Useless information. While this app does have a lot of campgrounds, there is no useful information about the campgrounds. You have to look them up on google.

New discovery. Just discovered the website and plan to use it to find new places to share with my grandson.

Wonderful. And very useful. Would love to see Corps of Engineers campgrounds too.

First place I go to discover USFS camp sites. Just an awesome, must have app.

Awful. When I first started using this app it worked great. Now nothing works. Hasn’t for over a year. Anything USFS is awful. Website awful. All the offices closed. No one answers the phone. Nice.

Robust but incomplete list. The first site I was looking for in the app wasn’t populating. Would like to see more added...

OSU73. Must be using incorrectly. When clicking on a location, does not give you needed info. For example, nothing about size limitations, or size of camp area???

Amazing. Best $1 I’ve spent recently! This app is even partially accessible when there is no cell service!! Also I love the elevation info.

Near Useless. I’ve checked whether FS/BLM sites I know, that are substantial sites, is included in this app. They are not. I’ve found other apps that are more complete. This one isnt worth the resources to keep

Not so great. The weather info does not display, just says 502 Bad Gateway. Also it would be nice if the campground information contained the open dates. Still have to go to the BLM site for that. Last issue is that the camp locations often say “Disbursed Camping” when they are actual campsites is not disbursed per the BLM site. It does have great content, shows all the BLM and USNF sites

Info. Great app overall. Would be nice to have access to the campground website links since it is not always descriptive on camping laws.

Time. Not totally user friendly. Need more time to acquaint myself with this app.

BLM update needed. There are many BLM sites that do not show up on this app.

Terrible. Despite the good reviews, app was horrible. Missed many usfs and blm campgrounds. I just travelled 3000 miles through AZ, CO and UT. The app either didn’t list the places I actually stayed or stated they were closed for the season, which clearly was not the case. Not sure how the app missed the mark so bad... very disappointing.

Can’t use appnot user friendly. no where is there any location areas to enter a trip???? no where is there a directions how to use???? completely useless garbage

Great App!. This one concentrated on US government lands (where my husband’s senior discount is honored.) All the information you need is just a click or two away!!

Pictures. It be cool if users of this app could upload pictures of the campsites, and maybe allow other campers to comment

Review. I wish I knew which sites were free and how much they cost if they aren’t.

Very Inaccurate .. worthless. Not enough info about a site. Campground location is very inaccurate. Ex..there is no Joe’s Campground near Torrey in Utah. BLM sites have no info and the locations are not true. Terrible app .. do your homework!

Compromised card!. Paid $.99 $1.05 after-tax yesterday today woke up got a text message that five dollars from my account was taken. last five dollars in my account. I never ever bought anything on Apple store except for this app and my account gets compromised buyers beware

New user.. So far so good. First time user. Seems easy to navigate. Will update if I can use the app to locate Boondocking locations around the United States

Very useful app. This app is easy to use, and doesn’t collect any of your personal information.

I depend on this!. A neighboring camper at Texas Caprock canyons park suggested this app and l have used it since then for every outdoor adventure around the USA. (20 states in 2021). A great help n with so many locations/campsites (many FREE or under ten dollars a nite) it is fun just to browse around the country from my sofa.

Well Worth the Effort!. You may have to search through some minutiae in that the filters aren’t overly specific. But there are tons of great campsites here to find, if you invest the time to do so.

Weak on info. It lists some information but is not of much use. The author seems to have some kind of fetish about the air miles to everywhere. Maybe they should be marketing to airplane pilots instead of rv'ers. It doesn't matter what you're looking for, you're going to get the air miles for everything.

Disbursed Camping. Shows campgrounds as stated but would be nice to show more disbursed camping areas.

Excellent app!. This is a great app for locating US forest service campsites throughout the country. I use thus as a starting point to investigate US forest service campground options when on road trips.

Why did I pay for this?. Must be sponsored by KOA and it’s fine except I had to pay for the app.

Missing vital info.. This app is great for finding campgrounds. However, the base map does not show FS and BLM land boundaries. Since we can disperse camp on much of this land it would be most helpful if we knew we were on public land or not.

