Locks up iPad. I really like this game. It’s fun, colorful and interesting. However, it constantly locks up my iPad, sometimes to the point where I can’t even turn off my iPad. So I had to uninstall it.

I love it. This game is sooooooooooooo much fun to play and there is like almost zero adds! It is very fun and I’m an expert at the hard levels! Thank you so much for making this game,I can tell a lot of love went in to making it. Have a nice day! Smiley potato

Ok, but!. First of all the pros, it's a simple but fun game, a little too simple for an old lady like me however the cons outweigh the fun. For a few levels there's no ads, but then the ads come after every level. The ads are longer than it takes the time to clear most of the geckos, and several times the ads broke right in the middle of the game, which I absolutely dislike in any of the games I just delete them. I understand you need advertising to pay for your time and your work but you need to monitor them and make sure that they're shorter no more than 30 seconds and that's even too long 15 minutes you get quite a lot of stuff that you already have.. I love playing the game but I'm going to delete because I just can't handle the long ads. Some of them don't even go off for way more than a minute. Sorry guys

App crashes when I’m almost done with a level. This app always crashes when I’m half or more done with a level and when I open it restarts that level. This is incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m in the 2100s or not but super annoying. Now they’ve updated it. Instead of it being a nice clean screen with just the grid option on the bottom they’ve added a bunch of other buttons and you can’t put the grid on for free anymore. Honestly the developers keep making this game worse with every update. I’m about to delete even though it was my favorite game and so relaxing.

Fun but erratic. I’d love the game, except that it doesn’t always respond to tapping. Sometimes I tap on a gecko and it moves briskly, and other times it doesn’t respond to repeated taps. Later, the recalcitrant gecko may move, but after tapping repeatedly on the only two free geckos and getting nowhere I gave up. I have an iPhone 15 if that has anything to do with it.

Broken levels. I noticed a few of the daily challenges aren’t loading in. Idk if it’s a bug issue or just my connection. But every time I load the level in the board seems to be missing. But overall it’s a decent game, as always ads are annoying, but not as many as some other phone games I’ve played in the past.

Watch ads to pass levels!. Played to level 44 and now as soon as you beat it you have to watch an ad to advance. If you close the ad you have to replay the level. You can pay stop the ads but according to other reviews you still have ads so definitely not gonna do that. Not gonna be forced to watch an ad to pass levels either.

Wonderful game. I really do enjoy this game very much. I especially like the nightmare and super hard Levels. I am having trouble with this game freezing and crashing on occasion. I hope you will update soon with a fix.

Too many adds. The base game is cute and fun to play, but there are far too many add breaks popping up after the first few levels. When you start getting multiple ads between a single level it just becomes annoying. Then they offer a “one time” fee to remove the adds by paying a license fee, but you get no guarantee that the license isn’t going to expire in a week and you’re right back where you were before spending your money.

Like it’s uniqueness: Geckos!. The Geckos are better than ordinary Arrows 🦎 ! I already play an Arrow escape game (has many ads, some are long) 😏, compared to “Gecko Go” having quite short Ads 😃! Unfortunately this game’s too easy for me, I can’t recall the level I’ve reached 😆. I recommend this Cute game for beginners of “Escape games”! I may return ❣️

Ads. I understand that creators of these games get money for the ads. But 799 to remove ads is ridiculous in this economy. Something like 399 would be exceptional and probably more people would buy to remove the ads. But otherwise this game is fun and enjoy enjoying.

Fun but Ads Ridiculous. Been playing about a week now but really aggravating to have to deal with ads after almost every game. I can sometimes click through the ad but takes a long time. If you want to get “hint” ads are over 2-3 minutes long. Just about done with this game.

Just another Forced Ad platform. Forced ads after every puzzle, and you have to watch them in order to move to the next puzzle. Think closing and reopening the game will skip the ad? WRONG! You will have to repeat the level and watch a mandatory ad before you will be allowed to advance. So be prepared to watch some really disgusting 3 minute ads promoting drugs and gambling. Also know that the game is set up so that certain moves don’t respond or just record as a wrong move, which costs a life. 3 wrong moves then triggers the “options” of either restarting the puzzle or watching an ad to continue the puzzle. Both options force you to watch an ad.

Glitchy. I do really enjoy the game. But it will freeze in the middle of a level and will lock my entire phone. I have to lock the phone and then hard close the entire game to continue. Sometimes progress is saved and I can continue the level. And sometimes I have to start over. It’s frustrating, and why I will not download it for my son that wants to play.

