Fails constantly on voice recording. Love this tool in theory when it works the notes are very good but I haven't been able to consistently take a 30 minute call recording and have it work. Would be nice if I could confidently rely on it to work but it needs improvement! I'd gladly take my 30 bucks and spend it on a AI engine instead...

Fantastic when it works. When I first downloaded this app, I was amazed at its accuracy in summarising several meetings. The only issue is that it is not reliable. I have the latest update, but it will sometimes not record, giving a failed format message. I am paying attention to the meeting and cannot monitor whether the app is working or not. Tonight, I received a phone call in the middle of a meeting. This caused the app to stop recording and delete everything it had already recorded. The concept of it is great. The reliability needs work before charging a subscription for it.

Very good. Im on a free trial and this stuff is awesome, definitely saving up. They’re a bit expensive at 24 a month but you can get a lifetime thing for like 100 which is definitely worth it especially if you’re in college

Disappointed. After several attempts (at least 10) the app was never able to do a single note or summary. I even got the paid version. So disappointing

Deleted my meeting recording. Deleted my meeting recording. It said there is an error in formatting. It does not give an option to choose different format.

App was great until it stopped working. This app was fantastic until it suddenly stopped working. Was trying to open it and it crashes straight away and if I delete and then reinstall it says I will lose the data. I stopped paying for it until it’s fixed.

Disappointed. I got the app after a recommendation from a friend. I went to use it for an important job and it wouldn’t work just continental logging me out. 1 day after purchasing the 12 month subscription. So very disappointing.

Gave me only 5 minutes worth of transcription for a 60 minute keynote presentation!!! Awful!. I don’t recommend using the app. It didn’t transcribe the whole presentation, only gave me the last 5 minutes!!!

What I needed ... I waffle and with my accent the dictation is not captured correctly. But this App succinctly summarises my long waffle voice notes and even breaks it down with easy to see bold subheadings, nice and neat!

Worst app. I won’t even give this app 1 star it’s that bad!! But I have to. Do not recommend.

Not working mo support. I just bought the app It won’t open up on my phone. Keeps turning off when I turn it on and then I tried to email them with the email that is provided for support and the email they have doesn’t go through I paid for nothing and have no support

Helpful App. This app has been really helpful. One suggestion for improvement: I would like to be able to share directly within the app between my iPad, iPhone and laptop.

Refund option please. I signed up for a 3-day free trial after seeing a prompt in the app, but I was charged immediately upon activating it. This feels misleading, as I expected to try the app first before being billed. I would appreciate if the developers addressed this issue and refunded my money. Please ensure your trial terms are clearly stated to avoid confusion for other users.

It worked awesome till it didn’t. I downloaded the app and had been using it for the past few weeks. Love it! Does exactly what I wanted. I even paid for a one year subscription. Then this week it quit working. Every time I click on the app, it looks like it’s going to open but then shuts down right away. It’s up to date. I’ve tried rebooting my iPad numerous times now. It’s just not working at all. Gave it 3 stars because when it works, it works great. I’ve even contacted the developer and I’ve heard nothing from them. So disappointed.

Does not dictate in English. I purchased this app a few months ago. I have had to uninstall it twice hoping it would fix the issue. As of today 12/26/24 it shows my transcribed notes not in English. When I set the app it I chose English as the standard language.

Lost my audio. I used this for work and my files entirely disappeared. Very unreliable app.

YouTube Videos. I wanted to take notes on YouTube videos so I can read them as it works better for me but this app doesn’t work at all. It failed in several videos. I cancelled it immediately!!!

Download for school. Everything I uploaded for school had an error.