Filters are broken. When I apply filters, no campsites appear despite many meeting the filter criteria. Also, this paid app has a lot less information about each campsite than most of the free apps. Save your money unless you’re specifically looking for USFS/BLM campsites.

horrible. theres absolutely no information other than the gps coordinates. photo system is outdated and often not of the actual site, no reviews, no amenities or pricing information website links dont go to the actual site link just a general site where the names of ranger stations dont match any of the site names this could be such a great app if someone just took the initiative to beef it up with some useful information

Poor design, nothing that you can’t get for free elsewhere. The design is messy, this is basically the same app as Boondocking, except it costs $$. No info on BLM dispersed camping or costs for campground sites.

This is it!. If you prefer more remote camping, if you’d like to find hiking and biking trails, if you just want to bum around the National Forest / BLM scene, this is your App.

Indispensable app. I’ve been using this app for about 2 years now and am thoroughly satisfied.

Great app for park seekers. My family loves RV camping at parks over paying money to private companies. It helps the parks. Noticing that the KOA is partnered in this app, it would be immensely helpful if USACE parks were included in the app. There are numerous lakes, rivers and dams that have RV sites for rent. If you could include these location, this app would be beyond five stars.

BLM. Can’t find number of sites at each campground and amenities at each site Also site doesn’t recognize where I am

Not worth it. Extremely difficult to navigate for a paid app. Disappointed!

Actual gps coordinates can be waaaaay off.. I did significant damage to my small RV using rds that lead to the campground indicator only be be a mile or so off on a totally different route. Great for showing you what’s out there but don’t trust The locator at all.

Still Learning. New to RVing so I’m still learning. The app is pretty intuitive but I’ll know more once we start in earnest. Then I’ll update my review.

Unusable. I just bought this app. When I search for any area to camp it gives me zero results even though I know there is camping there. Waste of money.

Very Effective At Conveying Certain Information. Locate camping locations, cross reference the weather before arrival. Developers, please continue by integrating with state park systems for additional route planning.

North American motorcycle Tour. I like camping and finding out of the way locations. From Texas to the west coast, up to Canada and back down through the plains, this app has been super.

Map Legend Needed. Great app! I’m looking at northern NM near Abiquiu. The map colors are green, brown, and light brown. What do these mean? Forest Service, BLM, and private? Seems like the map needs a legend. Thanks! gmy

BLM land. I don’t find this app helpful for finding BLM land other than campgrounds. Very disappointed!

Good resource. Shows campgrounds that it is otherwise almost impossible to find. Poor base map.

Not Worth Paying For. So I’m currently at a long established and popular BLM campground, discovered through friends. Decide to buy this app as the other 5 apps I have don’t really show BLM land and campgrounds. This app doesn’t even show the BLM campground I’m at despite choosing BLM campgrounds in the filters!!!

Stung Again. Another app that doesn't deliver. I shoulda known when it indicated no rating. I checked out a few that I knew about one was shown on the wrong highway RVs are ok but so far have not found any campground where what kind of camping is available... Total ripoff. I want my money back !!!!!!!!! Deleted your garbage app.

Hack-Job of an app. It’s quite rough around the edges; seems like some vlookup of a BLM csv file interposed with map. Not worth the $1 by a gsx mile — or a crows path!

App. Thought the app would have had alot more information. If your looking for an app that just shows you the names and some basic info for a campground in a specific area this maybe for you. I would have like to have seen costs,amenities, etc. within the app instead of a link.

50/50. Very good info but not useful because the map feature doesn't open up my apple maps app so I can't actually set my driving directions to the spot.

Great app. Find your favorite campsites. This app couple with the Rec.gov app work sweet together to find campgrounds, cg info, prices and reviews.

Doesn't show all the locations that are out there. Missing sites around Zion national park. Allstays app shows missing locations.

This app is wonderful!. For only 99 cents this app is a real bargain. I purchased a detailed download of USFS campgrounds in the West for $11.50 and it’s not near as much fun as this app. I also bought a BLM campground book that is almost useless. This app is very user friendly and shows exactly where campgrounds are located on the map. It also has pictures and good descriptions. Good purchase!

Excellent USFS campgrounds. Excellent app that has helped us find over 10 campgrounds that are off the grid. The link to Google gives us the directions to each. We use it to find last minute campgrounds based on their elevation.