Just got. There are barely any ads not during or after or before the levels and some of them are meant to be really challenging, and I really like that, some of them are not meant to be challenging, but there’s still really challenging

Freezes. I have been enjoying this game so much, but recently it has been freezing a lot and makes me not want to play.

Freezes. Have played nearly 1000 levels, pretty addictive game, although like I’ve said in another post, it’s tough on a small screen (IPhone 17Pro Max) without zooming in order to avoid clicking the wrong one. Lately I’ll play a level or two then the game totally freezes up and needs restarted. Not so good if you’re in the middle of a nightmare level. I dont know if the game is at fault or that it doesn’t play well with the latest IOS.

Was a great game. This was my go to game, one of my favorites. However, I’m not sure what has happened, but it now constantly freezes in the middle of a level. The first time this happened, I couldn’t get out of the game, my whole phone froze. I ended up deleting the app and reloading it. Sadly, that also meant I had to start levels over losing all 900+ levels I had advanced. Now, since reloading it, it constantly freezes so I have to stop the app. I am at the point of wanting to delete this app.

Cute. I play one game similar to this, but it has arrows at the end of the straight lines so there’s not a lot of interaction between the creatures or stick so whatever you got so I enjoy this one getting a little bit of our interaction.

One of my favorites. Gecko Go is one of my favorite games. I play it everyday, when I want to take a break and relax. It’s still fun after months. Lately, tho, it’s glitching every time I play it, and I can no longer play my own music whilst I play the game so I choose another. If developers could please fix new bugs it would be so appreciated!

Gecko go. This game is a ton of fun! It is very well designed and it is clear that the game developers created it wanting you to enjoy it thoroughly. And the graphics are super adorable. Highly recommended!

Zoom. This new update for the zoom feature stinks! Too close at the beginning of the app to be able to see the layout of the level. Put it back to manual instead of automatic!

Super Enjoyable!. I do love this game! It’s unfair to take off stars for the ads. The game itself is enjoyable. For a small, reasonable one time fee, you will block ads, and really, after that, you never have to pay more money. Every single level can be won. Some levels are challenging, but not impossible and not frustratingly challenging. This game will not rip you off and does not cost more money to advance in levels. I love the animation of the geckos and the bright colors. Thank you to the developers for making this fun and relaxing game!

Appreciative!. I play a lot of these games and what I love about this one is that you don’t have an add after every level. I love that they show you on the map when an add is coming. Fun relaxing and a lot of fun!

Puzzle shapes. I can live with the ads but I was really hoping for more puzzle shapes. I’m on level 144 and pretty much every puzzle has been square or rectangle. It’s just kinda boring now, the spacing between harder levels is nice, but the earlier levels like star and heart shaped puzzles were a lot more fun.

Freeze. Caused my phone to keep freezing. And finally froze and forced my phone into sos mode and called 911 twice. Took me forever to get my phone fixed back to normal. Immediately deleted app after that

Good for about 200 levels. It was a fun game until sometime after level 200 when it became too difficult to beat the timer. Once I found myself playing the same level 6+ times to memorize the moves so I could go fast enough to beat the clock it was no longer fun.

☹️. I was really enjoying this game, ads only came between levels. Now I’m at level 250 and SO many ads during the level play. I may get to tap 3 geckos then wham! The ads pop up every few seconds. There are even times where after the ad the game will flash back on screen, and before I can tap even once suddenly the ads pop up again! I’m deleting this, but not because I expect no ads, I was content with the ads between levels, I’m deleting it because the sudden bombardment of ads is way too frustrating. At least I was able to enjoy the first 249 levels.

LISTEN UP I HAVE A HACK FOR NO ADS. There is a hack for NO ADS you just need to swipe down from the top of your screen in the right corner then click the WiFi button and it should turn white. After that you play your game without those annoying ads!

Pop Up Ads. This game is so much fun and I feel that it’s helpful in boosting cognitive functioning and is stimulating enough that it may help in slowing cognitive decline. HOWEVER. The ads have gotten out of control. Usually, you have to watch an ad after completing a game, which isn’t great, but doable. Now, there are several pop-up ads during gameplay. It’s distracting and bothersome. I’m on the verge of just deleting the app from my phone sheerly because of the in game pop-up ads.

I don't like the freezing up. I give 3 stars because it's a good game but on the daily challenges sometimes the game freezes up and I have to close out the app and start all over again. This last time it was only 4 more left then it froze.

Love the game it’s challenging but crashes all the time. I love the game It’s fun and engaging and it’s a great way to pass the time. But it crashes all the time kicks you out of the game the game flashes like a strobe light and freezes all the time. And when you have a clear path to exit end up losing a heart. The ads as always are really annoying. The so-called update that’s supposed to include stars and a combo better….. isn’t there. Doesn’t exist.

