Worst sports betting app in the world. They let me deposit money I had at Jen point 400$ on my account from wins and after over a month long they still won’t let me withdrawl and money I win so I ended up losing all my money because they refuse to let me withdrawl anything I’ve even contacted them via live chat many times and emailed them and still nothing has happened! What kinda sports betting app doesn’t let you withdrawl ? Use this app if you wanna never be able to withdrawl and they set you up so you lose all your money these people not help you out with withdrawing either seems to me they set you up so you depsoit money and lose all your money over a period of time cause they refuse to let you ever withdrawl any money not even 1$ if i would have know this I never would’ve even use this crappie sports betting app

Scam. I bet 50 dollars on a parlay which I chose to Cashout after hitting my first leg thinking since I completed my bet I would get my 3 bonus bets after the bet was finished. I spoke to a representative after my bet was finalized asking for my bonus bets at which point I was told that because I cashed out the bonus bets were voided. I wasn’t given anything and told I should have read the terms and conditions which were an entire page long. everyone I know who were expecting bonus bets were screwed based on not fulfilling the criteria. this sports betting app will fail miserably in mass after using deceptive practices to get new customers.

Terrible never use this app. So I tried to make a account with them a couple weeks ago and it said I couldn’t be verified so I waited awhile and tried again because they had a good welcome promo when I re downloaded the app it let me log in this time and it had a promo on the Home Screen first 25 dollar deposit gets 150 in bonus bets so I clicked on it made the deposit and placed the bet I waited 24hrs after the bet settled still no bonus bets so I contacted customer support which was next to impossible on the live chat feature so I found their email and they tried to tell me because I made the account 29 days ago that I wasn’t eligible for the bonus which is absurd considering it was their fault I had to wait and why would the promo still be on my Home Screen and let me click on it if I was no longer eligible 🤦🏻‍♂️ SCAMMERS

Awful App. This app has false advertising on the welcome bonus! You’d better read the fine print because it’s the only app this is not clear about the welcome bonus. Just so everyone knows, make sure your first best for $25 is -120 or greater on odds. Don’t find yourself making a mistake thinking this app would actually be forgiving that they are not clear on their welcome bonus! Hey Bally Sports, way to welcome your new customers with a Lawyer Clause “Read the fine print” and “Sorry we can’t help you”. No other sports betting app does that. You know why, because there are thousands of apps to choose from now. You’ll never retain a customer operating this way, especially when the other apps are willing to be understanding and forgiving. Good luck with your success. I can guarantee failure if you don’t make changes. You’ll be swallowed up by Draft Kings and FanDuel.

Prepare for a 3 day money hold. I saw a promotion for free $150 bet if you place a $50 wager as your first wager I made my account added $50 went to put my bet in and was told I had to verify my account and it would take three days, at this point I hadn’t seen anything that stated I have to verify my account to play so at this point I decided to withdraw my $50 and put it on a different Sportsbook, when I withdrew It said it would take a few hours after it gets approved boy was wrong. It takes 48 hours to get approved and then they will take a few hours to send you your money… you have been warned happy betting

First time using - not a good experience. I used this for the first time due to the advertising of the promo of bet 25$ get $150. I bet it on the only game going on after I signed up, and lost. The team I chose was a -134 favorite, and lost in an upset. I wait for my $150 free bets, they don’t come. It took 3 days and about 6 hours dedicated to getting into the chat queue and actually getting connected because my phone finally didn’t time out ( I emailed and called and could not get a response). I finally get someone who tells me the fine print says “the bet must be at least -125, and that they’d gladly give me the $150 in free bet promotion……. If I placed another $25 bet, let it settle, then try to reach back out again… within 24 hours, and also reminded me to keep in mind this is just a goodwill gesture… lol, no thanks. I’ve had other betting apps give me free bets for glitches in their system, or their system being down, but this one you apparently need to read all the terms and conditions before you do anything.. oh and you gotta keep putting up that sweet sweet cash of course. I think I’ll just stick with BetMGM and Fanatics. Not a good impression on the first interaction with the app and customer service.

