Stuck and No Ad Option. At first, the game seemed fun and very entertaining, and I quickly got hooked. However, it has many bugs and becomes very frustrating. I was stuck on Level 11 for a week and only passed it after using daily boosters and buying coins. Now I’m stuck again on Level 12, which feels impossible without boosters. I don’t have enough coins, and the option to watch ads has completely disappeared, even though it was available in earlier levels. The game also crashes sometimes. It doesn’t feel skill based or even luck based it feels like the game simply refuses to give the items needed to pass. I’ve played Level 12 countless times, and it’s extremely frustrating.

Too expensive. This game starts out fun but they have it set up so you have to spend money. It quickly gets really hard and there’s no way forward except to spend. I spent and then they added an extra timed portion to it so it’s no longer relaxing or enjoyable. I regret spending money. I’m okay with spending as long I don’t have to spend constantly. And it also glitches. I spent coins to continue a game but it didn’t work so I tapped it again and it still didn’t work so I tapped a third time to be offered to buy more coins when I just had over 2,000. This game has a lot of glitches and it takes your resources.

Frustrating. As an avid “iPad Game Enjoyer”, I like this game a lot. I’ve seen other reviews saying that you can’t get pass certain levels without spending money and I agree. I’m on level 12 and I always run out of plates because the ingredients I need are always under others. The worst part is that I will move something out of the way onto the last storage plate, the ingredient I need to complete a 2/3 submission plate will come up, but the level will end even though I could continue by selecting the newly revealed ingredient. Might keep trying for a bit, but I’ll delete if I can’t progress.

Could have been great. I was really excited about the game after playing the demo but it did not deliver. The demo turned out to be only special levels in the game, which are fun. The actual game is fun too but gets impossible really fast. If they allowed the player to use all five plates instead of only four it would greatly increase playability because most of the time all it takes is one more move. It stops being fun if the game is impossible to pass. So disappointed, I gave it two stars for points on the concept because it could’ve been a great game with a little tweaking.

Fun, but a money grab. The game is fun, but the hard levels are unbeatable without spending money and this is just level 16. 16! I’ve never experienced a game this difficult at such a low level. 900 points just to continue after you lose a level or you’ll have to start over. About 40-90 something points can be earned once you complete a level, but they run out quickly because you’ll have to use them for continuing or to purchase power-ups frequently even on regular levels. You only get small daily rewards. No side quests games to earn points or power-ups like other games. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it just to see if I could be a little smarter using the points and power-ups, NOPE! Didn’t help at all. Play this game if you plan on spending lots of money. I’ll be deleting.

Glitchy. This game is frustratingly glitchy. From frozen and skipping screens during gameplay to the new issue I’ve had since the latest update, I want to keep playing but right now, I can’t even do that. The glitches prior to the most recent update were more sporadic, and could be resolved by restarting the app (also annoying but much less so than the new issues). I am now stalled at game level 45. I complete all of the matches and the pot appears empty, but it only shows 2 lobster tails on the final plate and indicates there is still 1 to be added. I’ve tried restarting the level and the app, but the same thing happens regardless. I’ve tried tapping all over parts of the screen (prior levels have had issues with the items floating outside the defined area of the hotpot (often appearing under the divider within the pot or between the outer rim of the pot itself) but they were still somewhat visible and I could tap them to finish the match. Now I can’t do that so I’m unable to continue playing (I could play the same level on repeat but that’s not my idea of an enjoyable game). Please fix these issues so I can continue what would easily be a 4-5 star game when functioning properly.

Needs work. The game would be 5 stars all day long if the mini games didn’t glitch, I’ve spent days and hours playing level 9 over 100 times and I can never pass it no matter what. I keep skipping it hoping it would skip that level but it doesn’t, it just takes me straight back to the same game and I spend hours losing over and over!! There’s so many ways to play it. Get it fixed to get 5 stars.

Great game but hard levels are too hard. First off, I love this game. It’s cute, the graphics are nice, and the goal is relaxing. HOWEVER, the hard levels are too hard. I’ve played some levels 20 times and still can’t win without buying extra helps. And many times, even buying the helps don’t win the level, and then it’s completely wasted money. I’m disappointed and am deleting it after only a few days because of this. I don’t want to pay every few levels and not even pass the level.

Beyond skill!. I got to level 11 and played dozens and dozens of times. It isn’t a game of skill it’s a game of chance. Takes the fun out of it. There is no way to plan to win. Click an item, to see what’s under it. Oops, not what ya need then when you have nothing left and select one that isn’t needed to end the game….. and wow, the one ya needed floats up. Fun game, great graphics but…. Level 11 max for my chances.

Glitchy. I actually really like this game, I came to this game from seeing an ad while playing Foodie Sizzle. Unfortunately, I did come across getting glitches from the start, then like others said I would have to restart the game only to run into another glitch in the middle of the game. Also, level 14 on the hotpot flow, middle row is stuck and unable to press no matter if I restart the game and it’s kind of pointless to play cause I’ve tried multiple times restarting thinking it would work but it doesn’t so no way of passing that level. Dev’s please fix asap or unfortunately will have to delete. Thanks.

Fun but auto links to risky websites. I really enjoyed this game when I began playing, however I almost immediately ran into an issue where within just a couple minutes the game started to auto direct me (as if I had clicked an ad or link) and open a website in my browser that was an unsafe / risky / bad site. I exited it and passed it off as an error that maybe I’d clicked an ad, but it happened a couple more times within a few more minutes when I didn’t watch or click any ads. I’m absolutely NOT okay with an app 1) randomly auto redirecting me when I’m playing without me interacting with an ad, and 2) sending me to links that are risky/bad/unsafe websites. Having ads for other games or stores is one thing, sending me to a fraud spam webpage that says my phone is at risk is NOT okay at all. I will be deleting this game as it’s not worth the hassle or risk.

Fun game BUT. This is a great game, it hits all the feel goods for me. Currently at level 86 and been doing great. The only thing I’ll have to mention is the Hotpot Flow level 9 is impossible. You guys needs to have a couple different algorithms for that one. Can’t pass it, there’s literally zero way wit all the corndogs. Also for some reason lately I’ll be in the middle of a game and it will glitch out in my and make my whole phone freeze. Please fix.

