Fantastic!. I love that GP finally has an app. I was honestly so tired of the online website not letting me do Apple Pay. This app allows me to process my bills using Apple Pay which is so much easier than anything else. I love how I can view everything without needing to login online every time. Really a huge need and you can easily report outages. I love it!

The old interface was better. It takes too many taps to pay a bill now. It's ridiculous. The old interface was cleaner and quicker once you set up a payment option, and the face recognition sign in seems to reset every single month so as to be absolutely useless. You guys need a competent UI designer.

New Update is Crappy. You cannot log on the app or the website, not sure what update you guys had. But there needs to be another one because the bugs and the crashes are ridiculous. I can’t even Log on to pay my bill. I’ve uninstalled three times and still the same. Fix this mess.

Terrible.. BAD BAD. Shameful that such a large company can’t get it right, on being able to give there customers a decent app to monitor and pay our bills!!! We GP customers pay a premium for service and yet we can’t get an app that makes our lives easier. The app takes forever to allow you to log on when it does it cashes and kicks you out. It freezes while your trying to make a payment and I can go on and on… but they don’t listen or care we’re just stuck with them until someone else comes and replaces them.

Finally. Took them long enough. The new app is very well designed and easy to understand. Good job guys 👍🏽

Whole morning wasted. I wasted most of my morning attempting to first pay my bill with the app, no success. When I got to the payment page, entered in my information it logged me out of the app. I tried to go back in and said there’s a session already started and I needed to log out and back in to continue. THE APP LOGGED ME OUT!! Second attempt..called the automated payment line only to discover the same payment company/system processes the phone payments as well. So of course the payment didn’t go through. I suggest that you go back to the other app, the one where it took less than a minute to make a payment.

Paying my bill. Using the app is the greatest and easiest way to use in order to pay my bill. In all my years this is the best way to deal with payments. Thank you for this app.

Log in and password. I should not have to log in every time. Store password will helpful instead of me typing my email every time

Still same terrible app. Even with the new app it’s pretty much the same thing all it is is different graphics pretty much. I’m getting really tired of being told that I didn’t log out properly and I can’t make a payment. I literally have to do it about 10,000 times and even tried doing it online instead of the app. Not even that works sometimes. It really is kind of sad. You guys have all this money and can’t even get the proper technology.

Worst app ever, even worse than the old app!!. Wow Georgia Power, so glad you raised prices by 12% over the summer to I guess create the worst iPhone app ever.???!!! This app is a complete joke! Hard to navigate! Doesn’t function. Times out and closes. Really do we understand why monopolies are bad yet?? We’re forced to buy our electric from Georgia Power so any sort of customer service is going to be non-existent. Y’all will wake up when people start powering their homes off generators, etc. We need you now but just wait….

Can’t even use this app. I try to register and it says I already have an account. I request my user name and password and it says it sent a restoration link to my email but I never received the link (checked inbox and junk folders). I rate this app one star because I can’t even login!!!

Changes. Whoever made changes to your website did an excellent job. It is so much easier to navigate and faster. Thank you very much for updating to match with the times.

Pretty terrible. Using this app makes me feel like I’ve time traveled back to 2009. Primitive. Buggy. Really really bad. This is what you get when a company has monopoly power. They have no reason to work hard to give you a positive user experience. You’re stuck with them.

App is trash and needs to be. This app needs serious work. Crashes and the app doesn’t recognize email address when needing to receive link to reset password. The app isn’t reliable for making payments. I’ve made a payment and to find out it never even went through. I received a confirmation but the app never pushed the payment through. Absolute trash and the company needs to seriously look at the apps logistics and fix the issues.

How a payment app should work. This app is an example of how payment processing should work!! Having to go through multiple channels to pay a bill (other utilities)will have you seriously questioning whether you need their services!

Very disappointed. Ga power need to stop been cheap and manage their app better. They created a new app just be same disappointment. Every time i try to make a payment it won’t charge it and logs me out.

5 stars are employees. Anyone not paid by ga power rated 1….2 if they’re happy they managed to at least view their disappointment full screen after years of iPhone 4 aspect ratio….up to 3 stars if they’re happy drunks. On the bright side the keyboard isn’t so out of date it actually works to search keychain.

Why. I just paid my bill and it took it off my cash app card but it didn’t post to my account. And the automated system didn’t call me to say I paid. But my Apple Card history show I paid it. Now I got to pay again. Looorrrd!

