Admins Please Read. I love this game. Like absolutely love it, it’s so fun and a great way to pass time that also requires you to use your brain. However, there are a few things I have issues with. #1, the amount of money you have to spend on this game to continue to level up is ridiculous. Once you spend money to remove ads, you lose the ability to watch ads at all to get tools or more boxes, which makes completing some levels absolutely impossible without spending your real money. You should still be able to choose to watch ads to get benefits if you’d like. #2, all levels have the same rewards. Some levels are labeled hard and those levels should come with higher rewards! Not even anything crazy, just like 20 coins instead of 10 or something. #3, the wait time between loves is ridiculous. Having to wait that long to regain lives makes me want to stop playing. If I’m on the app it’s because I have TIME to play, but I don’t have time to wait on lives to refill. Developers, please listen to your players. Check the FB, we all have the same complaints. Fix this and you will have a five star game easily.

Forces you to spend money if you want to beat the hard levels. I like that this game makes me think and strategize, however, if you don’t want to spend money on a game, don’t get this one as you won’t be able to pass the hard levels. It only gives you two boxes for the screws and almost always either gives you the same color repeatedly, or ones you don’t need. I played up to almost level 200 and while I don’t have any evidence, it overwhelmingly feels like the algorithm is designed to make it so difficult to pass the levels without using special tools or coins. And if you’re out of those, you’re out of luck. It is virtually impossible to win a hard level without using tools or coins to buy an extra box. I finally deleted it in frustration because I’ve already spent at least $30 over the past several weeks. It’s just a money grab. It’s called “Screwdom” for a reason.

Last update messed it up. For starters, there are multiple issues with this game, as noted by multiple other reviews. It rapidly chews up battery life, and makes my iPhone scarily warm to the touch. It is also strangely addictive and enjoyable. You start with 2 boxes to fill with 3 screws each, with slots for 2 additional boxes. You can add boxes by watching ads, though the ads are EXTRA long. Overall, ad time is probably greater than game time. With 3-4 boxes, the game is much more playable and the puzzles are solvable and enjoyable. With the last update, the additional boxes are screwed up. The 4th one doesn’t show up half the time, and even when it does you can’t fill it with screws. I failed out on the last box, with one empty box showing and only 3 color matched screws to put in it, and the game wouldn’t let me finish. Total frustrating waste of time. Don’t download it to try until at least another patch/update comes out.

Don’t waste your money on this game!!! Becomes tedious and obvious money grab. I enjoyed this game (initially) and maybe I’m not as good at it as I thought I would be (which is certainly possible). However, there are just levels you cannot beat without cheats. They purposefully keep one or two colors from coming up (while having the same color come up 2-4 times in a row) so you get stuck- usually right around the same place every single time. I have started playing a game within the game trying to guess which color is going to screw me (pun intended) at the beginning of the level. Sometimes it’s super obvious, sometimes it’s a surprise. I will spend some money but not a lot. If you have no cheats, you don’t move on and you can’t earn cheats. So paying is the only option. I happily paid to have the ads removed but I did not realize I would lose out on being able to watch an ad to earn a cheat. I would do that (which is different than watching an ad after every level) vs spending 190 coins (they go so quickly when you only earn 10-20 coins per win and it’s impossible to win certain levels). It has become less fun, annoying and clearly a money grab. Wish I didn’t pay to go ad free as I will likely quit this game being stuck with no option but to fork out more money. Not paying one more cent as it is a rip off.

Fun but very buggy & impossible at times. The game is very fun and addictive however, it is impossible to get ahead. I get stuck on levels for days & if you purchase the ad free option, it completely takes away the option to watch ads for more boxes which is very odd. I have a few other games that are ad free with the option to watch an ad for coins or powerups so this is different, and a little weird. Beware of the ads. When I first downloaded the game I kept having spam sites pop up on safari while playing this game specifically. I didn’t know why it kept happening until I read another review and connected the dots that it’s because of the ads in game, so be extra cautious if you don’t pay for ad free. While the cons should outweigh the pros, this game is still pretty fun but there is an immense amount of work to be done for the game to make more sense. I would’ve deleted it if it weren’t for the fact I paid for no ads.

long ads, got stuck too soon on low levels. the objective is to pull screws out of a 3d puzzle and sort them into trays of three screws that match the color of the tray. you get two trays. you can add a tray for 100 coins to a max of 4 total trays. you can also place up to four screws of any color into a holding pen. you can pay to clear the pen for 80 coins. you can watch an ad instead of paying coins for a tray or clearing the pen. ads between every game; the ads can be up to 3 minutes long, and require playing in the ad sometimes, and often require you to click "done" ">>" and "X" many times before the game will close. it soon becomes impossible to pass levels without spending coins or watching ads to get your two extra trays and clear the pen. usually you have to do this 5-6 times in order to finish the game. it is literally impossible to pass levels without the trays and clearing the pen. and you have to watch ads to earn coins, because you only earn 10 when you pass a level. each day you get 3 free spins to get boosters but you have to watch an ad for each spin. you earn some boosters for passing a LOT of levels, but not enough boosters earned; not interesting enough when you get stuck. it's essentially an ad trap game.

Great game, do not pay to remove to ads as it makes it impossible without paying more money. I loved this game, but every level required watching multiple ads to finish the levels (watching the ads gave free power ups necessary to complete the levels). I was completely okay with this, but decided to support them by paying to remove the ads. This was a massive mistake however as it removed the option to watch the ads to earn use the power ups for free, leaving the only option to actually complete the levels now is to buy the in game currency with real money. Not only that it changed the prices on those same power ups to be 3 times the cost (i.e. what was a 60 coin power up is now 3 for 180 coins with no way of purchasing less. As someone who loved this game enough to support it please fix this issue as I feel completely tricked into a worse version of the game by trying to support them.

The house is now in the app. I’m so annoyed. I downloaded this game specifically because of the house puzzle they show in the ad. That’s literally the only reason I got it. Of course, I figured maybe I’d have to advance a few levels to unlock the house—that would make sense. But nope. It’s not there. At all. The ad shows the house with four screw sections you remove—super satisfying, right? But in the actual game, you only get two screw tools unless you watch another ad to unlock the others. And even then, it’s never the house. It’s just random puzzles like cubes or some hairbrush and curling iron. Definitely not what was advertised. The game itself could be okay, but the one thing that hooked me was the house. If you’re downloading this because of that ad, save yourself the time. The house level doesn’t exist, and the whole thing feels like a bait-and-switch.

Might Be Associated With A Scam. Gameplay is alright. It’s about what I’d expect from an app whose main focus is generating money for the producer. My main concern is that several times mid gameplay and unprompted the app would open up my Internet browser and take me to an unknown page. Written on the page was “Hacker detected trying to infiltrate iPhone. Click on link below to delete the virus and block further security breaches. Obviously that’s a lie, and the website itself is trying to steal my information. Again, this would happen mid gameplay without me pressing any button or link or ad. I’ve never in my life had this happen with any other app on my phone. I find it unacceptable and am concerned that the app is a front for some identity stealing portal or something like that. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because I find the game itself sort of entertaining. Watch out for this issue if you download.

Virus!!!. I love this game it’s really addictive but, I noticed that it started randomly opening safari as if I had accidentally clicked on one of the ads at the bottom when playing and I just always automatically xed out of it knowing it was a scam. I was just playing the game a few minutes ago and set my phone down for a second and it opened safari which then clicked in my brain that this was not me accidentally touching an add and instead a virus! So I let the tab fully load so I could see what it said (I didn’t click any buttons) and it said I had 58 viruses on my phone from watch adult sites which I do not do and that I needed to remove them so I just clicked out of the tab (hopefully it doesn’t do anything) but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and that they can get this fixed I think I’m going to delete the app for awhile.

I strongly suspect the game is rigged. As far as gameplay and design, this game is a lot of fun. Definitely addictive and makes time disappear eerily fast. But it is sneaky. I have noticed again and again that as you get to the end of a level, you start getting more and more useless “toolboxes”. For example, there might be twenty pink screws easily accessible, and zero green screws visible, and you will get the green toolbox every time. So when you inevitably lose the level, you can watch an ad to continue or lose a life and start all over again, but it will take a dozen or more tries before you might actually win. The ads are over a minute long each and very repetitive (I’ve seen ads for some other game a thousand times now and I officially hate it). Then there are those same ads in between every single level. You can pay to remove those ads but I hesitate to give my money to an app that feels so obviously rigged. I’m on the fence, cause it is fun and nicely designed, but I want to know that half my game play is not going to STILL be taken up by ads even after I shell out the money. Very clever of them, will give them that.

Don’t go add free. Overall, a good game however, I bought the add free because I was getting tired of the add after every game. But when I did that, I’ve now lost the ability to watch an add for an extra block. After so many levels, it’s extremely hard to pass a level without a third box. Now I have to use my coins. Once out of coins, you have to pay for coins. Also, when you have the add version you can watch an add for additional coins after passing a level. You try to land an arrow moving back and forth between 20-50 extra coins. I was willing to do this for extra coins but then you watched an add for coins and then forced to watch an additional add just to play the next round. I thought by buying the game I’d get rid of the forced add between levels, but if I needed the extra help, I could still watch an additional add to get it. Very soon I’ll have to delete the app cause I’m not paying for coins! What a waste of money.

Love the game but ditch the ad break!. I already watch your ads for the extra stuff I can’t afford because I don’t have any coins, so you know what, just go ahead and ditch the ad break. And I can’t buy coins because every time I do, it’s never enough and when I need to use another box or use the brush, there is no ads now to get it. So then I lose the ability to watch an ad altogether! And now I’m all out of coins!! It’s just a ploy to buy more coins I bet… Fix your game, losers. People will want to play or not. Don’t quit your day job, and make your money somewhere else. The only reason we sit and play apps is to escape the economics out there and here it is still thrust upon us. Just make a fun game and they’ll play.

Disappointed. So when I first got the game I loved it, loved it so much that I decided yea I’ll go purchase the ad- free version. I never thought buying the ad - free version would mean that it was their way of trying to make you pay more money. They make the levels way to difficult and yes I get it’s ad free but you could have at least kept the choice for me to watch an add to unlock the other two color blocks. All I can do is use gold but the game eventually gets hard enough that you’ll run out of gold so your either waiting days on end for the season pass to restart to only get like one or two power ups and 10 gold which is hardly anything or you just pay more money for gold which is ridiculous. Yes I’m definitely not the best at the game but it definitely seems like there is a specific difficulty set up to intentionally make you spend money even if you bought the ad free version. This is the first time ever that I can sit here and be like man I miss the free version and it shouldn’t be that way so I’m highly disappointed and highly recommend anyone who plays this game to stick to the free version even if it means being stuck with annoying ads because sadly ur getting a better experience.

