Why do I have to give it a star?. Don't get me wrong this app COULD be helpful if they actually updated it... If it was up to date it would probably get 5 stars. Seeing that I paid the $.99 for apparently nothing helpful. It seemed that once they made a little money off of it they stopped caring. Please update the app, then I'll update my review.

Finally updated!. I have had this version for over a year, Clash of Clans will update and this guide finally did! Took a while after the COC updates but it finally caught up, took a while but it's a NICE guide!!

Waste of the time it took to DL.. Just a common sense guide, not well written, and not up to date. This is just someone exploiting the popularity of the game itself. Anything worth reading is $1.99 per chapter. And if you're already playing the game for more than a week you will already know this info without wasting money on this ridiculous app. It's a ripoff. Don't download. Why spend $1.99 on this garbage info when that could be put towards the gems you need in-game..??

Great!. This app is great! it includes anything you need to become a serious clash of clans player!

Great buy!. The free information is great with the strategies and base defense builds but the $1.99 purchases all the extra information. I was hesitant to make the purchase but it was money well spent. The calculator is an extremely useful tool and necessary for timing your units for back to back raiding.

Great resource. I'm new to CoC and I find this guide very Useful on many levels. I check with it all The time. So far no glitches. I would Recommend using it with other guides As it seems they don't all share quite the same info. I use three guides plus forums, etc. Since I plan to play for some Time, I am sure over time I As I gain experience I will narrow my "go to" Resources but this one I will stay with.

Good for Rookies. This is great for people getting started but not for me iv done all these things except the one where you move some stuff out of your base because it risks the opponent getting a star causing them to win the battle and take my trophies .

Not helpful for experienced players. This is a good app for beginners although there are a few things I disagree with (Specifically the town hall 8 defense which says to put your mortars and air defenses on the outer layer and replace them with hidden teslas. Dumb!!). I would not recommend this to serious experienced players.

Scam, rip off, bad for business. I bought the in app upgrades a few months ago. Then I upgrade it and I have to do it again. Not to mention the restore in app purchases doesn't even work. I would highly suggest NOT buying or downloading this its a waste. You'll spend money now then have to spend it again later. 😡

Poor amount of updates. I have had this app for close to 8 months now. There has not been many updates. Some new features have been added but other updates have not been addressed. I probably would not download this app again. The maker clearly doesn't have time or care about keeping this app up to date. Find something better!

Really Great! :D. It helped me get a great start on Clash of Clans! I have won over 50 matches and only lost 2! Great guide, but not all tips are unlocked so you have to buy some.

Good, helpful guide. I've taken the base designs and used different parts of them in my own base. For the most part they work well. Also recently used the clashculator which is very helpful

Ads. So I came to write a review about the ads that pop up everywhere, only to find out I already paid some time ago, which makes it inexcusable. If I paid in the past, why are ads popping up quite literally every 3 seconds on the calculator? I mean, it's whatever. It was basically just an ad itself to download another app.

Not sure what to think about this app. I'm new to the game so I'm not sure what yo think. It has been helpful to a point but there are a lot of locks on certain things. I will wait to see how it can further help me and then decide. I don't plan on paying for extra stuff in the game and I certainly will not pay anything for a guide.

Fun game. If you don't mind the possibility of being attacked every day, and don't pay any mind to the people that just want you to join there clan it's really fun, and just fun regardless.

Ok App but disappointing. I think this app is good for the base designs and the wiki. But the recent update it made most of the base designs locked and now you have to pay for it where before you didnt have to pay for it and it was unlocked. The best part about the app is the wiki basicly the only good thing about this app now since tje latest update. Look for another app if i were you for base designs and stuff.

A great app. It's a great app with lots of information and usual updates . You know what can be better . If you put like a section of what to upgrade first . Like if you upgrade walls before mortars or cannons before archer towers that would be amazing but over all its easy to use and has alot of useful information

Another ripoff. If you can get to google don't buy this. The strategy is no better than any 10 yr old could tell you who plays. It's a shame people continue to put this crap in the App Store to profit off kids who don't know any better. The only strategy to the game is "the more you spend(ie real money) the better you are." Now pay me for telling you!

I'm hoping this is just a glitch..... Like others, I paid for the previous version, but can't see any content after the update.... I even pressed the i in the. Upper right corner and clicked restore purchases but it STILL doesn't work. What gives? Wrote the above review weeks ago, and there has been no progress. Jamie Toelle, I hope you are trying to fix this simple issue, as Karma is a harsh teacher. For now, my rating remains 1 - but I wish it could go to 0. I will seek about a means to report your robbery to Apple, and if/when that fails, I will seek the filing of a class-action lawsuit to force you to return the money you have effectively stolen from your supporters. In closing, this is a very simple fix, just fix it and stop stealing and you can avoid this mess... But Even if you do fix it, I can't promise your Karmic balance will be restored immediately. Dont waste your money. I have read the reviews and they all say that it doesnt give you what you purchase but in advance dont download this app at all unless you just started a minute ago... because it makes you pay for any of the good stuff it might tempt you but then it will not give you the extra hints... DONT DOWNLOAD IT!

Worthless is you have been playing for a week or 2. Theres a couple things in here you may not know, nothing significant. The rest of the guide for 'advanced users' is locked until you buy the app. So we have Yet another person just trying to make a quick buck off of common sense. Thanks for nothing...

Cool game. Cool game, noads and no bugs since, I've been playing but i hope they make clan wars because it would give meaning to it's name and open up new ways to play.