Level 12 requires paying. Level 12 can’t be passed unless you use multiple boosters that you have to spend coins on. I’ve had this game less than 1 day and I’m deleting. I used 1 or 2 of the free boosters that you get when you start the game and still couldn’t pass. It’s clearly intentional because every single time you lose, the item you needed pops up to the top of the bowl. Not kidding at all, every time. You can see what’s at the bottom of the pot so you know where to tap to get what you need next. I specifically clicked in areas that didn’t have what I needed (just to test it) and still that is what popped up right after you lose. I assume to make you feel like you almost won so that you want to keep playing and pay for boosters. I’ve spent money on games if they are entertaining enough and challenging but fair. But when the level is specifically designed not to let you win unless you spend money, I’m out.

Waste of Time. Really fun at first, but after a week of playing the levels get ridiculously hard/ impossible. Even when using the aids offered (with coins/ watching ads) it still takes multiple times to pass some levels, which happens more frequently the higher you get in levels. There’s no way to really use skill in the higher levels, which takes away from the fun. Won’t be playing it anymore because it’s not fun enough to waste money on, but it was enjoyable in the beginning so at least I have that lol

Glitchy!. This game freezes all the time. It’s semi fun to play but there isn’t a lot of variety. And they definitely want you to purchase to advance. The incentives and payouts keep you so low you can’t do much. It’s almost impossible to win the hardest level. Then you get bored trying to do it over and over again. It also steels your helps at the bottom. You use them and the help doesn’t work but it takes away that help. I will be deleting this app. It’s very frustrating. I paid for one help and it just used them and didn’t help. So money lost is enough for me to leave. No support help within the game.

Gotta spend money to play. Uninstalled after just a few days of play. Played the first day I got it & after 10-15 (can’t remember exactly what level) levels, I’m stuck on the same level for 3 days. They expect you to spend money to continue. The way I KNOW this is because I end up failing at exactly 73% level completion, EVERY. TIME. I don’t want to play the same level of a game, every day. That’s boring and aggravating af. Also, if you think unlocking a plate at the top (for 600 coins) is something that’s going to be there for good… nope, it’s just going to be there for that one time. You have to spend the 600 coins each time. I thought it was an upgrade, not a boost or whatever, so I spent the 600. I was almost done with the level when I accidentally clicked on the wrong food item, causing my bottom plates to fill. Failed the level. I thought, okay, well I know I can get it this time that I have that extra plate upgrade. Nope, extra plate is gone.

Hard levels seem like money traps. I have really enjoyed this game. The graphics are great, I enjoy the bubbling sound from the hotpot. Super relaxing at the end of the day BUT when I got stuck on a “super hard” level in the first few rounds I caved and bought some coins to get through the level. Now a few levels later I am stuck again and refuse to pay again. I’d rather have to sit through an ad. There is no strategy for this game that I can currently identify. My paranoia is starting to get the best of me and I’m suspicious this game is just a money trap.

Game designed to make money. Fun game until I realized that there is no strategy for it. Before, I was trying to find ingredients in the soup and clicking on other ingredients that were in the way, strategically. But then I noticed that other ingredients that were nowhere to be seen before, rise to the top. So in short: the game decides when to pop certain foods up. The game is designed to not let you win unless you watch ads or pay money. Big loser 👎 if there was an actual strategy to this, it would be much more fun. Because of that, I’m deleting. Too bad too, because the side quest missions where fun

INSANE GLITCHING. I liked the game until I got to level 12 it started going crazy on level 12 is the super hard level which it was going good until I got close to the end of that level it started to freeze at first and after that it froze my entire phone to the point where I couldn’t even exit the app and after that I got locked out of my phone completely I saw the add and I thought it was interesting but I do not suggest actually getting the game even before level 12 there were few issues too like glitching a little bit also with the game u have like get the extra stuff that u have to watch adds for or pay with fake money u get through the games or even real money I would rate this game a 0 if it was an option

Was fun until. I liked the game but level 12 is impossible to get passed unless you purchase things and I’m not purchasing things until I know I like the game enough to a long term invest. Like does the game remain the same level to level or do they mix it up? I’ll never know. if I can’t get passed level 12 there’s no point. I’m not gonna keep re-buying power ups each hard level just to progress. There’s no options or ways to skip and progress not even through an ad so I’m deleting this game. I’ll pick a different hot pot game.

FIX YOUR BUGS!. Great game. I’m addicted but there a few bugs that keeps happening. The game freezes more often than not. Also on some pots when you get down to the last ingredient it’s nowhere in the pot and you are forced to use a power up in order to complete the game. Like the ingredient won’t even be in the pot and come flying from outside the pot when you use a power up. Also what’s the point of those sushi pieces. They don’t see to help you get more money even if you get a lot of them. Please do regular updates to your game!

Too bad…. I actually would love this game if it would work right. It glitched and froze a couple times but then worked fine till I made it to the first hard level- didn’t take me long at all to get there but I’ve been stuck there for 2 days now with countless tries. Every time I might actually get past it the game completely freezes my phone and I have to exit the game and start over. It’s a bummer but I’m going to have to delete it

Loved this but too hard not enough coins - rigged. This game I loved it at first! It came recommended on a different game I was playing, so I gave it a try. But getting to level 16 and I already had to spend money to help but it’s a waste because the levels are on super hard not by choice. Also the coins you win are so low that it makes it impossible to use coins from that level on next. Also I have tried this level so many times and I’m convinced it’s set to make you loss so you can give in and spend money, everytime I pick the last food item that fills the plate, the item under it pops up is the one I need but it’s too late because fail, game over! Might have to delete.

Cute but you won’t win without $. Cute game, nice graphics and levels, pretty fun. But I’m only on hard level 8, and I’ve used all my power ups and all my coins and still it is programmed to not give you the item you need. Every time I fill the hold plates, the very next item is the one it wouldn’t give me until the level was lost. And it costs 900 coins per every continue try and 600 per every additional play space. There’s also no getting coins for ads. It’s so clear it’s a real world money pit, I quit after a single day.

good concept, impossible execution. I really wanted to love this game, and I love the concept and design, but the levels get way too hard way too fast. You can play a level over and over, even spend REAL money, and still not win. And it got that way quickly, it’s not like it happened gradually over hundreds of levels. I ended up rage quitting after a couple days, and wish I could find something like it that doesn’t ruin itself.

