Postural training is by far the most effective form of exercise for creating good autonomous posture! As a bonus, over time you become more mobile, lighter on your feet, and often completely pain-free, even with long-standing problems.

The nervous system is regulated and creates better interaction between movement muscles and postural muscles. Over time, your posture becomes more upright and relaxed without conscious effort.

Our subscription includes the following 3 parts:

1. Video classes
A video library that grows every week, ensuring there's always plenty of variety and options. Filter by length, level, and type of class. Feel free to start with our seven intro classes, where Johanna provides extra detailed instructions.

2. Training plan: Better posture in nine weeks
A ready-made plan that starts off easy and gradually becomes more challenging. A great option for those who want to improve posture and function throughout the entire body. You can easily train along with clear "follow along" videos that keep time and help count reps.

3. Standalone programs
Train with our standalone programs, specially designed for when you need them most! The programs are created around specific activities and goals — for example, our program for before your run or for straightening out outward-rotated feet. Try Postra is a 14-minute program open to everyone, a great starting point if you want to see how it works.

Our premium option: Postural analysis and individually tailored training program
You send full-body photos to us via the app, and Mattias Hallström (Licensed Physiotherapist) carries out a detailed postural analysis and builds an individually tailored program based on it, in three lengths: Short, Medium, and Long. You may also inform us so we can take any physical issues or pain into account when designing your program.
