٠. Title: Fraudulent Marketing & Security Risk - Urgent Removal Required. Body This app (SuperKey/Super-K) engaged in a clear Bait-and-Switch scheme in the Iraqi market. They advertised a huge discount on a 25,000 IQD voucher, strictly limiting the purchase window to 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM. Crucially, the app crashed entirely the moment the promotion started, and the offer was subsequently cancelled/postponed. This is clear marketing fraud used to collect customer data. This system instability at a critical moment raises serious concerns regarding the security and safety of user financial data and MasterCard accounts. I urge Apple to investigate and consider removing the application from the App Store to protect consumers.

Saif hasan. SuperQi is a very complicated app and not user-friendly at all. The company makes promises that are never fulfilled, and customer service is always busy or unresponsive. The app is full of bugs and crashes frequently. In my opinion, it is not suitable for use and I do not recommend installing it.

Late notification and a not friendly user interface. The notification is late by hours when I receive transactions or transfer User interface is annoying whilst in qi service it’s quit nice and easy to use

Not top of the line. Problems loading and regular updates are causing crashes. And now even the update is not progressing.

Doesn’t even let you control your account. You have no ability to disable or delete your account once you sign in or change the name or placeholder of card , sure there are a lot of scammers but also a lot of regular users like me who just want to delete an account an resign up with a different name or face , they this feature in the app before but not in this “upgraded” version of it , customer service just says it isn’t possible which is insane

Could use some fixing. So first of all I can’t login into my account and the selfie thing after every transaction is not convenient at all and even when I made the merchandise account it’s still the same I really wish you could fix the glitches and the issues bc it’s troublesome

Absolute Garbage. Forced to use this underdeveloped card by my company. Words cannot describe how much I hate this app. Three - four reasons from the top of my head, let’s see. When you make a transaction with a foreign currency they give no information regarding the exchange rate. You have to calculate it yourself like a peasant. Oh and in God’s year of 2025 for some unknown reason they removed the ability to screenshot anything inside the app, so you have to take a picture of the screen using another phone. When you make a transaction you’ll get the notification in a few business days as opposed to an instant notification. The layout is extremely ugly. It’s giving Aliexpress, rather than a credit card app. Why are the useless stores taking over the screen? The UX designer should be fired cause using the app is absolutely an unpleasant experience.

to fail. The previous application was much better. This application is constantly talking with a lot of downloads in the interface. Also, the user interface is not easy to use. It is a failure by all standards.

Need updates. This app is all tidy & branched but lacks essential updates like the ability to change the phone number, Qi card’s credits transfer within the app & other minor yet important additions.

Freezes on splash screen. There is a lot to improve in this app but for now the biggest problem I have is that sometimes I open app it gets frozen on the splash screen which is the QI logo and the app wont open.

Problem in the app. Greetings This app is incompatible with voice over and I cannot use it easily with voice over, the icons of send, receive and other icons cannot be activated with voice over. All these icons must be isolated and redesigned to meet our needs

Worst app. Terrible app filled with bugs and every time I want to use it, it’s signed out and I have to go through the horrible process of signing in and taking a selfie for confirmation (which by the way doesn’t work at all), so I am left out of the app not able to use my money

The security operation is so complicated and doesn’t need all that much of process like the face verification and you guys make it harder all the international card payments after my journey I saw it so easy and if u afraid of the hacks so u can solve it with the ip of the phone and my entire question is why all the app that relative to iraq government have so many issues

Very Poor Security. Unfortunately, the Qi Card application is very poor in terms of security. The app does not provide adequate protection against account hacking, and there are serious vulnerabilities that put users’ funds and personal information at risk. Even worse, when an account is compromised, there is no effective customer support or clear process to assist users or recover their accounts. This lack of security and support makes the application unreliable and unsafe to use.

The app stopped working. The app stopped working on my phone after the update and it seems to be a new problem with the application because it happened to most of my friends. Now I don’t have any control on my account. I don’t know what your developers are doing, this is very bad and frustrating.