Love the game but it’s now Stealing my free items and money. This game is FOS.. I love it and play everyday but last 5 days it’s been glitching. Freezing on me taking my items and coins. Took 600 coins, 2plates, 1 magnet & 7brushes from me!!! Ridiculous. Even at the end of boards I be looking for certain food and it’s outside the pot near my items or won’t pop out to where I had to use my magnets to get it out which is BS!! Please fix it and return my stuff cause everytime it glitches it takes stuff just like it did to me again just now. So imma have to get out go back in and I’m sure something else will be missing!!! Crazy cause it’s a fun game but idk what’s been going on lately!!

Too many bugs. It’s nice playing a game with no time limits, but there have been many bugs since I started playing. My phone would freeze mid level, some foods get stuck in the pot or off to the side and cannot be tapped on, paying for more chances and boosters does not always go through (I spent 1800 coins just to not continue the level). Before, ads would only come up after I beat a level. Now, ad breaks come mid game. Not only that, but sometimes ads play a blank screen and I have to exit the app. I love playing this game so I wish these bugs would be fixed!

Stop trying to get money out of me. This name is so fun in of itself, but I’ve been literally stuck on level 12 for weeks and somehow EVERY time no matter what I do I end up stuck around the 50% mark and there’s nothing to do besides pay for help (which I’m not doing.) so I continue to just lose every single time. I’m convinced it’s not even free to win at this rate. Uninstalling, I’d rather watch ads for help than PAY.

Freezes. This game is honestly a lot of fun. But it freezes sooo much. I can barely get through any levels before it freezes up. I received my bonus of the broom today and as soon as I clicked to use it, it froze again. So I lost my free broom. I don’t know if it did it on purpose sometimes or what. But every time I get further along on a level and I’m about to win, it will freeze. Then I have to start over and I don’t get as lucky. It’s really frustrating. The freezing up has to stop. I also deserve my broom back 😭

Game is fun, however. The game is nice and satisfying but the level 9 mini game is (I think) impossible as I’ve tried pretty much every combination and still somehow keep failing. I finally made it to where I was at the end of the last row, like 3 or 4 pieces left,but still somehow have no space left on the belt. Unsure if it’s a glitch or something. And there’s no options for helps or anything. Very frustrating and makes the game not relaxing

Supbar. This game is a good idea seems relaxing, which is why I downloaded it. But it bugs a lot in some levels, the pot is empty the bar tells you that there is one more plate to do. I click around everywhere in the pot nothing comes up. So I have to restart the game thus loosing my gained advantages way too many ads. The layout of the pots is confusing, there are times you select one item another is selected instead. Two items come up at the same time both go to the plates without me actually selecting them. All this makes the game more stressful than relaxing, I think I might delete it at this point. Might try again if it’s updated.

Fun idea and graphics, bad game design.. I loved how delicious the food looked. But forcing your players to watch ads because your levels deliberately make them lose unless they pay you with money or by watching an ad is deceitful and annoying. Do you have any respect for your players’ time? I’d rather just watch an ad between each level then be forced to pretend that what I click on means anything considering no matter how good or practiced you are, IT. DOES. NOT. MATTER. unless the devs get paid. What a waste of a game.

Fun but buggy. I got really hooked on this game really fast. The graphics are cool and it’s fun. Because I liked it so much, I have spent more money on this game than any other because it is very hard, maybe even impossible, to win certain levels without the extra boosters. However there are some glitches for sure that have planning to quit for a while. A couple examples: I just bought a pack that was supposed to give me 2 or 3 hours of endless lives and it didn’t do that. After five lives I was done. Also there are levels that the food is stuck and literally impossible to click on. I’m deleting the game from my phone for a while in hopes that they’ll fix the glitches. I also think it’s impossible to beat bonus level 14 (I think that’s the one). Anyway, good concept and has promise but needs work. Especially since I’ve spent like $60 or more on it.

Can’t play without spending money. I’m convinced this game is programmed to make you spend money. I’m stuck on a hard level and have been for days. Right around the 71% mark every time, I end up losing because they won’t give needed ingredients anymore. I find it interesting that it’s consistently right at that percentage. Even with an assist, you will need multiple to pass it. I refuse to spend money on a game that will try to twist my arm to do so. It’s cute and all but I’m deleting it after being stuck on only level 11 for days.

Addictive!. I literally cannot stop playing this game. The look, the sound, the gameplay- its all pretty darn great. The different hotpots provide variations to gameplay, and the variety of pieces makes it challenging in a fun way. (a level with 3 different leafy greens to discern, for example) Addressing other reviews criticism: you don’t need to pay to win. yes, that one level (12?) is super super difficult, but i finished it without powerups. It took me i don’t know how many tries, but i did. And soon after that, you unlock ways to earn powerups thru gameplay. There was a bug where sometimes at the end of the level, there weren’t enough pieces to finish the pot, but since the recent update, i haven’t encountered it. Overall, i wholly recommend this app for puzzle-casual fun.

So close to good. Been playing this game for almost two weeks. I really love it and the graphics are great. What I don’t love is that the level 14 mini game is broken so it’s impossible to beat. Also this game on multiple occasions has frozen my phone completely and lead me to believe my phone was busted for a moment. Also some levels are actually impossible to beat without part taking in-app purchasing for powers ups… the saddest part is even after paying some $$ just to beat a silly level you still end up losing or glitching out. Really want to enjoy this game :/

Lots of potential, big failure. I was so excited about this game, I've been looking for something food related with a bit of a challenge for quite a while, so I downloaded it and started playing. Not long into my play through, I came across a level that is impossible to pass without buying any of the extra helps, and it requires multiple at that. I refuse to give my money to a game that already makes ad revenue off of its players because the developers make it too hard to complete the game without blowing several bucks. Don't waste your time on this game, you'll run into a level that's impossible very soon after you start playing, and either spend money on it, or be stuck on that one level.

