Great for Staying on Budget. This app is great to use if you are trying to stay on budget. It's easy and quick to snap a picture of your receipts, and watch your transactions get categorized automatically. You can change the categories if you need or want to.

Excellent app. I like to use it a lot, but upgraded is not one time. We have to pay every month. Unless I'm Self employed otherwise no need to upgrade. If there is a one time pay out, I would think about it. Just don't spend much daily or less than 7 transactions, it is still a good app for keeping track of expenses.

Itemize is excellent for recording expenses.. This app is easy to use and generally records all information accurately. Automatically selects pre set categories, but additional custom categories can be created. Common chain store merchants are identified and recorded. Custom merchants can be created when the app can’t identify the merchant. The app does have issues with long receipts and some information may need to be added or modified. Possibly a method to separate a long receipt into two photos might help. Individual expenses can be tagged for business purposes. Reports can be created and much of the app information can be reviewed through their website on a computer.

Great way to track my expenses. The app is easy, fast and accurate. It is a great way to track my expenses. Snap a picture and the copy of the receipt along with the total, tax, etc is right there in the app in a few seconds. I love the new Receipt Details feature. Even though it is in Beta, it is pretty good at capturing the details in most cases. I can add/change any of the details too. This app stays on the main screen for me.

The best receipt app by FAR. works REALLY well for all my receipts, but is especially great for keeping track of my business expenses and makes it easy to download them every month as a part of my expense form- it’s also simple to edit receipt info when I need to---its about time someone finally did this well.

Subscription Shortfall. I'm deleting this app. I was enjoying collecting data when I reached the monthly limit and was prompted to upgrade to a monthly subscription of $5.99. Sorry. I can take a picture and build a spreadsheet to do the same thing. In fact, similar apps can do much the same for free or for $3 to remove ads. I can't see paying $72 per year for the convenience of your great OCR app. Bye.

A Definite Must for People watching their $$$$!. This app helps store and organize your receipts. It is intuitive about the category of the receipt as a general rule. Will be definitely helpful in the assessment of your expenses as well as the formulation of a budget. Just a tad annoying when it crashes as you need to sign in again or in a hard crash you have to delete and re-download the app. This situation happens every time there is an iOS update and it's becoming annoying already. Other apps don't have the same issues! And this is the reason I have downgraded the star rating.

So simple. I have reviewed all new versions of the app since paying for the Pro service. This app just keeps getting better. I love the new love chat feature and instantly get an answer from a customer support agent. The Pro service allows me to manage all of my expenses with a simple picture of a receipt and put into my QuickBooks account. Itemize is a no brainer!!!

Question as to if this ap tracks & sales your personal info?. This app has been developed to collect data "all" your spending habits. I attempted to read privacy policy of this app directly from the App Store but upon clicking link it says page can't be found. Saying all that to say I question if this app collects this data and then turns around and sales it to other business for profit. It's a humongous market that most are unaware of (collect & sale personal info to marketers). Not saying this is the case but most times it is. I encourage all to investigate and get facts before or continuing use of this app.

Practical, but needs refining. I love the easy to use operating system and the fact that (when it works) it categorizes the expense, credit card used and the logo of the vendor auto populated, HOWEVER, the photo of receipt isn’t very clear. I thought perhaps it was my lack of Photograohy skills, but I read another’s review and they have confirmed the photo is in fact unclear. Also, it takes rather long for the system to “process” the information captured from receipt; certainly needs refining. I still love the concept and will continue to use this app as I’m a Real Estate professional so with that said keeping track of faded crinkly receipts is certainly more of a headache than using this app.

The New Itemize App is Awesome. The new app has a much improved user interface, the uploading and processing are fast, and most importantly, the data capture is really accurate. Our business leverages the Quickbooks integration so the reimbursement process is easy - this app is a must have for small businesses.

I bill I bill!. Finally I'm in the habit of taking good notes about expenses I have to bill for!! Itemize makes it easy- just a moment whenever I'm in line or at the end of the day and its all in there! Customer service was really good, kept my faith when I couldn't find my data - it's all there now!! Phew! Touch ID would be nice- and a slightly lower price would likely get them way more customers! (Like $2.99 (price less than a latte to sell more!)