Good but repetitive. I really like the game. But it kinda feels like it’s the same few set ups over and over again. I also don’t like that it does this weird zoom into the middle. When I try to zoom back out there are times it saying I touched on of the geckos. Also why are they so small. I’ll tap on one and sometimes it activates the wrong one.

A question. I do love this game. 80 years old, but more active than younger ladies. My question…can you please give us an option to remove or just move the ‘centering’ and ‘grid indicator’ on the playing screen. They are very distracting and annoying. Always in the way. Thank you.

don’t pay-you still get ads!. I love this game. the ads are so many it kills my battery on a newer ipad. this is so frustrating as I paid $7.99 to avoid that. I still have ads. When I tried to email the customer support, it said that it was not a good link. Not sure what that is about. Love the game, I will contact my credit card and hopefully get my money back, but I hate all those ads!

Good Game. It’s addicting but the ads are a pain in the behind. Way too many and some of them never end so you have to close the game and reopen it. Then you have to play the same level over again.

NOPE!. 1st of all, it’s just another arrow escape game. I thought that the graphics and lighting would make it easier to discern which end is which, BUT, the aiming is so off, you have to be zoomed all the way in to tap on the right “gecko”, even then, it gets it wrong half the time, AND, when you’re zoomed in, you can no longer see if there’s a block on the other side of the screen. Even so, with all of that 99% of my “errors” are just the game thinking I tapped on the wrong “gecko” (they’re far more like worms). One would think that if they’re THAT close together, the app would select the free one. But, the more mistakes you make, the more ads you have to watch, so… it could very well be on purpose.

Changing to 2 star from 5. This used to be one of my favorite it’s was strangely very calming relaxing and helped me wind down my day and manage anxiety. I’m on level 467 and have completed all of the daily challenges for months. Out of nowhere my game began to freeze I let CS know and never got a resolution from them but out of no where in the middle of game play not before or after I’m getting an add every 5.02 seconds I’m done now that is to much for me.

Ads. Just like all the other stupid games, they boast no ads to sucker you in only to find after the first 15 games that you have to endure an ad after each level or it won’t let you move on to the next level. I’m not paying for your stupid supposed as free $7.99 charge, because it allows you to taylor you ads and doesn’t actually get rid of them all together. What a scam!!!

DONE!. Buy, I was excited to find this game—it was FUN!! Aaaaaaaand…then… once I hit a bunch of “nightmare” rounds, and suddenly found myself needing help, that being one tiny gecko move at a time. Over and over and over and over, ad infinitum. That, of course, means ad after ad after ad after ad after ad. That’s absurd. Wish it wasn’t that way, as, again, I did like the game, but because of it, bye-bye. Shame, you’ think these game-makers would learn…Also, something strange, in a very short time, I had to dump the game and re-install it 4 times, since it would freeze solid, or the screen would just go black, and stay that way.

Need new puzzles. Fun for a time but after certain level, you’ve seen them all and they just rotate so you’re just solving the same one over and over again and starts to become boring. I’m convinced there are only 2 different nightmare rounds and maybe 4 “super hard” ones. Need to make some fresh puzzle layouts, Devs!

Freezes frequently. I love this game but freezes completely daily! It also glitches several times a day- consisting of not opening after acting as if it was going then flipping back to the desktop.

It's fun... better on larger screen. Just comparing similar games i find it holds it own. This & G Escape are about equal with fairly regular ads in between games but not during & both games allow one to move quickly thru the ads. I find it hard not to touch the wrong Gecko on more intricate layouts on a phone size screen. Both games let u make 3 mistakes. That said, i'm a visual person & the arrow type game i also tried is only black/white while the 2 Gecko games had color making it more attractive & easier to see what u want to choose. I like the tiny bit of difference in the G Escape version... sounds, graphics. Don't know that my review is of a huge help but hope useful!

Love the game. Love the game, but all the ads almost make it unbearable. An ad after every level completion is a little much. Maybe every other or after completing 2 levels would make this even better.

No ADS PURCHASE DOES NOT WORK. I enjoy This game a lot. I’m not a child. I am a 59-year-old woman. I love the game so much that I paid to have no ads.!!! However that is not the case I still have ads! $7.99 for no ads, it’s not that big deal however paying $7.99 and getting nothing what you paid for ….all I want is no ads …..I purchased it. I checked my history it’s in my history I want what I paid for which is no ads.