Nightmare Experience. I don’t even understand how these app has such high ratings. Everything I’ve seen is a 1 star negative experience, similar to mine. I made my account on a Sunday Morning to bet on football and didn’t even get in touch with support until after halftime of the first game (4+ hours). My account was unable to be verified even after scanning my drivers license in successfully. Then, I speak with support after being kicked out of the line twice. Then support tells me I have to email my license and a proof of residency. The catch is that they wanted full documents, not even screenshots. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get past this. My friend made a 6 leg parlay that had one player that didn’t play, so it voided that leg and another from a player that didn’t play play in that same game. Overall, I don’t even think the $150 in bonus bets is worth the headache you’ll get from using this book.

Stay Away.. The app itself is a typical third rate sportsbook app that has nothing great going for it. However the real red flags showed up when I wanted to withdraw money I was only allowed to withdraw via check, it took them over 60 days and 6 different chats (their customer support phone line is not real, and is not active) asking for them to send the money. The customer support chat continued to say over and over, no check was ever sent or requested. (Only got it sent to me when I showed them screenshots from 30 days prior of them confirming the check was mailed) I downloaded this app for the promotion but even that is not worth it. DO NOT USE!!!

At least you used to be functional…. This has got to be one of the worst apps out for betting. First you won’t let me turn off the TFA. Even though you have an option to turn it on and when you leave it unchecked it still acts as if it’s checked. And now all of a sudden, this latest update won’t even let me log in. Oh, it says it’s logging in and has accepted my face id but still doesn’t show my balance. Only the login/join buttons. I even canceled out of the facial recognition so I can type in my username/password. Guess what??? Still acts like it’s logged in and sends me the email saying I’m logged in but I’M NOT LOGGED IN!!! At this point, I just want the money that’s in my balance so I can get rid of this app.

If I could make this 0 stars I would. Anyone on here saying this app is great is an ai generated review. I placed a bet and I received my $150 in bonus bets but I only used 2 of them in 1 night and as soon as I won my bet my app closed out so I refreshed it and it said my account had been closed. I sat in queue for 3 hrs and was stuck at #8 in queue the whole time. So I emailed them and it took them 2 weeks to respond and all they said was they are going to look into it and they were sorry for the delay but it is a top priority. It has now been 3 weeks since I got a email back and I have reached out multiple times and still haven’t gotten a response. They steal your money and your winnings.

Very bad customer service and transparency. I also got screwed on the $150 bonus bets on sign up. They say the bet need to be a minimum of -120, we’ll that can be taken both ways. It really isn’t clear on “Minimum “ definition. I took it as it had to at least be -120 so I buy a bet in at -140 and lost. Getting a hold of Live Chat is a joke. Took over an hour and when I finally got through, they would not do anything for me. I just want a refund and go on my way but it seems that I can’t even get back on the app to withdraw the last of my money. I can’t stress enough to stay away from this site. There are lots of more user friendly sites out there. I would give it zero stars.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The bonus bet is only for your FIRST bet of -120 or longer. This is deep down in the T+Cs. If you mess up, they will not credit your bonuses and you are out of luck. I am actively filing a complaint with the FTC over this massively misleading promo. Read the other reviews. This is widespread. Additionally, the odds aren’t that great and the app is trash. Crashes all the time, fails to location verify. Frozen screens. If you choose to download for the promo, great! Do it right, get your bets, win money, then pull it all out and go to a competitor. This book offers no competitive edge and players should look elsewhere IMO.

No Transparency. Ok so now that I came to leave a review of this app I’ve figured out that there’s a common theme. So like many others I joined the app for what was supposed to be a “fun” introductory promo of bet $25 get $150 in bonus bets. I placed my bet, bet lost, no bonus bets. Contacted live support which took an hour in the queue before I talked with someone. He said that per terms and conditions I didn’t qualify because my odds were -127 and they needed to be -120! I did read thru the terms and conditions but didn’t go down far enough(which is way to far down). Here’s my final thoughts, you are a relatively new book in Indiana trying to promote your business in a state with 20 other Sportsbook(who also do promos and don’t make them over complicated) and you want to blatantly screw people out of a what’s supposed to be fun intro promo to get customers over on your platform? They know there’s a problem because there is 1000 other people talking negatively about this exact promo! If you know there’s a problem why not be transparent about the promo and not hide it in the 39th chapter of terms and conditions? Seems to me it’s an unethical business practice and a business that already has an extreme edge of taking your money also wants to ruin the “fun come bet with us” promo! I’d say good luck BallyBet but you won’t be around in this state much longer.

