Helpful app. So bad connecting app like a virus

Bug bugs bugs. The app is super slow ,contains various bugs and requires you to re-enable the vpn configurations on iOS every time you restart the app but “ if “ and when it connects the servers are pretty quick I’ve only used the HK servers since they’re the fastest in China but the app could use a lot of work I hope the developers come up with an update soon

After update - doesn’t work. After the addition of ESIM the app no longer will open on my phone. I have tried to revert to an older version but can’t. I am in china without a vpn. No good.

Very good. Fast and stable period.

Best on trial. This Vpn was the best when I was using on 7 days trial but immediately after subscription it started bringing errors and turning itself every few minutes, I don’t want to judge right now but feel like I have been scammed coz when try support I get a 502 error. That will be my first and last subscription from me and don’t think that’s the way to do business.

Worst vpn. They give you the best ever experiencing of free 7 days trial with very fast and when you are subscribing then it barely connect to the servers ....means no vpn all the time only you have wasted your money. I was thinking it is the best vpn among all, but now i think it is only a useless vpn.

Scam and shameless company. I used it for 3 months while I was working in China and payed month to month service, never signed up for autopay, and once I came back to Europe and stopped using it I stopped paying for it,and double checked before deleting the app that the autopay is not on...and it wasn’t since I never signed up for it. I deleted the app and year after I realized I’ve been charged on my account every month for a full year for their service since I somehow “signed up” for autopay...I contacted customer service and they responded they will refund just last 3 months since they see I was signed up for autopay...I explained that I never signed up for autopay and that they can see in their system that I haven’t been using the app for a full year and that it was deleted and they never responded to me. This is such a shame to receive this kind of treatment and realize how shameless these companies are in filling their pockets by scamming people.

started subscription with out permissions. I opened the app and it said I started a free trial without asking if I wanted to start if I knew I would need a subscription I would not have downloaded it. how do I cancel????

when it works it works well. vpn connection is pretty good when it connects, but can sometimes take a very long time to get connected in the first place and is sometimes inconsistent- I often find myself switching servers because I get disconnected randomly. Besides that, it’s been solid

Worked fine during trial. At the least 2 or 3 times a day it doesn’t connect and needs to add vpn connection again. When it won’t connect it will not allow me to connect to the internet via wifi. I need to delete the app and reinstall. I’m not happy with my purchase

Clever theft. Canceled the subscription (so I thought) with their complicated cancellation process. Disgusted that it was still running and in fact not canceled and now I’ve payed for two months of this shoddy thing. It’s like a crafty form of robbery. Never use this again. Gross

Warning every one not to DOANLOAD this warning this is just a scam this is a very slow vpn just saying every Single day I have to reconnect to it in like 1 hour and it literally stops your video for like 10 seconds

The fastest VPN.... There have been many VPNs that I have tried, many of which who claim to offer free services, only to prompt the user shortly after downloading the app. to login in order to purchase an expensive subscription. I don't like paying for apps that haven't earned my trust. Trust has to be earned! Requiring users to create a login I. D., and enter their personal contact information before they have become acquainted with the app., is like giving your car keys to a complete stranger...with your house keys attached. Many times, companies that charge a fee for their apps. also sell our personal contact information for an additional profit. This is also the reason I now omit my home address, and prior Company names from my resume (I don't have their home address.) They want your personal information before they earn it by offering you an interview. These companies are becoming overly arrogant and disrespectful, especially since foreigners began bilking Americans. Thank you so much for this opportunity to try out the app. for free. Not only is it easy to use, and is fast, though it offers options to subscribe, IT DOES NOT DEMAND FOR USERS TO CREATE A LOGIN ACCOUNT. Whenever an application require for me to create a user account before I have used the app., I delete the app. immediately. I am sick and tired of all these companies demanding OUR personal information. Suppose I don't like the app. enough to be a repeat customer? Great job! Do something well and the money will follow! hop. could you let users set it to hop between servers that they pick, and the intervals, thats something that i thought should be intuitive for something like this to do.

In china. Usually it Manages to connect in China. I am not Chinese and do not buy from Chinese App Store. However I am now receiving warning that the software has been removed from Chinese App Store. It is probably unwise to use any VPN with a cellular connection in China unless you want your phone disconnected. But VPNs are also a must to connect to basic services like Facebook and sometimes even banks and very non political sites outside of China. Fewer and fewer VPNs work now in that country, and sometimes this VPN struggles to make a connection. In terms of speed it is one of the best.

