Stop with the in game currency!. Fun but you had to buy coins for everything including playing during the offseason and was very hard to enjoy after a while.

Okay, But Needs Work. The gameplay was fun at first but there needs to be more prizes/incentives for leveling up (free pack/card etc). Need more incentives other than better odds for daily pulls for progressing levels. Need to beef out leagues feature and add mini games (noted as coming soon). Would also like to see more recent stats available in app…

Seems good but 1 question. Seems good, but my one question is… Can you win prizes like trips, vacations, cars, money or is it just a waste of time? To be cont…

Where are the goalies???. The game is great but there are three things that should be added: 1. A goalie position. Yes, with backups and stuff it’s harder to get points on a goalie, but I want to collect goalie cards! They’re my favorite position and it’s sad that I can’t even collect them, much less play them. Plus, think how much more exciting it would make a shutout. 2. A hall of fame. If I get my favorite player, I don’t mind having to hope I redraw him in the next season to play him, but I should be able to put his card somewhere where it doesn’t get purged completely. Maybe limit the amount to two players per season, or more if it’s their last season? It’d be nice to be able to look back and see a collection of favorite players, especially if they’ve retired. 3. A team ranking system where you’re more likely to get players from teams you like. Maybe put it in tiers? Every 10 packs you’re guaranteed a player from one of the teams in your top tier, and you can list 5 teams in the top tier or something. Cause I’m ngl some of the teams I don’t know any players, so I don’t exactly get excited when I draw their player. Have a lowest tier where you can only get one of their players every 50 or something. I’ve been playing for a season and didn’t have a single player from my favorite teams, but had 20 from a team I hate. Very disappointing.

Impossible to login. It was way to hard to try to get in

Great idea of a game, but some problems to fix. This game is amazing and I’ve just recently started and am already addicted. The idea of fantasy sports and ultimate team mixed together is awsome. Of course the game just recently began but there are some fixes and new features that I think should happen. Things like being able to view recent weeks, new ways to get rewards/packs, and having your daily packs be able to stack instead of having to open the first one I order for the second one’s countdown to start. Overall sick idea and great game.

Cant do anything. Opened the game and it keeps giving me a 404 message or an “Oops Not authorized” pop up. Which lead me not able to open packs or edit lineup and ect.

Notifications. I love the game! Just one question though, is there any way to allow notifications so I know when to open my free pack or when someone buys one of my cards or even when one of my players gets points? If not it would be a really cool feature.

Unable to register without crashing. I couldn’t finish filling out my personal information before the app. I had hoped it would allow me to finish registering, but instead I was locked out of most of the game features and kept being shown a notification that I was not authorized. Hopefully they work out the kinks for those who want to play.

Doesn’t work. Can’t get past the let’s get started screen. I was excited to try this. Very disappointed.

Solid. Interesting concept for a game that has potential. Wish it was a more like NHL supercard back in the day.

Very good! Future seems bright. Just one small complaint.. Very good progress so far. With some updates and additional features I see this being very popular (I mean I’m already addicted lol) My complaint is that I don’t like the limits for listing prices of players. Right now there is not nearly enough activity in the market for the prices to range above their limits at all, so the listings people make just go straight to the minimum price. It then becomes near impossible to sell your players too because everyone has the same price. Right now I don’t think a limit should exist, and if it does it needs to be less crazy. With no/less limits I think it will allow for the players themselves to create a working economy and values for players. It’s not working rn and it’s just making a stale environment.

Good game. 1,0000% recommend if you love ice hockey

Audio needs to be fixed. I’ve really been enjoying this app, and the simulation games have been fun. I think there needs to be more ways to earn xp. It’s taking me well over a month to get from level 6 to level 7, and there is essentially no reward for reaching level 7. It seems crazy that we don’t earn xp for participating in the simulation games. As others have said, it would be great to get push notifications when free packs are ready and when trainings are done. One issue that has persisted since the app first came out is that the app constantly pauses my music/podcasts when I launch it and when I switch between different sections of the app. I have the music and sfx turned off in the app settings, but it still just pauses my music and podcasts for no reason. Also, it seems to be impossible to turn off the sfx for puck racing. Obviously I can turn the volume down, but when I have headphones in the puck racing sound effects drown out anything I’m trying to listen to. Overall I really enjoy the app, so hopefully these issues get ironed out before the next NHL season starts.

PAY TO WIN. Don’t play this stupid game. It’s pay to win only! $13 bucks a week! Plus the game modes are rigged to make you lose repeatedly when you get close to achieving any prizes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Getting better. A pretty simple game and it looks like they’re adding more things to so pretty regularly. I’m looking forward to playing this next season for sure and hope there will be something to do in the off season too!

