What is coon hunter diaries app? With this Coon Hunter Diaries Application the user will be able to do the following:
1. Make Dog profiles
2.Log key elements of the hunt such as weather, temperature, Moon Phases, and the analytics of the hunt such as number of trees, number of coons, missed coons, den trees, couldn't find scenarios etc. Also included is a note section to jot down key notes of the hunt.
3. The hunter will be able to Edit Dog profiles if changes arise.
4. The hunter can view past logged hunts or delete them.
5. The user can also see running statistics of their dog's performance from day 1 until now.
6. I suppose I need to mention that if you have some minimal cellular service you can use the maps feature that the Application includes. The hunter can drop pins for Tree, Person, Truck, and Help. With this map view and dropped pins, you can see how far you are currently from the dropped locations. Also if the user chooses to , they can delete dropped pins or share their locations with themselves or a friend. If the user chooses to they can choose the satellite directions button that will lead them to Apples incredible map system to see land terrains. The map view also has a built in Compass that updates with every turn and uses the front of the iPhone direction as its origin. The GPS integrated into the App is not necessarily designed for driving highway speeds as it can disrupt the coordinate calculations. Walking speeds and even slow driving speeds will allow for better GPS experience. The GPS was designed to share location with friend, and help the hunter during the hunt. Also you can monitor drop times and let the app calculate the statistical average time it takes for your dog to tree a coon from now until every coon treed in the future. If you are hunting competitions, you can log your score card and the results. Wins are tracked for each Hunting Association. The latest upgrade gives the user the ability to connect with the Coon Hunter Diaries Facebook page and share content, post discussions, and get tips and tricks about the app. Recently added a Coon Squaller attribute (bring those coons to you)! Also track all those expenses and be able to review them to better plan your costs.
-Recent Update has 4 individual stop watches that work independently so you can time dogs in the casts strikes and barks during competitions. Also a hunting count down timer to let all know when the hunting time has expired.

Very helpful. I have multiple hounds I run and it really helps me to log what each dog has done the night of a hunt and what does/doesn’t need to be improved on with each individual dog

In My Opinion:. IMO: it’s a Great idea for an app. I just wish I could talk more of my buddies into using it. I think each version will get better. It would be cool to have a Dog Hunter App in general, one that could be used for anything from bird dogs to rabbit dogs or even deer dogs.

Finally a Coon Hunting App!. So far I’m liking the app. Easy to navigate, layout is simple. Great for personal use, even better if you are hunting other people’s dogs.
Great app for coon hunting. Love the simplicity of being able to log all those hunts while hunting and with gps technology built in . Well worth it !
Great app!!. Very simple to use and I like how I can have a database for all the hounds and track their statistics. The GPS is a nice perk too!
Great App!. This app is great. Super easy to track your dogs stats as you go and see the results. Much easier than trying to write things down or track on my phone and the price is well worth it’s ease of use. Just start a new hunt and track as you go. I’m definitely a numbers/stats person. If want a real accurate measurement of what your dog does then this is definitely worth it. Although, you may find out your 95% accurate dog isn’t as accurate as you think lol.
Coon hunter diary’s. Glad my son did this app for all the coon hunters to enjoy and keep stats on each one of their dogs. We all have that favorite dog that we don’t want to ever forget.

If your a serious competition hunter or just a pleasure hunter keep up with everything your dog does From coons seen to slicks and even competition and be able to go back and look at your dogs stats to see how good they really are … Best 6$ I’ve ever spent don’t take my word for it try it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed….
Coon hunters diaries. My son designed this for the coon hunters I am glad he did I really like be able keep stats on my dogs and look back on their hunts and what they done on a nites hunt.