Terrible Support. If you have any problems, good luck getting any help. I have tried through the website, calling, and putting in a ticket. My ticket is currently 4 months old with no response. Spend your money elsewhere.

Works pretty good. The app works well, doesn't always recognize dates on receipts, but that might be due to the many different places that they are on the receipts. When manually changing the date it's a bit buggy and the set date may change when you leave the screen. Apart from that, upload was pretty quick 1-2 minutes and they got most of the information correct. Not bad at all.

Life Saver. Itemize saves me SOOO MUCH time and hassle. This app has saved me from spending hours doing bank statement reconciliations. Expense reports. Tax time. Both business and personal is easy to track with TAGS. Exporting to excell with the images - automatic categorization is a life saver. I've had to contact customer service in the past for some glitches and they were responsive, timely, understanding, and stayed in constant communication with me. I was very impressed and continue to stay loyal to them because of their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Get the APP. You'll love it. Then, you'll buy the upgraded because it's awesome. The end.

So many issues and very slow. This app is very slow and every time you attempt to upload more then one image a day it says error occurred and logs you out. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Great App.. But,. I was hoping you guys could add the options to add more then one email for the digital receipts. Also touch ID for a password login, for security measures. But for the most part it's a great app, I'm a truck driver so it's actually a must have for me and I've told a few of my fellow drivers about it 😄 so keep it up team and thanks again.

Great tool to track spending!. I hate to budget and to track my spending. This makes it easy and simple with the scan receipt feature. Gone are my envelopes full of receipts! And, I love how it automatically imports emailed receipts and invoices!!!

The best of its kind. I've tried several similar apps, like Billguard, Ziploop and few others that I are not even worth mentioning. Billguard is definitely my favorite, Ziploop is pretty awesome, but this app is definitely my favorite. You scan the receipt, and most of the time, the merchants logo appears, you can create and add the spending categories, and select an icon to go with it. Highly recommended.

Super SLOW at doing what it says it does…. This app performs as indicated but, is annoyingly SLOW!

No support. Developer says to email support but they ignore your support email. The app itself works well, but I had issues with emailing receipts. I wrote to Support three times asking for help and never received a reply. Eventually I deleted the app and reinstalled it and my emailed receipts were there. It would’ve been nice if Support had answered any of my three requests for help. Update reply to developer: I replied through the app itself through “support chat.” I was trying to decide between Veryfi and Itemize, but unfortunately no one ever responded to my support requests. I figured the fastest response that I would get would be the response through the app. I do not know what happened to my questions, but they never did get answered.

Nice design but still has bugs. They have a nice user interface and it seems pretty intuitive to me. This will be a great product but they need to eliminate some more bugs first. App crashed on my iPhone. Changing display settings doesn't work consistently. Interpreting receipts is pretty strong given the poor quality of some printed receipts. I would also like a way to split, prorate or otherwise itemize a receipt? I like the app but it won't be worth a subscription until some bugs are cleaned up imho.

It's great when it works. ... which is about 50% of the time. I've had many half images captured that require me to always keep the physical receipt, which kind of defeats the whole point. Also, the load time can be pretty long, meaning I've spent a few long moments waiting for the app to open. Fine for causal users but business travelers beware. If they get the bugs worked out, this is a five star app.

Needs serious work. For an app that has one job, it’s not very good at it. I get that if a photo isn’t clear or a receipt is wrinkled/faded, that an algorithm can’t make out the details. What I don’t understand is why the app algorithm argues with how I label expenses. I toggle work expense, it saves as verified, but when I double-check, I have to re-toggle and redo the expense category and in some other cases, I have to redo the date and the merchant..AGAIN. ‘Which was infuriating while going through a stack (from a box of) of receipts. I like the filters for exporting and the options for doing so (pdf, excel, + receipt photos) but the filters are useless if they don’t stick. If I get negatively audited due to any of this, I certainly won’t be a paying customer.

Jason. Hi, I'm just starting learn this app. People, these days, don't listen! They think they are, but their not. They can be rude, condescending and impatient, not knowing why the person on the other end of the phone, is having problem with understanding, I've been really sick. I find I have to explain my sickness and that's okay. The type of sickness I have affects, the way I decipher things. Jason, your customer representative at itemize, has been kind enough to take the time to explain a few things. Jason's has been very patient with me. He listens and takes the time to explain back to me in great detail, exactly the questions, I just asked. He has a gift, to simplify and was great with me. So thanks, Jason for your help, Jason. THE app for tracking biz expenses.. CURRENT VERSION: I've been using Itemize since the beginning and it keeps getting easier, faster, BETTER. High recommend. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Tracking my biz and travel expenses is the bane of my existence. This app makes it all a snap (literally). Exportable and itemized reports is a huge plus.