App review. First off, the app is abysmal. With all the money collected from Georgians, two years ago I think, overcharged people upwards to $300 million, gave us a measly $30 credit back and the rest? Certainly not towards keeping your application updated and functioning correctly.

Simple and easy. Haven’t had any problems with this app. Easy to use, view payments, and add bank accounts.

Excellent design. This app is very useful in managing my account. It has all my info displayed in nice large text. It looks very modern and nice!

Georgia Power. This app is so much easier to use than the previous website that led you into another page to make a payment. It’s so convenient so easy and the payment options are easier to use.

New app doesn’t work?. I open the app and it’s just a white blank screen with a loading circle.. Been sitting staring at it for 10 minutes now. Nothing will load? At least the old app loaded my info, this one is stuck loading

LOG IN. Have to type in email and password each time I log in, it doesn’t give option to remember device

App doesn’t remember me after logging out. I installed the app on my iPhone. Logged in and clicked remember me. Logged out and when I tried logging back in, it didn’t remember me. Called GA Power support and was told they couldn’t help with that. I’ve deleted the app since it doesn’t remember me.

Doesn’t work. That says it all. It says I need to add an account, which should already be there when I log in. When I try to add the account I’m directed in an endless loop to add the account. Why bother having this app if you’re not going to fix it.

Crippled release. How can you release this app w/ PayPal & ApplePay but yet when you get to the actual screen the continue button is disabled? Stop wasting your customers time & get it together. Easy fix.

Great App!!. Super simple to use and pay my bill. Great for quick monthly payments

Good. It’s a good app just don’t like that it always makes me log back in after instead did just letting me use Face ID

2 Stars for Creating an App. Umm..Finally. But your crappy Bill Matrix system still needs to have a faster payment confirmation response. Sometimes it cancels out, forcing you to refresh and pay again, then it won’t let you because it thinks you’re still in the system paying. Get it together. All that GD money and it takes you this long to make an app? Then a poorly made one. It’s just as bad as your website was. Y’all should be embarrassed.

So stupid company. The dumbest company ever. To open an account you need to send a photo where you keep your ID, and also pay 30 dollars for opening. and put 150 dollars on your balance, so that in the end you will see your account is closed, whaaaat????

Awesome work for better and foward!. Way more functional and adaptable the old one had my old apartment still on it and i had to change it over all the time to my new one this is accurate and quick as well thank you!!!

Billmatrix portal does not work. When paying by credit card, BillMatrix reports the error, “We cannot complete your request at this time, Please try again later” I tried several times throughout the month only to receive the same error.

So tired of this app. Sick and tired of the crappy spotty service this app provides. I’ve saved and written down login info over and over again and it still always makes me jump through hoops to get into the account. All the reset links it sends are nothing, it takes you to a blank page. Terrible website, terrible app. I hate dealing with southern co.

Try again. This new app is not user friendly. It gives you all these options for payment but then gives a “whoops! Something went wrong” message when you select Apple Pay or any other payment that doesn’t send you to bill matrix. Then bill matrix refuses to update so every time i have to reenter my card info bc it still has an old card saved. So inconvenient

Login Impossible. I create different passwords for each account online. I use a password manager (e. g. KeePass) to keep track of them all. I find it almost impossible to get past the login page. I try to switch between my password manager and this app and it wipes out my entries. Then it says it wants me to change my password and when I switch back to my password manager to generate a new password and switch back to the app, it wants me to login again!!! It is impossible to login to this app with the help of a password manager.

Fix it!!!. Half the time I get and error msg or unable to log in and if the app is having issues then I can’t pay. Gives us back to option to pay via website so this app and phone isn’t all we have.

Insanely buggy, crashes with everything you do. Crashing upon opening, crashing logging in, crashing in the middle of paying my bill. I love how this is the SECOND app they have made but it isn’t any better than the website or the FIRST APP, its WORSE. It’s insane how paying your power is a necessity but this app makes me so angry. You seriously can’t do anything on it without it glitching out, crashing, turning solid white, missing buttons, buttons not working, freezing, or just not loading anything. It’s not like its a glitch that happens every once in a while either, its every SINGLE time. Absolutely ridiculous like do better??? Figure this out because it doesn’t look good for your company.. wow

Can’t Login in to the App or Online!!!!. Since Georgia Power updated their app, you cannot access it!!! I always receive an error message saying, “Login fields have been cleared for security purposes” and it happens with the app and online!!! How am I supposed to log in?? I shouldn’t have to go through the automated system to find out what my bill is and pay. And I shouldn’t have to be typing in my 10 digit account number to view charges under me. FIX THE APP! Yall charge me asinine prices every month that do not make sense and I can’t even access the app to view usages or anything! THE WORST

Pretty Good. It could use a little polish, but it provides the services it needs too and this is definitely better than logging into the website to pay each time.

