Great app. This app has defiantly aided a lot of my foundational skills in memorizing words or sentences. Great app!

Fun and Interactive. I have a few Danish friends. I wanted to learn some basic words and be able to wrap my mouth around the difficult Danish sounds. This app offers to teach that in a fun, creative and effective way. Give it a try!

Hands free listening. Love the hands free listening...

Best method outside of immersion. Tried a few different apps and this is the best. Especially if you drive for a living, like me. Free version gets you 101 words (though this includes a tongue twister which I do not feel advanced enough to even attempt). Plan on buying the upgrade soon.

Best App for Pronunciation. I tried five different apps to supplement learning Danish out of a book. I needed to be able to listen to spoken Danish, to help with my pronunciation. This app was the most useful by far. The recordings are nice and clear and there is a good selection of phrases.

Makes learning easy!. Tried several apps... this ones the best! I started with the free version but it is so awesome that I paid to upgrade to the full version. This app gives you several learning methods- reading, hearing, doing, saying. It is making learning Danish super easy for me! The accent inspector is super cool- it records you saying it and plays it back to you (slowed down to half speed) followed by the "teacher" saying it to you (also at half speed) so you can hear the comparison of how you are saying it verses the "teacher." Wonderful program!. My Danish wife is very pleased with my progress as I learn Dansk using this program. I thought I would never be able to pass the Danish citizenship test but now I have hope!

Easy to use !!!. I find this easy to use, it's fun, and educational, and it's the best product out there to learn Danish I've found so far

Excellent and Underrated. This app has features that are unique and set it apart. For example, it lets you record your pronunciation of a sentence or phrase. Then it plays it back at a slower speed, followed by the correct pronunciation.

Fabulous.... Easy to Use. This is a fantastic app. Love that it repeats the words/phrases and then adds. I use it everyday, even when I do the dishes, using a Bluetooth speaker. Will help me learn, when I go back to visit the family in Denmark. Will definitely upgrade for more benefits.

I like this app. I am not sure whether this app will ever make me talk like a Dane, but I find it very good. We all know the determination when we face a new language and also the reasons why we CAN NOT do it today. This app is smart, non-intrusive, reliable. Absolutely worth of supporting. Thanks to its creators!

Great for learners!. This app is perfect for learning Danish! The only thing I'd recommend is adding a section on how to pronounce certain letters and letter combinations, but even without it, the speech on the player helps with that. Overall a great app and would recommend. "Meget god."

Super Easy to Use!. I love this app. It has a simple U.I. and cool blue colors. You can slow down or speed up the voices of the male Danish speaker (who, hilariously, I find sounds cute.) and the boring robot lady who talks in English. You can switch to a mode where the Danish speaker says a word or phrase 8 times then is translated so if you were vacuuming the carpet or just jogging or even about to go to sleep, it's just good to get the sound of the tone of the words in your head. There are other modes like 7 or so, so that's nice. Anyway, this app isn't super complex it's just a good starting point for anyone who wants to learn to speak Danish. Happy learning!

I don’t eat giraffes!!. Great app!! Lots of useful words and phrases in an easy to remember Format. My other app taught me the word for ape and giraffe in the first twenty words. Pretty sure I won’t be ordering any giraffe steaks in Copenhagen or looking for missing apes, so this app is a thousand times better!!!

Annoying English announcer. I really like this app but I hate that the developers were too lazy to include an English announcer that was a real person. It's so harsh on the ears every time the English translation announces what the next word will be. I hope they use a native English speaker's recordings in some future update. Other than that the app is great. I do wish they included an alphabet section and quick pronunciation guide.

Meget Godt. This app is beautifully designed. It's easy to use and fun. It's as enthralling as any game app. If used consistently, it would be an excellent step towards Danish language immersion.

Unexpected Crash. I absolutely love the new update! There's just one problem. I got a notification immediately after opening the app after the update that said I needed to restore my previous purchase of the full version of the app in order to get some new content or whatnot. So I went to do that but the app crashes every time I attempt to go restore my purchase. So I'm currently stuck with the basic 101 words and I'm very frustrated because I'm so impressed with the new interface and usability but I'm limited by this darn crash. Please fix this as I would really like to get back to practicing with your app.

Wow!. I have to say I am amazed by this app! I wanted to learn Danish because my family origins are Danish and I was like well why not learn it. Within my first month I have learned around 70 words. The only thing I don't like is the full price of 10$. I get it and all but to me to attract more peoples eyes it should be worth around 5$. But in all I highly suggest Dansk to anyone that wants to learn Danish.

Engrave words into your mind with this easy-to-use app!. Super easy to memorize words hands-free while you do other tasks around the house, i.e. Washing dishes or folding laundry. And this app also doesn't scam you for your money like the others--which is awesome! I was beginning to worry about being able to find a free language tool app, but here it is! Love it. Would recommend it to anyone interested in learning Dansk!

Addictive. I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I mostly love it (not mostly like it). The categories are hefty, the recording quality of the Danish words is excellent. Dig into this app and leave it going in the, subway or shower and you’ll realize you’re learning hundreds of words. I hope they don’t mind me saying that you’ll need to pair it with something else in order to conjugation etc but it more than gives you words and phrases that you can quickly put to use and will help you recognize phrases used around you. The only thing I would love for them to add is a way to quickly remove words from the favorited list or a way to make a custom grouping of words This is my favorite app on my phone and will be for a long time.

I like so far. It could use a bit of explanation as to how it works; am still figuring that out. But the apparent flexibility of how to use via options and settings is good.

Dansk. Was very impressed with Nemo as far as Tagalog, Danish and Czech. I’m glad you have the word packets as I am beginning to relearn the Tagalog I once knew. I will be buying it shortly.Thank you.

Best Danish program so far. I love this program. You can adjust the learning pace, and it helps with pronunciation as well as conversation and word knowledge. I just wish they had an intermediate version.

Jai elsker det GAME!!!!!!. My mother always talks to her aunt and friends in Dansk and this app is really helping with understanding what they're saying. The only thing is that it is 'posh' Dansk and my mum uses slang Dansk. Like for example posh - dårlig Slang- særlig But i guess i can work it out.

User friendly and fun app to lean from. I have this app on my phone and use it on my walk to work. It's easy to use and the phrases and vocabulary that it teaches me is very relevant, compared to other apps I tried before. There is a ton of stuff available for free on the app but I am enjoying their comprehensive learning style so much I will buy the full version of the app and use it as my primary means to learn Danish.

Learning Danish. I find this program a good way to learn the language. It is well pronounced and makes it easier to practice. Highly recommend it. A great way to learn Danish. Easy to understand. I wear my ear buds to bed and have it play all night. Really helps me to learn easier.

very helpful app. Am just beginning finally to learn this language—- my paternal grandmother was born in Denmark and gave me a lovely copy of Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales: I’m determined to read them in Danish with the help of this Dansk app. Unfortunately she died when I was only 7 years old and my father never spoke Danish at home, only when with some of his Danish friends. The pronunciation in the app is so clear, and it’s possible to repeat every day’s words as often as I like, as well as backtrack for review. I have a little Danish/English dictionary and grammar book that I’ll later be able use along with practicing the words on the app, but listening to the words and repeating them is most important — that’s how children learn a language: books and grammar come later on. The pace is gradual, begins with basic vocabulary, and having a goal of 8 words a day to start encourages me to keep adding a few more: in 30 days that will amount to 240 words.
