Game. It’s kind on I don’t get how it’s post to be a Dentist Care but it’s like you don’t even get a finish it because how do you know you’re done and it’s just kind of just to hassle

VERY VERY BAD 😡🙄😡. So the only problem is that we have to put braces on all of them even the dog like I don’t like that my toddlers are scared of braces they RUN away from their iPad so that’s why I deleted it it BUT You have to delete this game

Great game 👍. This is a very fun game to play! The only problem I have with it is that it once you reach a higher level you have to pay to get certain things in the dentist office!

Alright. I finished fixing the first persons teeth but there was no 'done' sign or anything so I couldn't move on to unlock new people.

OK. The one time I didn't read the reviews and wish I did. The ONE person you "dent" on gets pretty boring after the first couple of turns.

Pointless. No tutorial and you have to pay to unlock the rest of the characters. It's entertaining for about 2 minutes. These kids of games are a waste of time..

Only ONE patient - not 4 unless you pay!!. Very disappointing! My kids love this game but have been very disappointed that they can only access ONE character without having to pay more! The details about this app are misleading by stating there are 4 characters! Be aware that there are only 4 if you're willing to pay $2.99! One character would be fine if this was stated in the details. It's also annoying that all 4 character faces are shown - 3 with a 🔒symbol on them - this makes it extremely frustrating for children! Like showing them a candy but not letting them have one!! 😡

Please bring out an update where there are goals and achievements and if you reach a certain amount of achievements or goals you get new characters please guys I really hope you can do an update/you could maybe make people pay $0.50 for the game please I really hope it gets better :/

Horrible. Worse than ever expected. Could make a better app out of a cereal box.. This game is the same every time, you have to pay for different characters. The other reviews that said it was good are lying and they are robots. Very hard to see and play on a small screen. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Unrealistic. The people cost money to unlock and the other day it said that the second guy was available for me to play but when i got there I still only had 1 guy Billy plus every time his mouth is the same so who cares? Plus the braces make no difference and they look tacky update it to have characters unlocked and maybe even requests from the patient if you are gonna make an app at least have had it finished before you release it.

Worthy if Deleting. A lot of the reviews already cover my sentiments, but to add to them, it's not a very player friendly game. You don't really know when you've met the quota for any given tool - would e nice for a "task complete" or % bar for each tool. It is also kind of hard to distinguish the very-light yellow plaque from the natural shadows of the teeth and other faint imperfections as well. Also, the tools are kind of awkward to handle - the brush is held to right side of the player, but I'm left handed so my brushing technique covers up the rest of the screen.

More stuff than the instructions explain. It's pretty basic, and somewhat boring since you never "complete" a patient. Also, there's the light and the x-ray machine and no instructions on how or why to use them. The tweezers to put on the braces are too long for you to grab any of the braces below the second row, and if you accidentally put on the wrong color, you can't take it off. My kids think it's fun, but the fact that you can't "level up" for doing a good job, makes it boring pretty quickly.

Just sad.. This game looked extremely fun at first. I went to the app and clicked on one of the female patients. I was disappointed to see you could only use one of the patients.. Unless you wanted to buy the rest? Anyway, the first thing I realized was that the game had no instructions. EVERY game should have instructions in my opinion. After figuring out how to use the tools "somewhat" I found that the game had no levels. You fixed your patients dental problems.. And clicked the refresh button only to see the SAME patient with more cavities! Wow, just boring and a poor app overall. 😞

Is Okay.... I rate this game 3 stars because it doesn't give you instructions, and you have to pay for the levels after 1. Though, if you tend to buy games that you like, I would suggest you give it a try because it's really fun! 😃

Waste of $. This app is OK. But, you have to buy the other 3 characters for $3. I did, and it is a waste of money. It's fun to clean the teeth, but you can't click on the bottom brace row that includes hearts. All in all, don't buy the other characters. Also, the polishing tool doesn't work very well, it looks to pixelated and you can't get it on only one tooth.

What's Everybody's Deal?. I don't see what's so wrong with this game. Besides the annoying, overly-persistent ads and the major gross-factor, it's a pretty decent app. And for those of you asking, the kids don't go away or finish up or anything like that. You go back to the menu when you're done.

Um.... Even thiogh people are saying that the instructions are in the description of the game um... Whos gonna go to the app store everytime they play this game because people going to forget. Tries to force In-App purchases. When each of my children clicked (once) on an in app purchase, I told them to hit "cancel"....BUT the "confirm purchase" pop up kept coming back every time we hit cancel. I guess they think if we get tired of hitting "cancel" then we'll just purchase it out of exhaustion? Thankfully I have my account set up to where I would have to come put the password in, so we didn't get charged. You also can't advance on this game and there is no tutorial on how to play. Deleting as soon as I'm done with this review.