Glitches A LOT. I love the concept of this game HOWEVER the super hard level I’ve played way to many times and can’t get past no matter what and it’s only level 12. I also will mention this app crashes more than any app I’ve ever encountered. It messes up literally more times than not. I hope this will be resolved soon as I really do love the concept of this game. I also wish it’d be easier to get some bonus coins than the once a day maybe ad watching or something to help accumulate faster.

Great game. I love this game and the graphics. The only thing that is aggravating is that the hard levels are extremely hard. The only way to beat them is to get your daily bonuses and keep them and til you know you can beat the level. I refuse to spend money on the game. I understand making some of the levels harder but don’t make them impossible. If not for that I would give it 5 stars.

It’s ok until it isn’t.. It’s a good game at first. But like everyone else I am stuck in level 12. It does seem like you need to pay to advance and even when you do, you still don’t win. I don’t leave reviews but I wanted to warn others to stay away until it’s updated or fixed. There are other games with the same game pay that allow you to watch ads for help and don’t require you to open your wallet. You shouldn’t have to pay to advance in a game

Buggy. The game itself is fun, without being too hard, BUT with certain pots, ingredients will get glitched to where they either don’t come to the surface, OR they get stuck and you can’t click them, making it impossible to finish the game even if you try and use power ups (like the magnet or shuffle) I’d love to see those issues resolved. Also, you have to waste lives if you want to go back to the Home Screen as there’s no option between levels, it just keeps you going through to the next one

Freezes + impossible. Not only does this game freeze in the midddle of levels (I have force quit and restarted at least 20 times today) but I have reached levels that are actually impossible. I even spent money to buy a booster pack (which I truly am against when a game has ads,) but I still cannot beat these levels. It’s not skill, they are just trying to make me spend more money? Like why is the exact ingredient I need never the one that bubbles to the top even when I have a lot of empty dishes ?&. Why is the level 5 flow level impossible ??

Was fun, but “glitches” make levels unwinnable. DO NOT recommend this game!!!! The first game glitch I had was right after spending 600 coins on a lower level to get the extra tray and being 90% finished when the game suddenly froze and I was forced to restart the app losing the tray, my level, and most importantly my coins. I was disappointed, but understand sometimes things happen. I just played Level 16 where I spent $1.99 to get the 1000 coins to buy one of the level ups. At the “end” of the level, I had a tray where I needed three noodle bundles, BUT I had an empty hot pot making it impossible to actually win the level. At this point after losing coins I earned and purchased I feel like this game is just ripping me off.

Cute app but omg. I don’t usually write reviews at all, but I had to for this app. It is precious and such a fun concept, but run so poorly. I’m genuinely convinced some of these levels are impossible. Constantly stuck on one level or another, you use the little items they have to help you, but you still won’t be able to pass the level. I finally broke down and paid for their equivalent of a “battle pass” to get more lives and in game currency, etc. The app took my money, gave me access to the pass for a day, and when I returned, said I had never paid for it and didn’t have access to it. I had to go to Apple for a refund. Another issue is you will play and all of a sudden an ad will pop up, either from the game itself or it will open a whole browser on your internet for an ad. God only knows what that’s subjecting your phone to. Another issue has been that when you have in game currency, you can use it to continue playing a level if you’ve lost. I tried to do this once, but it simply took the currency and wouldn’t let me continue playing. Now I’m stuck on an impossible level, with too little in game currency because the game took it, and no ability to move forward. PLUS took my REAL money with nothing to show for it.

It’s ok until a certain level. The game was cool and I liked it, until I got to a hot level, been trying to three days to pass with. I think it is set up to make you buy items just to pass the level. You can’t watch videos or anything for a second chance. I found another game called hotpot frenzy which is way better. It allows you to buy extra plates AND watch videos to keep playing if you run out of space or need an extra plate or items. Love it! Uninstalling this game and sticking with hotpot frenzy!

Hard levels are too hard. I actually love this game it was really fun I just downloaded it yesterday after playing one of the ads I only made it to level 11 and I can’t pass it level 11 is a hard level and I don’t have any money to buy extra help ive played this level for more than I can count I don’t wanna delete it bc I like this game but I might have to bc its too hard I wish they would let us watch ads for extra help..if the developers see this please make the hard levels easier or make it available to watch ads for money or extra help thank u

Cool, relaxing, but limited. This game is relaxing, visually appealing, and has a really chill vibe — the music is nice, and the graphics are clean. I enjoy the sorting mechanics and overall find it fun to play in short bursts. There aren’t too many ads, which is great, and there’s an option to remove them if you want (7.99+tax). That said, once you hit the harder levels, progress becomes nearly impossible without spending money. There aren’t enough ways to earn coins or power-ups naturally, and that kind of paywall really kills the experience for me. I don’t mind a challenge, but if there’s no fair way to advance without paying, it just feels frustrating and limiting. I’ll be deleting it for that reason — wish there was more balance. Solid concept, but not sustainable for non-paying players.

Glitchy. The level 14 mini game doesn't work properly, and I am stuck. On another level, when I spent the 900 coins to continue, it took my coins and just popped up again with the prompt to use 900 coins to continue, so stupidly, I did this 4 times before I realized I wasted 3600 coins on a glitch, and had to give up on the level. Another time, I progressed to almost completing the level, and I could see all of the food items stuck in the bottom of the pot, but they wouldn't pop up, even after clearing out almost every item, blowing most of my little broom things. I'm sad now because I was enjoying the game until glitches robbed me of everything I had earned. 😭

Love the concept. Let me just say like the first comment love the concept of the game. Like the graphics but they are right as soon as you hit level 10 it gets so crazy stupid hard for no reason at all and you can’t pass it without paying. So I did thinking it was just me. But here we are on another super hard at level 18 and I have been trying for 2 days. There is no way of watching a video to try to get what you need for help to pass it and it’s the same thing everytime. It doesn’t make it easier for you if you have not passed a level in 48 hrs. And you can’t play enough to earn enough coins to buy what you need. So a bit disappointed but did truly love the concept.

Level 14 Mini Game is frozen. Awesome game, but it’s getting frustrating being stuck because of a possible bug/glitch. I have tried for over a week to play the mini-game from Level 14, but the middle row of food is frozen. The rows on the left and right work fine, but it will not let me tap or move anything from the middle row. I just have to keep skipping the mini-game, but it goes right back to it after I play a couple of levels. Is there a way that this might be fixed, please?

