fix this app🤦‍♀️. it works so well with the colors and everything but then after like 3-4 days when I press open mirror on the app it won’t open to let me change the colors or use the app because it’s not allowing me in the color wheel it’s hard to explain, so I would have to redownload it and then it would not work in like 3 days, not only that I can’t play music it’s horrible. It always kicks me out the app when I try to put a song from my playlist and yes it’s connected to bluetooth and everything. These two bugs are making it so hard to use it, this mirror costed like 350$ and the app cant even work properly when the app is a big part of the mirror. Fix this please and I’m not surprised all these reviews are negative.

App doesn’t work. The app will NOT sync to my new mirror! I have tried closing the app and turning on and off the mirror but nothing happens. App would have been nice if it worked, I don’t want to have to always clean my mirror

Doesn’t work. It so sad but this app doesn’t work. When ever i press one of my items the app takes me away 😔

The update broke the speakers. The app was a little buggy before the update but with the new update from 12.12.23 I can’t connect to the Bluetooth speakers from the mirror, and the in app music had never worked properly but now the speakers won’t connect

Not Working. Does not work, I keep trying to open the app but it shows the name of my mirror but there is nothing I can do after that. Should work for a mirror that is $380. Fix your app

Doesn’t work. The color wheel does NOT even show the correct color on the vanity, you set one color on the app and it’s the complete opposite color on the vanity. Super disappointed to pay so much money for this to not even work, I should have paid half the amount for this mirror if this is what i’m paying for… Fix your app, not even the schedule button works and kicks me out. wow.

Hello kitty rgb mirror. The mirror is great Bluetooth is fantastic but if your banking on the extras from this app , please know it’s not going to work, I’ve never even had the chance to select anything it immediately crashes.

Worked fine at first. Please fix the bug that crashes the app every time I tap on my mirror. It was working good but then there was a new update a few days ago and now I can’t change the colors on my mirror

Please fix this app. I can’t get the music to sync or the alarm on this app. The light alarm doesn’t register my finger for the scheduling and the music doesn’t sync at all. Very unhappy with this app please fix it!

every time i try to play a song the app crashes.. please fix this. really unhappy.. was so excited to have a mirror that can play music but it’s just false advertising .. 😞 if people are paying so much money for this mirror .. it needs to do what it’s advertised to do! ☹️ huge bummer..

Color wheel works music doesn’t. Any time I try to play my music through the app it crashes.i waited a year before setting the mirror up just to see if he app issues and old be resolved…1 year later. Still trash.