Juventa. The ads for when you run out of hearts are waaaaay too long. 2-4 minutes takes me out of the game, and I’ll end up switching to another one. Plus, they use the same levels over and over. It’s a lot of fun, when you get to play! It glitches and crashes every 7-8 levels, too. Just a heads up :)

Love It!!!! But………. This game is so FUN and I love the graphics. However, I have to tap the Gecko repeatedly because the whole screen keeps moving around when I try to touch him. I wish they could stabilize it to make gameplay easier. I really don’t want to delete it, but this is frustrating enough that I may have to do so unfortunately:(( I hope they fix this then it will definitely earn five stars!

Don’t Know What to Think. First of all, after around level 8, I keep on getting the same level over and over, just the color of each gecko changes. You’re going to get ads after every level, but what’s odd is they like to tell “ad break” with smiling geckos before the ad breaks like it’s a good thing. And there was something odd with the reviews. There were 700 reviews but we were only shown 5 of them but in a different order. It doesn’t matter if you choose Most Recent, Most Critical, Most Favorable, or Most Helpful you see the same reviews in a different order. Unless I stop getting the same level every time, I’ll be deleting this game. I wonder if my review will even make it into the reviews.

Glitchy w/ Ads Randomly Playing. Not sure if the issue is due to the latest update, but this game used to be one of my favorites. It didn’t require a lot of mind space, you could simply zone out and help the geckos get out of their predicaments. Now though, I’ve been trying to clear the same level for 2 days and not due to difficultness of the level, it has to do with ads popping up randomly every few seconds that don’t seem to be part of the usual ad rotation which would be usual if not having an ad-free version. Thinking on that now, perhaps it isn’t a glitch but their way of getting people to pay for an ad-free version. Either way, a calming game is now frustrating to play, hoping whatever the issue is can be resolved, fingers crossed!

Fun game, but. The games I’m playing aren’t shaped as in their ad. While this is fun, the ads are excruciatingly long. 108 seconds for 1 ad? Please. They also offer you a chance to buy out of ads. Sorry, but I think the price to do so is a bit high. So, what are other options? At this point, I can delete this,, and try another game similar to this.

Freezing. I loved playing this game but it has developed a glitch that freezes the game, then starts to shake the screen. I have to exit to close it down, but it keeps on doing it. (Longer games) I even deleted the game and reinstalled it but the bug is still there. Fix the bug and I’ll gladly play the game again.

Gecko Go. Great game and is my favourite. But it’s very difficult to get it to play properly. It even diverts to other games when I’m playing.

Inappropriate ad. The game itself is fun, but the intro ad is completely inappropriate for a game children would be playing. Having a woman sit down next to a random stranger and start stroking his leg while asking if his wife is gone and asking him for a large amount of money is not something children should be exposed to. Create a different child approach intro.

No puzzle. My device is on auto updates. Otherwise I would not have updated my daily puzzle has nothing there. Just keep saying touch to centre. There’s no puzzle there just keeps flashing super hard super hard.

Glitches and freezes your phone!!!!!!!!. Fun game, I just really wish it wouldn’t glitch and freeze my phone. I’m deleting this app soon if someone doesn’t fix this problem.

Unplayable. There has not been a single time I’ve picked it up to play it where it has not frozen in the middle of a level and I’m forced to close out of it. It kills your battery and is literally unplayable. I finally uninstalled after days of trying to play one level. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother downloading it.

Ads are horrible. I love this game but the ads are unforgiving. While playing today I kept getting interrupted by a 3-4 second ads right in the middle of me clicking on gecko’s. I would’ve given the game five star if the ads weren’t driving me nuts

Annoying. Free version plays an ad after every game. The even their own game, yes the same game you downloaded and are currently playing. I know they have to make money but reduce the ads and it would be way more fun

Gecko Go. The game is fun but the only downside is they don’t give you a Pointer and if you have large fingers you’ll likely hit the wrong Gecko.

Touchy. Either the gecko you tap on doesn’t move or the one you want to move gets confused with another one near it. Gets frustrating!

Need more levels. I started planting this game a couple weeks ago and really like it. I’m on level 65 and it’s now it seems like the same one over & over. The only difference is the colors used. Please add new formats!

Heck Run. I love this game and haven't been able to stop playing it!!!! I can't stop because it's fun, entertaining and relaxing!!!!!!!!!

Lost game progress. Game kept freezing up so I tried to uninstall and reinstall and I lost over 1500 levels played and now have an ad at the bottom and don’t have the monthly special games.