The Worst Sportsbook out there. Total scam.. Do you like depositing money for misleading promos? How about withdrawing your hard earned cash and it taking multiple days, or in some cases, never. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy then this Sportsbook is for you. If you are normal and don’t like any of this then never download this app. Their first time user promo is misleading and in fine print says it has to be a certain minimum odds. They will accept deposits within minutes but it takes multiple days, in some cases weeks and constant fighting with Support, or sometimes you just don’t get your withdrawal whatsoever. Horrendous app, awful customer service, the definition of a scam.

By far the worst sports book I’ve ever used. Claims to give $150 in bonus bets after spending $25 on a minimum odds bet of -120 (Which I did and followed all of the following rules). Never received the bonus bets. Emailed numerous times to try and receive customer support, no one replied to a single email. Tried using live chat for customer support, sat in line for 30-45 mins each time then would kick me out for being timed out. Worst sports book after having experience using Draftkings, Fanduel, BetMgM, EspnBet, Bet360, HardRock bet, Caesar’s sportsbook, ect. This Bally Sportsbook is by far the worst and will never use again. All other listed sport books are actually reliable unlike this one. I would chose any of the listed above every day of the week over this one.

Scam. So I signed up for Bally Bets. They were offering the $150 in bonus bets with a $15 dollar deposit. So I do the $15 deposit and it says you will get the $150 in 24 hours. So I wait the 24 hours and I don’t get it. I try doing the live chat with their customer service but every time I tried their queue was so backed up it barely moved. So I emailed them on 9/9 regarding it. No answer for days. Get an email stating they are looking into the issue. Almost 2 weeks go by before they respond (9/24) saying that the free bets were placed into my account on 9/13 but they expired on 9/20. How was I supposed to know they were there? I also don’t see a history of them being in my account. It’s either a scam or they are just so bad at their jobs and don’t care.

STAY AWAY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. They will not give you the 150$ in bonus bets as advertised due to conditions they don’t immediately show you, your 25$ first wager has to be on a -120 odds bet or higher or you are disqualified. Customer service will put you in a queue that resets every time you switch to a different app. I waited in “position 1 in the chat queue” for 45 whole minutes and was not helped. I had a 25$ winning parley with +200 odds that was not paid out to me despite the customer service telling me they manually settled it and to end the chat session to check. Both legs graded as WON, parley says settled, winnings paid out? None. It says 1-5 days required for payouts on their website. It is insanely easy to deposit money but the moment you try to withdraw they want your birth certificate, SSN, address, keys to the mansion. This sportsbook is not worth your time, do yourself a favor and make an account just to request it be permanently closed so you don’t accidentally donate money to this garbage scam owned by a hedge fund in bankruptcy court.

Absolutely a scam. Out of all the sport books I have tried out since NY legalized it, this is by far the worst. I am honestly kinda shocked this app is still allowed on the store. The free bet is blatant false advertisement that you will never receive even if you follow ever stipulation, btw I have never encountered a -120 requirement before, and you will not be able to contact customer service. I have email and waited endlessly in the live queue to no avail. I was curious if maybe this was just my own experience but after talking to a few friends and relatives who have tried the app, I have learned they have all had the same experience. Shameful and scammy. Don’t waste your time. Apple get rid of this garbage please.

Literal worst app ever. They steal your money!. Signed up via a commercial for $200 in bonus bets after placing a $50 bet. Your bet has to finish before they award the bonus bets. After my bet was finished and I won, I was suddenly locked out of my account. For 4 straight days, I have been unable to get into my account. Nobody helps. The live chat ppl have given me word for word, the same copied and pasted responses every day. The phone lines say call after 4 pm if you call in the day, then when you call after 4 pm, they say the phone lines are down. Every day. Nobody responds to the support emails either. At this point, I’m contacting the media, the police and my attorney because they have clearly stolen my money.

