I have problem my cart. I have problem my cart I can't make a purchase I don’t have viber I am now in the Türkiye

Bad service. I cannot add my card even after changing the phone number by one of your employees! And you don’t pick up the phone!

Last update. There is a problem in the last update specifically after complete entering information faced an alarm letter that impossible connect with service.

Adding Kurdish language. Overall the app is great I love it, but it will be greater if it supports the Kurdish language. Because I am Kurdish and sometimes I don't get or understand the words my also Arabic is not that good. So it would be great and appreciated if the app gets the Kurdish language 🌟🔥.

Missing flexibility. The application is not flexible enough and not letting me transfer money to a different account out of Qcard and even when trying to transfer money between accounts with the same bank it’s giving limit exceeding! I know it’s a bank policy and not your problem as developer but I hope you forward the msg to them. Regarding the application itself, please make it able to save information to avoid entering them every time. And the app could inform me that I am exceeding my limits or whatever banking restrictions before completing the whole process of receiving the passcode on my phone. And finally please advice whoever holding the authorizations on the card to be responsive first and to give the authorization at least for the basic needs instead of taking the advantage of having the control and make it hard on the customer to get there money .. Best bank app in Iraq. If you’re struggling with the awful awful services most Iraqi banks provide and their terrible apps , This bank and their app is flawless

Bad Application. Why am I asked to change the password?!! However, when I tried to change the password, a message appeared to me saying that if I change the password, all my data will be deleted, which means starting from scratch!!!! This is a ridiculous and failed application. ليش يطلب مني تغيير الباسورد؟!! ومع ذلك عندما حاولت تغيير الباسورد، ظهرت لي رسالة تقول أنه في حالة تغيير الباسورد سيتم حذف كل بياناتي وهذا يعني البدء من الصفر!!!!هذا تطبيق سخيف وفاشل

Bad customer service. For many times and After along waiting time the call center employee asking me for my inquiry and take my info & give me date for response and fix the issue then they never fix it and I repeat the call again and again & they reply with the same process And still the problem not solve yet

The app doesn’t work on IOS 12.5.5. The last update 4.7.8 also still doesn’t work correctly on IOS 12.5.6, when trying to open the app it rapidly shut down automatically , ARE YOU CRAZY BABE ! 🤔 NOTE: The last working version 4.6.9 was running correctly on IOS 12.5.6 but all updates after that version doesn’t work OMG!!

Recharge credit problem. I have a serious problem in transferring money to zain iq for credit recharging No otp message is sent to my number and I cannot complete the transection I contacted both qi and zain but with no real solution.

Bugs need to be fixed !!!. When i try to open it on 4G network it won’t work it shows no network and fail to connect Unlees i open it on wifi and sometimes it crash suddenly so please take that in mind .. Edit: the app has crashed please fix I can’t do anything right now

Not Working for online shopping. I got (( Qi visa green credit card )) at the middle of July, but unfortunately it was not working, call 422 more than once time. they told me to waiting for few days because they know this issue & they will solve it soon but the card still not working for online shopping to right now. Also they didn’t accept to replace my credit card to other one works for online shopping.

Can’t add card. Error in the connection. A week ago, my application was suspended after it was working well, but the latest updates have stopped the application and it appears to me. You are not connected to the Internet or make sure of your connection from the service provider, knowing that my service is good and works well on all programs and phone in general. My device is iPhone 11. I deleted the application and downloaded it and tried more than once, but without it.

Great app but we need dark mode back. I love the app it’s very intuitive, but i really want the ability to chose the UI mode and black mode is my favorite in all apps

There should be active support team!). So my card got blocked, and there’s no choice to unblock it, and when I click on the block choice, it says i have to unblock my card before blocking it, so I'm confused? + i texted them to solve that but there’s no answer.