Love it but there’s a glitch. I quite like this game, but I need to make a report of a glitch and this seems to be the only way to do this. I love the hotpot flow bonuses in the game, however I can not play them anymore because the middle row will not move on number 14, and you can’t continue to any other bonuses until that one is finished. Can you please fix the bug that’s causing this.

Cannot update game, no option on App Store to update.. I love this game, it can be glitchy don’t get me wrong but I now can’t play it because I open game app to find an update needed, go to App Store to find no such update!! Not happy.

Scamming game. Took my money multiple times and didn’t receive what I purchased even in the game took my gold coins multiple times and still didn’t receive it

GLITCHY. super glitchy game, which is so unfortunate as i love it. it happens particularly towards the end of a level which makes it even more annoying 🙃, to put it in perspective i’m only on level 16 and it has glitched to the point i have to close the app as it doesn’t unfreeze 7 times already… that’s nearly ones every two levels. initially i thought it was only when i had low power mode on but it happened twice today and im at 70%…

Super glitchy. Game froze in the middle of an ad. Instead of just the app freezing, it froze my phone with it. I had to press the right button to turn off the screen. When I went back to the app, it was flickering violently. That could potentially cause seizures in the vulnerable so I thought I’d report it. Other than that it’s a fun game, but I had to delete it because I was worried it would break my phone.

Hard levels. I do really enjoy this game but some levels are impossible to pass without spending money. I refuse to spend money so I get stuck for ages and only pass when my daily prizes have built up. It’s pretty off putting when it’s so hard.

Don’t waste your time. This game has the potential to be fun and engaging but it’s made to be so hard that after the first few levels unless you are willing to spend real cash to get the bonus items, you can’t pass the levels. Complete waste of time!

Has potential. No point downloading as is. This game would be great if they introduced being able to watch ads to unlock extra space/plates/boosts or similar. Currently you cannot get past some levels without spending actual money which makes the game unplayable. Better off downloading a different hotpot game, which is a shame as the graphics are good in this one.

Keeps freezing. Even with the update - the app continues to still freeze. Resulting in losing lives and having to restart levels. May need to just delete it at this point as it doesn’t seem like the bug is being fixed

Love this game!. I’m addicted to this game, I’m on level 162 and the only problem I have is that sometimes food gets stuck in the bottom of the pot where you can’t see it, or even isn’t there at all and you can’t fill the last plate! Very frustrating when that happens. But overall I’m really enjoying this game.

Glitch took my coins. Love this game. Have admittedly spent too much money on it. Disappointingly, I had saved up around 3,000 coins, and then it glitched when I tried to save a level, and resulted in me losing almost all my coins.

Love it but lately unplayable due to a glitch. Love the game, it was fun until a couple of months ago when a glitch kept interrupting the game play. The screen froze mid-play and start flashing and that’s it. You had to completely close the game as you can’t play anymore. Until that’s fixed, the game just unplayable.

A mega rip off game!!!. This game is good in the beginning, but as you progress further, it starts ripping you off by hiding the ingredients until you use all your credit points on buying the equipments, then it spits out the hidden ingredients! But at certain levels, for example level 131, it keeps hiding the last piece of ingredient no matter how much money you spend on buying the credit points and use it all on getting the equipments to search for that hidden piece, it just won't give you the last piece of ingredient to complete the level! In the end, you will have to close the app and restart the game/level, which means you will not only lose 1 live, but all the equipment effects you used prior to closing the game! It is a mega RIP OFF! This game also has this Hotpot Pass challenge, which you do in-app purchase for $14.99 just to open the pass and enter the challenge! Then you MUST complete 20 levels in each panel in order to get only two rewards! And they design it to have a "Hard level" and a "Super hard level" every second level! It is almost impossible to pass all levels without using any equipments! You can do the maths! I understand that the game developer needs to make some earning out of their hard work for developing this game, but to rip players off to this extent, it is not acceptable! Apple should have chosen their merchandise partners carefully, because having a mega rip off game developer like this on App Store will give Apple a bad name, too! A warning to anyone thinking of downloading this game...if you are a retiree, have the patience and don't care that you have to play on the same level 20+ times before you can move on to the next level, then this game is not so bad; but if you are a serious gamer like me and want to complete levels, please think twice and don't fall for the trap, as it's not worth it at all!

Not Easy. The game is good but very hard to move forward the bonuses you need are hard to get and no extras for completing hard levels , it’s a money grab game . You can’t complete the tasks without the bonuses which are very pricey. Will delete the game as it’s just a money grab .

Ads, impossible levels, bugs. Honestly everything is in the title. Ads every level, some levels are super hard and you have to come back everyday for 5days to accumulate enough boosts to pass it, it often bugs like a food is just invisible or it glitches and you have to start over (and lose a life), the worse is when it completely crashes and you have to turn off your screen then delete the tab then return to the game and of course somehow you’ve lost a life… This game could be super fun, I would pay for a version of it with solvable levels unfortunately this is a money pit.

Rigged. Would be a very fun game if it wasn’t designed for you to fail and have to buy boosters to pass. Having more opportunities to earn coins or making the boosters require fewer coins would mitigate this. The ads that run for gaining an extra life are often impossible to exit and run on a seemingly infinite loop while mining your data

Basically have to pay to play. It’s a fun game, completely ruined by the fact that some of the levels are literally impossible to complete without boosters. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to pass level 11.

Was enjoying ... Was enjoying the game - until issues - with special orders, if I miss the items and watch the ad to play through, it still pops up that I failed, if I press skip - it still pops up that I failed and I cannot bypass it. Also went to open the game and it has a pop up that the game needs an update - that I cannot bypass - I click the update button within the app and it opens the App Store and only gives me the option to open the app, not update the app - I double checked and refreshed my app update screen and there’s no update available - then it kicks me back to the app, which I can’t bypass the need an update pop up - and it’s an endless loop. I guess it’s back to yarn games for me :/

Impossible level. I was really enjoying this game until I got to a hot pot flow that absolutely cannot be passed. I don't even have the option to use a tool because they are not available. Something needs to be done since that is the part of the game that is in the and that got me to download it in the first place! Until then, my review remains at a 2 star just because of the frustration.

