What a work out!. Can’t say enough good things about this app! It is like having a personal trainer in your come. Love how Shai has set up a whole workout routine for you to follow, so it takes all the guesswork out of what to do! And if you only have 10 minutes, do a 10 minute work out, trust me you won’t be walking up stairs anytime soon! Cannot recommend this app enough!

Exactly what I was looking for and needed. I have been looking for a fitness program to do work with weights and resistance and this is exactly what I hoped for. I follow the creator on Instagram and was really excited when she announced the app a few months ago. It was worth the wait. I’m a busy mom of 3 and my kids have even got into it, cheering me on! The 10 min workouts are perfect for me- enough to feel the work in my sore muscles the next day but not enough time to make an excuse that I’m too busy. Shai is also a wonderful, warm, and motivating trainer and that comes through the screen. 10/10 recommend 🙌🏼

Incredible workouts!!. Shai will push you to your limit! All while being encouraging and smiling. There are modifications for beginners. These workouts are good for all levels. You will work hard and enjoy it, through all the sweat. Don’t hesitate to download.

Terrible app waste of money!!. Worst fitness app ever!!! wouldn’t even call it an app, you’re charged $29 to watch a badly produced videos of an amateur fitness trainer. Terrible quality and very choppy app. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic Fitness App!!. Such an awesome app! This app really has it all and is my go to for fitness, each workout is so unique and challenging! The workouts are all original with a variety of options to select from - abs, cardio, strength etc it really has it all! Shai is beyond amazing and encourages and motivates you throughout the entire work! There are also options to modify or make the workouts more challenging depending on your current level of fitness. I also really love how there are different options to pick from depending on how long you want the workout to be - there are short 10/15 min ones for days when I just need to get one in quickly and then longer ones for 30 minutes to an hour! Definitely necessary for anyone looking to add something to their fitness routines!