Bait & Switch. I downloaded this app several months ago. At the time, the website said users could have free, but limited, access to the app which worked fine for my needs. Now today I got a notice that my "trial" ended (I had a full access trial that ended months ago) and now I can't access anything on my account without paying. Essentially it's ransomware at this point. I tried messaging the company but no one was available and despite saying to leave a message, their website doesn't allow you to leave a message. Even if you plan to pay (in my opinion way too much monthly!) for the membership, beware that they have lousy communications and may change the terms on you without any warning.

Been Looking for An App Like This!. This app is exactly what I need for keeping track of my expenses while traveling in multiple countries using multiple currencies. It keeps expenses separated and in different categories and totals them up for you by category. It puts everything into an awesome report too.

Highly recommended. Works just like it says, snap a pic of your receipt and it fills in all the information for you. Even has brand name logos that usually upload wth your receipt. Very easy to use makes money management easy as can be. 5 stars

Great app. I love this app! I loose receipts all the time! I have looked and looked over the years for an app like this one. I use it every day. It helps me keep track of my spending and I don't have the clutter I use to. I am a truck driver and I use my credit card for everything. The irs and New York State do not allow credit card statements

Works but to expensive. I was looking for a nice way to track personal expenses without too much hassle. I keep receipts for child support purposes. Yeah, this app works as stated, but it costs $150/year if I want to export ANY of the data. If this company were to close or I get locked out of my account (as another review stated) I would lose all the data. If I throw out my receipts, then I have no backup. Also, it takes a while to process the photos/receipts. I think I'm going to buy a scanner from a reputable company that will do this for me for less than half the price.

Absolutely Fantastic app. After a few weeks of trying to keep up with entering my receipts into an online spreadsheet (or even just store pictures of receipts) I started seriously looking for a simple app that would read and log the text on the receipts for me. This is that app guys. I use it constantly to log receipts and purchases. Download it and give it a try! You will be glad you did

Love this app!. This app is the EASIEST way for me to keep track of my business expenses! I really appreciate the various ways of coding the expense, which trip it was for, adding extra notes...this is well thought out and will make tax season WAY LESS stressful next year!

Doesn’t Work - Bait and Switch. I’ve deleted the app. The digital receipt function does not work. These are the issues: 1. Despite connecting my email, there is no way to add past receipts. The whole reason I got this app was to organize the jumble of invoices and such in my inbox, but despite moving them, reforwarding them to myself, and refreshing the app repeatedly; they do not add to the app. 2. For new orders, I get a receipt for the invoice, a receipt for the shipping notification, and a receipt for the delivery confirmation. This is confusing and requires too much work on my part to identify and delete duplicates. 3. Receipt details are often missing or just plain wrong; and there’s no way to go in and manually correct them, even if I were so inclined (I’m not). Also, you have to pay a monthly fee to do more than a few paper receipts per month. I am getting really sick of “Free” apps that aren’t free at all.

So far, so great. Love this easy to use app. I'm amazed how accurately it reads the input. No need to type in anything. Next I'm going to upgrade to the full access version. Thank you for making my personal and business life so organized.

Amazing app especially during Tax Season. This is the application that I have been looking for! I cannot throw out my receipts that have been stocking up in my wallet! Slightly pricey monthly fee, don't get me wrong $4.99 is not bad but adds up, I would totally subscribe for $2.99. But if you have it, like I said this app is a great app. Just take a snapshot of your receipt and all your information is there

Love it so far. Had one minor issue, lost everything when iOS updated. Luckily I had just started using it so I didn't lose very much, I hope that never happens again tho!! Other than that, I LOVE IT. Exactly what I was looking for :)

Best I've tried. I've tried a few, this one is the best because of accurate, almost instant data capture, and really simple to use. Being able to email a receipt is handy but the merchant is never correct and you can't edit that. They have an email linking feature but it doesn't work with yahoo so won't work for me. I still prefer it to others I've tried.