Greatest Fantasy Game Out Right Now. I love the way it blends your typical fantasy sports with hockey ultimate team. I think the aspects of the game are great. I just wish there was a way I could see how well my players did in previous weeks and I can go back and look at. Other than that great marketing, I downloaded the app from a true crew Instagram post. And I think it’s one of the best finds in a while for me.

Horrible no point. It’s literally a scam, the pucks races are rigged against you. They want to lose all your coins so you spend money, it’s obvious

Need tune up. It would be fun exept its a bit of a ripp off , I thought ill give it a try , spend 40$ on coin so i could buy pack , the first 5 pack they gave me 3 Tom Wilson and 2 Jhon Carlson so out of 5 pack i really only got 2 players, yes you can sell them but theres already hundreds for sale on the market so its a bit of a pointless As to how to get a superstar I believe youll have to spend a few thousand dollars to get one , i just saw a Austin Matthew on the market and the guy wants 18000Coins that’s roughly 600$ In real money????? And if you sell a superstar its either Quick sale 100coins or Minimum 5000coins the gap is way too big , i should be able to sell any card any price i want not everyone as 20$ to spend on 1 card

Fix simulation experiance. Please make adjustments to simulation as matchmaking seems extremly off (won first 4 games and then lost 9 in a row). The contract system doesn’t seem to be worth it for spending the coins and if I don’t play my best team available I seem to automatically lose and waste time clicking simulate in hopes to get the 7 daily wins with zero current enjoyment

Zero players received. I just bought a Gold pack after the new season and received no player cards at all. Free pack I opened also gave me no player. I keep refreshing the app but I see no players in my lineup.

Pay to win. It is good but you need to spend money to win which has made it hard for me to progress since I don’t spend money on apps

Garbage. Interface sucks, really choppy, very boring very obvious money grab looking to capitalize off a generation of young gambling addicts who can spend real money on fake cards that cost nothing to manufacture.

NO SPEND. Do NOT spend money on this game. Your team will be obsolete at the end of the season. Cards you’ve pulled/payed for DO NOT carry over. Another big fail from NHL

Fun game. Add trades to improve team building and add more decision making. Add more ways to get coins. Add more ways to get players. And allow users to auction off players for cheaper prices. Finally, add exchanges to trade in your lower rated players for higher rated ones

I Live by the Daily Pack Countdown. I’ve played fantasy hockey for decades. This has been a real fun change from the norm! Brings me back to the good old hockey card days and mixes it with fantasy. You can turn a shot-blocking monster into a top point earner with the training, so it’s not just the goal and assist guys getting you big points (they’re still important tho). Maybe you want a shot donkey— just get those trains humming! It keeps you engaged in a bunch of ways, and I like how you get promoted and relegated like in EPL. Daily packs are digital crack. You’ve been warned! lol

Fun but Buggy. Overall a fun app, but there’s a few bugs that make it difficult to use. When training players I have to tap the “Train” button multiple times before it seems to register it. It’s at the point where I don’t bother training players because it’s just so annoying to do.

Fun App. I get my morning updates on western games here first. Great to play with friends and family!

Awesome idea, super nostalgic!. It’s very important to read the tutorials as they pop up, the mechanism's are reminiscent of card collecting merged with NHL video games fantasy mode. Great app, excited to see how my team does in the playoffs ;)

Love it. This has made the playoffs feel much more engaging. There are a few areas that can be refined like the search function, however the experience overall has been quite enjoyable. The free to play options are also more than enough to make this app worth the a try. Hope they keep supporting it into next year.

Brutal game. I never get any good players

So many glitches. Was a cool game at first, the whole offseason thing is shambles. The “contracts” disappear and it doesn’t matter if you have the best players, you’ll lose. I’m confused on whether the actual NHLagreed to this game or not.

Really fun. Really good game and I love the idea, super fun to play and is overall perfect besides the occasional glitch.

Not Authorized. I have tried everything and the app constantly displays a message saying “Not Authorized”. I’ve signed in, I’ve deleted it and reinstalled. Cleared the cache. Nothing. Too bad. It was fun to play.

Slimy game. Training (upgrading) is a requirement to have any sort of a good team. Well, this company intentionally made the UI slow and awful in order to sell a 2 week pass that lets you instantly train players. Maybe the slimiest business model I have ever seen. Don’t bother, game is broken half the time and is honestly all around terrible with 0 QoL.