Wrong idea. You can do anything with this game, you just have to put a little imagination to it. You use the tweezers to pick up braces and put them on the teeth, but you can't reach the bottom row. You use the scooper to chose the powder and put it in the teeth, not a berry wise choice. And last, there need to be a tutorial and an end to the game. If your looking for fun, it's okay to get the game, but if you need goals and you can't Figure it out on your own, just, don't.

Lacking a Point. This app was not what I expected. It does not instruct you whatsoever. The art looks great and so is the accessibility but for now I refuse to play it because there aren't missions or even directions. If the creators updated it with things like "Jamie needs braces. Hint her favorite color is purple!" Then it be all the more enjoyable. Just a suggestion. Thanks for reading!~

How?. How on earth do you play this game? I have cleaned the teeth and filled cavities, but what do I do with the rest of the stuff? Another good addition would be a story line with each child, you know? Like it explains why on earth the child has so many problems. These things are a few of the BASICS for good, even great, games. Come on, people! If you did so much work on the graphics, then why not add the 2 simple things?!?!?!

~ Honest Opinion ~. It has its ups & downs. If you're bored & just wanna kill time than this app is great. Yeah there is no point of the game & you have to pay to unlock more characters but in the meantime I actually enjoyed playing. Its fun being able to be a dentist & just enjoy a simple game. It does need to have a bit more of a challenge to it, & different characters should have separate needs that you need to accomplish, & have it get harder & harder. Other than that I enjoyed it while it last!

Not a game.. If you're looking for a fun game, this isn't it. It isn't fun and its not a game. No objectives, no rules, no explanation, and no help. This might be what twisted dentists practice with between patients to lighten the mood. It's cute and themed well, but one look at poor little Billy's mouth nearly made me gag. What did I expect, though? There's just some things in life that shouldn't be made into a (self-proclaimed) game. It still has hope if all these we're addressed as its well done technically and artistically. Besides the fact that I couldn't tweeze the bottom most row of braces because it to close to the edge. Yes, you tweeze braces. PS the 1 star's because you pitched it as a game.

Iffy. At first I thought it was great!! But now every 5 seconds a confirm your purchase sign comes up. I also think you should have more characters without having to buy them. Like one girl and one boy! Instead of just one boy. But I also think the way to play is very easy . You don't really need instructions.

GREAT but.... This game is fantastic with many cool features! I felt a little confused the first time I played. There was no info on what the tools where. I did however, like the braces feature with plenty of cool colors to choose from. I find it is not mature to make children buy the characters or (Patients) with real money. I feel as if the patient you fix their teeth and they give you 5 coins or something to spend on a "shop" to buy new tools or to buy a new patient. I would love it if I could level up and get access to a certain item while I am leveling up. I hope you make this in the next update! Thank you! I recommend this app!!!

Slight bug you should fix. This is the greatest game I've ever played in my life. There is just one slight bug. On the bottom row of their teeth, in the very back on the left side on the back tooth, there is a little black splotch on the left side of the tooth that doesn't come off no matter what. Can you please fix that so I can finally completely clean Billy's teeth. Great game though. Love, Graye

Stupid. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING

Disappointed. Upon launching this app you see a kid in a chair with messed up teeth. There are no instructions giving for any tools so you will just randomly pick one and use it. Then once you have been through all the tools and you have cleaned and fixed the teeth, that is it. No next level, no leveling up, no buying new tools. You can change what's wrong with all the teeth but cannot change anything else. You do have the option to buy a new patient for 2.99 that you have all the same teeth scenarios just another head that is it. This game is by far one of the worst games I have ever downloaded. I literally deleted it off my phone after 15 minutes. As I'm sure if you don't read this review you will do the same.

Clean teeth are cool!!!!. For all the people who said they don't know how to play it you have to click they word more under the description section and if you scroll down it has a list of all the instructions. But over all its a pretty cool game.

I wasn't expecting it to be realistic- I know it's a game, but this is just insulting. App didn't crash on me at all, but I was kind of hoping it would. Poorly done. Could be SSSOOO much better. It's almost as though the developers got half way done and said "What the heck. Let's release it anyways." Glad I did not pay for this disappointment.

Very good. I think what you guys don't understand is this game is designed for little kids who are probably about to go to the dentist for the first time and want to see how it works. This really helped my child not fear the dentist. I highly recommend this app!

not that great... First of all, to everyone saying they can't figure out how to play this game because there's no tutorial, you must be dumb as ****. It's not that freaking hard to use the tools to clean the guy's teeth. A drill is for cavities, the toothbrush is for brushing teeth. Do you really need a tutorial to tell you that? Second of all, yeah this app is kind of crappy; it's only got one character and it's bs to buy another one for 2 dollars.. I mean come on. Third of all, this game has no objectives. Zero. Please add an objective, another patient and of course, a tutorial for all the idiots out there complaining.

