had an update to include Apogee and Perigee to moon calendar. Currents… too.

Complication Issue. Added the complication to the watch face but it does not show up.

The Pro Version. The standard version is fine. The Pro version, which is supposed to predict currents and tides, doesn't.

No currents. Free version has currents. This one does not and the app description does not indicate this fact. Disappointing purchase.

Free version better. This app stinks, free version better since you can see with one glance high and low tides. Pro screen confusing too much crap and lacking the tables. I deleted it.

Current station list is incomplete. Missing the entire CA Delta.. The support for current reporting stations in the San Francisco area is limited to the Central and South Bay. The stations in San Pablo Bay, Carquinez Straits, Suisun Bay, or any of the stations on the Sacramento or San Joaquin Rivers are completely missing from this application. I wish I could get my $2.99 back. Totally useless for me without the missing stations.

Don't waste your money. There's hardly any tide stations and the ones they do list are way off on the map. The free version is much better.

Five stars. 👍

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!. thank you developers. have used your original version extensively and soooo greatly appreciate this upgrade!!!

Convenient app. Have been using this app in areas with large tides and it works great! Had questions and app support was speedy and thorough