Run far far away. You want to use a sports book that has the worst possible UI? How about a sports book with the least amount of options of any book? Better yet, the most important factor.. you want to use a book that takes weeks to process withdraws? Don’t listen to them saying it takes up to 48 hours or even 72… they must be speaking to the most VIP of their godforsaken app… Im currently almost to the 96 mark… just some dumb tab asking me if id like to cancel my withdraw that’s been sitting waiting to be processed for a week now. The bonus bets aren’t worth it.. just stick with the bigger major books and save yourself the time and energy

Rip Off. I put in a bet for 25 dollars on a -130 bet. I then waited for my bonus and after a day of waiting from support they said I couldn’t get the bonus if the odds were higher the -120. So I put another 25 in and bet on a random match with +150 odds. Lost because it was cricket and then they still told me I can’t have the bonus since it wasn’t my first bet. I tried to get in contact and they told me to kick rocks when I did. Very unprofessional and honestly I hope they lose customers since multiple people have similar issues and complaints. If they helped me out and gave me the bonus I’d have a higher review but the interface is kinda bad too you can’t see any stats times or how close you are to player props. 0/10 Sportsbook half due to owners.

WORST BETTING APP IVE EVER USED. I really tried many times to give this app a chance but their customer service is horrible. First of all their chat queues takes absolutely way too long and glitches very frequently. I spent so much time talking and trying to reason with the manager and representatives but they treat their new customers terrible. Basically when I got the app I immediately made a bet for $25 of -127 odds, WHICH WAS A GLITCH IN THEIR TERRIBLE APP THAT I EXPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES, but they didn’t care. When I placed the bet I saw -120 on my phone and I was 100% sure of that. My first support call, the representative, Emily, made it seem like I could just place another one and it’d be fine. So I went and placed a -118 bet, come to find out they only allow it for the first bet only and because their app glitched on me I’m not screwed out of $150 in bonus bets. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with an app and it’s customer service in my life and I wasted so much time on something that was their fault. Please don’t ever use this app and if you do just know if there’s any issues, you will be the one left to deal with the consequences, no forgiveness whatsoever.

TERRIBLE!. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS APP!! Everything this bad reviews are saying is true. Deposited money via pay pal. Made some bets. Won some money. Next day my account is being temporarily disabled so they can verify my account with certain documentation. I send in the required documents. Radio silence for multiple days. I send a reply email asking how long it takes. I get an email back that my account has been permanently closed due to articles 10.1 of terms and conditions. Which basically is saying they can close any account at any time with any reason. I use all the betting apps and this has never happened. I wish I took in what these reviews were saying and not used it at all!! Absolutely horrible and it seems very suspicious to me too!!!! Worst part is they have copies of these documents!

Slow payouts but good book. Most of the negative reviews on here are from people that were too lazy to read bonus terms. The book is solid with very good odds. The app leaves something to be desired from the standpoint of connectivity, but the user interface, live betting, and cash out features are quite good. I have only requested one payout thus far and it took 3 business days to process, but it came as promised. Most bigger sports books will payout instantly so this is really the main detractor regarding Bally’s. My impression is that subsequent payouts after the first one are quicker. One other thing to note: during the withdrawal process, I received an automated email stating my withdrawal didn’t go through but customer service assured me that was a mistakenly sent auto-generated email. I received three of these emails in total, so if you receive one just know that your funds are likely still on their way.

