No service and can’t add a service. After login, show I don’t have any service. The add a service button is not working. Useless app.

Changing provider. Was concerned I would need extra data while away at work so purchased a data only sim month to month. My existing plan had a week an a half to run. The data plan was for a month. When the existing auto paid and data renewed the data plan also paid again two weeks early. Hillarys/Whitfords JBHIFI🔥,been with JBs since 2014 , these Whitford boofheads are just deceitful.

Extremely confusing. I cannot create an account if says sign in or register and it will NOT let me register ? And i thought I can create an account on Google so I did and I don’t have a username that’s not even an option it’s just my name lol and when I go into the app to sign into the account I created on Google it’s asking for a username ? I’m very confused and have tried everything to sign into this app and I can’t there is also no options to do anything so I wouldn’t recommend

Sign in. It won’t let me sign it. What can I do?

Worst Application developed by such a big firm. services doesn’t show up and there’s nothing in it. Spoke with customer care and only ticket has been created but there’s no resolution.

So frustrating!!. Every time I go to login, my password doesn’t work, even after I confirm it from using the website. Then when I try to recover my password it doesn’t send! I tried this many times even a different account but nothing works!

Worst mobile plan & ap ever. The most unaccomodating ap that ever existed. The staff in the contact Centre don’t know how the ap works and can’t help when things go wrong with the account. No other way to pay bills besides direct debit but if there’s a problem there’s no number to call and the people in store don’t even have additional capability to do anything. Problems get “escalated” and never fixed. Can’t wait till the contract expires so I can go back to using proper Telstra. I haven’t been able to manage my bill via the ap for months.

Telstra & HB HiFi. I am trying to update my credit card on the app and cannot find anywhere to do it. It is very frustrating not being able to see all our Telstra services together. Also frustrating that Telstra cannot get their act together and issue ONE bill instead of multiple payments being required!

Avoid JB HiFi Mobile. JB HiFi sales person misleading their customers and indicated it is Pro Rota when switch over from Telstra to JB HiFi mobile. They just wanted you sign up and transfer to JB HiFi to reach to their sales KPI. We end up paid way more than the normal Telstra monthly charges. The app function is basic, not much useful functions. Avoid if you can!

Telstra users only. Unless ya with Telstra it’s useless

Payment screen is ridiculous. Only accepts card payments, not PayPal or apple or google pay. Basic app that doesn't actually do the job. Poor customer service with offshore call centre

Sighing in issue’s. Apps very buggy and doesn’t let me sign into my account

Frustrated. Disappointed that I couldn’t stay with the Telstra app and keep all my bills together. This app is awful, it takes ages to sign in, first it asks for a 4 digit pin which I’ve never been given 😳! Then when I try to sign in using email it freezes and I have to start again and it just freezes for ages. When it finally let me sign it it displayed my account with the paid from last time and I can’t find anywhere to pay my bill which is due in 4 days. It’s very frustrating. Going into Telstra see if they can offer me a new plan so I can return to Telstra app. Puts me off buying from jb Hi-Fi now this is the only way to pay. Also not getting any Telstra points anymore is also annoying.says my bill is due today but there is nowhere that says pay now. How do you pay on this app???????

Mr. Apps is decent but glitches and doesnt work with face id on iphone

Backwards Step. The app is terrible. Provides no actual contract information, sends you to a generic document. You can no longer see your contract start date nor payout details.

Poor App. Can’t access invoices from greater than 1 year ago

No bill provided by JB Hi Fi. No bill provided by JB Hi Fi, not even a digital version.

JB payment receipt. Paid JB bill JB sent me a text with a link to my receipt. The link sent by JB was to the MyTelstra app. No JB receipt in the MyTelstra app surprisingly!!!!!!

Unable to update Payment method. It is frustrating of trying update my credit card for payment numerous times. I even tried an existing card but no luck. Support tried to help but don’t understand or know the way around the App. Very disappointing.

Can’t Log Into The App. The login via a Telstra page doesn’t work. Updating the password doesn’t fix it. The app is useless. I just want a JB Hifi app. What does this have to do with Telstra?

Bills. I cannot locate my bills, either on JB or Telstra app. Went into JB store, no help, spoke to Telstra no help, both refer to the other.

Convoluted. Nowhere to cancel my international calling pack Went via Chat and the consultant could not help Asked me to restart app and proceed from there I re started app twice and still not able to amend plan!!! Terrible service and app!

Poor billing. Reminder sent to pay the account.. due in 2 days .. had not yet received the original ..

Charging me for Roaming costs. Not happy still charging for overseas charges

Disappointing and not much use. The app continually hangs/freezes. Doesn’t contain much useful information or features. Telstra app was better.

Very buggy. Every time I open the app the box displaying my mobile number reloads about 10 times before settling. This also happens when hitting the payments page. Right now I need to pay a bill due to an expired card and it won’t load anything and says it can’t load my service.

CrapApp. Apparently my plan Telstra plan is now managed by JB hi-fi. First step is to get the app. The app does not load at all. Staff have not been hugely helpful at the store as they seem to unsure of the changes. Very disappointing.

Transition. Transition from Telstra to JB Hi-Fi Service is absolutely terrible!!!

Apps don’t synch with browser. When tried login to this apps my credentials are invalid. But, I have an account setup through web browser with no issue. Username and pswd accepted. But, if I feed in same details in the apps. Comes back error! 👎

Can’t even find my JBH acct. Apparently this thing is buggy and super annoying. So you can use google or Facebook to log in on web version but on this stupid app it asks only to login with a Telstra account. The Telstra account (which I have none actually) it recovers using the in-app function is something unknown to me. Unbelievably dumb and annoying setup for a big shop like this.

Can’t sign in.. I attempt to sign in however it’s not letting me create account, rename account, or recover account. Attempt to use the “contact us” feature to ask and the only item the service can give any help on is their Telstra service providers. I use the same phone number, name, etc every time but it claims that my name doesn’t exist. I receive digital receipts that save to the same account I use every time. Just a messy app

response to messaging. is very slow and my send button greys out so i cant communicate. then you get back and ehen i see it i still cant respond i try telstra app and it is the same issues take days to resolve not good

Can’t use with existing jbhifi login. This app is pretty unusable, it keeps trying to get you to put in your Telstra ID and login - but I have an existing jbhifi one (that works) and it won’t accept that. I prefer to keep my existing JB purchase history etc so seems strange that it requests linking to your Telstra account... Wondering if it’s even a legit app? Seems dodgy.

100% useless. “Something went wrong” is all you get from this App. Don’t waste your time seeking tech support, there isn’t any. Just shop online and when they ask for your feedback regarding your shopping experience, tell them their App was 100% useless.