Bad support, levels make you lose. After I wrote to support about one of the functions in the game not working, they replied and told me to delete and reinstall. Despite saving my progress through Apple Game Center, after I reinstalled it, all my coins and power ups were gone, down to 0. I contacted support again and even though they said they’d get back to me about returning my items and coins, it’s been two weeks and they haven’t done anything or replied to my emails about anything other than some generic AI bot reply. Terrible support. Additionally, the levels all set you up to lose, so that you have to watch an ad to add another box. They always put the color that’s on the very bottom, so that you are forced to watch ads and continue. I tried a bunch of these games and I thought this one had the best graphics, and I like the see-through ability with the boxes, but forcing you to lose every level without watching an ad is too frustrating. I will be deleting this game due to this issue.

So aggravating. This game could be the absolute GOAT if it wasn’t so incredibly greedy. Not only do you only get 10 coins(20 if it’s a “hard” level) when beating a level, but they keep raising the price of everything. Just in the last week the cheapest tool to buy with coins was the magnet at 180 coins, and today I start playing and it’s changed to 240. Did they raise the reward prices? Of course not! This game has literally made itself as pay to play as humanly possible and it’s absolutely disgusting because this game is fun, does have neat features and everything, but more often than not you have constant levels that are absolutely impossible to beat without some kind of tool/power up. I’m so disappointed that everything always comes back to greed ruining things that could be great. Even the “cheap” things to buy have disappeared and now the cheapest one of the event packages is $15!!! I’m so done, I can’t even enjoy a game without being bled for every last penny. Don’t bother downloading, it’s not worth it.

And I thought EA was bad…. I don’t write product reviews, but feel I had to here. I’ve been playing for at least a month, at first for hours upon hours and then for only five-ish minutes as the greed the developer put into the game slowly drained the joy out of it. This game has an annoying hidden feature that forces you to lose 2/3 of the levels (always about halfway through), by giving you boxes for colored screws you can’t access whatsoever, as the same colored ones before were used and now the only ones left for this stretch of not-so-random RNG are buried behind pieces that will leave your empty screw slots full first, causing you to lose. The way around this? Watching 1-2 minute long ads for each additional boxes or small amount of tools you can use to help in a pinch. You can also earn coins to buy these things, but that process is slow goings and for how often you need the tools, it isn’t enough. That leaves players who don’t want to lose but also don’t want to watch ads to have to buy the coins, which very much isn’t worth it for how often this fake RNG occurs. Could the issue be fixed by buying the ad free pack? I doubt it. It would probably only take out the ad breaks between levels. Simply put: If you want to waste your money on a dopamine rush/out of boredom, it’d be cheaper to beat the Waterworld arcade game from The Simpsons.

This game will screw you. I actually really enjoyed playing this game. I like the graphics better than other similar games. I even purchased it to avoid all the adds. However, as you get into the higher levels, it is near impossible to clear a level without using some boosters which are hard to get unless you continually buy them. And the hard levels forget about it, you need to use multiple boosters. The side challenges are good but you can hardly even win anything because you can't beat multiple levels so it's pointless. It also feels like the game is actively working against you because it will NEVER give you the color box you need as you get through a level. And it makes NO sense that you give 5 slots for screws but you can only use 4 bc if you use the 5th, game over. PLEASE FIX THIS AND STOP MAKING EVERY LEVEL SO DIFFICULT TO COMPLETE. It's totally frustrating. I'll be trying other games like this bc I'd rather spend $$ on a game that isn't trying to screw you at every level

Fun game but scammy pop ups interrupt game play. This game is really fun and the ads aren’t as annoying as I expected. It plays an ad about every other round or so and you can choose to watch ads to get power ups or extra board space. Unfortunately when I was playing it tonight, it started kicking me out of the game and bringing me to my browser where it claims that it’s scanned my phone and found a virus and tries to get you to download some antivirus malware thing. At first I thought I accidentally clicked on an ad in the game because there are banner ads on the bottom of the screen, but when I exited off the browser and went back to the game it did it again after a few minutes. I already have malware protection downloaded on my phone and it hasn’t alerted me to any new threats, so I’m not as worried about this game actually giving me viruses, it’s just really annoying that it does that in the middle of the game and I then have to exit out and go back to the game. If you get the pop ups, just exit out of them and don’t install anything from them.

Fun, but cautionary advice. this game is fun and super addictive. However, I’m kind of sad that I paid the money for no advertisements. So if you love the game consider whether or not you want to spend that money. I did it because I found the advertisements between rounds to be very annoying. But now that I don’t have those advertisements, I also no longer have the option of watching an advertisement to get a second chance when I screw up by opening up a new box or a power up tool. so weigh your pros and cons before you decide to pay for the new advertisement version. I would have preferred to get rid of the compulsory advertisement, but still have the ability to have optional advertisement for additional game benefit

Frustrating and sad. This is probably one of the best “screw” games. I love how you can see through shapes to know what color is underneath. I’ve tried various others and you cannot see through any of them and you just have to guess what is under or hidden In the beginning, I loved how you can watch an ad to open up another box and then watch another ad if I needed to open up another box to pass the level. Like all games you only get two boxes and you have to find the color of that box and then like all games, you have to watch another ad to open up another box. After one of the first updates, they took that feature away. Some of these levels are legitimately impossible to pass no matter How many times you try. In the beginning, it was only 100 coin to open up another box and then they did another update and then I went up to 150 and then they did another update and now it is 190 coins. If I pay $1.99 I can get 300 coins, but that still only allows me to open one box. If you do beat a level, you only get 10 coins. That is such a major rip off. I’m not sure how much money I’ve spent on this game but it’s pretty embarrassing and I wish I wasn’t so stupid and did that. If you’re still reading and are wondering, why did I give a two stars instead of one? Well, it is because as I mentioned a top that this is probably one of the best “screw” games out there because you can see through all of the shapes and items to see what screw color is hidden or underneath and the colors are pretty vibrant compared to the others out there. Wish they would make this a better game though :(

Scammed and company is full of incompetence.. I am writing this review not out of anger, but out of a profound sense of awe at the sheer, unadulterated entitlement required to run a business this poorly. Over a calendar year ago, I entrusted Screwdom with my hard-earned money. In return, I received absolutely nothing. No product, no updates, and certainly no respect. I have patiently allowed twelve full months to pass—a timeframe in which entire civilizations have fallen, human babies have been conceived and born, and yet, your support team has apparently been unable to master the complex art of hitting the "reply" button on an email. To call your customer service "ghosting" would be an insult to the paranormal, as ghosts at least have the decency to make their presence felt. You simply took my funds and vanished into the void of your own incompetence. If your business model relies entirely on operating as a glorified digital pickpocket, I highly suggest you update your mission statement to reflect that. I would demand a refund, but given that it takes your team more than 365 days to process a basic inquiry, I assume the heat death of the universe will occur before I see a single dime. An absolutely pathetic excuse for a company. Do better.

Not as Advertised. I enjoy the game concept and graphics, however all of the ads for the game show the dismantling of various objects. Except in actual game play, every other level you have to do the same jumble of wooden blocks. The levels are different - the amount of blocks grows each time and is increasingly more difficult. But it’s the same concept every time. It’s boring and there’s no intuitive puzzle to solve like with the objects. So you’re constantly having to check each block so see what color screw is beneath it. I end up always having to use boosters on these levels as well, and they take significantly longer to solve than the objects. I wish you could skip, or choose which level to do next, or just remove the wooden block levels completely, or at the very least reduce the amount of block levels???!!!

Ads. This game is designed to make you fail. In order to even past most levels you need to watch at least 1 to 2 ads. After beating a level you can either take a small amount of coins or you have to option to triple your coins by watching another ad. If you decide to take your small amount of coins you get rewarded with an ad break. Keep in mind you already watched 2 ads to even beat the level and now you’re gonna watch a third ad. You can’t even buy power ups to beat the level unless you watch an ad or you beat 20 levels. In order to buy an extra box to add screws it costs 190 coins. Without “watching” an ad you have to beat 19 levels to earn 10 coins each to get it but you’re going to watch an ad anyways because each level has an ad break at the end. Game is fun and simple but I hope you’re ready to do nothing but watch terrible ads. The fact this game has 4.6 stars is ridiculous.

Screws you over. I like the game but there are two major things that I find so annoying I have removed the game from my frequently played. One the timeout is too short when you leave the app for some reason and go back it resets the puzzle. This has screwed me over multiple times where I’ve been pretty far on a difficult puzzle and have to start over. So then I just stop playing for weeks. The other is a constant annoyance with the spare screw holes available. Why show 5 if you can’t use all 5? You should be able to put a fifth screw in without it ending your game. The game should not end until I have no moves. I will also say there should be an undo button and also verification button in case you accidentally hit one of the drill/hammer/etc buttons down below. I’ve used those unnecessarily which is also an annoyance.

Don’t Pay to Remove Ads!. I really enjoyed this app until I decided to pay $10 to remove ads. Once you do, you can’t watch any ads to gain tools or boxes that you inevitably need in order to complete levels. I completely regret it and will likely uninstall. You only earn 10 coins per round so you quickly run out of options to advance to next levels. I made this mistake around level 68 and now I’m stuck on level 70 because I refuse to pay any money. Before this, I loved the game which is why I finally decided to pay the $10. I enjoyed the logic / strategy aspect, the cute simple visuals, calm environment, and especially loved the click click click noises of the screws being plucked out and boxes closing. …now they’ve changed the screw sound as well a few weeks ago and it’s not that appealing anymore to be honest. Also, I will note that this game makes my iPhone 13 run hot. I think the memory it takes to support the physics involved (spinning pinned pieces and gravity) is a little too much for the phone.