Stay away. I used this app for the first time a few weeks ago and wish I never did. I withdrawed a significant amount of money over a week ago, 4 days had gone by and they finally reached back out saying I couldn’t withdraw to PayPal only my card even though I used both to deposit. So I said ok, I withdrew to my card, 3 days later I ask about where my funds are since the customer service associate told me it was processed and I get an email today saying my transaction has been processed and it will be 3-5 business days…..DK/Fanduel pay quick and no headaches, this is a disaster stay away

AWFUL- LEGAL ACTION PENDING. If you got to this review, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE. I won a few thousand dollars over a week ago, withdrew the funds, and have had zero update and it still says pending. Everything in their site and app say 24-48 hours to approve withdraws, but here we all 100 hours later and not a peep. It was “escalated” by the live chat member and they said it would take up to 24 hours…here we are again, not a peep. I’m currently looking for legal options, as they have stolen my money and all I can feel it heartbreak and stupidity. They claim on their support email to reply within 24 hours also but I’ve sent about 10 emails and haven’t heard a word. Tell me, HOW CAN I DEPOSIT FUNDS WITHIN SECONDS but the moment I ask to withdraw them you disappear and I don’t hear anything!? Absolutely ridiculous, unsavory, illegal operation going on here.

Read the fine print. They make you think that it's as simple as betting your first $25 and then you receive $150 in bonus bets (like the majority of all the other major sports books). I, like several others, thought that was the case, but it most certainly is not. If your first bet isn't at league -120 odds, you won't get your first bet. You can try to reach out to the live chat, but they're going to make you sit in a queue for hours and if you swipe out of the app for a brief second, it will time you out. I should have read the fine print, but the advertisement is still incredibly misleading. I wouldn't recommend this app strictly due to that way they conduct business. I'm sure I'll get some automated response stating they clearly post the requirements and how I can reach out to the live chat for assistance.

Hidden Gem. I DONT understand how other people are giving this app a bad review. Other than not offering referral bonuses, I would suggest everyone to get on this. The odds are insane, and they have all the features that the major sports book have. Finally, they did something good because that previous app was poverty. They offer cash out, they offer profit boosts and much more.

Bonus Bet? Use another sportsbook. I’ve used 9 different sports books for the new customer promo, never had an issues before until I downloaded Bally and followed step by step for the “free $150 in bonus bets” only for them to not honor it and after politely speaking with the live help chat, the employee was short and didn’t answer any of my questions and just said “we’re not awarding any free bets”. At least my $25 parlay hit for a few hundred so i cashed out deleted this dog app and got the last laugh.

What does this app actually do well?. Nothing. There is literally nothing special about this app to separate it from the dozen others that we have in Ohio. I cashed in their welcome offer but since then literally no good promos, bonuses, etc. Logging in is annoying because it makes me 2FA to my email (who does that). Only reason it got 2 stars from me is that I made a few hundred off of their welcome offer and withdrawal was smooth. But the good apps have some sort of perk system that keeps you engaged. I give this app less than a year in Ohio because I don’t know anyone that uses it.

Can’t withdraw funds without an act of congress.. You are free to load your funds with so many easy to use methods but when you win, you have to go through a lengthy verification process that requires 90 days of bank statements. I sent 90 days of transaction history and now I’m having to resend “statements” because the transaction history is somehow insufficient. Point is, they are happy to take your money but when you win and want to get their money, you have to go through a protracted process with a 3rd party. Don’t waste your time, there are many other ways to bet on sports that allow Apple Pay or Venmo to withdraw your funds. These people do not want you to be able to access your funds easily.

Where are my withdrawals?. This is the 3rd time I’ve been waiting over 3 days for someone at Bally Bet to do something. First time, I asked for a withdrawal via PayPal. 5 days later I hadn’t received it so I reached out to ask what was going on. Just to be told, “sorry we’re working on it.” Then, I wake up the next day and my account is closed. So I once again reach out. I’m told I have to submit verification documents. Not one time in that 5 day wait period was I contacted in any way to submit verification documents. So I submit the documents. AGAIN, over 3 days later after I submit the documents I reach out AGAIN to ask why my account is still closed? Just to be told “sorry, we’re working on it.” Then my account gets reopened after they finally review documents I sent over 3 days ago. So I put in another withdrawal via PayPal. Well here we are over 3 days later AGAIN and I haven’t been sent my money. Message to everyone: DO NOT use this sportsbook. Terrible customer service. I don’t even know if I’m going to get paid the money I won. Really hope I don’t have to get lawyers involved. This is pathetic in todays age. This company shouldn’t even be in business. So stop giving them your business.

