Junk app. Cannot connect to roomba j7+. Robot is connected to same WiFi as phone. 404 error. I think it’s a scam. Sign up for subscription and then hope you forget to cancel.

This app. This app has not helped me at all. It won’t even connect to my vacuum. I’d like to cancel it but I can’t find it on my phone now to delete it. Please cancel my services.

Worthless. App connects to iRobot Roomba 692 then does nothing. No command options, no record options, it just connects. Any input immediately disconnects & you are back to where you started. Email to developers brings no response. Customer support also results in no response. I paid for lifetime updates/use. How obtain refund.

Help and customer service. Awful just awful

Fury situation. I have 7 cats and a golden retriever so my day consist of vacuuming, sticky roller and vacuuming some more. Sue Ellen ( that’s what I named my robovac ) has been one of my best investments. I love Sue Ellen she freed up so much time in my life. I tell all my fiends about Sue Ellen. You won’t go wrong by getting your own Sue Ellen.

Waste of time and money. Don’t waste yours.. A total waste of time.

Scam. Does not work with Roborock brand even though it is the top search find. I will block this charge.

Not worth it. This does nothing more than the Shark clean app provides

Typical Chinese products some work some don’t. Battery dies way to quick and doesn’t operate the way it’s preceded.

The brunba!. Oh I love mine, super happy with it. I’ve a few area rugs but 95 percent luxury vinyl she handles it well. I’m happy with her 😃

Gift for my Birthday. I’ve only used it three times, but I’m amazed at this little critter that has a mind of its on. Trying to think of a name for it. My kids /grandkids went together and bought it for my 78th birthday! So far it’s fascinating and doing a great job! I plan to use it daily, because I have a cat. So 5 stars for the Critter!

Waste of money. I wish I had known that this app only supports a couple robot vacuums and not multiple brand names that it advertised. Unfortunately this app isn’t available for a refund. Unless you have a shark or iRobot brand do not buy. It will be a complete waste of your money.

I have a iRobot vacuum cleaner and won’t pair. So bad

Dust bin. Vacuum stops often. Says bin is full and it's far from full. Washed bin and all surfaces where bin fits with damp cloth, vacuumed filter, bin and all surfaces. Other than this recent problem I like it very much.

Roomba. This is so fun and helpful

App Frozen. The app started with asking feedback even though I haven’t even used it. How can I give the feedback. Then while I skipped the feedback, the app is frozen.

Bad robot. We have a J series robot, and it works about half the time. Garbage Benzle

Scam. This was a scam had to have every one of my cards canceled due to this app the charges showed up as a escort service.. beware it’s a scam

Not the Roomba J7 app.. Don’t enter your credit card. It is for extras that you probably don’t need.

Shark robot is the best!. I’ve own several Robot Vacuum’s over the years, and this is far and away the best. What’s great is the new feature where it automatically delivers dirt in their special bin. This is done after each cleaning. Also it doesn’t accumulate hair that clearly gs up on a normal robot. I’m sold!

RIPOFF. They make you pay for the app than tell you it won’t work with your 2024 iRobot vacuum. 🤬

Loving Eufy. I was trying to give 5 stars not 3. I have Eufy security and vacuum and absolutely love EUFY! Everything works super good!

I like it but not what I expected. For $1000 I thought it would do a better job. Like it a lot but I wish it did a better job with dog hair. It leaves clumps of hair scattered around my house so I have to run a vacuum after running this vacuum.

Pathetic. Can not get through a job without problems. Now it won’t start at all.

Scam. Tried to get me to add a credit card and said $0 set up. Got a fraud alert from bank, it tried to charge 39.99 SCAM !!!!!! Had to cancel card and deal with all the bull that comes with auto pays linked to it. Stay away!

FAKE AP!!!!!. Site tried to rip me off for $39.95, but my bank saw it as a scam !!!

Requesting refund. The app requires payment before allowing you to set up robot cleaning machines. After I purchased the app. It would not connect to my robot. This is not compatible with roborock E5 I am requesting a refund of my 24.99

Bogus app. Don’t download.. I downloaded this thinking it was the app for my eufy robovac. Wrong. It wanted a bunch of Personal data including a credit card number. Red flags really went up when it asked if I wanted to propagate my information to a bunch of other businesses. I backed out. Found two charges 2.99 and 39.99 on my bank account from it. The bank blocked the latter and I have requested a refund on the other which the rep agreed to do. I couldn’t understand the name of the business when the phone answered. The rep said they were a payment processing and customer service company but wouldn’t or couldn’t tell me what company their client was. I think a bunch of the other “eufy” apps are probably masquerading too. They have vendor names that are not eufy. Eufy clean is the right one…it says it’s from Eufy. Make sure the logo avatar on the app is correct too.

Do not create account with app!. They say it’s free but they try to charge your card 39.99. Luckily my bank declined it and warned me, but now I’m going to have to get a new card. Don’t make the same mistake I did