Great except for…. Update: I am very grateful and extremely thankful that you finally fixed the overheating issue, HOWEVER… I among many others, I can imagine, are extremely frustrated that you have taken away the ability to watch ads for help when you get stuck on a level. Having to use an over abundance of in game money just to be able to get past too many levels is absurd! I have had to use way more of my helping tools than I ever should need. That coupled with the fact that now the game loves to freeze after you’ve used multiple of the helpers… it’s almost not even worth playing at all! Please bring back the ability to watch ads for help with levels when you need it!!!! And FIX the freezing problems please!!! I absolutely loved playing this game, however before a couple updates ago it would cause my phone to overheat, so I could only play a couple puzzles before having to let my phone cool down, well they fixed that and everything was going great until I guess the recent update. Before you could watch an ad to get an extra whole, or watch an ad unlock an additional box, now they’ve taken the ad options away and if you get stuck your only option is to pay 190 of your in game coins, and you get stuck A LOT!

Do not buy the remove ads. The game was really fun till I decided to pay to remove ads. There’s a mandatory ad at the end of every level and then there’s optional ads. You can watch to gain new color boxes for your screws to go into and some other stuff. I assumed that the mandatory ad at the end of the level would be removed, and that either the optional ads would become free or you could still watch the ad for the benefit. I was mistaken, while the mandatory ad was removed so was the possibility to watch optional ads and they were not provided for free so now if you want to have any of those benefits that make levels easier, you have to spend coins and it’s a lot of coins you have to spend. Just to unlock one color box for a level to make the level easier you would have to win around 28 levels. Just to get enough coins if you weren’t gonna spend money. I don’t like them to be particularly challenging so I like to unlock those boxes so before I was using ads to unlock them. However, now, I can not even watch an ad even if I want to and have to spend a lot of coins. If I want to get more coins, I have to spend more money. Buying the option to remove ads ruined the game for me. I want to undo that purchase or at least leave the possibility to watch ads to make the game easier available compared to just completely removing it and forcing players to spend more money on the game. I loved the game until now and now I can barely play it.

FIX THE BUGS. STOP BEING GREEDY.. This is one of my favorite games, but the bugs make it nearly unplayable and I am NOT willing to spend any money when the free version already runs so poorly. The app crashes constantly, resets the level, and forces you to restart. Yet the items you used aren’t restored. If there’s only one slot left for a screw and the game lags, choosing a screw that should fit in one of the cases doesn’t register, and the game makes you “lose.” Then it pushes you to watch an ad or spend coins to continue, even though it wasn’t your mistake. It’s THEIRS. On top of that, the constant long ads make the experience even worse. I literally had to watch the same ad on a loop for almost a minute straight, and this is almost a daily occurrence. I’ll update this review if the app ever gets fixed, but right now it just feels like another greedy, low-quality mobile game designed to squeeze out money. Yeah, NO. Save your money.

There are better ones out there. As far as screw removal games go, this is not at the top of my list and believe me I’ve played a lot of of them. The puzzles are actually pretty good, but the graphics are subpar and after the first five levels, you start getting inundated with ads between every single level. After the first 10 levels, you start getting hit with ads during levels, at least one per level in addition to the ad between levels and the levels become so difficult to win by level three that you have to watch ads for power ups and bonuses just to keep playing. I get that they need to make money and that the ads are how they do that but compared to other screw removal games on the market the ad to gametime ratio in this one is absolutely ridiculous. It might be forgivable if the gameplay was superior to all of the other ads out there, but it’s really not any better and for the most part, it’s not even as good as most of them

LOVE’d IT But... This game has easily become one of my favorites, I spend a lot of time & more money than I care to admit on this game. But there a couple things that bug me. First after I paid for the ad free version, there are no more opportunities to even choose ads as an option for more lives or extra coins, you just have to keep spending money or wait til you earn enough through the levels to use. It’s very frustrating and I don’t understand why you only get 10 coins after you complete a level, when all the supplies you need is closer to 200+ coins & sometimes you spend hrs on a level just for 10 coins. That should be rethought out! My other issue is the extra screw holes, why if I fill the last screw hole does it end the game? Don’t leave an extra hole there if I’m not able to use it I mean what sense does that make? Oh yeah on the Home Screen of the game, the bottom right tab always says “Coming Soon”. Makes me think no one is really working on real consumer beneficial updates on this game. UPDATE: Now at level 119 & it’s starting to glitch or flicker, then I have to force close which starts me all over. About ready to delete the game. LAST UPDATE: I’m on level 209 & I’m done. It’s just not worth it, they don’t give you enough for what you end up paying. It’s at the point where you HAVE to pay for stuff to get thru a level only to get 10 coins at the end. I’m done.. DELETE & I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The game is very fun, and the strategy aspect is challenging, but the biggest problem with the game is the condition for “losing.” There are five screw slots for screws that don’t match the target colors, which is useful when you need to remove a puzzle part to get to the colors you need. However, once you fill the last slot, you automatically lose, even if a target screw is clickable. The losing condition should be when there are no more valid/available moves. This way, clicking non-target screws is fully strategic instead of a risky move that will lead to game over. It also allows for more interesting gameplay. Another edit I would make would to be adding a daily “puzzle” where you can make a set number of coins so you can actually move forward when you’re stuck on a puzzle. New Edit: Adding again, there should be a daily challenge instead of a card collection option. I genuinely enjoy this game but the amount of AI generated images is absolutely an eyesore. I’ve started avoiding the events because it’s genuinely ugly and difficult to look at. I get that it may look cute to some, but I’d rather see some real art of a squirrel or a mouse than the weird airbrushed and uncomfortably round versions you have. It also makes collecting the cards way less fun because the AI generated images aren’t pleasant to look at.

Overheating that can explode. It’s a great and addicting game however the fact that it takes 10-15 minutes of playing in my phone to overheat. My phone is brand new and it went from 92% to 23% in 30 minutes. This needs to be fixed as it is clearly affecting others and can run the risk of the phone’s chips, memory and battery to possibly start a fire and delete all the information in your phone. None of my apps overheats nor consumes my battery. This is a very serious problem that must be fixed or it could potentially have problems in the future. It’s already causing problems for other people who plays this game. Creator please check into it. It shouldn’t be doing this. I’m sure if you played a game and it would cause this on your phone or console, you wouldn’t be too happy either. So please fix this. It’s the only systematic glitch that’s a problem.

Agreed; DON’T pay for ad free version. I truly enjoy this game, and while some levels are challenging, they all used to be passable by watching 2-3 ads to get extra boxes. But a few weeks ago, I paid for the ad free version and did not realize that that took away ALL the ads in the game, including those to help pass a level. So now my only option is to quit a level or spend 150 coins to get ONE box. Considering you are awarded 10 coins upon completing a level (the watch an ad option for bonus coins is also gone), it would take 15 levels to make up for one box. And of course, each level requires you have at least one extra box. I spent $10 to get rid of the ad free version, so I’m not giving them one more cent to buy more coins. I am truly disappointed that is going to be a limited time game until I stop playing in to another game. It WAS the best screw game I played by far.

Glitchy, too hard. So the game starts off fine but by the third level takes a turn. They give you an item but make you immediately use it without a choice. I assume to show how the item works but you should have the choice whether you want to use it or not. Then by the fifth level you can no longer progress without using money. I tried about 20 times all different ways. If they had let me keep the 2 items introduced I could have kept going but I had to use them immediately on level 3 and 4. The game says you can add a box by watching an ad or revive by watching an ad except the button doesn’t work and you don’t have enough in game gold to progress either. So by the fifth level you’re already stuck unless you want to pay money. Now mobile games need to make money since most are free but to be that blatant about it and by only the fifth level is flat out scummy. Do not try this game unless you want to spend money period.

Fun But Frustrating. I enjoy this game and paid to not have to watch all the long ads between games. That has a downside though because there’s no options to get additional boxes without paying. I caved and paid to get past 188, which I was stuck on forever, and now I’m noticing levels beyond that point that require dozens of attempts to pass as well, which takes the fun out of the challenge. Even with rewards, those are quickly depleted and useless on some levels. It’s not skill - it’s designed to have you fail so you’ll pay for packages. I don’t mind buying stuff here and there. I respect that this is someone’s business, but I don’t want to be forced into having to constantly pay for consecutive levels just to continue to advance. I’ll be deleting the game if this doesn’t change.

They Become Money Hungry. I’ve played this game for months, almost a year. It was my favorite…until they changed tactics and made it so you are practically forced to spend money. You used to be able to watch ads to get things like brooms, extra boxes, etc. Now that has been removed. And while levels can be difficult I’ve never had a problem where I was stuck on the same level for over a week!!! I’m on level 1427, I mean it when I say I loved this game. But at what point can you play the same level over and over again, knowing that it’s pretty much rigged against you, before you say enough is enough? It’s not even one of the “hard levels.” I have not had issues with this game like the ad option being removed or the levels being absolutely ridiculously unfair until a few weeks ago. I’m so disappointed that they have made this change. It’s obvious they are now egregiously money hungry.

Fun but.... I really love this puzzle game but do have some thoughts. The puzzles are super fun and can be really challenging but you only earn 10-20 coins upon completing a puzzle while any helpful items cost you a minimum 250 coins, so simply playing the game won't earn you enough coins to keep going for long. In order to continue and not keep playing the same puzzle over and over again, you'll have to decide whether to purchase packets or just quit. And if you do choose to purchase, the packs don't last long because you'd have to complete 25 puzzles to earn one small 250 coin box. If the developer would make it so completing puzzles or offering daily coin challenges OR maybe make the help packs not cost so many coins, the balance would make this more fun for everyone. I ended up having to quit playing because there's no way for me to continue on without purchasing at every single level. I'm not made of money and there is less expensive fun I can have.

Almost Perfect. I’ve been playing this game (a little too much) for the last 5 months or so. It’s been my most used app in screen time for a while now and I’m on lvl 350. The sounds are satisfying, the pop up ads are only once after each game, and the levels are different enough to keep it interesting. The ONLY reason I took off two stars is the forced-upon ads. The levels are set up in a way that each box given is a colour that is hidden under screws, usually down to up, which means that your extra holes fill up quick, and you’re forced to watch a 90sec ad to keep playing, buy a tool, or give up and try again. This pattern is consistent for every single level, which means it’s extremely rare to complete a level without watching at least one ad. On hard levels, you can end up watching five of them easy. That’s 7 minutes of ads each hard level, and 2 minutes of ads for regular levels. This isn’t counting the pop up ads once the game is complete. Buying the no-ad upgrade doesn’t change this, so the only option is watch one or lose the level. I get that ads help support the game- I understand that, but I have a hard time being understanding when the ads are necessary to win the level. The screw boxes need to be randomised, not focused on hidden screws. Randomised will make it challenging without being frustrating. Another solution is to make the ads 30sec instead of an incredibly long 90sec EACH ad. This interferes with the duck race, since you have to watch the ad to win, you lose time which puts your opponents at an advantage. The game is extremely fun. I just hope the devs put aside the money greed just enough to change this one thing.