IMPORTANT. I didn’t receive my card till now ! And after calling your center (422) the told me that the delivery captain didn’t reach you so he returned the card to Baghdad!!!!!! I live in erbil!!!! So why he returned it to Baghdad No one send me a message or call me!!! He should call the center and anyone can contact me !!!!! What a bad service!!! I have a trip to Dubai on Monday and i choose your app just to save time After that your call center told me to go to your international center here in erbil !!!! To change it! It’s bot my fault it’s yours!!!!and your delivery company!!!!! Please to solve this problem now! I have just one day left to receive my card !!!!

Lots of bugs without correction. There are a lot of bugs in it. When a large number of users connect to it, the program literally stops working. This is due to the failure of the company that manufactured the program and the servers that cannot handle this number, which is what the program makers are expected to expect.

Needs many fixes. I have used this app for a while but now it says ( cannot connect to the service ). This app is full of glitches and bugs and needs many improvements. Please update the app and fix these problems as soon as possible.

Suggestion and request. -Please add Kurdish Language. -Adding another section to allow members to trade in money Exchanges and Stock Exchanges, this will keep Qi and Rafidain Bank leading banking sector in Iraq

Easy to use and very helpful. Very easy app with many features i just wish they add payment from the app

Language. if you add arabic language, it would be more useful for those who can't read and write or understand english language.

Need to solve. You need to solve your call center/services problems, due to not calling back or giving any information, it’s been 3 months now since I requested my mastercard, and whenever I call they don’t listen till the end and act like they understood while they didn’t, takes them ages to answer, poor service, poor behavior. خدمة عملاء فاشلة، وعود كاذبه، قبل ثلاث اشهر طلبت الماستر كارد ولحد الآن لايوجد جواب، وكل ما اتصل يوجد تأخير كبير في الرد و لايسمحون للعميل بان يتم كلامه، ولا يعاودوا الاتصال.

Bad service. Very bad service and bad tracking indicator, the customer service they don’t know anything and they can’t do anything just I will make request for you and they will call you… who will call me I don’t know, finally no one do anything

Photo. For creating new card the photo dose not work for most of the ppl

Bugs and trouble connecting. Too often giving try again later and unable to connect error i hope you can fix that in an update.

Bank statement. When you go to the bank statement option it shows you only a certain month and you can’t look for the current state for the current month also if you want to download the statement you would have to download it for each month separately there is no option to download it all. Ps never go to their service centre cuz there isn’t any service there!

Account verification Late problem.. It’s been 2 days making an account in this app and no photo verification has been accepted, I hope the company costumers see my photo and verify my account.

It should be Service not promotion center. They don’t give you the service you need and sometimes send you to a services. They took money, but they don’t give you these supposed services. so it’s look like a promotion center send you somewhere to steal your money and nobody help you.

Technical support. Technical support is unable to solve the problems. They don't have any. We will try to contact you soon. The request remains postponed for months. Every time I call, it is postponed because they are not qualified to solve these problems.

So bad. This is an important application for Mastercard holders, but the verification process is not stable and full with bugs and glitches, it is not working properly, I have tried many time to let this app to take a verification photo several times and then scan my ID and filled the informations , but nothing happened, please fix these bugs. Thanks

Verification method. The only problem with this app is that a local phone number must be used to verify the account holder. An alternative method such as providing an email for verification would be a good idea. Hopefully this issue will be resolved ASAP.

Bad experience. I had two transactions with Qi led to have two very bad experiences 1- have been charged @ 1510 exchange instead of 1390 2- western union is active on my App , accordingly I have recharged my account but in the late step you are informing me that I’m not eligible Hope you hear my complaint and solve Thank you

Obsolete. The worst application I have ever used. Customer service does not exist. Waited on the phone for 1.5 hr, they didn’t answer, over IQD 20,000 wasted from my mobile bill. Not user friendly application, it seems it was developed back in the sixties.

The master card contain letter. The master card account contain a letter but when trying to add the card the keypad does not contain letters only numbers so the card cannot be added. Please update.