Love It!. I was having trouble with defense, so I looked at this, hardly lost since. For all you people out there who want them to give you your purchase back, it's probably because when they update it, it gets better, so you have to buy it again to get the new information.

Very Useful Strategy Guide. I like figuring stuff out by myself. But there were some aspects of Clan Wars that did not seem to make sense. The guide helped quite a bit.

Buggy. Ok, so for all the people who don't know how to re-purchase the in-app purchase: You will see an i at the top right corner, click that and type in your password etc. And now...this app is very buggy, everytime i try to click on the other guides (basic town hall 8) it will just stay on the same page it was previously. Not so bad. If you're a Clasher it's a solid reference tool with bare bones graphic design. The other reviewers hyperbolize the frequency of pop up ads. they are a bit frequent, but not so invasive. I would encourage the app maker to scale back on how often ads pop up. Otherwise, it's great to have an offline database on Clash of Clans.

UPDATE!. This app is grossly out-of-date. It only shows strategy up to a level 8 town hall AND makes no mention of anything to do with the third resource dark elixer. However it's good for beginners but that's where it also ends.

Pop ups. What the FiretrUCK is the go with the pop ups every five seconds. There is some useful information on here but it takes forever to access it cause of pop ups for apps to download. Sort out the spam seriously. Five seconds between pop ups is a joke

Outdated. Need to update the app. Only goes up to th8 and the info regarding dropping trophies is outdated as you cannot just hit the next button anymore. Has some good info but would be better if it was relevant to the latest game updates.

Base layout section. In the base layout section there is town hall 8 in the town hall 7 spot and town hall 10 in town hall 9 spot so there are 2 town hall 10 and 2 town hall 8 no town hall 7 or 9. Other wise it is a great app!

Good but outdated. Needs updating. The wiki is inaccurate in some small ways e.g. Archer Towers now go to level 13 but the wiki only says level 12. 8/10

Poor. I was expecting something more thorough bit of a botch job as a guide. Needed more examples not enough information. For beginners Its fine but personally I wouldn't bother with purchasing the additional content. Disappointing..

Awesome App. It has pretty good Intel on how to move up and be a champion in Clash of Clans. Needs a bit of Wiki information about troops and buildings advantages and disadvantages.

Alex ⬇. I would love a new update. The videos say that the spikes save u from wall breakers and they just go to the spikes. But in the previous updates they made the wall breakers avoid the spikes (walls sticking out) please update to new version.

Do not download! Auto charges you!. I downloaded this looking for a guide. Whilst I was on it I was asked to enter my iTunes password. I assumed that was for the updates running in the background. Nope, that was this trying to AUTOMATICALLY make a 2.50$ charge. I kept cancelling it (thank god i read it) and it got to the point I could not exit the app because it kept flashing up to accept the charge!

Good until update. This app was great help in clash of clans for beginners and intermediates (me) until the update. The app won't let you restore the purchases you made to unlock the extra features before the update! Overall a good app but please find a way to restore the purchases

Good for Beginners. Spending the money is not worth it. There is very little further guidance. The 66 base designs are not rated or commented on as to effectiveness.

I enjoy using this guide, but I feel that it would be more useful if it were to be updated, because: •The Level 13 Cannon & Archer Tower should be added; •The Air Sweeper should be added; •The advertisements should not appear for those who have previously paid to see something that is now free to see (ONLY if it's possible. I'll understand if it is required to keep things running); •Clan EXP should be explained in the guide; •A problem with the Troop Calculator may be a culprit in the application crashing; and, •It has been almost 5 months since the last update. This guide is REALLY good, but an update would make it better!

This is a lifesaver. This app is the best of its kind!! It has helped me level up a lot and I just got it. It has a troop calculator, base designs, attacking strategies among other features. I highly recommend!

New update sux. The app is awesome. I use it all the time. But the most recent update has made this app a paper weight. I can't use it. Reinstalled many times and still doesn't work. Wait till its fixed to get this app. It is worth it.

Used to be good.. Before the newest update, it was a great app. Now, too much requires an in-app purchase. I understand that the developer needs to be paid for their work, but they kept a little too much under the 'pro' section.

Can't see. This app is basically one big text file with the little pictures. It looks like it was a website converted into an app by an app. No Zoom. No text rewrap. No landscape. No good.

Doesnt help more experienced players. This guide was made for beginners and only goes up to town hall 8. Also the bases for 8 and below arent even that good. You could have a way better base so I would say dont waste your time on this app.

Not complete.... It doesn't contain the latest patch info for example the Town Hall info... Good info but needs to be maintained before I will purchase.

Lost purchase. Paid for the full version with previous version then updated the app today and now it says I have to pay again to have the full version??

Bug won't allow me to restore purchases. Button that says restore purchases doesn't work after update to fix button.

Not as described. The description says this includes "upgrade paths," which was primarily why I bought this app... It in fact, does not include upgrade paths. There is nothing this app claims to do that a simple google search can not.

No rebuying. I paid for the full unlock and when the app updated it wanted to charge me again, big fair and just plain greedy, especially since you can find what you are looking for online...

This app is a waste of time. Do not download this app it isn't worth it. I downloaded it and five seconds later…I deleted it all it has is common sense stuff that we already know do not pay for it at all!!!!!!

Portrait display. The interface looks nice, but I cannot see a word in my iPhone. In any other applications, I can just rotate the device and read the contents in portrait mode. But this app just refuse to do that! Please fix that!

Needs help. I have ipad 1 and crashes before I get it opened