Location. This app is horrible. If you live in MA do NOT download the app PLEASE. I am saving you from the trouble. I deposited $25 and when I reopened the app it said my location was invalid. How is that possible? i’m in MA! I tried contacting support several times and no one has got back to me. They steal your money and the developers of the app are horrible. Save yourself the trouble and use Draftkings instead.

WINNINGS NOT PAID OUT. This is the absolute worst sportsbook in the world. STAY AWAY. I won my 1st bet I made and decided to withdraw via PayPal. They say it takes 24-48 hours but It has been over 5 days and still I have not been paid out . I have reached out to support many times and failed due to the app just timing out MANY TIMES. Eventually I got in contact with their online support to be told they are working as fast as they can and that there is nothing they can do about it . I am going to get my lawyer involved and I highly suggest everyone who is experiencing the same thing to lawyer up as well. Together we can take down this “sportsbook” if all of us are having the same issue . They are stealing our money and scamming us this is illegal .

Won a Bet and my account gets closed.. I found out about this app and me and my buddies all signed up. We all placed a $25 bet and got our bonus bets. We where waiting til the next day to use them, i ended up winning $250 with my wager. The next day all of our accounts got closed for verification and we have been on live chat and sent them all the required documents to open our accounts again but its been almost a month now and no ones heard back from them after multiple emails. This app is absolutely horrible and a pure money scam. Stick to more trust worthy betting sites. Why was i able to place my bet if my account wasn’t “verified”. Terrible app, id give it a 0 star if i could.

Mix opinions on this app. For starts where do I begin let see app can be a lot better especially showing the games live when they offer to play the video of the game that’s going on there’s always some kind of Arno matter which sport why give an option to watch the game then say can’t watch. Withdrawal process is horrible it should be easier and quicker for customers to take out there money they can collect deposits with no issues but can’t give us our money just like that. Hate having to log in automatically after exiting the app with less then a minute should give us more time logged in.

Stole my Money & Terrible App. I live in NJ and had no idea this app wasn’t for here. Usually betting apps will not let you sign up if it’s not for your state. Being that I entered my address, had my location on, & was able to sign up and deposit I figured I was good to go. It wasn’t until I went to place a bet that I finally got an error msg and even then,!it just kept saying unknown error. I tried to contact live chat but you’ll just be sitting in queue for hours. I also emailed them and no response. I tried betting on my laptop and finally got the location error. So I just tried to withdraw my money back and of course the withdraw “failed”. they had no problem taking my money but now it’s an issue giving it back. Contacting gambling commission

Beware of Bonus Bet Scam!!!. Unless you read through the promotional terms and conditions prior to making your first bet you will probably have made an incorrect bet and will disqualify yourself for the bonus bets. They are not upfront with their terms or very clear! More like a scam just to get our business. I rather stay off this app. It’s poorly developed. So many issues. 1) trying to bet on lives games is nearly impossible 2) certain parlay cannot be combined here when are allowed on other platforms like FanDuel, draft kings, and bet365. 3) App has crashed multiple times I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DOWNLOAD AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Absolutely zero value in downloading this app. I’m not trying to be mean, but this book is straight up embarrassing. Not only for Bally entertainment (who is currently in bankruptcy court) but also for Kambi for allowing their platform to be on such a trash app. I will never understand how in 2024 a sportsbook will not offer a plethora of ways to deposit. Sure I understand they are probably on the hook for transaction fees charged by their banking clients, but jfc at least have ONE of PayPal, Venmo, or instant bank transfer. ACH echeck does not count as online banking because it’s not online banking. Not to manton they’re so cheap and/or broke that they do not allow parlays on any free bets you accrue from the welcome offer. You could make a few bucks from this but there’s also the annoyance of having to deal with all the garbage that comes with it. Please just use a reputable sportsbook with fair odds instead of whatever this is.

Good Promo Bad App. Well if you would like to take the risk of waiting 3+ hours in a queue that you can’t close out of any time you need to talk to customer service this is the app for you! My free bets took over 24 hours to be put in my account forcing me to deal with this dysfunctional and under manned customer service department. Anyways I encourage everyone to take advantage of the promo, take money from this app, and delete it after! They are now refusing to give me my pay out of over $700 and not giving me any reason at all. It is no shocker that this company is in bankruptcy court!