GP does not like their customers. You would think with as big of a company Georgia Power is that they would have better apps and easier ways for customers to pay for their power. Half the time the app gives an error message when trying to add money to your account. I can’t even use my debit card through the app anymore and have to use Apple Pay. It is very slow to loud and doesn’t work. Please do better, GP. You get our money, no doubt about it.

New App. Since the new Ga Power app I can’t login to pay my bill. I’ve been at this for three days now. I’ve never had this problem with the old Ga Power app. It was so easy and convenient. Hopefully they can get this issue resolved quickly.

Poor. Very basic. If you have an existing account it cannot find it, until you sign up again and then tells you you have an existing account and you can not move forward.

Happy customer. Loving the new apple pay option. This app is way easier to navigate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You literally made a new app and now I can’t log in… can’t reset username or password…. Says that login already exists… try using it and it says incorrect username and password…. Go to your website, hit forgot password. Click the link in the email and it says it can’t change my password at this time… are you kidding me… with how much y’all charge for electric this app should work flawlessly

App will not open. Every time I try to open the app it’s immediately crashes. The app use to work and in the last month all it does is crash upon opening.

APP does not work:. I'm trying to pay my bill but I keep getting the message that it can't complete my request or another message saying that I'm logged in when I have checked and clearly are not.

Useless in a power outage. I can’t get past the start up screen during a power outage when I’m relying on cellular to open the app

Crappie app. I have been trying to sign in all morning. I have been sending links to myself forgotten passwords change sign in username you name it over and over again it just keeps going in a loop I never get to sign in so I gave up and called in and had to use my account number to pay my bill, which is still pending, even though it cleared, they need to take it out of the bank and fix this app

Not able to make daily payments app updates. This app acts wonky all the time and I cannot make a payment if it will not allow me. This app needs a major update for it to be the only electricity company I need to see better.

Biometrics and iOS. Why can’t you, GA Power, get this to work? It works for a few weeks at a time before it bugs out again.

Incompetent. Really extremely F…d up!!! Wouldn’t allow me to login with the same password I’ve had 5 years. Please get a 7th grader to fix or redo your app and site.

They don't really want you to use it. It feels like the people who created this app don't really want you to use it. They did it because they were force to. I know... crazy. But the alternative is that they are really that incompetent.

Worst app ever created… almost. This app and pretty much everything about the company is just awful. The app is neither functional or user friendly. I’ve never struggled so hard to just to pay someone for sub-par services and support.

Bad app compared to others. Georgia Power please do some research on why every time I go to log in Face ID does not work. I have re enter my username and password all the time. Your app does not remember settings like other apps do.

Refreshing. If you leave the app screen to go to something else such as email it refreshes and blanks out anything entered such as email. Very annoying.

Never Ending Circle - Three Days of Trying. Every single time I have tried to use the Georgia Power app my password and username are always denied. I could change it seven times and it accepts it. But when I try to use it; it doesn’t work. Then I have to spend an inordinate amount of time on the phone with your Bot spending five minutes being given useless choices just to keep me from getting a human being. Once the Bot DECIDES for ME that I need a Rep I then spend upwards of 30 minutes listening to “Bot 1 saying we know your time is valuable, while being cut off by Bot 2 driveling on about simple solar! Even when I get the human Rep. who I must say was very nice, she was unable to help me set up auto pay over the phone but could reset my pass code! I have Parkinson’s. Do you have any idea how hard it is and how long it takes to type the correct letters. Now I will attempt to change my temporary password. Worse app ever. I wish I could still use Jackson EMC. This app and company is a joke.

Difficulties with online payments. I have tried for two months to make payments using Apple Pay. My Apple Pay is fine with Apple, but causes error with your app. I switched to Amazon pay and there were difficulties there too. I do not like how finicky your app is when I’m trying to keep my bill paid.

Bad. Why close my account how I supposed to pay my bill?
