Crappy app. Can not open app on any of my smartphones.

Doesn’t work. Enter my credentials and it gets stuck on “loading “.

App not functional. Need an option for a 0 rating. The app will not login. I changed the password like it suggested still no luck. The web version works fine, but does not offer a logout option. I guess it balances out lol.

Cannot login. Doing a wellness challenge through work and I was only able to login the day before the challenge started. I can login on the website just fine, but not the app (which I believe was needed in order to sync my Fitbit?). Hoping it’s just because everyone is trying to use it right now? Would be a bummer if I can’t get credit for my workouts!

Doesn’t work?. It won’t accept my password which I know is correct as I use it to log in via the website. When using the web version - difficulty synching Fitbit.

Terrible. Barely works.. App only works about 10% of the time and spends the other 90% of the time loading endlessly.

Worthless. Can’t get past the sign in screen

App Spins at Login. The app was working up until last Thursday. When I login it just spins.

Shocking the rating is so high. 1.4 is incredibly high for this app

Cannot access the app. Didn’t put the country code to my phone number and it’s not sending the verification code, hit the back button and it logs out. Stuck in a loop now. It’s as if no one properly tested the app before launching it. Unreal.

Stuck on “Loading”. Downloaded and logged in, got as far as verify, entered the code that was sent and it just sat there loading. I deleted app off phone, reinstalled and used credentials to log in and it just sit there loading. Apparently this is a known issue as there are internal comments on the Iris page along with the comments here. The app is pretty much useless if user cannot get past login.