Completed every step of the process everything was going well and as soon as I made my deposit and the money was withdrawn from my account I was logged out with a notification that my account had been suspended and this is all just within a few seconds of my deposit …I proceeded to contact customer service only to be given a run around that the operations team would contact me in a few hours which to this day they still haven’t mind you it’s not through phone you can contact these people it’s through an online chat feature where you have to wait in line just to be given a run around I have also sent 5 emails to customer support and none have been answered ….PLEASE I ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP! You’re better off joining more established books such as DraftKings BetMGM or even FanDuel ….i have dealt with terrible Sportsbook apps in my career and this one is hands down the worse an absolute SCAM !!!!!!

Do not use this app if you need your winnings promptly. I have 6 gambling apps that I use regularly and manage two gambling groups. When the promo came out for Bally Sports to play $25 and get $150 in bonus bets, we were thrilled. However, upon using the app, you have to wait days and days to receive your winnings. It’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t received an approval email to release my funds. A few others in my groups are having the same issue. Upon reaching out to the online chat help option, All they say is that it’s been submitted for review and to give them time. Us gamblers know time is of the essence. Keeping our winnings prevents us from placing new bets and missing opportunities to make more money. Unacceptable.

Fixed app. When I first downloaded this app I was sketched by the reviews. At first the app was kinda bugging out until I contacted support. They said they were working on issues and the next day there was a app update. Everything since then has been a breeze with this app. And cash outs are pretty fast as usual. If you’re looking for good bonus bets etc maybe this isn’t the app for you. But for someone just looking to wager and cash out it’s definitely reliable.

Nightmare. The experience I have had with Bally has been abysmal. Initially it was good. I’m an avid gambler and when shopping for lines I would often find myself at Bally because they have good lines. After winning some money my account was limited. They would no longer approve my full wagers, but only a portion of the wagers I would attempt to place. Once this happened I have been trying to withdraw my money for weeks now (using the same payment method they would gladly accept for my deposits) and they would deny it repeatedly. During this promise I went from limited, to them completely closing my account and no longer accepting my wagers all together. I still haven’t been able to withdraw my money and no one from what they claim to be 24 hour support has answered my multiple emails in 72 hours. Close my account, fine. But just let me have my money back.

Joke app - scam promo. I use all betting apps and gave this one a shot for their $25 to win $150 free bet promo. I bet a game at -139 odds. Won the bet on a $75 wager. The promo wasn’t going on at the time so I tried again now that it’s showing valid. It’s still saying in my homepage qualify and bet. I bet a game at -110 odds for $25. I lose. I’m waiting and the queue takes over an hour for 4 people ahead of me. The rep mentions my old wager and says since I already placed one bet I don’t qualify even though it’s being offered to me still. Come to find out after scrolling through pages of details one line mentions -120 odds. It doesn’t say that in the promo details unless you go down over halfway. You also get offered it on your homepage. It’s a scam and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH

If I could do zero stars I would. This app completely took my money, deposited 25$ and then placed the bet, never got my bonus bets and then they deleted my account with my 45$ still in the account. They basically had me deposit money and then when I told them about my problem they just deleted my account. Yet BallyBets has not, this is a bookie not a Sportsbook and they will do whatever is necessary to upkeep their shady practices. I look forward to the day there is a class action lawsuit on this book, maybe when that day comes I’ll get my HARD EARNED money out of my account.

After letting them know this, I was told they were in my account and expired (I checked several times, they were never there). A very straightforward app to use, some odd bugs. I like the simple straightforward interface. There’s a lot less “bells and whistles” than other sport books which helps me focus on the lines themselves without getting too caught up in stats/betting trends etc etc. Some odd quirks like a blank screen which I have to close appears every time I login. But the actual betting experience works well.