Buggy Game - Keeps Feezing. The game is fun enough… when it works. It’s started freezing nearly 50% of the time I try to play it now, meaning you lose any progress or items used for that level.

Fun but…. I cannot get past level 12, which is a super hard level, can’t even think about passing it unless I spend money. Now I open it and it tells me I have to update but going into the AppStore it doesn’t give me that option. I uninstalled it and put it back on my phone only to play a couple rounds, close the game to do something else and now be told to update it once again. If it didn’t delete data id do it again.

Game is frozen on level 46. I was enjoying this game but since level 35 or so I can’t do the stream ones as the centre row doesn’t work. Now I’m on level 46 and there are items that don’t float up so I can’t finish it

The error. I keep getting a message saying that I need to update the app, but there’s no update, it won’t let me play until I update.

Lagging and freezing. Super fun game but when that kid comes up and you have to fulfill his order before the time runs out, you can push the button to watch the free ad or use coins. Neither work, it just keeps going back to the kid and not the level AND takes away your coins. Also, it seems to get to a certain point when you can’t use the free ad option to Revive your game. You have to stop, lose what you’ve collected and start the level over. It’s very frustrating. PLEASE FIX!

Cheated me. Spent real money because I was having fun with this game and the ads weren’t too bad, but as soon as I did, it was an an after every level. Got to level 62 and got to the end of the level and I had one more set to complete but the pot would be empty. There were no more pieces so literally impossible to finish the level. Also started to freeze and glitch out, like the screen would start strobing. No support in game.

Update not working. App asks you to update but once in App Store the game just opens back to the update request.

Too buggy. This game has potential but it is buggy. For instance I just played a level and at the end I still had two items left but nothing in the pot. I had to press everywhere on the screen before it randomly decided I had clicked both. Level 14 of flow is unplayable. The middle row doesn’t move. I’ve tried to find somewhere to report bugs but it doesn’t exist in the game.

Scam game. I feel like this game is designed for you to buy coins. I am only at level 12, 2 back to back super hard levels. Impossible to win. This happens every single time when there is one slot of food left, and I pick a random food up to make more appear, the food I need will come up, then of course all slots are full so I lost, then the pop up to buy coins appears.

The mini game is broken. Currently stuck on the hotpot go flow mini game at level 9 because there’s literally NO combination that makes it possible to pass. There’s no place to report the bug, no way to add bonuses to assist, nothing. It’s infuriating!

Can’t click on food. I like the game, but I’m stuck at level 106 because as soon as the guy comes in asking for the 4 completed plates for the magnet prize, I can’t click on anything in the pot. The timer is still going and I can still click on power ups so it’s not the game completely freezing, it’s just not registering what I’m clicking on in the pot.

Nothing but issues. While this game might be fun, it does nothing but freeze up and mess up you phone. I even spent some money only to have it wasted because the game would freeze. When I say freeze up, I mean your whole phone locks up tight. You can’t close the app. You have to shut down your phone for several minutes. Using money for the features provided is a waste because it takes away your hint/help but actually does not help you at all.

“Update Now”. The game is great and I’ve even passed the level that everyone seems to be stuck at, just one huge issue; I am not currently able to access the game. Every time I open the app I get a permanent popup saying that I should update the app before playing. When I get to the App Store, however, there is no update available, where there would be a button to update the app is just the Open button. Unless it’s a me thing, Clearly there’s a bug that needs fixing.

Disappointing. I originally loved playing this game but noticed once I hit level 19 it has felt more of a cash grab and no way of progression. It seems as if as soon as you get close to finishing the level crashes or somehow you run out of space. I didn’t mind it too much but it was a bit annoying. Another issue that just started recently is ads popping up in the middle of the game. It’s very annoying and part of the reason as to why I finally deleted this game.

good concept, impossible execution. I really wanted to love this game, and I love the concept and design, but the levels get way too hard way too fast. You can play a level over and over, even spend REAL money, and still not win. And it got that way quickly, it’s not like it happened gradually over hundreds of levels. I ended up rage quitting after a couple days, and wish I could find something like it that doesn’t ruin itself.

Update required. I noticed my game freezing and bugging out so I decided to look for an update and it needed one! So I updated the game and now on the homepage it is telling me to update but one is not available as I just did it! Now I cannot play the game and I have been loving it. Im afraid to remove it and loose all of the levels I have completed and coins. I hope this gets fixed.

Fun but poor update. I was at a high level. Very fun game, but the recent update will not work for me. The app tells me there is a new update and to open the App Store to download it but there’s no update button available. Just a button to open the app. When I click it, it shows the same message about updating the app. I deleted it and redownloaded it and lost all my progress. Fun games but issues. I genuinely enjoy playing this game and it’s a mix of fun and challenging, but the issue I’m having is randomly I’ll be playing and it’ll freeze, mostly on hard levels, and the whole game will lag and have to keep starting over multiple times and it’s annoying. I then close the game and go back but it’ll do it again. Please fix this issue!

Relaxing but almost impossible. Would be a phenomenal game, super relaxing, if it weren’t for the hard levels. I have been stuck on level 12 for who knows how long now. I would get addicted, but this really kills the game experience and I, like so many others, are not wasting our money to possibly beat a level (not likely.) Great games have hard levels, but they should be passable without having to buy a bunch of advantages. This just gives the game a money grab title with no fun.

Update not working. When you open the game, it says update now when you click the button to update now it takes you to this page and then this page says open and when you click open, you go back to the app which then again says update.. you can’t get into the game and there’s nothing anywhere to update.

Better with the update still needs improvement. Love the watch bids option for boosters and extra plates, was stuck on level 12 for weeks bc they didn’t have this. However on certain levels and mini games the food is stuck in the pot and some mini games are frozen when you complete them at the end.

Fun idea and graphics, bad game design.. I loved how delicious the food looked. But forcing your players to watch ads because your levels deliberately make them lose unless they pay you with money or by watching an ad is deceitful and annoying. Do you have any respect for your players’ time? I’d rather just watch an ad between each level then be forced to pretend that what I click on means anything considering no matter how good or practiced you are, IT. DOES. NOT. MATTER. unless the devs get paid. What a waste of a game.