They won't stop charging my credit card. The app was not the solution to my problem. But I had signed up for the basic plan. Now I can't get them to stop charging my card. It's been impossible to find a person to talk with and no where on the app can I find a way to stop the charges. Change plan only allows you to go to the next level up. Not cancel. Makes me think it's a rip off

Works well!. This app is nice. It scans receipts through the camera and helps keep a log of all your purchases though your iPhone. I highly recommend it if you need to keep track of all your purchases for work and home. I would have give it five stars, but I noticed one drawback today. I somehow it didn't register one of my purchases.

Great Idea - but.... I was hopeful when I downloaded, joined, and tried it out. It's a great idea and looks simple, and useful. Then I get the upgrade button, and found the bad news. The free version is just that,free. And, what do you expect for free? If you upgrade the only option is a monthly charge. I'm sure the app could handle that expands also. But, for $180/year it's a big NO NO NO WAY for me. Sorry developers, good luck anyway.

Apps seems to be getting worse!. I’ve had this app for 3+ years and it was a revolution for this type of thing. I scan the app. Put it in either personal or business, and it finds the info. Since I’ve had it it seems like it’s not finding the stores as it did in the past. Then I go into the app and switch its name is hard. If it finds the name only if you spell it 100% the way the are looking for it. Capitals, spaces, and that is a guess because how do you know how they inputted it JL to the itemize data base. 2nd if I switch to business as the expense it has to error put 2-3 times. I usually have to swipe away the APL. Go back in and then try again. But this year we found a ton of these receipts did not show in the report. If I wanted to go back through my receipts I would simply add them to a shoe box, and go back through at the end of the year. I hope the figure this out, because I’m not going another year again if this keeps up.

Perfect to the new business owner. This app has helped me stay organized in so many ways. Even if some of the information is slightly incorrect instill have everything for my tax professional. It has been awesome to be able to just put the receipts in a box and leave it all up to the app.

Quick books. The basic idea and technology for sure add value and this could be a 5 star very soon for me. I had to upgrade to try the quick books integration. It grabs the transactions but still requires you to go in and change the categorization and over type the payee hence manual over ride It's almost there, and if I am not using it correctly there lies another problem..... No online user video guides My reports don't look like the ones in the sales video Has potential but feels very early stage in a lot of its support infrastructure. $8 99 a month taken as a lump sum is steep considering cost of Quickbooks etc but if they can resolve my issues it may be worth it, if not I asked if I can cancel and get refund only hours after signing up. Let's see how they handle my help requests

Keeps getting better!. Each itemize update keeps getting better, running faster and more smoothly. It helps me organize all my receipts without all the clutter in my wallet. Perfect for when your on the go!

Horrid App. This is a terrible application. I installed it, supplied my email account, and it (eventually) downloaded my on-line purchase receipts – but created duplicates of many, confused charges with credits, and then, does not even allow you to delete anything except one by one. Then, it didn’t even recognize my credentials when I tried to log on again, although the website seemed to let me log on. Take a pic of a receipt? No itemization. Wot? I immediately deleted the app. Horrible.

Best ever!. I love this app! I've tried several expense tracking apps in the past and nothing measures up to this app. Thank you so much for the developers for thinking the way I do. I'll recommend this to others.

More stable / a business essential!. After several updates to the app, the app finally got stable with a few glitches here and there involving the importing of receipts from my e-mail account. Otherwise, this program is indispensable and worthy of being downloaded as a means of keeping track of tax deductable expenses.

This app just keeps getting better!. The more Itemize adds features and improvements, the more I like it! For me, the app has already paid for itself many times over, with no lost receipts and quicker expense processing and tracking. Keep up the good work!

Great APP. I love this APP it's fantastic, imports the photo of my invoices etc then I have a electronic copy but best of all I have them stored for tax purposes etc. I can call on them anytime.

It’s too expensive for it’s worth. This would be a handy program if it would cater for the average households.Which it did earlier. The concept is great, however only those in big business could afford the annual fee and big business would probably find this program too simple. I would definitely consider buying it if there was a reasonable annual fee.I was using it when free but have now deleted it and am looking for an alternative program.

12 months on still require password after every update. The requirement of a password after every update is a significant UX flaw.

