Sounds good- horrible manual and horrible tutorials. Why don't you make better tools so we can use it. Manual has no info thats of value and the wrong pictures. Video tutorials are seconds with no walkthrough. I wanted to be able to write multple patterns, then put those patterns together like. 808. I even purchased it thinking that would be an option. No does not work.

Meh. Weak app should be better funny how he wants to charge 5$ for copying a drum machine....

Accidently purchased. Good little drum machine app. Accidently purchased it the first time I opened which was really annoying I definitely did not want to spend $6 on it before even trying it out. Never had any app trick me into purchasing it like that. I know I touched my finger to accept the purchase but I don’t even realize the option was on the screen I had been trying to exit the app

Touchscreen issues. Controls were very buggy. Then couldn't get rid of the BUY screen which advertised the paid version. To opt out you have to click on a circle that's about 2mm in diameter. I couldn't get it off, so I deleted the app. I'll miss its cool appearance and poor functionality.

Completely inaccessible with VoiceOver and tricks you into paying for an inapp purchase. I am blind, and use VoiceOver. I was checking out the app when it started playing a drum track. None of the buttons were labeled for VoiceOver, so I had no idea how to stop it. I accidently hit the inapp purchase, and boom, $5.99 down the tubes for a useless app. I have requested a refund from Apple.

Scrum. Never had a app open and almost trick me into paying for it. This is messed up. Need to be removed for the store for this. Very scummy

808. Great app

Not worth the time downloading. Only works in play mode will not let you program without purchasing in upgrade. Waste of time.

No editing. Without being able to edit the rhythms, this app basically just plays the worst songs you can imagine forever.

Free version isn't worth your time.. Every thirty seconds it shows a full screen add asking you to buy the full price version. Free version is unusable.

Garbage.. Won't run beyond a splash screen advertising the pay version.

Yep, that sound. Straight forward boom bap 808. Does what it promises and, thankfully, nothing else. It's a dedicate 808 in your pocket.

Antiqated not vontage. I have an original TR-808. This app is pretty loor. First when will these VST apps realize we dont care if a knob turns or skides. We do cae when its like extreme torture turning ONE knob ob this app and of course the “buy full version pops up every 10 seconds or if you touch...anything. In fact i WAS gonna purchase $k in licenses due to a grant i have been given but it seems real shady the way the “buy me” is so in that face. YeH. I think i will pass butthamk you?

Awkward and annoying. The ads at the bottom of the screen make it almost impossible to use this app. Once I figured out a way to use it it has decent sounds, but there are enough great drum machine apps options out there to strongly considering skipping out on this one.

Insta Fire. I’ve only used the free version but I’ve used owned a 909, 808, 707, and so on. Really convenient for just practicing/song writing. Put it through a blue tooth or PA. Throw a little reverb on and you’re good. If you can’t 4 track a decent lofi album with this then you shouldn’t be writing music. You could easily emulate Beach House or many commercial bands if you know what you’re doing. I don’t know what this rookie I play a BC Rich with dead strings review about being manipulated in to purchasing is about. Go by a Boss dr rhythm and hit play if you don’t know how to step or tap sequence. I’ve had free version for a couple years and never accidentally purchased anything. I’m about to purchase to support this product as a traveling musician who always appreciates a little rhythm in his pocket. Sincerely, someone with common sense.

Pure trash beyond trash. If you get this it lets you use it for about 20 seconds then the buy add comes up and takes the whole screen. And the x button does not work so it's like they are forcing you to press the buy button. This piece of garbage should be taken off the market. It's like a virus or scam don't waist your time with this pure trash trash trash

Great ap. One problem is I wish they had a better and more intuitive way to save beats for the 808 novice like me. A good instructional video would be great can’t find one on app or a good one on YouTube. BUT it’s still a sick app - if y’all hit me back with a good YouTube video link I will upgrade to five stars, my homies.