DO NOT BUY NO ADS. Of all the games similar to this, I like this one the most because of the ‘xray’ feature. But one thing I wished I should’ve done was read the reviews first. The ads don’t bother me too much, but I ended up purchasing no ad anyway just because I do that for pretty much all the games I play. This is the first game that I paid no ads for but won’t let me voluntarily watch ads to unlock certain features.. I refuse to keep paying for coins to unlock the extra box during the difficult levels. I bought coins a few times but got really annoyed because it’s pretty much a play to win at this point and it took the fun out for me. I ended up uninstalling the game and reinstalling to so I can get the ads back. Once I got to level 10. I was able to watch ads to unlock the box again. Ads are actually very bearable for this game and don’t bother me much.

Bad customer service. I started playing and all was good. I could watch videos to help me pass levels. I decided to make a small purchase and now I can’t watch anymore if I wanted to in order to help level up. Also the game shuts down on me and makes me start back over if I start winning. It’s as if it’s set up to make me make another purchase in order to further myself. I was also cheated out of some coins and I contacted customer service and it’s been almost a week now will still no response. I always wait before making a review so I can really play the game and have interaction before giving my opinion. All in all just don’t purchase anything if you want to play. I will be switching to another game to play like this one in hopes that I don’t have any issues and if I do then the customer service will be better. Updated over a week later still nothing from customer service. My strong advice would be to not purchase anything on this app.

Fun until it wasn’t. I really enjoyed playing this game at first, but the more I advance, the more I realize it’s really just a money grab. They make it almost impossible to beat the levels without some type of booster or extra box, which of course you have to pay for because you don’t accumulate coins fast enough and it’s extremely hard to earn boosters. It went from being relaxing to extremely frustrating. I would delete it, but I already paid for the ad-free version. It also has a ton of ads btw, which is really annoying, but I learned the hard way that if you pay for the ad free version, then you can’t even watch ads to win boosters or coins. The game itself is fun, but honestly not worth the frustration of being stuck on the same level for days without a way to beat it unless you spend money.

Pop Ups! Gah!!!. Please fix the virus pop ads that everyone is complaining about in these reviews!!! I really enjoy this game, but the amount of random pop ups is ridiculous. I’m not talking about the ads you click on to add a box or the ones that come on between levels. I’ll be playing and out of nowhere my Chrome app opens and it says stuff like you have a virus, you must scan now. Pretty soon I’ll have 13-14 of these Chrome tabs that have just opened in their own. It happens multiple times each level. I tried other similar games that have inferior graphics and less game options (i.e. no transparent block hint option). None of them have the pop up issues that this game has. I want to play THIS game, but not with the amount of pop up ads. Please listen to the reviewers and fix the issue!!!

Screwdom 3D gives me less Ads, More Play.. there seem to be a whole bunch of these kinds of games out right now and several of them are just inundated with ads! Like right in the middle of play it’ll make you watch an ad. This one I’ve been playing it for a couple of weeks I bought something ONCE, AND IT’S NOW LETTING ME PLAY AD FREE… (Now, I’m hoping I didn’t accidentally purchase a 30 day “ad free pass” because those are annoying and ridiculously expensive. If I’m paying you $10 I should get free for a year…) but at the moment I really like the game. The graphics are great. I can turn off the music. The function is relatively freeze free. No crashing so far… just a solid & enjoyable game.

Don’t buy ad free. I really liked this game so I decided to purchase the ad free “upgrade”. Before upgrading, you could add an extra box, drill extra holes, use magnet, or hammer a box out if you either paid or you could watch a video to have it for free. There are levels you can’t win without adding a box or drill an extra hole. After I purchased the ad free version, it took away the option to watch an ad to get a free item to help finish the puzzle. I bought ad free so I didn’t have to watch the ads in between games, but now I can’t complete certain levels without buying coins to add a box or hole. It was a complete waste of money and now I don’t even want to play the game. I’ve tried for two days to beat level 110 and after googling it, it seems it’s not possible without adding a box and hole. I wish I could get my money back and go back to the ad version. The game is fun but do not buy ad free or you’ll be buying a lot of extra coins to win some of the hard levels.

Fun, but fake. At the start the game is fun, but very quickly you’ll start to see a difficulty spike. I don’t mind challenging puzzles, but the difficulty is very inconsistent. Sometimes you’ll have a hard level while the next is extremely easy in comparison. This is a scummy yet normalized practice in modern mobile games to get you to keep playing and watch ads / spend money to keep going. The difficulty gets so bad to the point where you are forced to lose, and the only way to win is to watch ads or spend money to keep going. You do get free currency which you can use to help you, but the abilities you buy don’t carry over to the next level and are pretty expensive compared to how many forced losses you’ll be faced against in the later levels. You get ads from winning, you get ads from losing, and you need to watch ads to win.

I liked it, but…. I like the game I thought it was quite fun. I enjoyed the ability to watch an ad to add some extra boxes to take away the screws. However, there are too many forced ads. There’s an ad required between each level the ads last upward of 120 seconds I get that these types of games require ad revenue to be supported but a 30 second ad is very sufficient when a map takes you 2 to 5 minutes watching a 2 to 5 minute Ad is excessive. Of course that’s not talking about the ads if you want to buy the extra box with an ad or if you want to use one of the boosters with an ad all ads are long so it doesn’t matter if you’re in a puzzle or between puzzles all ads are equally long. Of course those are optional and you don’t have to do in puzzle ads so I’m not holding that against the game creator, but then again I am a little bit because they’re just too long.

Freezing up at higher levels. I’ll admit I play this too much. The game used to freeze up somewhere in the 300 levels. I’d delete the app, re-download, and start over. Recently, I made it to level 463 and it started freezing up. I deleted the app and re-downloaded, but now I can’t start over at the beginning! So I’m playing the same level that I cannot ever get through because the game freezes up. Perhaps developers haven’t created additional levels? Surely I am not your most prolific player! But I am addicted, so please fix the glitch or allow me to start all over when I want to. You still get my ad-watching either way. As it is now, I can’t get far enough to watch any ads and you make no $$.

Cost too high to play. The game is fun for a while then it requires you to pay to play really. Whether that’s in dollars or time. It takes a lot of time to look through all of the boxes and always think five steps ahead. If you choose to pay for no ads it takes away your ability to watch ads to get extra coins as well as the accessories to pass the levels. You will have to pay to pass levels unless you want to spend many hours to get through a level. Let’s say there are 220 screws on a level. You make it through 150 of them by only choosing boxes that reveal other screws which took 45 min. Then you run out of the colors so you have to meticulously search through all of the boxes to find the color you need and hope that you have enough spare holes to clear a color set box. If you don’t pay then you have to start all over and the screws are all different colors. Also the rewards for winning a level are nominal compared to the cost of the accessories/power ups so you have to pass 20-30 levels to get enough for a power up. The $ cost for power ups is also way too high; $7-10 for enough to get through a few levels.

Glitches with game and support doesn’t communicate. I know that it’s silly to spend money on a game, but this is one of the only games that I play and I do spend a lot of money buying points and boosters. The game will glitch on a bunch of the levels. One in particular that I was stuck on I spent 10 bucks and used eight boosters, trying to get past it for it to freeze at almost the very end of the level. I lost everything that I had spent on the level. When trying to communicate with support, I sent them three emails before anybody got back to me, then they tell me there’s nothing they can do about the boosters that I used and purchased. And they asked me about details of what happened. I emailed them back with all of the information they requested, and they never even answered or refunded any of my purchases. I deleted the app and will make sure from now on any games I download will not be from this company.

WAS fun… till it wasn’t. You get to a point where it’s impossible to pass without watching ads to be able to “beat” it. They make it so that no matter what you do, what strategy you have, or how many things you try, you won’t pass. And this time, it was my last straw. I’ve been on the same level for a week. Saved up enough drills to max out the holes, used FOUR magnets, and still I got to a point on level 188 that I can’t move on without watching an ad. Not to mention the ads are LONG. A minute and a half for an ad is outrageous. Shame because I played it everyday but going to delete.

Fun but could do ads differently. I love the gameplay but the ads got to be too much between each level. I paid for the ad free version but it also removed the option to watch an ad to get bonuses so now I HAVE to use coins. I would prefer to still have the option of watching an ad and just have the ad free version as removing the between levels and on the screen ads.

Unplayable without coins. Paid for no ads after a few weeks of having the app, thinking it would do what most ‘pay to remove ads’ options would do and still let you get the benefit of those ads without having to watch them. Nope! It removes the options entirely, so you pay to have one shot at solving the puzzles. Forever. Do not pay to remove the ads, you can close and reopen the app to get around the annoying ones between levels without completely losing the option to get an extra box or tool to solve a level. I’m deleting this app today, because I’ve well and truly got to a point where it is impossible to beat even a normal level without having to spend money to get coins or tools.

Absolute ragebait. As much as I love playing games with challenges, this game practically spams you with competitions as soon as you log in, taking around 5 minutes to just get through them. And with many of the levels, you have to buy the boxes and I remember that the tools used to be 250 coins…now they’re 850?! That’s crazy. Adding to the fact we get 10 to 20 coins after beating a round…also the fact that misclicking ends you easily. I’ve been stuck on levels 90 and 85, and I miss click once…bam, dead, no more lives, and the amount of times I’ve had it is just wrong. Also this is something I must address to developers since people might as well have this problem. Whenever I have a round and I almost beat it, the game lags…and kicks me out. I’m done being stuck on levels 90 for the past 18 weeks. Why is it kicking me out every good round. 2 stars. Fix it, maybe I’ll add 2 more.

Just save yourself the hassle…. Core gameplay is great. Truly. It’s a fun, zen game, where you unscrew stuff. But the game requires you to sit through adds - even after you pay. Clearly people do, but at some point you’re just watching your 300’th Kingshot ad, and only because the game essentially cheats on you. Perhaps if you had infinite ability to ‘look ahead’ you could make the choices necessary, but very conveniently it never works out in your favour. This might be ok, if it gave more favourable rewards so lots of persistent engagement meant you essentially could skip a lot of this, but it’s so stingy… Save yourself the hassle and avoid.

