Doesn’t Recieve Bot messages. i bought this to receive automated messages for verification codes but it doesn’t recieve them at all , on top of that i bought two numbers just to see if it would work and ofc it didn’t . Waste of money

Subscription charge plus usage charges. Im not seeing how someone is leaving positive reviews and considering this to be a great application. For starters, you are paying $50+ for a yearly subscription. This is great but then you are censored on who you can talk to and what you can say. Not to mention, you lose at least 4 credits minimum (currency just to communicate) whether the system lets you talk with someone or not. I guess I just made a bad choice. It’s cheaper buying an extra phone from Walmart and getting another service plan AND you actually have privacy. I’m guessing this company is based out of California. I’m canceling.

No message for missed calls. I’ve put the number assigned on all business logo, cards, etc Only to find out the caller receives a busy signal! Why is there not a simple message to leave a message or send a text? For the price paid, I expected this simple feature. Disappointed. I have several email with responses to my frustration. Clearly, your company understands. The reviews are horrible. You should refund $$$ before you end up with a class action. Angela

STUPID!. I got AND PAYED FOR this app to call my bank from Japan and the stupid numbers don’t work to select options on automated calls!

Scam. My virtual currency balance to pay for calls is reduced even if I don't make calls. This is a scam I will report the app with the AppStore

Can’t choose local number. They will just give you 201 code phone numbers, not your local code phone numbers. 👎

Don’t download!!!. Don’t download. Don’t waste your data, it’s of no use.

Horrible. Do not waste your money. I downloaded the app. Did the verification. Got a great number. Waited 24 hours to get verified. Calls were very grainy. Texting does not work. My texts went out but I could not receive incoming texts. I texted the word “dumb” and was suspended for bad language. What?!? I want my money back.

SCAM. Don’t purchase this app! I’ve been charged twice in one week even though I canceled my subscription immediately.

Doesn’t work.. Keep getting error 1004 spent 49.00 bucks for nothing. What a ripoff. Can’t even find support for app. Completely junk

Great app!. I was looking for a second number for my online sales, and this app came to the rescue. It's been great being able to call and text my customers without giving out my personal number. It's a nice way to keep business separate.

Terrible. This app is not a second number. They actually monitor everything you say and decide whether or not you can text certain things. I was having a conversation and it blocked a joke to my friend because it said it was sexual. Very weird. Apparently your texting is not private as they are checking everything you send. Skip this app. Not worth the money.

Way too expensive!!. I can’t imagine paying this much money to do this it’s way too high in my opinion!

great free app. Super good app for a 2nd line. I’ve been using it to separate my work calls from personal ones. The call quality is top notch and texts come through without a hatch. If you need a second phone then this is your best bet :-)

Doesn’t work. I can’t send messages from the app and they have no contact information to get help or reach customer service. UPDATE: I reached out customer service on their Facebook yesterday morning (that’s the only way to reach them) and they still haven’t responded. Also you can’t send multimedia messages. It’s a SCAM and a RIP-OFF! Don’t get this app!!!! It’s TRASH!!!

Registering a Number. If “registering” a number takes over 48 hours what good is this? I needed to send a text to a customer YESTERDAY and am still unable to do so. If I’m paying weekly, can I have my 2 days back? How hard can it really be. And why does it have to be registered. Highly disappointed.

Texting and otp would not work. One of my reasons for buying is I no longer have my US phone # since I am residing here in the Philippines. I have tried many times to text or use my number for OTP but it never worked. And 12 credits were used just to test my text. I sent “hi” to my iPhone in the Philippines but never received the text. Any solutions please?

Waste of Money. None of the text messages go through. This app is a waste of money do not get.

Hard to cancel. No where do they tell you how to cancel

WASTE OF MONEY. This app does not work keep getting an error about DLC registering. What does that even mean!

Scam / Does not work / filters your content. Read the reviews. This app will filter your messages for content and uses a faulty AI system. It will and does delete messages without warning and they are gone. It is a rogue app that monitors and controls your exchanges. Strongly discourage anyone from using. Go get a Google voice line. They are free and work perfectly.

Terrible doesn’t even dial and can’t add another number BUT. This app is sure good at popping up the $8 $50 and $100 options to buy everyone even after you pay once. Dumb app.

Make You Pay Then Doesn’t Work. I paid over $50 so I could have a separate number to text from, only to learn that the texting doesn’t work. Out $50 from this dysfunctional scam of an app

Censorship. You can’t text what you want. It’s crazy they sensor different words. Words like rather or possible … it’s ridiculous…Can’t send picture either … either is a censored word also. So many better apps for this out there. Prob worst app I’ve ever got for my iPhone

thee best free 2nd number app. You can get a virtual number with this app. I love how easy it is to use, and I'm able to keep my job applications separate from my personal calls. Receiving SMS on the second number has also been great. Good stuff!