More accounts. I made to many accounts now I can’t play could you delete my accounts and let me start over

I can’t download it!. I tried to download it it flipped to the icon with the cloud and I can’t install. Why?? Please fix I really wanted to try this :(

Turbo training is broken. I recently just bought the all week access pass and it’s supposed to include turbo training? However I lost 120 coins when trying to do this and feel like I got scammed and lied to as it still isn’t letting me turbo train. I ask them to Please fix this and refund my coins. As they have ignored my support email countless times.

Cash grab pay to win. Everything is designed to get you to spend money to advance. Their ‘mini-games’ is just gambling. The newest update with simulation makes zero sense other than to get more people to buy coins to play the game. Your time is better to be used reading or doing anything else than open this app.

Cash grab!. When you begin, it’s look fun and promising. But after a while, it just an illusion. Same old strategy trying to get you to spend money for coins. I even wrote to them because i was curious about the odd… They said is random and tied to a pourcentage but it doesn’t make sense it always the same players and teams you received in your boosters pack. Very disappointing

Pointless. Any work put in, will just be thrown away, don’t bother. Their compensation is a slap to the face.

Good and Bad. I’m conflicted. It’s a fun game and it’s exciting to open packs looking for your favourite players, training them, picking your lineup. 2 Issues though: 1) The scoring system is broken. It’s starts out good: Goals -7p, Assists-4p, Shots,Hits,Blocked Shots -1p each. Fair a guy getting a hat trick which happens maybe a handfull of times in a good career gets 24 points. Now the problem: upgrades can be down on each stat 3 times which increases the value by 1. Not a %, but 1 point. So up grade shots and hits 3 times and now they are both worth 4 points each. A guy getting 3 shots and 5 hits now gets 32 points!!! I get it a player that can score and hit will still be good, but a mediocre stat line is just 3 shots and 5 hits should make for a super night. Yes you can upgrade goals but goals will go from 7 to 10 (43% increase) and hits will go from 1 to 4 (300% increase) 2)To train your guys to the last level (gold) you need a ridiculous amount of XP. Basically if you just start or if you didn’t play the simulation offseason mode in the summer you can only upgrade shots and hits to 3points. Which is a huge disadvantage. This is basically the only roadblock to the upgrade. As it’s takes the same amount of time to upgrade any level. 5 days total.

Fun way to engage in your favourite sport. This is a pretty slick looking app that has given me another way to enjoy Hockey. The excitement of hunting for your fav players or choosing the right line up has added a whole new fun experience watching the games. Bonus points for the music and visual aspect of the app!

Love it. Discovered this app in byfuglien’s community discord, downloaded it and has been putting my line ups since then. Way better than traditional fantasy imo with the packs opening. 10/10 would recommend

Give me cards !. Been having a lot of fun opening NHL card packs lately. It’s kinda addicting — you never know who you’re gonna get, and pulling a good player feels awesome. Slowly building up my team, swapping guys out, trying to get the chemistry right. It actually makes you think a bit, which I like. Really looking forward to the new games dropping on the app. I’ve spent all this time putting my team together, now I just want to see how they play. Can’t wait to finally hit the ice and test them out. Halifax, Nova Scotia

Waste of time. Don’t waste your money none of your players carry over into the new season got mcdavid and Mathew’s now you gotta collect all the card again which for free takes forever.

Small bug. Maybe it just bugs me, I mean it is a little thing, but it never used to to pause my background music when I would open the app and now it does and it’s sooooo annoying lol! Still love the app though!

Hidden UX behind 50$/mo paywall. I wish this game was developed better because I love the concept, but the player training takes way too long and is way too painful. The player base has brought this up repeatedly, and the devs put out a fix for an improved UX; but only if you pay 12.99/week. I expect better from the NHL.

Repetition. Fun. Have to put your time in unless your willing to spend the coin. Annoying that it continues to ask me to rate the app.

Developer. It’s a great game but I’m looking for a game where If I have problems I can count on the developer responding to my rewiew so developer if you respond to this I will tell freinds a family to play. Dream for fantasy hockey diehards, and a great gateway for the average fan to get hooked!. This is the most fun I’ve had playing a supplemental app as a sports fan. I’ve played in a TON of fantasy hockey and football pools, but this has gamified it to a way more fun level. I’ve never had so much fun on a sports app before that I’ve ever been willing to spend additional money on platform…I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve bought more coins, or bought a spin to try to win the jackpot on this app. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and if I could somehow invest in this thing blowing up over the next 2-3 years, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