Fix the game. This game is money hungry should on the coins you get for passing the levels to make it affordable to play as you get to higher levels they can’t be passed without buying coins ect it’s wrong fix the app so there a fighting chance To continue to enjoy the game as it was great till the levels got harder and you use all your spaces and it always gives you screw colours you don’t need so you have no way of passing without buying coins once you get to the harder levels

Glitch & freeze. I love this game for my down time. I don’t mind watching ads for power ups. The last few weeks however, I keep getting frozen on 1 level and it glitches. I have to exit the app and go back in to restart the level. This can happen several times before I get past onto the next level, in which it happens again. I waste my tools and coins and then it freezes. Very frustrating when I’m up to level 884.

Team update. Please don’t post an update about a new feature - in this case team play, if you haven’t yet made it available in the app. I was really enjoying this game until the later levels where it is impossible to finish a level unless you buy either coins or helps. Having originally paid for the no ad version it seems to actually be a detriment to have done this. Also virtually impossible to finish any of the adventures where you need to achieve a certain amount of coin value. At 10 coins for each successful level and 20 for the hard levels you literally do not have enough time to collect sufficient amount unless once again you actually buy additional coins. Give the players a fighting chance and you might actually grow your customer base instead of frustrating and annoying them to the point that they stop playing and leave negative reviews

Dont buy the ad free. It was good until the ads became too much, so I paid for the ad free, but now I cant open any extra boxes unless I buy more coins. I cant change it back either to include ads again, Which is rough because if I had known that, I would have not paid! I have emailed the company. No answer yet. Also when beating hard levels its only an extra 20 coins. Wish it was more. Like easy was 10 coins, maybe a medium could be 25 and 50 for hard. I would hate to think i am up to 283 and lose it all due to issues

Loaded with bugs. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Horrible game play first of all some levels are actually virtually impossible to play without spending real money. Now the worst part and why I had to delete this app glitches so bad it freezes your whole entire phone to the point your stuck on the gameplay for over a minute can’t turn your phone on or off nothing just stuck then when you go back to the game not only have you lost your progress but your life. JOKE OF A GAME. Do not download unless you want to ruin your phone. Have 0 issues with apps but this horrid one.

Terrible model. The game was entertaining enough but the ads were completely over the top. So I paid for ad-free. As soon as I did, the game went to super hard level and I can’t progress at all. Only the same level over and over. At least with ads you had a chance to get past a hard level. If you switch to no annoying ads between levels, you also lose the option to continue play by choosing to watch an ad. But no, pay extra and the game becomes useless. Total rip off.

Great until ads come on and freeze it. Every time the ad comes on for Xtrend Pro-Stock Trading Game, even without clicking the screen at the 18s mark it automatically takes you to the App Store and freezes the ad. The only way to unfreeze it is to close the game, losing the current game progress and a life. And this ad comes on all the time. Remove this ad

Don’t pay for no ads. It’s a great game to pass the time but paying for no ads is definitely a big mistake. It’s impossible to get coins (unless you buy them with real money) that you need to pay for boosts and extra boxes which you could watch an ad for on the free version. If they could fix this so you don’t have to watch ads between levels but like many other games, can choose to watch ads for helpful items it would be an amazing game. It just becomes infuriating and a money drain otherwise

Lives have ruined it. Love this game as it really helps with my anxiety but the introduction of lives has ruined it for me. Some levels are really hard and take multiple attempts thus using up lives then once you’re out lives you have to wait x amount of minutes to play again or spend coins that you have to pay for. Hate it please fix

Unsolvable levels without paid for items (Don’t waste your time or money). Played for a while and reached a point where it didn’t seem levels were solvable without ‘power ups’ found a normal level where I kept getting to the same point and not being able to get any further. Being a bit of nerd, I recorded all screw locations and ran an algorithm to solve; wasn’t possible without power ups. Having paid to not get adds, only option is now to pay for further power ups: or as I’ll be doing, deleting and moving on. Don’t waste your time or money on this game.

Broken ads. This game is addictive but really is being ruined by the fact that at least half the ads I get are broken. Either they won’t let you exit them even once they’re finished, or they just break completely. This has definitely gotten worse recently. I don’t want to sound like a sore loser, but I firmly believe a lot of these levels aren’t possible without using any power-ups. So when you’re so close to winning a level, watch an ad to get an extra slot, that ad crashes and you lose your progress on the level, it is extremely frustrating.

Glitches. If I could give this 0 stars I would. My whole phone freezes mid game to the point where I’m waiting up to 5 minutes for my phone to unfreeze no matter what I press even if I try to shut down my phone it will not budge and I cannot use my phone as nothing works. I only have this issue when I’m playing this game so I know it’s something to do the app. And on top of that the ads come up after every single level.

Pay for “No Ads,” Get Paywalled Instead. Loved the game at first, so I paid to remove ads. Huge mistake. Removing ads also takes away daily rewards and any way to earn help. You get stuck on levels unless you pay again for coins or tools. So instead of removing ads, it basically forces you into constant purchases just to keep playing. This isn’t an accident — other players have the same issue. Really disappointed. It went from enjoyable to feeling like a cash grab.

Fun!!. This is a fun and unique game which has been taking up a lot of my time recently. I wish there wasn’t a limit on lives as I feel like that adds a stressful layer but other than that, it’s nearly a perfect game. I haven’t tried the 3D version yet but will have to give it a go after enjoying this game so much.

Also, I’ve started getting ads that I can’t exit out of so when I need an extra box or tool, the ads lead me to force close the app, restart the whole level again and then I run into the same problem over and over. I’ve tried updating the app and deleting and reinstalling it but I still have the same issue.

Don’t bother unless you want to spend. I agree with other reviewers which have mentioned that this game is most definitely designed to road block you so you will spend on the game to move forward. There are no daily rewards or waiting time changes. You will just continue to repeat that same level and become stuck around the same number of screws. It’s a nicely designed game and I’m definitely one to spend money when I enjoy a game however, this reads like the developer only wanted to slyly outsmart each user to acquire money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!. This game is impossible to pass levels without paying money. If you think you’re close to beating a level without using any of the paid for helpers, it will crash and you’ll lose your progress. When you try the level again it is absolutely impossible to pass. If you pay money for a helper/power up on a level it will crash and you’ll have to redo the level having lost the power up you’d paid for. This game is a scam by design!!!!

Enjoyable with frustrations and minor glitch noticed. I enjoy the level design and gameplay. But the long ads between levels are excessive to the point where I often close the game and restart it to skip the long ads and it turns out to be quicker this way. I only do this because rewards still carry after ad breaks. So play and finish a level - ad break - then reward is what happens. With me finishing a level - me force closing the app during an ad break - and restarting the app to get rewards. Problem being I think this might be glitching the icy mountain path event. At least three times I’ve made good progress only to restart the app and find the mountain event either restarted or gone. It’s really frustrating, as when you hit the 200th levels getting a streak is really difficult. And sometimes I’m only playing for an hour straight Because I’d like that mountain even reward, and it feels like a waste of time when it glitches out. Also watching an ad to get three of an item rarely works. I don’t know why they’re labeled “+3” of a power up item when I only get one at a time. I’ve probably only succeeded at watching an add to get 3 once. It’s otherwise only ever one at a time. Would love if these issues were addressed. That said I KNOW games like these rely on ads and I do appreciate the feature of marking of a type of ad is interesting or not. Would love to see these issues addressed and I do enjoy this game enough to keep playing it despite small frustrations. Three and a half stars if the App Store would let me add another half.

Disappointed and Angry!. The game was going great up until I made a purchase to remove ads. Thought this would remove ads between the games, however this removes ads to get help during the game as well like adding extra boxes or using the tools like the hammer, magnet etc. And the levels are pretty difficult without getting help. So basically you’re stuck unless you make a purchase to buy more coins to get help to move on to the next level. Such a shame as the game was great and I was really enjoying it. I don’t usually pay in games and was willing to do so in this game because I was enjoying it so much. Now it’s just ridiculous because I can’t move on unless I buy more coins, such a manipulative way to make me pay more money. I’m removing and uninstalling the game as it’s basically a SCAM to make more money! Really disappointed in this game.

Could be so good but ruined. I agree with everyone else. This is a great game in theory but it is ruined by the significant number of adds and the need to use them in every level. They are way too long and repetitive - and I suspect most are scams. Further, it uses way too many of the brick/block versions and not enough of the buildings. The adverts imply it is all the fun creatures and buildings but they are only 20% of it. The bulk are just really boring block worlds. Developers please read the feed back and make the requested changes so this can be a good game.

Can’t click out of ads. So 30%+ of ads aren’t giving the option to close them, the only option being to download from the App Store or to clear the game forsaking the level and or streak you’re on. Surely this isn’t good on the devs end either. It’s easy for me to get on my high horse as I’m not needing to pay wages and bills with ad revenue but pretending it was a more perfect world I’d hope that ads still using dark patterns would be black banned by all more ethical apps cause the association can’t be doing any favours I do enjoy the game though, sometimes maybe a surprise game of Tetris would be good to break up the 3x3x3x3 repetition Thanks for your work I’ll set an alarm to check in a week and see if the bugs been patched and upon this will change my rating to reflect how much I enjoy the game

Was enjoying this game until... I paid for no ads. Watching the ads was annoying yes, but not as annoying as having to keep paying for coins to get past levels. There’s no ability to earn more than 10 coins for a completed level which is disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews before paying as I would have just stayed with the free version. I will not be updating this ad based on recent reviews about ‘lives’. I’m not going to be locked out/have to wait until being able to play a game I’ve paid for. Still a fun game but a bit disappointing for having paid $15 for with no real benefit.

Too many ads. I enjoyed this game but the ads have become too annoying. It feels like you spend more time watching ads than playing the game. They introduced a short ads when you finish a level. That was tolerable but now there is stacked ads when you finish a level. Watching ads 1 of 2 and then 2 of 2 at the end of a level was too much for me. I’m deleting the game now.

Game play great until higher levels. I agree with other reviews about paying for the no ad version and then losing the option to watch an ad for bonuses. I would like the option still. More annoying is the higher levels are unwinnable without coins or bonuses. You get to the same amount of screws each time and then it becomes unwinnable, and many of the levels are becoming like this which is making me not want to play anymore. I really love the game and wish this was not the case.

Eventually it’s enough and you move on. I really enjoyed playing this game, but it’s such a lost opportunity for the developers. Quite clearly the mechanic of the game in the upper levels (I’m at 205) is such that you simply cannot win without not just one, but multiple power-ups (which means ads). That’s fine, but that’s where it loses me. You should be able to win with skill, even if it takes a while. That’s not the case here - and what a shame, because it’s a lot of fun, and in the tuned, lower levels, it’s really satisfying to win. But absolutely, if you’re looking for a week or two of mindless fun with a bit of strategy, this is for you. For a while.