Can’t play without spending money. I’m convinced this game is programmed to make you spend money. I’m stuck on a hard level and have been for days. Right around the 71% mark every time, I end up losing because they won’t give needed ingredients anymore. I find it interesting that it’s consistently right at that percentage. Even with an assist, you will need multiple to pass it. I refuse to spend money on a game that will try to twist my arm to do so. It’s cute and all but I’m deleting it after being stuck on only level 11 for days.

Cannot progress without making purchase. I have been stuck at Level 12 for weeks. There is no way to pass this level without boosters. Game does not allow ad videos to earn boosters, so you have to purchase the them to continue playing. I barely pay my bills - I don’t have the extra $$ to spend on games, and if I had the extra $$, I have other things I need (or my kid) more than game boosters!

Beyond skill!. I got to level 11 and played dozens and dozens of times. It isn’t a game of skill it’s a game of chance. Takes the fun out of it. There is no way to plan to win. Click an item, to see what’s under it. Oops, not what ya need then when you have nothing left and select one that isn’t needed to end the game….. and wow, the one ya needed floats up. Fun game, great graphics but…. Level 11 max for my chances.

Stop trying to get money out of me. This name is so fun in of itself, but I’ve been literally stuck on level 12 for weeks and somehow EVERY time no matter what I do I end up stuck around the 50% mark and there’s nothing to do besides pay for help (which I’m not doing.) so I continue to just lose every single time. I’m convinced it’s not even free to win at this rate. Uninstalling, I’d rather watch ads for help than PAY.

Literally can't get past lvl 12. I've played it at least twenty times. I can't do it. This is a low level I don't understand why it's actually impossible. WHY CANT I WATCH AN AD TO GET ANOTHER PLATE AND WHY IS EVERYTHING SO EXPENSIVE. in my opinion these people only want your money because they've made it completely impossible to play without paying. Disgusting. I remember when phone apps were made with love. 99 cents used to get you a crazy amount of credit now it's like 9.99 which is absolutely disgraceful and a scam.

Freezes + impossible. Not only does this game freeze in the midddle of levels (I have force quit and restarted at least 20 times today) but I have reached levels that are actually impossible. I even spent money to buy a booster pack (which I truly am against when a game has ads,) but I still cannot beat these levels. It’s not skill, they are just trying to make me spend more money? Like why is the exact ingredient I need never the one that bubbles to the top even when I have a lot of empty dishes ?&. Why is the level 5 flow level impossible ??

Terrible game. This is my first review so this should show how passionate I felt about this. First of all the hard levels are near impossible. They make it so you very obviously have to spend money. At least give me ads. But when I do get far enough into the level on my own and I have a shot at passing it keeps freezing on me. Not just the game but my whole phone. Ugh. Never played a worse game. Too bad I love this game go relax but fix your issues please

Freezes. This game is honestly a lot of fun. But it freezes sooo much. I can barely get through any levels before it freezes up. I received my bonus of the broom today and as soon as I clicked to use it, it froze again. So I lost my free broom. I don’t know if it did it on purpose sometimes or what. But every time I get further along on a level and I’m about to win, it will freeze. Then I have to start over and I don’t get as lucky. It’s really frustrating. The freezing up has to stop. I also deserve my broom back 😭

Too bad…. I actually would love this game if it would work right. It’s ok until it isn’t.. It’s a good game at first. But like everyone else I am stuck in level 12. It does seem like you need to pay to advance and even when you do, you still don’t win. I don’t leave reviews but I wanted to warn others to stay away until it’s updated or fixed. There are other games with the same game pay that allow you to watch ads for help and don’t require you to open your wallet. You shouldn’t have to pay to advance in a game

Update notification purgatory. I’d love to rate this app higher. It’s fun and a good time killer. But despite having the most current version of the game installed, I keep getting an update notification upon launching the game that will only take me to a screen to update which I can’t do because it is updated. Uninstalling and reinstalling forces you to start over and only buys you a certain amount of time before the cycle starts all over again with an update notification that you cannot get around. Cool game. Would be nice if I could actually play it

Great game. I love this game and the graphics. The only thing that is aggravating is that the hard levels are extremely hard. The only way to beat them is to get your daily bonuses and keep them and til you know you can beat the level. I refuse to spend money on the game. I understand making some of the levels harder but don’t make them impossible. If not for that I would give it 5 stars.

Cute but you won’t win without $. Cute game, nice graphics and levels, pretty fun. But I’m only on hard level 8, and I’ve used all my power ups and all my coins and still it is programmed to not give you the item you need. Every time I fill the hold plates, the very next item is the one it wouldn’t give me until the level was lost. And it costs 900 coins per every continue try and 600 per every additional play space. There’s also no getting coins for ads. It’s so clear it’s a real world money pit, I quit after a single day.

Game glitch. I don’t remember what level I’m on but I’ve played this game for months. Now all of a sudden when I open the app it says they have updated in a window and my game won’t load. I’ve tried everything besides deleting and when I went to send an email to support it came up with a warning due to the page not existing. Time to move on.

Fun game, one issue though. Pretty good take on the match 3 genre, though one problem I’ve been running into is a calibration issue. I’d be tapping on one object and it’ll select another that’s not even near it. I’ve ran into moments where I’d tap one at the edge of the pot and it’d select something else on the other side across from it.

Fun but auto links to risky websites. I really enjoyed this game when I began playing, however I almost immediately ran into an issue where within just a couple minutes the game started to auto direct me (as if I had clicked an ad or link) and open a website in my browser that was an unsafe / risky / bad site. I exited it and passed it off as an error that maybe I’d clicked an ad, but it happened a couple more times within a few more minutes when I didn’t watch or click any ads. I’m absolutely NOT okay with an app 1) randomly auto redirecting me when I’m playing without me interacting with an ad, and 2) sending me to links that are risky/bad/unsafe websites. Having ads for other games or stores is one thing, sending me to a fraud spam webpage that says my phone is at risk is NOT okay at all. I will be deleting this game as it’s not worth the hassle or risk.

Was Great!. This game was fun and challenging, yet some of the hard levels definitely feel a bit impossible to win. Overall was going good until lately the game has been glitching bad to the point where I am losing coins I used and power-up’s and no return on my loses. It’s making want to stop playing and delete the game until it’s fixed properly.

