Stuck. Gone through all the process I have received my atm card very efficient. However I'm stuck at the register with temporary PIN. When u tap on register with temporary pin and sms nothing opens. Running ios 12.1.4 on iPhone 7. 😔

Not working. Please the App doesn’t work on the iPhone 14 pro max. Please look into it so that we can have access to the account. Thank you

App failure to start. I deposited money into my account and log out.. I tried to log back into my account but the app only closes unexpectedly.. any means by which this can be solved??

SC Mobile on a path of innovation. I have used many bank apps but I have come to terms that the SC Mobile on a path to become synonymous to digital banking in Ghana. Excellent app that allows you the flexibility of doing almost everything in your comfort. Keep soaring team SC

Face ID login not working. Using Face ID to login doesn’t work just after update. Did a manual login and checked to see if Face ID is still enabled in the settings. It is still enabled but won’t login after authentication. Functionality should have priority over “beautification” of app.

Couldn’t get my card. It’s been almost 5 or 6 months and my card hasn’t been delivered and I still don’t have access to my account I just got a call about 2months ago and they are telling me it’s either I go to one of their branches or my card gets destroyed I guess it’s destroyed now any help ?

Loan application form. Cannot download loan application form from app

Very bad app. I downloaded this app more than a month ago and anytime I try opening an account all I get is (oops we are fixing whatever ) It’s soo frustrating why doesn’t anything work in this country. Your app is beans

Account Menu Needs. The bank app update has been excellent and it shows the desire of StanChart Ghana to lead in the technology sector amongst banks in Ghana. However the account in the main menu could use a change in design to make it more appealing and user friendly, but besides that really pleased with the update.

Exiting. Automatically exit whenever it’s been opened

Account Activation issues.. Received my debit card after a month of opening this account. Now activation seems to be a problem. Agents won’t pick my calls just some robot which keeps talking till my airtime finishes. Can’t even create an online login with my debit. Error everywhere. What’s the meaning of all this ? Why’s your customer service so whack 😡

Incompetent. Created an account using the app and it took me 4 months after a follow up and finally got my account number. I was informed that I’ll be receiving my Visa card within two business days because of how long I was delayed now it’s another 2 months and no Visa card. At this point however, I think you can just .....keep it!.

Menu Bar at top left corner. Awesome app and makes it possible to do almost every needed thing at the banking hall but It is difficult touching the 3 lines for the menu at the top left corner on an iPhone 13 pro max. Not so sure about the other versions. If the Menu button can be maximized, that’ll be great!

Very innovative and logical App. Been using this App since 2017 and it has been a phenomenal innovation experience. Serves as a great banking assistant especially on days where it just is not possible to go into a branch. I would totally recommend it.

Time Zone not Considered. Nice graphical interface but one thing that developers didn't consider was timezone. If you are on a different time zone other than GMT and behind, you are unable to access your statement. Error given is "To date cannot be greater than today". I guess this was omitted during testing. Fix it guys....

Back Button. Back button in the app is too small to access.

Worse. What is wrong with this app? I can't buy airtime no more

Can’t access app after update. Your system asked me to update my app which I did, but the app hasn’t worked after the update. Note that I’ve been using the app for years. Now I’m overseas and need to transfer funds to pay my bill but I cannot. And this all started after simple update. I need assistance urgently.

Debit card. I created my account about two months ago and up till now I haven’t received my debit card . Please can I know the reason

Touch ID needs fixing. Touch ID has stopped working with the new update. It’s does nothing after fingerprint scan. Please fix. In order for app to work well, you will have to delete old app and install new one. Touch ID won’t work if you upgrade the app.

App excellent. I really like the app how it’s was . But sometimes it’s really complicated to use. Try to simplify it please.