Not worth paying for.. I thought this app would be helpful in providing locations and campground information. It has a few campgrounds on a map but no other information on them. There is an upgrade option in the app for what looks like the full version of this app, for $5.99. I was also hoping it would provide a map of BLM and USFS land, but it does not.

No campground site info. Just bought this and checking it out and When you bring up a campground it has no info about sites. What kind there are, how many or what services is offered. Whether they are reservable or not, what type of RV can fit in the sites! That is what I wanted to find out about.

Not enough. Admittedly I am new to this app but: Just showing where campgrounds are to me is not enough. The app advertises on free or next to free public land campsites yet the first thing I see are a bunch of KOAs and then campgrounds within Stateparks et.al. that are at least $25 and up. And absolutely no info with it. E.g. Juniper Springs shows as USFS but it’s a State Park campground with limited facilities which does not let you run a generator at night - and this is in Florida with hot and humid nights. Important info I would say. If it was a boondocking area I could run my gen, or at least not expect anything. Anyway, for an app it is very very disappointing. Glad it was not more than a $ or I would have been really bummed. There are really MUCH better apps. If I just wanted a map I would have pulled out my FMCA road atlas. I have absolutely no idea how this app got 4.5 stars

Don’t Bother. This app is a bust it tells no information on any campground and nothing on dispersed BLM sites. Not worth the money.

Waste of Money. Just a every site I look at is missing information . A waste of my money . Save yours.

Comprehensive app. I’m retired and look to go camping as often as possible. The Recreation.gov app not only facilitates making reservations, it provides weather and condition alerts. The photo selection is improved and the interactive campground maps help identify sites and inform which sites are considered more desirable.

Well done informative app. This app is very helpful in finding campgrounds on public lands. I found it very helpful

Missing campsite. Hi. I couldn’t find Courthouse Rock BLM CG north of Moab. Why not?

Many sites are missing!. I was disappointed to see how many sites are missing. This could be a great site if the developers spent more time at the government sites completing the listing.

None.. Almost none info about the site. Camp & tent from allstays LLC has way more info and links. Edit: developer replied saying that it only costs $1. So he should make a cheap app with sparse info. Smart thought! The app is completely useless for me. Will you return my money?

Great App Needs more specifics. This app is great for locating where the campgrounds are, however it would be nice to have types, lengths of spots and how many spots. Contact info for campground would be nice to see.

Useless. Doesn't work. Waste of electrons.. Won't reveal any BLM campgrounds that I know exist. Won't even show designated BLM areas.

Boondock. It doesn’t specify what is free and what isn’t .

Shows the location only. If you want an app that shows the location of BLM and Forrest campgrounds and just the locations then this app will work for you. It uses one of two icons to indicate the type and location of campgrounds. When you click on one the screen splits and it shows the full name of the campground along with the coordinates and name of the nearest town. What it doesn't include: Directions of any kind The number or type of camping spots A list of amenities such as restrooms, water, trash The cost (if any) Contact info such as a phone number

Disappointed. The wonderful BLM campground we are in right now is not listed!! That makes this whole app suspect!! UPDATE please!!

Love this app. Great app, easy to use and the information is accurate.

JB. What a waste of money. This app does show locations but provides no additional information, like phone numbers, contact information for the forest services, or even any detailed information regarding what is available at that particular forest. Very disappointing. I would like to have my money back

U.S. Gov links. The balm and uses gov links do not function in this app.

Incomplete Campground Database. This is a good app and has the potential to supply you with everything you need to find the right campground for you. But the list of existing campgrounds is not complete. I've found that in CA, at least 10% (maybe more) of all existing campgrounds in the NF & BLM are not in this apps database. For example, where is Voyager Rock, Marmot Rock, or Trapper Springs campgrounds around Courtright Reservoir? And there are plenty of others also. Near Devils Postpile, there are 4 campgrounds and only 3 are listed here. It's a bummer when using this app to narrow down a campground, and in the back of your mind you know there are campgrounds not being listed.

Great app!. This app is super helpful for finding campsites! You can upload gpx files, find reviews, check how dark the skies are, weather, maps etc. Not much about the sites is available directly in the app but it links out to reviews and informational sites which is almost as good. Great find!

Don't buy!. If you have an RV this is not the app for you. Filters don't work. App appears to want to sell you another 20,000 locations.

Where are they?. Lots of local usfs campgrounds not showing up.