Tried to like it but.... Sounds are pretty good. Wanted to buy the upgrade but it kept telling me “purchase failed”. Worst kind of bug a developer can have.

Bra this is a scam. Payed for the full version in lite then I go to the App Store and seen that there was a pro version for exact same price but will not allow me to download it like if that’s no a money grab then idk what is……………!this needs a fix ASAP definitely nothappy with this

Really bad. Can’t change note value of sequencer, very very very low output with no master volume control, free version has huge banner and you’re only a couple accidental clicks away from upgrading, practically a scam

Unusable. Can’t do anything with the app, a pop up trying to get you to buy the full version keeps getting in the way.

Sounds Cool However Comes With Huge Flaws. The tempo markings are just....wrong and it’s crazy I’m even saying this but the beat does not stay in time. Using from the app with 1/8th inch into the DAW. Can’t get a lock on the tempo even when I get close.... Would love to know more about this.

Purchased app and it's buggy. I purchased the app since it has potential and when you do the app stops working. The Fill In functions go away and the UI goes to garbage. Trying to get a refund for 3.99 cause this app although it has potential it's currently garbage.

Nice app - needs a little work. The touch mapping is way off with some of the knobs.

Sounds dope but has intolerable memory leak. If this app didn’t drain the battery, I would give it another star. The last star missing is this is overpriced. The iMPC Pro 2.0 is same price as this and does a myriad more.

Not a drum machine. Theirs no way to edit the samples? It's just a push button pre recorded nonsense it seems.

interstitials lock up phone. sounds ok. free version locks up your phone until you either buy app or hard restart. lame.

EGDR808. Deceptive time waster,takes you straight to purchase page with no trial of app!

Runs in the background. Drains the battery when the phone is inactive at night. I wanted to like this app but since installing a fully charged battery before going to bed is at 50% in the morning. The Battery settings show this app as the largest user.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. This app is absolute garbage. It locked my phone to the pay screen and I had to restart TWICE to get back control of my phone and delete this piece of trash.

It’s missing key features. I guess the developers never seen or used TR-808, they just made app based on lite google research and quick basic sample pack download. The MARACAS sample don’t exists?! / CLAVE / RIMSHOT - MARACAS / CLAP - switches are not implemented on the interface. Without it, I give it 2 stars.

Not worth the money.. App would be decent if there were a selection of different kicks, snares, etc. or the ability to modulate the instruments, but lacking both of those options makes this app pretty much worthless on the musician level.

Crashes - no support. Developer email bounces my messages. Crashes when you hit the closed hat button. Worked fine before I paid for the $3.99 upgrade to edit patterns. JUNK. Want a refund. Apps with no support should be removed from the store. AVOID.

Battery killer. Fun 808, but it’s draining the battery and as far as I can tell there’s no way to turn it off in the background.

No good. Crashed immediately. Deleted in 30 seconds.

Looks good but too pushy.. Trying to use almost any function in this demo results in the 'Buy Pro!' popup appearing, and expects you to buy without telling you the price.

Doesn't open. I bought this app in the hope that I could use a drum machine to play along with my bass guitar. It opened once, was quite good, but now no longer opens - just crashes

Ad bar. The Ad. Bar across the bottom of the app doesn't allow you to use the keys without the ad link being active thus shutting the app and opening safari. I wanted to have fun it looks fun but the ad. Bar stopped me.

Pretty good. For someone who has never used a drum machine before, I found this fun & easy. old school 80’s drum sounds

Crashes!. Crashes every time I open it on iPhone 5 with iOS6.

Crappiest 808. The tutorials are so minimal that they are worse than useless. Saving patterns / saving songs exports as 6 second empty tracks despite whatever measures one makes to record a full piece. Worst 808 App there is.

Looks tempting but too crippled to make a purchase decision. I love the vintage equipment look of this app. It is really just a crippleware demo to tempt you into buying the real thing. The problem is, it is too crippled to tell how well it works. It was very easy to crash so I guess I'll look elsewhere.