Ads and freezing. The ads are painful as they are not just linked to rewards but also finishing a level. I always need to force close the app as soon as I finish a level to skip the ad. But not only that I regularly experience freezing either during playback or ads which makes it extremely frustrating when trying to go for a streak. I would say fix it but I don’t care anymore. Uninstalled.

Deleting because of lives. I have been playing this game for a while and am up to level 186 but upon realising that they have added lives which limit how much you can play the game I don’t see the reason to keep this game downloaded. It shouldn’t be up to the developers how often I want to play the game and this is clearly just a ploy to get more ad watches. And 200 coins to refill a life is ridiculous.

THIS GAME IS NO JOKE!!!. Ok you guys might see the ad and be like “well all ads are fake so this one must be too” but no that’s not true at all this game is as true as the ad maybe even better like if you want a real brain messer game that you also love this is for you only one problem this puts your battery down like really fast so that’s the only problem.

Great game, but gone to hell. I really like this game, and am on level 245 but recently it’s been glitching and freezing so many times in one level that I can’t even finish anything. I even spent money on boosters, used them and then had the game glitch so much I had to close it and lost the progress which means using the boosters was a complete waste. It feels like stealing money at this point and I’d love a solution.

Not Happy. If I could give half a star I would. This game is frustrating because it’s designed to allow you to level up only IF you spend real money to keep buying tools and game coins. Many times I have come close to winning a level only to find that jus because you fill all the available storage hole, you lose even if you had the chance to fill a box and continue with the next box colour. That isn’t fair. I can understand if you’ve filled all the available storage holes but there are not screws left to play to fill the available boxes that that would be the end. But the fact that as soon as you fill your final storage/keep-in-reserve hole you lose, even IF there are still screws to play in the colour you need, seems to me to deliberately rig this game to constantly spend actual money. There are better screw games that don’t expect you to do in-app purchases to level up.

Would rate 5 * if ad free version gives you the OPTION to watch. I love this game, so much so I paid for the ad free version - which is great don’t get me wrong, but now I don’t even have the option of watching ads…. So it’s basically punishing you for paying for ad-free. Now, if I need to add an extra colour box, I need to pay with coins, which are hard to acquire but obviously have the option of spending real $$ to get them…. Where as free version lets you watch as many ads as you want for all the power ups…

Nasty algorithm. I liked this game at first, but it didn’t take long to learn how the algorithm works - get to a certain point in a game and give the player the filling box for colours they can’t possibly fill unless they pay and/or watch ads to proceed. Very disappointed as I was enjoying it a lot but the frustration of having to watch endless ads just to play a ‘simple’ level became too much. I didn’t pay to remove any ads, and looking at other comments I’m really glad I didn’t now. Two stars as it was fun for a week or so.

Boxes for Ads & Game Center Support. I paid for the ad free pack which was needed after the minute long ads became very annoying. After buying it I lost the ability to watch an ad to get an extra box. Seems unfair to remove a feature that’s available to people that didn’t pay $15 for no ads. I emailed support but didn’t get a reply. I have to use coins now which costs money. Also adding game centre support would be good so that you can resume playing on an iPad instead of starting again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I’ve been obsessed with this game since I downloaded it, the only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because there’s recently been a “5 lives” feature added which I hate. One of my main reason for loving this game was because you could try as many times as needed to pass a level, now you have to wait ages for lives unless you purchase them

Crashes, frustrating yet enjoyable. I love the design of the puzzles (except for the box ones), but I get so frustrated when it crashes - which can be a few times!!). It can be a very fun game but it does get very frustrating. It gets hard to find some of the colours that you need + even when you think it’s the right colour you found it’s not!! There are a lot of events that go on which make it easy to get some extra drills etc and they reset pretty frequently. Overall a fun game but it’s very frustrating sometimes with not being able to distinguish between colours (eg pink and purple when they’re hidden), so overall I can find it quite a cheap cop out. Also the fact that it keeps crashing out!!! I’ve been smashing out some levels and then the game just…bugs out. Would have given it 2 stars but I do still enjoy the game despite my frustrations

Winning is pay to win. Most levels you are required to pay or use some kind of boost to be able to beat the level. Most of the time, the levels are unwinnable unless you are willing to do or watch an ad. Not a great model, would rather ads be voluntary, but once you run out of lives, thats your only way.

What the heck is with constant ads while playing?. I was enjoying this game until.... a banner which displays constant ads that have sound was added at the bottom. Even if I turn off the sound for one ad, in a couple of seconds a new one starts and turns it back on. Ok, I understand you need ads to survive and pay for the game. However, there is a limit. This game WAS relaxing and fun. Now it feels like the distraction of trying to play it while in a venue like Timezone. Too much miscellaneous noise! I end up irritated and anxious instead of relaxed. I can deal with ads between levels, but constantly during?!? And it eats my battery power really quickly. (I could stand that by itself, but now...) Sorry, I had to delete the game.

Expensive to play. Early levels are fun and graphics good. Once you get to levels over 40 to play you have to pay to get through the levels. Then what you purchase is gone before you get through another 5 levels. I foolishly bought the Gold Premium pack and did not even get the benefits from it as you had to pay more to get through the levels to access the benefits. Not worth playing unless you have heaps of money to waste.

Impossible, Pay to win. I have never left a review on anything in my life but this game triggered me enough that I feel like I should write something so others can stay away from this game. You literally have to pay to get past levels, it is impossible to get past some levels without having to purchase coins to get special abilities to help. You only receive 10 coins every level you pass and there are no other ways to save up coins to be able to buy abilities to help yourself when stuck. Joke of a game, stay away and save your money.

ad free version worse than the free version. paid the $15 for no ads, kinda pricey but i enjoy the game as a fun time waster. HOWEVER now i cant watch ads for extra boxes (or just extra anything anymore). this wouldn’t be that bad if the game wasn’t so unforgiving in its rewards. 10 coins per level win, 20 if it’s hard. if you run out of screw slots it’s 190 coins to continue. there are no daily challenges like other similar games to help get more coins, either. it’s purely the level passing. the thing that irks me the most, though, is the in game events. specifically the balloon streak and duck race. - there DESPERATELY needs to be some kind of checkpoint system for the streak. biggest example of how unforgiving this silly little game is! 20+ levels won in a row? but you lost one? back to zero now. - similarly, the duck race shouldn’t put you back to zero if you lose one. if i’ve won 4/5, but lose the 5th, why should i have to be placed back at the start? i don’t even bother with it anymore. i’m also not even that far into the levels and i’m already getting repeat objects 💀 i feel kinda stupid getting so annoyed with what’s meant to be a simple app but i genuinely feel cheated out of my money 🫩

Fun until you realise. This game will crash on average 100% of the time once you reach level 50 or higher on the first game regardless of how far or well you are going, it’s just a fact. They know it and they don’t care. The amount of ’coins’ you get in comparison to the cost of items is grossly underwhelming. They know it and they don’t care. The screw slots will never be the color you need when you’re close to finishing a level. They know it and they don’t care. I give it 2 stars for entertainment value in the first 30-50 levels. Please do not ask me to provide details in private because we know it’s a ploy to appear concerned and then switch to ’we don’t care’ when you aren’t replying publicly.

Good, fun game but freezes at times.. Good game but the ads are way too long, and repetitive. I just had the same ad on repeat 5 times and all for just one item. This made me decide to move to another game. Also at times the game freezes the screen flickers and you have no choice but to close it and restart. And it always seems to be when you are nearing completion of a hard level a you have to start again from the start. Please fix this.

DO NOT PURCHASE AD FREE. In the ad version of the game there are various options to watch an ad for extra tries etc., and in typical mobile games when you purchase the ad free version, these options are still available but you don’t need to sit through an ad for them. In this game, all those options simply disappear when you pay for ad free. This makes the game basically impossible, especially on the hard levels. Complete waste of a purchase. It doesn’t even give you extra lives or anything either, so you have to sit and wait between games. Nasty and greedy.

Dislike new feature. game play wise this is so well done and the graphics are very clear but you eventually have to spend in app purchases with the new feature added so 5 lives then you can’t play till it times out you run out quickly which defeats the point of a relaxing puzzle game. I hope they go back to before where it was endless attempts for the fans of the game. Also they make features like playing on and adding extra boxes more coins without disclosing. The app developers are money hungry.

Way too many scam adds. I had previously reviewed this and complained about how many scam ads keep showing up - the games great but expect it to hang and lock up your phone every now and then if you are on the latest apple software 26.2 If it wasn’t for the excessive amount of ads and the percentage of those that are scams and the fact that the game keeps hanging (hanging is a new thing since iOS upgrade) I’d give the game 5 stars but these two things mean it is only worth 1 star

Enough Pierre P. ads!. I enjoy the game but am so sick and tired of Pierre Poilievre ads. On a side note I think it is wrong that the Temu ad automatically opens your browser without touching the screen. That should not be allowed.

Freezes constantly. The app works for a while but will often glitch and freeze the screen. I have had to force restart my iPhone several times - deleted the app.

Annoying ads. Game play is like the ads, but the ads within the game are a bit excessive.

Disappointed. Got to level 200 something, it was great so far. I didn’t mind watching ads to get items. But at some point random ads would pop up and freeze the game. It became too common. I deleted the game thinking it would fix it, but totally lost my progression despite linking it to my Facebook. You guys found a great way to screw the game. GG

Fun but ad length is absurd. Some of the ads go up to 2 minutes in length, I've seen ads loop anywhere from 2-12 times just to make themselves longer. If you need to watch ads for everything, at least cap the length! I've also dealt with random freezes and crashes (mostly after watching ads) since recent updates, which makes it so you lose all your progress on a level along with any power ups you used. Please fix this!

Game Freezes. Game continually freezes when puzzle is almost complete and you lose any extra boosters you use during the game.