Good &Bad. Not a bad little app for recording and storing receipts. Didn't get to use the reporting function as every time I tried it crashed. But even if it did work properly there is no way this app is worth $8.99 a month - charged yearly in advance! They're dreaming!

Loads of bugs. Managed to record one receipt. Couldn't do anything after that and kept crashing.

It actually costs $5.95US P/M. They left out a very important peace of information in their explanation! You only get 5 free paper receipts per week or 15 per month for free. Anymore then that and your looking at 5.95US per month! Total scam! I have reported this app to apple explaining that they don't tell anyone it costs to get full features of the app! Be warned!

Crashes When Processing Images. Hi Developers, This could be a great app if you ironed out the bugs that cause the constant crashes. Installed on iPhone 6 with very latest iOS update. It appears there is a compatibility issue. I'll leave the app on for a while and hope you can sort out these issues without delay and send out an update soon. Thanks

Too slow. Takes too long to do everything, (e.g filters), even just the four demo receipts. Uninstalling in under 2 minutes of installing.

Mind blowing. Never thought an app like this would ever exist. It's just amazing. Especially for tax seasons.

Not a free app.. Although in app purchases are not offered, this is only a trial of the app and requires a subscription to continue use. VERY DECEIVING that this is not explained before the download.

Doesn't work as promised. Great idea, but many issues. The software seem to be in very early alpha version. Do not spend $109 for becoming an alpha tester of the software. Many features simply don't work at all or really buggy, most noted issues: - invoice date is not recognised (snapshot quality is perfect, prominent text) - many invoice snaps are cut in half (incomplete snapshot) - support is useless. Typical responses are -- we do our best to make it work (and ticket is closed immediately) -- won't fix, works as expected (and ticket is closed immediately)

Crazily recommended. This is the spending solution that I have been longing for. 1 more star to go for a full rate of it is shareable to other user with the same account.

Keeps crashing on latest iOS. This could be a great app. But it's not. Crashed 4 times in 10 minutes. Just adding a simple photo of a receipt took 2 minutes and then crashed. Please fix this.

Great App. A little slow at the pick up when initialising but great once it's up and running. Easy to use and track all receipts for tax time and budgeting.

Can't use past trail expiry. Once the trail expires it won't allow me to signup or use the app even if I'm willing to pay. Endless trail expiry loops

Dreadful. One star is one too many. This app just doesn't work. End of story. Save time and frustration and look elsewhere

Expensive, terms of use are concerning.. I've just downloaded this app to test for suitability, and I'm shocked to find how expensive it is. It does seem to work well, but really, even $60 a year for a Basic plan is extortionary. And this is NOT disclosed prior to download (note to developer: it should be!). I'll be deleting it because I can't justify that sort of expense for a pensioner who does have more than 15 receipts per month. Other issues which concern me are those in the Terms of Use relating to privacy. I'm uncomfortable with any third party having access to my data.

Crashes on startup. Was a good app but has been crashing since the last few updates.. will change rating once app is fixed but issue hasn't been fixed in months..

Dangerous. It asks for full access to your emails and permission to write and permanently delete amongst a whole host of other permissions which are completely not needed. What on earth? Very very sus 😠

Useless. Installed the app. Trying to launch and it just crashes when trying to sign up. Deleted and tried again. Crashed. As a developer you need to sort this stuff out ASAP as will not return to this app

Useful. I haven't had any problems using this app and it stores the docket info accurately. My only complaint is that the tracking is a bit slow but otherwise very useful and I don't have to keep a stack of paper dockets 👏👏

Really Happy. I've tried other apps recently of this kind as I think it's a great idea but I found them to be very slow. Not this one! This does everything I need to keep track of receipts for both buisness and personal. Thank you.

Works Brilliantly, But It Costs EACH Month!. Buyers beware: this app costs US$5.99 if you wish to use it more than 5 times per day / 15 times per month. It does work very well, but for a salaried employee with limited claims, I won't be paying so much money for a basic subscription.

Still crashes sick of reloading - give up. Crashes and need to reload app sometimes..otherwise a great idea and app. Just crashed again ... deleted and reload app again.... until next time .... getting a bit ordinary.

Great app. Love that it's FREE

Not for me. I was using it on my iPhone 5s with iOS 10. Difficult to use and not good at recognizing merchants. Had 8 receipts entered then app crashed. Lost half of what I had entered. In the bin it goes.