Game is fun, however. The game is nice and satisfying but the level 9 mini game is (I think) impossible as I’ve tried pretty much every combination and still somehow keep failing. I finally made it to where I was at the end of the last row, like 3 or 4 pieces left,but still somehow have no space left on the belt. Unsure if it’s a glitch or something. And there’s no options for helps or anything. Very frustrating and makes the game not relaxing

Fun game great specials??. They show these 90%-95% off deals for 99-$1.99 but it won’t open when you try to purchase however if you try to purchase a $9.99 or more offer it will open every time! Don’t put offer up if you’re not gonna allow it to be purchased! I’ve been trying to multiple times a day for multiple days!

Addictive. I’ve read some of the other reviews and i haven’t had issues with malware or not being able to progress without paying so far… if you aren’t having those obstacles then the game is really fun and a good time passer… a good way to pass that last 30-45 minutes of a slow work day.

Stuck on update screen. I finally saved enough booster and coins to help me when I get stuck on a level (because the next you need to clear a level miraculously comes up after you fail) but, now the screen is stuck on the forced update screen 😡! Has this happened to anyone else ? I tried sending a contact message but, for some reason it wouldn’t go through. Not a good look!!!!!

Save your coins!!!. Like many other reviewers have stated, level 12 is *nearly* impossible to beat unless you buy coins to get boosters. I finally beat it by claiming the daily gifts and using one to complete the level- it’s impossible without it. Very fun game but requires a lot of patience.

Needs work. The game would be 5 stars all day long if the mini games didn’t glitch, I’ve spent days and hours playing level 9 over 100 times and I can never pass it no matter what. I keep skipping it hoping it would skip that level but it doesn’t, it just takes me straight back to the same game and I spend hours losing over and over!! There’s so many ways to play it. Get it fixed to get 5 stars.

Glitches A LOT. I love the concept of this game HOWEVER the super hard level I’ve played way to many times and can’t get past no matter what and it’s only level 12. I also will mention this app crashes more than any app I’ve ever encountered. It messes up literally more times than not. I hope this will be resolved soon as I really do love the concept of this game. I also wish it’d be easier to get some bonus coins than the once a day maybe ad watching or something to help accumulate faster.

Have to spend money. Some of the levels are impossible to beat without spending money. The level requires an extra plate or a tool to help pass the level and it is very hard to earn coins in this game. There aren’t even any free videos to watch to earn coins or items. It’s fun but once you’re stuck on the same level for days regardless of what you do it gets boring quickly.

Fun yet difficult. I love the game. It’s fun until you get to a super hard level. I have been on level 12 for days. Probably played it over 100 times and still can’t beat it. I refuse to spend money to beat a level. Thinking of deleting the game for this reason. I hate that because I enjoy playing the game.

No Update, can’t play. I enjoy this game when it is working properly. I noticed some glitches have been fixed, but today I went to open the app and it says there’s an update available. So I click, “update now” it takes me to the App Store, but it doesn’t say “update” it just says open. When I open the app through the store it still says to update. There’s no update, now I just can’t play.

Bad glitch. It took a long time to get past level 12 but finally did and level 61 has a glitch. Have gotten to the end several times but ran out of food and cannot end the level. Did a purchase and it still didn’t same thing again. Wasted buying items to help and it’s impossible to get past level 61.

Great game but glitchy. I’ve only been able to play a few levels of this. It’s a fun game. But in the middle of the game, it glitches and I have to restart it. At first, I thought maybe I was moving too fast clicking the items, but I slowed way down and waited for each clip to finish and I still cannot get past this level because it will glitch and stop.

Fun but Unfair. This game is very fun and addicting but it’s also ridiculously difficult and unfair. The only way to get boosters is to open up your wallet. Unlike other games where you can watch ads to get help, there’s none of that here so unless you want to cough up money, you will be stuck. I deleted this game after a few days, since I didn’t see any way to progress.

Glitch. When the popup order appears - if you don’t complete it in time you have the option to play coin to complete the order and play on. However, after you pay the coin it does not complete the order and asks you the same question. It’s an endless loop of keep paying 900 coin or quit the round. I bought extra coin a few times thinking maybe I did something wrong, but nope.

It’s ok until a certain level. The game was cool and I liked it, until I got to a hot level, been trying to three days to pass with. I think it is set up to make you buy items just to pass the level. You can’t watch videos or anything for a second chance. I found another game called hotpot frenzy which is way better. It allows you to buy extra plates AND watch videos to keep playing if you run out of space or need an extra plate or items. Love it! Uninstalling this game and sticking with hotpot frenzy!

Stuck on level TEN. This game would have gotten 5 stars except that I've barely advanced through it only to find myself stuck on level 10. That...is ludicrous. I've been playing this level for at least and hour, it feels. Blew through two full sets of lives. Used all my boosters and coins. I'm not invested enough in this game to keep at it. Sadly, deleting the app.

Super fun game, BUT WILL GIVR YOU A VIRUS. Absolutely LOVED this game, it’s a great time passer. Theres two issues I want to address. The first being that the game kept auto directing me into my browser to an unsafe website and ended up giving me a virus and someone hacked my phone. Secondly, they every other or every two levels a super hard level and you cannot win those levels without spending actual money. Fix these issues and get some protection for your users.

Broken after updating. Just updated and now it still says it needs an update, so I go to update, it’s updated, so I hit open, and it takes me right back to the “needs to update “. And round and round I go. Please fix! This is one of my favorite games and I would love to play it again.

forced money grab. i won’t start this with a compliment because i think the creators know this app is made to force people into spending on the app. the levels are built to frustrate into buying power ups which cost way too many coins to begin with, especially when 1000 cost 1.99. more free power ups should come from game play, or they should be using options to get coins through ads like everyone else. it’s sort of a scam, honestly. cute and fun game, and they could probably earn a lot through ads, but it’s not worth the trouble to continue playing.

Game needs to be changed. It’s a cute game with great graphics, BUT… I was stuck on level 12 for hours and days. I already used the daily boosters too. Then I read reviews that it’s basically impossible to pass super hard levels without paying. I deleted the app. If the creators find different ways to make the game more enjoyable, I’ll download it again.