Can’t pass. I’m on level 5 and I’ve failed and waisted all my lives on that. You basically have to pay to win and there’s no option to get other lives by watching adds

New update. It seems whenever there is a new update the game freezes. I have to lock my phone to close the game or it starts to flash really fast. It just freezes and even when I close the app and open it again, it freezes

Unplayable. As far as puzzle games go, this is pretty brain dead. But sometimes, that’s what you need out of a game. Sadly, this one is unplayable due to being critically overloaded with ads, which also frequently crash the game. “Hard levels” just mean - more ads to be watched. Also constantly assaulting the player with secondary “motivational mechanics” that have to be clicked away manually all the time. For an app that is pretending to be a game, it certainly puts a lot of annoying and unnecessary steps in between the player and the levels. It did not inspire me to but ad-free passes. Uninstalling.

Too many Ads. The game itself is a lot of fun to play but the amount of Ads you have sit through on the harder levels is insane. Don’t pay for the remove Ads option, because it doesn’t do anything. Glitchy and too many ads. I wanted to love this app because the game is fun, but there are SO many ads all the time and the app is super glitchy. Cash grab. Of course it’s a cash grab! Also, the fifth screw slot is a myth: if you put a screw in it, even if doing so will allow you to access the screw you DO need, the level will just end anyways.

Too many ads. Game play is fun but having play so hard that you have no choice but watch multiple ads just to get through a level is ridiculous. The points you earn for passing a level is WAY too low for the points needed to complete tasks.

used to be favourite. this used to be my favourite game but upon redownloading i got half way through a level and the game froze my entire phone. could not close app. tried turning my device off and the game still stayed on the screen for 2 mins each time. very disappointing

Scam. The levels get hard REALLY quickly and you basically need to spend money in order to pass them. You barely get a reward when passing a level. Not really a game that wants to keep players playing the game. Not a smart gamer retention strategy.

Seizures. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN!!! This game regularly freezes and then starts to have a seizure where all the images shakes vigorously before it crashes. I would say this happens every third turn. You will lose every single boost you use and the admin never respond to complaints.

Developers don’t understand what makes a game fun. Downloaded the game because it looked very interesting. Very fun gameplay and a great basic design! Didn’t encounter the litany of ads that other reviews mentioned either. Unfortunately, I quickly made it to level 5 and then found the game impossible to win. You are evidently required to use multiple boosts to beat every level, and you don’t have nearly enough resources to do so. This game clearly doesn’t reward skill and simply rewards those willing to spend lots of money on the game. In short, the game goes from very enjoyable to unplayable in record time. Great concept, but horrid execution!

There’s a game in your Ads. The algorithm seems to be designed such that as you’re towards the end of the puzzle the colors are only of the hidden screws. You have to watch long ads if you need more holes or boards. If that’s not enough, there are smaller ads in between levels. Takes the joy out of the game. So I uninstalled.

Decent game, but… multipliers don’t work.. Decent game, but… do any of the game developers know how math works? When you finish a level, you have the option of taking 10 coins or multiplying the winning coins by watching an advertisement. Every time I watch the advertisement to multiply the coins it instead adds the coins together. Are you going to fix this? If not, let me know so I can delete this game.

Scam and hard to play. Honestly loved this game. There’s a ton of ads and I liked that you could watch a video to get another box opened but once I bought coins it took away my ability to watch ads for advantages. I now have to keep spending money. App keeps crashing and makes me loose my spot. The app makes my whole phone freeze then it’s like it’s having a seizure and flashing black and white then closes and when I reopen I’ve lost everything!

Game is fun but buggy. I like this game but the game glitches out quite often where some puzzle pieces stutter and the game itself is not responsive however, when pressing the pause menu and tapping on the screen i was able to turn the music and sound on and off so the controls are going through. I usually have to restart the app. It sucks when this happens close to the end of a puzzle and i have to restart the app.

Game is unplayable once you pay. I removed the ads and once I did, the levels became impossible to beat. No more adding boxes by watching an ad. Most games when you pay to unlock no ads, would open the new boxes for free. Not this one. Fix this!

Adult ads - not for kids 9+. The ads are very excessive and occasionally there will be an adult ad thrown in. I have tried to report the adult ads, but sometimes when you select the information “I” icon it leads you straight to that site. If your kids are playing this game keep an eye on the ads

I’ve already spent almost $200 on this game and the thanks we get as players is to charge us MORE money to play. Super slimy move. Change the cost back to 150 and maybe I’ll amend my review.

So. Many. Ads.. Absolutely loved it until the new update. They changed how many coins to do absolutely anything so now you have to constantly watch ads. Pretty much more time on ads than actually playing the game. After finishing a level you can continue or watch an add to multiply your coins earned. Either option gives you an ad. 😐

Best 3D Screw Game. I never write reviews but I love this game. I’m on level 241 and I’m obsessed. The wooden puzzles actually became my favorite buttt I am excited for more object levels to spice it up. Other apps either aren’t actually 3D or you can’t see through the objects to know what move to make next,, this one has both 🙌🏻

Virus alert!!!. I downloaded this game and it was great but lots of ADS. After about 45 into the game. I didn’t touch anything but the screws, a pop up came on and said something about a virus. I quickly closed it because it had a timer. I started to play again thinking it might be something else. After about an hour into the game, my window pops up in Red. And in big letters, it said virus. I took the app down and did an experience this with anything else please be careful

Game is fun-ish HOWEVER. This game is fun and keeps you entertained. However, way too many add. The game drains your battery like crazy. You can go from 100% to 20 in less than an hour of playing. My biggest concern is the way my phone over heats while playing this game. I want to be able to play the game because i do enjoy it but between the over heating and the ads(feels like i spend more time watching ads than actually playing, i think I will have to delete it.

Hateeee the new update. I use to love this game, it was perfect. You could leave the app or lock your phone for a few minutes if you needed to and when you go back you would be where you left off. Now the moment you leave the app or lock your phone it restarts the level causes you to lose anything you purchased. It really discourage me from playing because I’m an adult I have a life and responsibilities I can’t stay on the app playing when something comes up.

Updates are trash. I’m at level 914 so I’m not new here, I truly enjoyed the game until you guys kept coming out with new “updates” the only updates was increasing the cost to add a box, which was already frustrating enough to watch two ads to have four boxes if needed, and ads in between each needed sweep and each level, now it’s almost impossible to save up coins to avoid ads for additional boxes. Also lowered the amount of coins you could earn. Deleting the app because of greediness, you watch more ads now than you actually play the game.

Fun but annoying settings. Edit: I paid to get rid of ads, and while this works, it gets rid of all ads, even the optional ones for coins and tools. So I spent some money to then have to keep spending money for coins and tools. Super annoying. Will Probably stop playing. Addicting, easy, low stakes. Very enjoyable but I have the same issue with the Threat Sweeper ads opening safari while I’m playing. Needs to be fixed

No ads = no boosts. If you buy the no ad version, it may or may not remove ads. If it did, you remove ALL ads and the benefits with them. No ads to extend play or add a box or bonus. There are some levels where you absolutely must get at least one extra box to continue. I was stuck on one level for a month. Bought the boost and now I have another level I cannot get past. I like this one above the others but it is being uninstalled. Not worth it. Admin support is a lie. Contact Apple to refund your money. Admins don’t care about helping with issues.

Not good anymore. Was a really good game, I liked that you could keep playing without losing any sort of life. Now they upgraded and added 5 lives. The game is already a little difficult, adding the lives was not a good choice. Not to mention the fact that everything is so expensive. To add an extra box, you need 150 coins and you only get 10 coins if you pass a level. If you’re going to have everything cost so much maybe to give such a little reward :/

Good but frustrating. The one thing that I hate about this game is that the last screw hole is entirely useless. If you put one there to get to what will finish your current options it doesn’t matter, the game will end. There have been so many times I would have completed the level but had to restart because what is supposed to be a hold stops being one for the last hole.

I liked before when I wasn’t limited to failing a level. Also the ENDLESS Gossip Harbor ads are SO ANNOYING. The coin system is also a little lackluster. The upgrades are so expensive and unless you watch an ad you only get 10 coins per level.

Very fun but significant issues. Love the puzzles themselves! I like that you can zoom in and out and that the coins you earn consistently come in handy. However, this app has a significant issue with pop ups forcing the browser open and puzzles do repeat eventually after around level 115 so there’s limited playability if you don’t want to see the same things again

Best screw game. Really love this game, especially with the cubes which is what I played for a minute in an ad, I liked it so much I downloaded the game, even purchased the no ad feature which hasn’t showed up on my account yet, and I’m still getting the ads, but maybe it will kick in soon! More cubes and brackets please! Thank you!

I like it but I have a tiny problem. I like it just I can’t play it anymore because I accidentally hid it in my phone and then my phone said that I would still see it in settings but never said I can bring it back somehow so I hid it and checked settings but it was not there anywhere so I couldn’t find it and I’m really sad I was trying to beat my mom at it and I only got it today🙁😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Fun but…. The game itself is really fun! I liked it so much that I decided to pay to have no ads because I didn’t like the random ads popping up in between levels (especially the ones that stop my phone’s audio/music). I voluntarily watch ads to get power ups or earn extra coins at the end of each level… However, paying for no ads completely removed ads from the game, including the voluntary ads, which makes the game a bit awful. Now, if I absolutely need to use power ups, I’ll have to use the coins that are really hard to earn (10 per level)… Or pay to buy coins. 🙄 Give me the voluntary ads please!

Frustrating. The game is fun and keeps you interested however you aren’t able to win very many coins. Each game you win only gives 10 coins. If you want to buy an extra slot it’s 150 coins. And it doesn’t matter the level of difficulty, you only get 10 coins. Usually ads last 30-45 seconds to get a reward but here they last over a min. I know that’s not a lot of time but it has gotten very frustrating to play the game.

Pay to win. This is arguably the biggest cash grab game I’ve ever played. It’s like the game knows what screws you have left and instead of your next box being that color, it’s a color that isn’t visible and you’ll run out of screw holes trying to get to it. Also, the no ads grab wasn’t cool either. Would rather be able to get close to 50 coins a level watching an ad rather than beat 15 overly hard levels to open one box

Lack of support - Not worth the download and is definitely not worth payment. I really loved this game at first but then you get to the point to where the only way you can continue to pay without nonstop ads. So I did pay and then once I did I enjoyed maybe two days of being able to play the game and again was no longer able to pass a level. I emailed the support team no less than 8 times without a response. Not worth the download and is definitely not worth payment.