Automatic charge after cancelling. I was charged automatically for a subscription after I had cancelled it many many many months in advance. I even contacted their customer service by email and they simply never got back to me about it before the charge happened. Awful customer service total scam I want my money back

Wowzers!!!. This app really helped me in my everyday life. I learned a lot from the twitter feed that the company runs. It is a really useful app when I want to be in a good mood and when my three year old baby is crying I just put my phone with the app on and he laughs and spontaniously starts to sing the song 'If I had a million dollars' by the barenaked ladies. Anyways... 5 stars for the party animals dream app!!!

Unsatisfy. This app does not work on my iPhone 7 it keeps closing every time I open it

Love this app. I don’t know what I did before I had this app other than spending ages stapling receipts to pieces of paper and photocopying them in then submitting for reimbursement! This just makes my life so much easier.

Useful. For the most part, this app works very well, though some of the email receipts that get scanned are not receipts and some are difficult to edit. Overall, very happy with it.

Great app. I really like the app and would love to have a version for private use that could be a purchase and not a subscription. I don't use this for work but would for personal. The sub fee is a little steep for that though.

Blindsided. Don't think of getting this app unless you give up all your financial information. I thought it would scan receipts, and put them in order. When I first tried it, it had my credit card spending, gas spending, all my financial spending without ever scanning a receipt. This looks like a money scam to me. Also I was to be charged a monthly fee that I did not know about and was not told about.

Quick and easy. Best app to use for collecting and processing receipt data. Balanced form and function. Easy to read. Fastest one out there.

A Must Have!. Very easy to use and get your daily life organized. Will certainly recommend to my friends.

Keeps crashing now. *update 6/17, even after developer updated the software, it still crashes on launch every time. Tried deleting and re-installing on both iPhone 6s and iPad Pro, and no luck. Original review: It worked great u too a couple weeks ago, now it crashes on launch, on both my iPhone and iPad. It's unusable until they fix whatever is causing that.

For your money only!. This app seems to work ok so far but after scanning only 5 receipts, it has locked me out saying my daily limit has been reached. That was two days ago and I still cannot scan any more receipts, I thought it said daily?? Unless you want to pay $8.99 a month, or $4.99 a month for the cheap plan, forget this app, it is all about the money, the free version is junk.

This is a trial version!!. Advertised on Facebook, do not tell you it is a trial version. Bad faith!! Do not get unless you are ready for a non trivial monthly subscription fee. Down load all of your info, receipts etc: then couple of weeks later all of your data is held hostage unless you commit to monthly subscription

So far so good. Works as advertised. I have not figured out how to do cumulative figures but even if it does not exist, this app is a time saver. Thanks!

Oopf. Not a Keeper. Welp, the app doesn’t itemize receipts in the way I was hoping. I’d like to categorize items of a single receipt into their different types. For instance, if I go to Walmart and buy automotive goods and grocery goods, I’d like those items to be counted toward their respective transaction type category. The OCR works well.

Call it what it is. If you're going to offer a pay app, please don't call it free. Just call it what it is. With the "free" version, you can enter your receipts, but retrieving or reporting is crippled until you pay for upgrades. I don't mind paying for apps, but not until I know what I'm getting. With this app, they want $150/year before you ever see how the reporting works.

Love this !!!. What is better than keeping all of your receipts on your mobile ?? NOTHING! I am not a fan of paper receipts and tend to lose them a good bit. This app is amazing. Thank you.

Worth it!. Great app if you want to say time and help you save money on taxes. Simply print spread sheet and give to your accountant! Highly recommend!

To expensive. I love the way this app works but is limited to number of receipts you can enter per day and per month! If you want to use it beyond those limits it will cost you $5 per month for the limited version! I would pay $5 for a one time cost but NOT a month! Hell no!

Enjoying but can't print receipt. Why can't I print my receipt once I have taken a photo of it? There may be a time I would want to return item and I can't take the receipt with me to the store.

Broken signup flow and offline servers don’t inspire confidence. I was curious about this app, so I downloaded it and tried to use it: - I need to make an account to use the app. OK. - First attempt to create an account: “request timed out, please try again”. - Second attempt: “An account with this email already exists” (guess the first request worked after all, huh?) - Trying to log in with the account I (apparently?) created now gives an error toast that just says “Server unavailable”. Looks like there’s no way to use the app without making an account, so I’ll probably take a pass on this one...