Need Bug fixes. The number of unread notifications (on the top of the app icon) still counts up even after I have read all the notifications inside the app

Too much effort. Just for registration i had to submit my ID twice! Took a selfie twice! Why! After the herculean journey was over now i must wait for processing! The Q services app was working just fine with all my info already stored! Either sync them directly or let me use my old app

Bad service. How can a money app stop working for 3 days and on I cant check my account i cant do anything online And when u call to know when will the app rework again they just answer ‘ in the next few hours’ And there hours extended to 3 days so far Bad service very bad

Unjustified Deductions and Shady Practices. I experienced extremely excessive fund deductions while using this app, along with signs of systematic and official fraud. There are concerning indications that the company behind this app may be involved in money laundering and indirectly supporting terrorism through certain humanitarian and civil society organizations, raffles, competitions, and social events. I strongly advise users to be cautious.

Many bugs. This app have a lot of issues like when try to open it, it immediately throw me back to the main screen of the phone and when it works it require face picture to do purchase and that is annoying

Unblock failure. I cant unblock the card after blocking it from the app. Keeps telling me the process has failed and I should try again!! Called customer service and they said It’ll take 24 hrs for them to unblock it!! Frustrating cause i really need to use it !!!

SupeQi, launched a promotional offer with a very restricted time window from 12-2 am pushing users to join quickly and once the promotion started the app became completely unusable and the offer was withdrawn without explanation for about a day, this pattern strongly suggests the use of misleading advertising to drive traffic and collect user information rather than delivering the promised promotion. The sudden system failure during a peak moment also raises doubts about the app’s reliability and its ability to protect sensitive financial data, including connected MasterCard details. I’m requesting that Apple to investigate this issue and take the necessary action to ensure user safety and prevent further misuse.

Not easy to use. The requirement of a person’s face photo instead of facial recognition which imbedded into iphones is seriously ridiculous not only that but requiring a selfie even when you transfer money to yourself is the dumbest thing ever above that all the prices became higher than before every item in digital zone got a higher price now except the internet activation services it’s ridiculous and the design isn’t user friendly especially for the elderly

Misleading Offer and App Not Working. This app is very disappointing. They announced a special offer for adding balance for only 2000 IQD, and many people trusted them and recharged their wallets. But after that, the app suddenly stopped working, and users were basically forced to add money for nothing. There is no support, no explanation, and no transparency. This is unacceptable.

A bad app and not worth downloading.. This app is unsafe for depositing money because it crashes frequently and frequently crashes. Also, many money transfers fail to reach other users. Furthermore, the app uses deceptive and fraudulent marketing tactics to attract users. I advise against downloading it.

The worst money app I’ve ever used. This app is the worst app I have ever used elderly people can’t use it because it’s very complicated and the customer service is the worst. I have been calling them for the last two months and they always put me on hold believe me if you want to apply to a MasterCard or credit card or a debit card don’t use Qi because if your card was stolen and you want to lock it because you don’t want a thief to withdraw all your money from an ATM when you call them they will put you on hold and your money will be stolen. so don’t get a debit or a credit card from them because they got the worst security the worst customer service and they charge you and not even told you last time I got charged for 10,000 because I change my card and I didn’t even told me they will charge you. They told me it was free.

Lies and Deception. This app and the mini app inside it-Digital Zone-made a “too good to be true” deals on top-up cards and other gift cards for Black Friday that made over 3 million people download the app and submit their personal information on the app. On the day of these deals, the app just would not load or open in any way. 3 million people put too much load on the app and made it unusable. However, the company said that they will bring back these deals in a later time. It has been almost two weeks since they said that.

Worst app ever. They can easily defraud you, steal your money, and withdraw funds from your account without any notification. You might only discover the problem several weeks later. When you contact them and ask for an explanation, they'll suggest to change your card for a certain amount of money, and there's no way you can recover your lost funds. This company has no credibility whatsoever. In addition to the numerous deductions for any financial transaction, whether withdrawal, deposit, or salary receipt, this is a terrible company with an even worse app. They are simply taking advantage of the naiveté of the people and the poor employees

They will rip you off. When buying in a different currency they will never show you how much they exchange your currency they just detect how much they need what do we do? We use them because the choices are limited. Otherwise, they are thief. Like general thief. Also, they don’t show you when somebody use your card immediately maybe after two days or three days you will see not notification. The general operation work fine. But their fees. Ridiculous. Hopefully one day the government becomes strong and they will pay All what they take back - key card if you think we are stupid, we are not just because we don’t have choices. Otherwise we will never use you.