Woeful customer service. I have used this service for several years with no issues Last month suddenly the service tells me my subscription has expired I check and find it had not so I searched and searched and eventually found an email address for support I quickly received a response to my mail asking for me to send records of my subscription which I duly did, since then despite repeated emails no further response I tried to take another short subscription as I was away and needed to connect, the service took my money but still stated my subscription was expired I again email and again no response So I short if it works it’s a good vpn If it goes wrong the support is non existent and they take your money but provide no service

Great VPN. Been using it for almost 2 years. imaging living in China without having a reliable VPN it Works 99% of the time. just recently it keeps asking to access the setting and need to put in your phone password, that’s a bit of annoying.

Use at own risk. It was working fine here in China, even loaded on to my Apple TV. So I payed for a one year subscription four days ago. Now it says I need to renew it. It was charged to my credit card, customer support is non existent on their web site, or I’m not patient enough to go digging for it. Their account info has no billing info, so who knows what’s going on.

App doesn’t work. App is not working

When it works it’s good. Connectivity is usually pretty solid, although you have to switch locations quite often. Sometimes it works for a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days, but you’ll certainly have to switch locations frequently. However, it seems lately they’ve spent more resources posting advertisements for promotional discounts less keeping the app working. And from China, if you want to send a support ticket you need to be on VPN. If the VPN isn’t working, well… No support. I wouldn’t need support if the VPN was working. See the problem here?

One of the best but some issues. Works well in China and servers are pretty fast. Always requests to add vpn profile even though it’s always been added though. Otherwise it works great and the prices are better than others.

Worthless. This app is worthless. Does not work as advertised. Does not work in foreign countries. There are bugs galore. Although I only wanted a 1 month subscription as a trial, they “auto renewed” it for another month even though I had unchecked the auto renew box. They are crooks selling an inferior product. Almost every time I tried to use it I had to disable the VPN for things to work.

Not work at all. Purchased a 12-months subcri, but the App Not work at all on my windows PC. And the support team no update at all after two mails with problem un-solved. Unbelievable!!! Both the App and the team service!!!!!

Payment problems. Despite having auto-renewal turned off within the app, an automatic renewal was triggered on the PayPal side due to a previous payment, resulting in an unintended renewal of a 2-year subscription. I am currently negotiating for a refund. Additionally, when switching from a monthly to a 2-year plan, despite canceling the monthly option with customer service, I faced issues with continued monthly charges, leading to double payments. I do not recommend this service.

Don’t think it is stable enough. The connection keeps getting lost. Not sure if it is to do with wifi or anything else as I don’t see any feedback. Then it may take several attempts to reconnect and I have no idea what has worked.

I paid downloaded the app on my phone, paid with my Apple account and tried downloading and using the same app on my laptop but their system don’t recognize. Could work fine if there was a way to maintain connection. In my iPhone I have a hard time maintaining the vpn connection it always tell me my services ended and I need to renew my service. I have reinstalled the software in my MacBook Air and on my MacBook Pro twice due to software stop working lost its settings and now is nagging me to buy another service because I have too many devices. Hell if this software were working properly I shouldn't have to keep downloading the same application

Terrible App. I bought this app to watch Netflix while deployed to Southeast Asia. First of all, I was double charged. Second, the app won't migrate to my other devices. Third, this app stopped working well the second I bought the subscription after the free app worked well. The VPN drops the connection often and has little to no support on getting issued resolved. Overall I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Does the job... usually.... Before traveling to china, I downloaded two VPN apps for my phone, this one and VPN proxy master. This one I ended up paying for a subscription because I needed one for my computer as well and this was the only one I found that did both phone and computer. I kept both apps on my phone and ended up needing both. Sometimes, this app has given me trouble connecting or staying connected and that's when I switch to the other one, which is free all the time. That one also tends to give me trouble when there are a lot of people using it so there is a weak connection. Overall, I enjoy this one because I can use it for both my phone and computer but I would recommend having a backup.

Does not work for multiple devices. After purchasing on my iPad, the account information doesn't even show that I paid. On my iPhone and MacBook I can't access the service. It used to work in the previous version

Great app!. This app is great! It's user friendly. It does not slow down the internet, and usually connects in a few seconds. Worth the money! The only problem I have had is that it sometimes won't connect right away, it may take a few tries.

Flush money down toilet. Couldn't get it to work on my IPad. Told me I needed to create a profile and they would send me a verification email. I never got that email, tried multiple times.

Secure connection. Provides a fast, secure connection. Simple but works perfectly.

Useless in Mainland China. It doesn't work from Mainland China (as of Jan 2015, from different devices, diff internet providers, and diff locations)

Worked Perfect. I'm overseas on a trip where Netflix is blocked. With this VPN I was able to stream movies. My only complaint is that the free trial period is very short lived compared to other free VPN services. Though if I were over here long term, this VPN would be a good investment and worth the subscription fee.

Buggy, fails regularly, works intermittently. While the Mac OS X version works fine, the iOS version is buggy as hell.