Who it’s chill. So the game is sooo relaxing the rareness for a ad is like 20 so good thing you read this. You should definitely download this game and it’s cute

Frustrating Game. Once you reach a certain, fairly low level you can no longer move up to the next level. You lose even when did not make a mistake.

Glitchy. I enjoyed playing this enough that I was willing to ignore it locking up and having to restart. But I’m unable to finish a level, and I’ve forced the app to close too many times to count. Constant screen freezing, and app crashes forced me to delete it. I’ll Find something else.

Adds. The constant adds make it not worth playing. The game is cool and I like it but theirs so many adds. I’m ok with adds but not if it’s going to take up more time than actually playing the game. Unfortunate.

Steals lives. No matter how careful I am, taping a snake often activates another snake, making it run into yet another snake, and causing me to lose a life. I make it as big as it can be, barely tap with a fingernail, but it still keeps picking the wrong snake, or activating 2 for one tap. A shame, because it is really fun.

Relaxing Fun. This game isn’t terribly difficult, but it’s very relaxing. Bop the little geckos on the nose when it’s their turn, and they scurry happily away.

Ads and more. Not only are there non-stop ads , while in the middle of playing i get redirected to phishing attacks. This game also has malware. Malwarebytes discovered this. I am thoughly done with this game. Im deleting after this review. I would think twice before playing.

Just OK. The ads don’t load and the game stops while I’m playing it. I get the notice to watch an ad to continue, but the ad says it’s not ready. This game needs some work to get the “bugs” out!!!

Paid app. I enjoy this game and I paid for no ads, but if I hit the other geckos too many times and lose a round, I have to still sit through a very long ad! I’m not happy, and I would like my money back. It is a lie when they say no ads!

Too many ads in a few second. It was fun when I started and only saw ads after the game. Now I see ads every few second and you cannot even play the game. One swipe, one ad pops up and takes over the whole screen over and over. Waste of my time. Deleted.

Good game, locks up on my iPhone 17. I love this game, but since the latest iOS update, I can’t get more than two moves in and this game locked up my entire iPhone 17 Pro. I’ve tried reinstalling the game and that it’s not changed the problem.

Super glitchy now. I really loved this game until it got super glitchy. Now my phone freezes in the middle of playing every couple levels.

False advertising. The ad that I saw for this game stated “no ads”. The banners at the bottom of the screen were not too bad, but surprise, after a few levels you get an ad! They will kindly allow you to pay to remove the ads. No thanks.

Really loved this game (sad face). This had turned into my favorite game. I loved it. Played it every day. Then it started glitching and freezing right in the middle of games. Was so annoying and time consuming to reset and then lost all progress. Just don’t have the time for it.

Enjoyed game. I had been enjoying playing this game until the ads began interfering with the play. I have now deleted the game. Too bad this happened🙁

Fun Game, But Keeps Freezing. While I’m at laying a level it will freeze and you will have to lose out the game and start over. Sometimes it freezes my phone and occupied game glitches. I would play more if it didn’t freeze so often.

Gecko Go. It’s fun makes you think and use your brain

Too many ads. It’s a good game, but the ads are too long too many ads one after each games played all for the reason of them trying to get you to buy their ad free game if that changed I would rate higher

Paid for no ads still get them. I like the game but the ads were so annoying. I decide to pay the cost for no ads. Nothing changed at all. I still get the ads so I am going to delete the app.

Hard to learn to be good at this game. Not enough information on how to get out of sticky situations. Some pieces are too close together that you can’t help but hit the wrong one.

Help. I love this game!!! But since I got in the 600 level my screen freezes and blinks really fast and I can’t do anything 😢

No Ads.. not true. The game promised no ads. Don’t mind the ones at the bottom but every other game there is an ad break unless you want to pay to have them removed. The game is fun but won’t be playing it a lot.

Intrusive. When clicking on the X in the corner to get your adds to go away it opens my Game Center as well as the internet! I thought it was against the law for an app to take control of your phone to snoop!

Terrible App. This game was so fun, paid for no ads. Well last update cannot even play 1 level without freezing up, I have to restart device to get it to work again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. So save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT GET THIS GAME

Game bugs out. Really like the game but it’s now starting to glitch whenever loads in game

Freezes and locks phone. The latest update has caused the iPhone 15 to freeze during the game. The phone locks up entirely and I have to turn the phone off and on again to get it to release. Game progress is then lost. Was a fun game until this update. Now it’s unplayable

Need some work not a lot. Game is not bad not terrible but I try listening to a podcast I was listening to and when I go to play it shuts off the podcast and sometimes it’s either sensitive or not enough