Google Login Option. Logging in with Google gives itemized the ability to read your emails. I’m not sure why they need this as part of the app or login process, but I would not recommend using it as a login. Made a traditional account and every time I go to enter a receipt it crashes.

Not bad, and could be better.. This would be a great app and deserving of 5 stars if I didn't have to edit almost every receipt. I can snap a photo of my receipts, and it almost always gets the information wrong.

Good but a little slow processing and hard to read page size receipts.. Love it. However , it's a bit slow processing receipts. The page size receipts are hard to see clearly.

UPDATE ALERT 3.7.21. Just did the 3.7.21 update to fix the crashing issues and guess what, is STILL crashes. Still crashes every time upon startup. Was advised to completely delete the app and reinstall it. After do so seems to be working.

Fantastic So Far. I tried 20 apps to replace the Neat Software I was using. This is the best THANKS. It is fast and easy. It provides just the information I needed. The OCR recognition is Terrific

Price reveal. Downloaded to see what the cost is for full function since the listing does not say. It is $9.99 per month. I immediately deleted the app as this is twice the price of comparable apps. Two stars is for not being upfront and wasting potential customer’s time.

Missing basic functions. It forces you to sign up for an online account before you can even try it. But, my biggest issue is that there is no way to add a simple expense. It has to be either a picture of a receipt, mileage, or allow it to look through your emails. I'm uninstalling it immediately.

Great app. So far so good. Found an app similar to this some years ago and it changed then disappeared all together. Love having the visual of my receipts .

I lovED the app. This app worked great up until about a month ago. Deleted and reinstalled twice and still crashes every single time I launch. I never do app reviews but I’d rather see it fixed than find another app. Please resolve.

Fabulous!. I've been looking for a tool like this for so long! It's super simple, incredibly user friendly and it means I can now track my expenditure. Yay!

Amazing App. This app really help me in tracking down all recipe and mainly the dates on which transaction happen. It makes me free from handling physical receipt. Really great app for daily use. Thanks for awesome idea.

No more lost receipts!. The receipt camera is easy and works fast. I love that I don't have to walk around with pockets full of receipts and I won't suffer from anymore lost reimbursement dollars.

When it doesn't crash, it's great. Since January, I've been trying to manually parse thru my expenses it files from emails and 4times out of 5 it crashes. It used to work so well and now left to the desktop web interface which is equally clunky. Am in search of a new expense app now. This is just to hard and frustrating.

Solid app Very functional. This app is very good in aspect to what it's intended. I do wish it would allow business additions manually (for ones it doesn't find). So far I'm very pleased. Downside is the price. If you want to keep all the functions past the trial you must pay.

Easy to use, predictable too. Very pleased with ease of use, and ability to digitize all my receipts, business and personal!

Charges be upfront. It’s a shame that the charges are not revealed upfront. How do you expect clients to trust you (developer) if you want to sneak the charges in? Are you going to steal credit card information and charge hoping no one will find out. Just list the price, it’s the right thing to do. I deleted it before even starting to use it.

Even MORE Absurd!. Changed Password after receiving the link. Still the system doesn’t recognize the new password (or user), it is time consuming and plain stupid. I do not understand what it takes to solve this simple problem that no other App has. And this App is not cheap at all. I would ¼ of a star if I could

Works but it's expensive. I've only tried the Lite version, and it seems to work well, but at $150/yr this seems way expensive, unless you travel a lot and bill travel expenses to clients. As a one-man-shop I don't see how I can make it pay off.

Look great, but Not Work great!. Sound great, look great but the app doesn't work great. I tried to capture 1 receipt for more than 10 times but it never got one single time correctly, either got "merchant not found" or incorrect amount. Tried under the light.

Love it but.. Love the app and it helps keep things organized. However it doesn't always record emailed expenses. Wish it would read the date of receipt and put in the correct order as sometimes I don't enter receipts timely.

Saves time and $. Although it costs $20/mo., I was losing way more than that each month in lost receipts and time spent hassling with expense reports. This is been a tremendous productivity booster and it is accurate, with good documentation.