Freezing. Love the premise of the game. Looks great. But it rapidly overheats my phone, and when I try to play add to get a free item (like the broom) they never play correctly and I’m forced to restart. The ads either freeze or don’t load at all. ETA: This game drains my battery so quickly that I can’t even. Garage it while I play. It continues to deplete it. None of my other mobile games do this, and a couple I play have some pretty intense graphics. This game also changes its look multiple times. You start out with no “path” to follow and then suddenly at level 10 the whole interface changes and it ads weekly tasks. The tasks aren’t remotely reasonable (add 50 boxes?? Imm not watching 50 ads). This game could have been one I spent a ton of time on, but instead I’ll be deleting it. What a shame.

Addicting game. I really enjoy this game a lot, only issue that developers need to fix asap is when the game closes out or I try to come back to the puzzle is starts all over again putting me back to the beginning. So frustrating especially if you almost solve it please fix this.

Pay to win. You want to beat a level by buying your way in here is the game for you… no longer will you need to worry about the game being anything but pay to win with no reward. If that is what you are looking for this is the game for you. The same color boxes will spawn 4-6 times in a row where the color you actually need will never spawn just to get you to spend their in game currency. This is no joke 1 out of 8 levels will be bearable without paying but as for the rest get ready to spend to beat the levels.

Fun but requires purchases. I enjoy the game but there are some levels that quite literally require you to buy the power ups. Also the challenges for the week require you also spend money. One challenge is to open 50 extra boxes in the levels… 150 coins to open one box. 150x50=7,500 and you only get 10 coins for beating a level. It’s just a shame when developers have to ruin a fun game with their greed.

I love this game but... The only thing I don’t like about this game is the wood levels. I like the actual objects that you have to unscrew, and after a certain point they just give you these wood levels which gets boring but other than that I love the game great graphics, the adds don’t pop up for me so idk what everyone else is saying 🤷🏽‍♀️. no viruses or app crashes, and im currently at level 156 . but PLEASEEE add more object levels!!!

Too sensitive. This game is really fun but I’m starting to question if it’s really the sensitivity or if it’s just rigged. It seems like every time I have one available hole left. I tap a screw and the screw next to it comes out instead. I’ve had to restart rounds dozens of times because I hit the correct screw and the wrong one comes out. Even when I zoom all the way in so it’s really frustrating.

Can’t mute ads. So many of the ads have sound that can’t be muted and it pisses me off because I can’t even exit the app and start a new ad without the progress on a level being reset. Ads are supposed to be mutable and I want to listen to something else while I play these games, so if they’re not mutable then the game isn’t playable to me. Mobile games always have a million ads, so no I’m not just going to sit through all of them without the ability to listen to something else instead.

Fun but costly. I actually like the game, but it’s impossible to enjoy without spending. If you don’t care about advancing and just enjoy the monotony of removing the screws on the same level over and over, it’s fine. But you HAVE to spend and it’s super frequent. Spent $5 and very quickly would need to buy more to move forward. That’s all they’re getting from me. It’s ok, but needs more opportunity to earn coins. I’d be more inclined to spend occasionally if could actually earn a decent amount as well.

Good game with a huge flaw. The game is fun but also frustrating. Some people do not have the option to watch an ad to unlock extra boxes. If you do have that option, do not pay to remove ads, you will lose that feature. I got screwed (no pun intended) like many others. I wasn't able to watch ads to unlock boxes from the moment I downloaded the game! UPDATE: knocked off a star, deleted game. I can't move to next level unless I spend money, which you'll most likely need to do on a lot of levels.

Great game but ads are annoying. The game itself is really good and that's coming from someone who doesn't say many mobile games. It's the perfect mix of simple yet challenging! I could genuinely play it for hours without getting bored. The only complaint I have is the annoying ads that open up my safari app. It's not just annoying but concerning to considering most of what's popping up seems to be viruses.

Game is fun, ads ruin it. I really enjoy this game. I don’t even mind that there are ads in general. But sometimes the ads will play at full volume in spite of my phone being on silent. It’s really annoying and disruptive. My phone is on silent for a reason. Other times adds will just randomly interrupt game play to open a popup in safari no matter how many times I block the sites. I like to play while I’m listening to a podcast or on a little break at work, but the sound from the ads make it too difficult to do this. It’s not relaxing. The ads really ruin the game.

Fun game but ads are bad!. I am all for playing a game and watching ads. But when the ads are literally 3 minutes long and then another 15 seconds and then another 5 seconds on the same ad… I am done! Ads do not need to be that long! And NO, I am NOT going to buy the game or pay a monthly subscription just to avoid the ads. If a gaming company won’t allow me to play with ads and not add freaking long ads to it then I am done. I refuse to fall into their trap and spend hard earned money to support them.

used to be so much better. i LOVED this game, genuinely played it all the time, got up to level 200 in about few weeks. unfortunately, i’ve lost all love for this game over the past few days. all the power ups got far more expensive, they added a daily reward, and paid content (ad removal). this was not the case. it was just a straight forward game, and now it’s gotten too messy. i fear it’s only going to get worse. go back to the simplicity.

Such a frustrating game. It’s impossible to pass some of these levels without booster which is ridiculous. The game is great other than getting stuck on levels that are impossible without boosters. No way to get free coins if you have the no ad option (not cool) and having to pay just to pass a level is ridiculous, but after you pay you pass a few levels because it’s like it makes it easier and then your stuck again. Very frustrating.

Took away the option to watch ads for rewards!. I bought a $1.99 coin package and after doing so it took away any and all options to watch an ad to earn extra boxes or any of the perks to help throughout levels! I’ve never seen this in any other game! This is so upsetting, as you literally NEED extra help for some/MOST levels. Please fix this!!! This is my favorite game! It looks like this is a complaint most others have as well!

Screwed up after purchase. The game is generally fun. However, I purchased the screw pass and afterward was unable to add boxes, so I can’t proceed beyond level 190; I tried for days. I had to delete the game and redownload, so I lost the purchase I made as well as progress. I’m seeing a lot of reviews and online complaints about this issue, so I wish the developers would fix it.

Weird pop ups. I never write reviews, but I’m hoping I can get some answers too. I uninstalled this game because every 5 minutes it would open a warning page on safari. I thought it was a fluke at first, but now I’m concerned about my phone. There is also this high pitch sound that happens every now and then too. This doesn’t happen with any other gaming/puzzle app. The game itself was fun imo, but these weird pops were too much.

Did this app give me a virus?. I love this game but recently, while playing this app it will randomly take me to safari into a website about removing a virus. This has happened 3 times. When it sends me there I delete the tab and go back to gaming, then it takes me back so then I delete my history. This stops it for a while, the next day(today) it happens again. And I don’t think it’s my doing since this started after the download of this app. Let’s see if it continues since I deleted it an hour ago.

I love this game but…. this game has been addicting. but like others have mentioned, after a certain level they don’t have anymore with different objects and those were my favorite ones. i’m on level 247 and it’s nothing but the wooden blocks now, so i’m starting to lose interest. i’m hoping they add some more levels with different objects again or else I will probably stop playing it.

RNG based and has so many ads. Idk where anyone gets off having any fun in this game, you only get 2 boxes for collecting screws and the colors more often than not are ones that are very buried. It forces you to waste your life watching ad after ad, ads for power ups, ads for fixing a game over, ads for completing levels. I’m surprised it doesn’t just show you an ad when you open the app. Overall a frustrating experience, I made it to lvl 60 and never saw the houses from the ads that enticed me in the first place.

Made me understand that life is worth living. The inspiration this game has given me to take to my day to day life has been changing. I feel more connected with my community and peers. I have a deeper understanding of what is love and how to express it to those I care about. Thank you Screwdom.

Removing Ads Warning. It’s a pretty fun game. I paid $10 to remove ads only to realize you’re going to end up spending more because there no choice to either pay or watch ads for the extra options. I deleted and re-downloaded since I ended up with a lot more gold and options watching the ads. $10 down the drain. Time to start over.

Good time killer. Love this little game. The only complaint I have is that if you pay for no ads, you still get ads between levels. It only takes away the ability to watch an ad for extra coins, boxes, tools, etc. And getting enough coins to buy that stuff is impossible without ads.

Makes you watch adds or spend coins. This game is fun, but it pulls up a color that you don’t have any visible screws for. So you have to try find them. They’re usually tucked away and end up being the last color you’ll need. It’s designed to make you keep watching videos every level, it’s infuriating. It makes me want to delete it, cause I have to watch at least one or two videos every level.

Bad. First the game was fun and all but then after certain levels you stop getting the special levels and you start getting the same levels over and over again not the exact same but just know you don’t get the special levels anymore , also while I’m playing the game , it will send me to safari with a link already opened talking about some security stuff and saying my phone has been hacked…. Like huh??? What typa game does that?? And it only does it when I am on THIS GAME !!! don’t play it guys !!! If they had an option where I can pick no star I would -10/10.

DO NOT buy ad free. This was a great game until I purchased the ad free option. While it was nice to not watch the ads in between levels, it removes the option of watching ads to get the extra tools needed to pass some levels (extra slots, drills, etc). Now once in a hard level, the only way to pass it is to purchase more coins, or wait days to get enough in the daily options. Won’t continue playing until this gets fixed. Was a five star game until I decided to support the devs. Too bad.

Ad free is a joke. I liked this game a lot. I enjoyed how some rounds were big thinkers. You could watch an ad and get help if you wanted. So I decided to buy the ad free package. What a joke! The ad free package takes away the ability to get help without spending more money! Buying the ad free version of the game has ruined all game play. I will not keep spending money for something that was free before the ad free purchase. What a damned crock. I’m deleting the game.

Nice game, but tired of watching ads.. EDIT: Hadn’t happened before, but now there’s a weird random malware ad that closes the game and opens Safari. Doesn’t seem to do anything, but I’m going to report it because I’m always iffy about games that have ads that close out your current window and takes you elsewhere. It seems like a safety risk, so this review goes to 1 star. This is an interesting game. I like the concept. I don’t mind watching 2 ads every time I want to play around too much, but sometimes, I just want to play. Why is there no ad free option? Or am I missing it?

Mostly Frustrating. The game is exactly what it advertises, and when everything runs right, it’s a fine game. But between the extreme battery draining, heating up my phone , “randomly” crashing right when I’m about to beat a hard level, not showing purchases until the level is closed so you can’t actually use it to beat the level, and often slow jerky motions make the game more frustrating than anything. I don’t have any issues with other apps like I do with this one.

No customer service. I really enjoy the game but I did purchase the ad free experience. When I did that, it took the ability for me to watch videos to get free stuff. This has really made playing the game somewhat unpleasant as I want to watch ads for the free boxes to help with gameplay. I reached out to customer service but didn’t receive a response. Very disappointing
