Great info. One of the best apps I’ve seen for a sporting event. All information is in here and pretty easy to find what you are looking for.

Ease of use. App was not intuitive

HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARD - WRONG DIRECTIONS - FAIL. The walking directions provided by the app took us to a dead end and made us walk 3 miles out of our way through very sketchy neighborhoods … and my wife has ASTHMA so walking an extra 3 miles isn’t so simple!!! That’s not only a major failure significantly negatively impacting fan experience, it’s a health and safety issue!

Superb!!!. Their app is amazing!!! Tons of information and fun interactive activities. Easy to use. Very well built.

Basic info. Just a bunch of ads. Really nothing of value.

Something went wrong, try again. I cannot download my tickets.

Event feedback. App worked nice but walking paths before and after the race to get to East Harmon for the strip (Harahs area) was chaotic. Everyone was left to wander through the streets on poor/unsafe paths. Need to improve this next year. Everything else was epic.

Works. So far the app has worked cleanly and ticket functionality is A-ok.

Helpful is an Understatement!. Jamie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained the app and all of its amazing features to me! If i could give her 10 stars i would!

App Screen Goes Black. App doesn’t seem to work. I have iOS 18 and when I load the app it suddenly goes completely black. Tested the app on 2 different iPhone devices and models and had the same results.

App crashes immediately. App does not work, it just crashes immediately once it opens and loads the initial load screen. Deleted and re-installed multiple times. Worthless.

Push Notifications. Latest version forces the use to enable push notifications at launch. It will not allow one to bypass this. This is bad usability.

Grand Prix. So excited on the Las Vegas on F1 and see the drivers, especially Carlos Sainz 🌶️ my Team Williams.

Great App!. The app is extremely helpful and organized. Jamie has made the entire F1 experience flawless for my family and I.

Horrible. You messed up trying to keep anyone from seeing the race. It ruins LV. I paid for 6 people & only saw the cars come out of the turn to hug the wall on my side. Bleachers should have been somewhere else. Several had to leave the grandstand to go out back to watch a tv there. TV’s were too low on the track & obstructed by signage. Signs were extreme, way too many. I feel very ripped off. My 1st F1 was a bad experience. Some of us left & went back to our room to finish the race.

Life Saver. This app has made navigating the track and the strip so much easier. Couldn’t imagine race week without it.

Terrible System. My deposit was not applied to my ticket purchased. No longer considering attending Las Vegas GP after 2025.

The map no longer loads. I get a blank screen for the map. Hoping this function is fixed before the race.

APP. Awesome APP keeps u informed which is nice !! Ty for updates!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! All Your F1 fans appreciate it !!!!

Wow!. What an incredible experience.. this is my first race… not as loud as I expected… but FASTER than I expected!!!! Go Lando!

Agentforce App within the App. Wow on it being helpful and intuitive!

Bad experience. The app can’t log in thru my Ticketmaster app, can’t manage my tickets

One Stop Shop!. This has everything I needed! Walking routes, ride share locations, transportation routes. It even showed me activations in all the zones. Ticket management was so easy. Loved this app - much more helpful than other sporting apps.
