Profile making. I can not make my profile The software do not take any picture

App doesn’t open. Every time I open it, it crashes. I haven’t seen my account balance since three months, whenever I want I have to ask my brother who uses a different device to look at it.

Very helpful. The app is so easy to use and so helpful to get all the information I need , and complete the transactions I want. Highly recommend.

Error in the connection. A week ago, my application was suspended after it was working well, but the latest updates have stopped the application and it appears to me. You are not connected to the Internet or make sure of your connection from the service provider, knowing that my service is good and works well on all programs and phone in general. My device is iPhone 11. I deleted the application and downloaded it and tried more than once, but without it.

Bad service. Very bad service and bad tracking indicator, the customer service they don’t know anything and they can’t do anything just I will make request for you and they will call you… who will call me I don’t know, finally no one do anything

Needs many fixes. I have used this app for a while but now it says ( cannot connect to the service ). This app is full of glitches and bugs and needs many improvements. Please update the app and fix these problems as soon as possible.

The app doesn’t work on IOS 12.5.5. The last update 4.7.8 also still doesn’t work correctly on IOS 12.5.6, when trying to open the app it rapidly shut down automatically , ARE YOU CRAZY BABE ! 🤔 NOTE: The last working version 4.6.9 was running correctly on IOS 12.5.6 but all updates after that version doesn’t work OMG!!

Happy to have this application. This application is very useful, I hope everyone will download and use it, its fast and appropriate I wish if they add more options and more items to purchase directly from the app Overall experience is good

For many times and After along waiting time the call center employee asking me for my inquiry and take my info & give me date for response and fix the issue then they never fix it and I repeat the call again and again & they reply with the same process And still the problem not solve yet

Can’t add card. Broken app. The app is not working and keep shutting down after I start it, fix it fast we have work and money related to this app and it’s being delayed because of this bug

Need to solve. You need to solve your call center/services problems, due to not calling back or giving any information, it’s been 3 months now since I requested my mastercard, and whenever I call they don’t listen till the end and act like they understood while they didn’t, takes them ages to answer, poor service, poor behavior. خدمة عملاء فاشلة، وعود كاذبه، قبل ثلاث اشهر طلبت الماستر كارد ولحد الآن لايوجد جواب، وكل ما اتصل يوجد تأخير كبير في الرد و لايسمحون للعميل بان يتم كلامه، ولا يعاودوا الاتصال.

So bad. This is an important application for Mastercard holders, but the verification process is not stable and full with bugs and glitches, it is not working properly, I have tried many time to let this app to take a verification photo several times and then scan my ID and filled the informations , but nothing happened, please fix these bugs. Argue. Delay in adding card My problem that i canot enter to my card and appear last activity befor 1 week while it should be appear just now and cannot refresh it

Contact details not accessible. My visa card was rejected for the wrong reasons, and can’t contact anyone through the app, contact details are not clear and direct.

Language. if you add arabic language, it would be more useful for those who can't read and write or understand english language.

Bugs need to be fixed !!!. When i try to open it on 4G network it won’t work it shows no network and fail to connect Unlees i open it on wifi and sometimes it crash suddenly so please take that in mind ..

Bad Application. Why am I asked to change the password?!! However, when I tried to change the password, a message appeared to me saying that if I change the password, all my data will be deleted, which means starting from scratch!!!! This is a ridiculous and failed application. ليش يطلب مني تغيير الباسورد؟!! ومع ذلك عندما حاولت تغيير الباسورد، ظهرت لي رسالة تقول أنه في حالة تغيير الباسورد سيتم حذف كل بياناتي وهذا يعني البدء من الصفر!!!!هذا تطبيق سخيف وفاشل

Recharge credit problem. I have a serious problem in transferring money to zain iq for credit recharging No otp message is sent to my number and I cannot complete the transection I contacted both qi and zain but with no real solution.

Adding Kurdish language. Overall the app is great I love it, but it will be greater if it supports the Kurdish language. Because I am Kurdish and sometimes I don't get or understand the words my also Arabic is not that good. So it would be great and appreciated if the app gets the Kurdish language 🌟🔥.

Best bank app in Iraq. If you’re struggling with the awful awful services most Iraqi banks provide and their terrible apps , This bank and their app is flawless

Bank statement. When you go to the bank statement option it shows you only a certain month and you can’t look for the current state for the current month also if you want to download the statement you would have to download it for each month separately there is no option to download it all. Ps never go to their service centre cuz there isn’t any service there!

Updating. I’ve I phone 6 plus,I downloaded the Qi services and it doesn’t work and when I try to open the app,it closes by itself,please update it and bug fix it

Good service. Creating and receiving card is free that’s a very good service

Abs. application that lacks several things, including but not limited to 1- It is not possible to delete the old notifications 2- There is no notification sound for the alarm 3- You must add a multi-tasking setting setting from deletion and adding, and turn on and silence the alarm sound, note that there is no alarm sound currently 4- Work to make the application interface more beautiful

Lost Card. They gave my card to another person someone whom i dont know and calling me from i dont know where so i blocked my card and i will never apply for a card again

0 stars. It’s very bad app! It restart the mobile when you try to open the app! They told me update the app even it was the last version! And same problem. The staff not cooperative at all, they ask the same questions even I told them all about the problem with pictures too but they couldn’t give me any solution!!! One star too much for this app! It should get 0 stars.

Last update. There is a problem in the last update specifically after complete entering information faced an alarm letter that impossible connect with service.

My card. When i can get my card

The master card contain letter. The master card account contain a letter but when trying to add the card the keypad does not contain letters only numbers so the card cannot be added. Please update.

Missing flexibility. The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them. Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And the app could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone. And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money .. Thank you for your work

Bad experience. I had two transactions with Qi led to have two very bad experiences 1- have been charged @ 1510 exchange instead of 1390 2- western union is active on my App , accordingly I have recharged my account but in the late step you are informing me that I’m not eligible Hope you hear my complaint and solve Thank you

Application has an error. We failed to download and ppl running it ignoring our request to fix it!

Rate. Qi card is very bad service. I can’t believe this card not connected to bank account and it just to receive monthly stipends.

Poor design and non responsive. The app hardly works and it’s impossible to sign in a card. Keep saying pending request. It’s more than a month. What a joke.

تحديث سيء جداً. بطاقة الماستر كارد تظهر رصيد رغم سحبي الرصيد الموجود بها واتصلت على الشركة واخبرتني الموظفة ان اعمل تسجيل خروج ثم تسجيل دخول، سويت الي نصحتني به لكن للاسف انحذفت جميع البطاقات الموجودة بالتطبيق رغم وجود الاشعارات بالتحركات السابقة للبطاقات.اتصلت مرة ثانية اخبروني انه يجب علي ن انزل البطاقات من جديد للتطبيق وسويت هذا الشي لكن التطبيق يضل يطلع رسالة انه طلبي مازال قيد الانتظار . الاعزاء مطوري البرنامج اذا استخدمت نفس ال username وال password ليش تنحذف كل المعلومات والبطاقات ؟ ليش اضطر ان انزل كل المعلومات واصور الوثائق الثبوتية واني اصلا عندي حساب بالتطبيق ؟ هذه مشكلة يجب اصلاحها وشكرا