A worse version of Qi Services. This is literally one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The only reason I’m using it is because Qi Services stopped working and I had to switch to this one. It’s full of bugs and almost unusable. It’s been ages since they released this app and they still haven’t fixed any of its issues.

Based on my experience (and similar feedback from others), I would strongly advise users not to rely on this app during important promotions and to be cautious before trusting advertised discounts. Transparency, accountability, and proper customer support need serious improvement

I can’t by playstation card. It is a big problem since i work by using playstation and apple cards and this problem has been for along time I hope that to fix it fast

Awful app. You cant even get past the verification the amount of times i took a picture of my id and they said it was blurred when it was perfectly clear was insane, and then at the end i couldn’t even verify because on my id i was 8 years younger than i am rn

Scam and zero transparency. This app is a total scam. They recently ran a discount offer, got users to load money onto their cards, and then immediately canceled the offer without any warning. People lost their money, and there is zero transparency or accountability. Do not trust this app – it’s dishonest and unfair. Remove it from the store immediately!

Worst customer service ever!!!!. The chat was so slow that i felt like a pigeon could deliver letter and get a response to me faster than this apps chat with costumer service, and the staff where just out right disrespectful and had no etiquette and on top of all this they did not solve my problem!!!

Poor service. 0/10 experience I wouldn’t recommend using any of their services let alone the user interface is so poor and looks cheap, and the app is not responsive at all and the customer service is really unprofessional and the DO NO RESPECT THIER CUSTOMER !!!!

Evaluation super Qi. The is the worst app that i have ever seen . The app has a lot of mistakes like we can’t copy the purchased credit numbers and also we can’t take a screenshot for our remaining balance and other issues i put one star for this app

Un trustworthy app. Very disappointing and untrustworthy app. This app deducted money from my account without clear permission or proper explanation. Customer support was unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. The pricing and subscription system is misleading, and users are charged unexpectedly. I feel deceived and would not recommend this app to anyone. Please be careful before entering your payment details. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

The Worst App Ever. This app is a downgrade from Qi Services. It’s worst in every way. Why do i have to take a selfie every single time i try to launch the app? Also the selfie is very bad because it just won’t recognize my face easily and therefore it’s very difficult to use the app easily. The UI is terrible and not user friendly like the old Qi Services. Digital zone not always work and sometimes i have to try over and over in order to buy something, also digital zone take so many unnecessary stupid steps just to buy stuff unlike the old app where it was very easy and useful. This app really hates the user.

Scam app. Worst tech support, worst services and offers, today 28 November this app scammed over a forty five million people into a false discounts they shutdown upon the beginning of Black Friday, not recommended to download and install this app if you want to get this service there is a plenty other alternatives that works far better and is trusted to give the service they offer truthfully, alot of people have problems into sign in or getting their banking card and if you got any problems that should be fixed as in the first place to serve you (the customer) they offer the very basic fixes with cash not even a proper customer support, not recommended to stay with this app if you have alternative, though the IRAQ gov. Had encouraged people or let be honest monopolized all citizens to join this service to access the oil coupon service as a condition to benefiting from the ministry of oil program services. Such a shame!

An honest review. Bunch of scammers, such a shame you are even an option in Iraq, Iraqi people should have better options other than this app, Not to mention the support don’t even respond even after a whole day, I don’t recommend anyone to download and use the services of this app.

Fixing problems. This program has many system errors and is also very slow, even when making electronic payments or transferring funds to another account. There are significant delays in receiving the money, and the same applies when topping up funds to an account. I don't understand why the company is still not concerned about such serious problems and its poor management.