New Account. Opened an account scanned my license for verification went through the opening steps. At the time I had a small balance so I requested a withdrawal to PayPal and completely forgot about it. THREE MONTHS later I get an email saying my withdrawal had been approved. I thought my account had been hacked or something since I had completely forgotten about it. How many times have they “forgotten” to withdraw my money in the past? How many other users are they doing this to?

Scam. I deposited $25 and placed a bet to get the $150 in bonus bets. I won my bet and got $195. I also was credited with the bonus bets. I went to withdraw my winnings but for some reason my bank account couldn’t be added. I was told to call a number so I did send I was told my credit was too bad for me to get my winnings. What’s also crazy is that I never allowed them to run my credit and they also had my bank account information on file already despite the app saying it couldn’t be added. They are a scam and I would not use this app.

Cheats you out of your bets. I had made bets for the National Champion for NCAA men’s half way through the season and I logged in today and when I check my bets, it says log in. Terrible betting app. While easy to use. They hide everything that is important for bonus bet opportunities deep in the terms. Read every word. There are also conflicting terms within. For example. Bonus bet qualifications must be at -300 or higher to receive your bonus bets. They also then go on to say with this specific bonus bet opportunity your initial bet must be at -120 or higher. I was then unable to deposit anymore money after I failed the first time for the remainder of the timeframe to get that bonus.

Criminal Sportsbook. I had a large wager in tennis in which my player withdrew due to illness. They counted it as a loss and took my money. Then they have been unreachable concerning the theft. They said they assigned it a case number and would get back to me and to “be patient”. It has been almost 2 weeks and nothing. Straight criminals who don’t offer any bonuses, deposit matches, and nothing in ways of keeping anyone around. There sight is garbage and doesn’t work right. They have non reachable customer service. Nothing works about there sight except the deposit button!

Bogus Promotion. Bet $50 get $150 in bonus bets promotion is a complete scam, placed my $50 bet never recieved the bonus, started a live chat with them, told me the minimum odds had to be -120, I checked terms and conditions and they put it literally all the way at the bottom of the terms that the odds had to be -120, the odds I placed my bet with were -142, asked for a one time courtesy since I'm a new customer, was told no. Terrible service . Ballys Sportsbook won't last long in New York against sportsbooks like FanDuel , DraftKings , BetMGM , give it a year and they'll close down operations.

No help for new user promotions.. Be careful if trying this app. They fill there promotions with basic knowledge to most sports bettors and have requirements down at the bottom. I missed the new user promo by making a fast bet of 25$ with the odds of -124 after it updates during placement because it was a live bet and the requirement apparently states it’s -120. Don’t waste your time. Don’t even bother downloading. First off if you have trouble with anything, you’ll sit in the chat for an hour before anyone talks to you and often it will time out before you even get to the front of the line. If you try emailing them you’ll get a response back a month later if you’re lucky. Second, the app makes it hard to deposit and you will not receive the welcome offer that is shown. There are not any intriguing promotions besides the welcome offer either, which again you will not receive.

New member promo scam. Tried to book for the new member promo. They hide the actual conditions for the promo way down at the bottom of the page and put a bunch of useless info above it. They make it purposefully confusing. Seems like they tried to make it difficult on purpose to trick people out of their $25 dollars. Their customer support was terrible. Never seen a Sportsbook make a new member promo require a dollar amount -120 odds and it has to be your very first bet. Probably ripped a lot of people off.

Launched the app for use in my state 5 days ago (in MA) and still can’t even place bets because the app doesn’t work, so now my initial deposit funds are currently tied up in my account with no end to the app issues in sight. Contacted customer support for a refund, and will now be receiving one - in the next 24-48hrs….. So now my money will have been tied up for a week, and god only knows if I’ll ACTUALLY even receive my refund in a couple of days like they claim…………………

Worst app don’t waste your time. Hands down the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of downloading I’m charging back my 25 dollars I don’t even want the promotion this app is complete garbage the support is not only rude but you also need to personally beg them for your 150 in bonus bets it’s ridiculous my bet settles yesterday at 6 but support told me it settled at 11pm somehow? And good luck trying to contact support it’s a 2+ hour endeavor they do everything in your power to not give you your bonus bets these people are honestly scummy and borderline a scam