Waste of time. I was going to leave 1 star, but I left one extra for its good graphics. I caught on fast how to play, however there should be a tutorial of some sort to show you how to play. Also the description is very misleading. You get 1 character and you must pay for the rest. The idea is there but the devs aren't pulling through to make it that "4-5 star app". Add more and I'd change this 2 to a 4-5 any day.

Awesome! Cavities at their finest!!. For all of the people out there who are confused, you don't need instructions. They didn't put instructions on here because its not that hard of a game at all! I love this game. I have braces myself and its interesting to put brackets on the childrens' disgusting teeth. The kid had a weed in his mouth. Cavities at their finest!

This app. This app is entertaining, but at least give us more characters and tell us when we are doing it right or not l: tell us when we have passed. And also it's very cool!! I like it but needs some improvements. I'll keep it to wait for updates on it!!(:

Boring. Needs more characters to be fun.. The very first time I played it, I'll admit, I thought it was really fun. But you have 1 character and it's the same every time. It ridiculous to have to pay for more. It gets boring fast and I don't know if I want more characters because I didn't get enough to see if it's fun or not. So if you want this app to be better, you'd take the advice of the hundreds of 1-3 star comments that tell you to ADD MORE CHARACTERS. *delete*

NEEDS TUTORIALS!!. There are no instructions or tutorials once you download this game!! I was really excited when I saw this app but quickly lost interest as I had no idea how to play this game! And the instructions when you download it are pretty vague. Only someone who is already a practicing dentist (who wouldn't come home from work and play a game about his job) would have any idea how to play this game and what they should do next to help these clients!! Only game I have ever played with absolutely no tutorials to get you started!!

Don't waste your time .... This is boring. There are no instructions; you get "points" or any reward for cleaning Billy's severely neglected mouth, over & over again; and if you want to clean e filthy mouths of the other kids, you'd have to pay ... The "game" has no point/goals. It's not even like it's a learning game for kids... "Here Timmy, learn how to remove excessive plaque build-up, add gold teeth, and apply braces..." Save your time a find a better game ...

Not worth it. This app only cost me the time it took to push the download button, and it was not worth it. I spent 20 minutes in 9 year old Billy's mouth and got nothing for it. I never even got to explore Erics oral cavity. However if you buy the full version it would definitely be awesome.

Frustrated :-/. I really like the idea of this game and it plays well but the fact you have to buy the other patients in a game that you can't finish is very frustrating. There should be a point where the patient is complete and you move on to a different patient with different problems. This game could be really successful I think if the right changes were made.

Directions in description. It would be better if the directions were in the actual game!! Also they want you to pay for everything.

Good concept, poorly executed. This app has some potential but its poorly executed, choppy, unpolished, and it couldn't be more obvious this app wasn't even completed when added to the App Store. When I'm finished with the dental patient - what points do I get, what's my next task, what's the overall goal? It's like taking the time to accomplish something with no goal or prize to expect. The app is pointless. The only reason this app gets 2 stars from me is because it has a great idea. I'll gladly reinstall when you go back to the drawing board and the app is 100% completed and refined. Not 50% 😬😐

Could use TONS of improvement.. It's a waste of money really: you have to pay to unlock the other characters; and when you want to put braces on them, the paste doesn't change color so you have no idea whether its working or not; you can't add in the wires either, which would have been fun; also, the brace's brackets look like jewels. Couldn't they look just a bit realistic? The braces themselves don't have color, the rubber bands holding the wire in do.

Ugggh. I have to agree with everybody else. This game is pointless. I'm not a dentist so I don't know the proper procedure other than just doing a little bit of everything. The most pathetic part is that this "game" doesn't even have 4" support. The graphics are kind of cool but that's it. I think this "game" has potential but should've gone through a lot more work before being submitted. "Keep trying, keep trying! You'll get it right, you'll get it right!" (I've been watching too much Yo Gabba Gabba).

Useless. Boring. It's 2.99 to be able to clean other people's teeth. What's the difference with jimmy and the other people. What's your done cleaning you just clean again and again. What's the objective? You can't average a two and a half star rating and not change this app. Mak there be appointments and you get money for each appointment and them go from there. I play then that's it. I don't enjoy cleaning one persons teeth and then nothing happens. Please fix. Right now 😡😡😡

Really good game but.... This game is really good and this game is also really fun but I do not always want to do Billy! You can't do anyone else unless you get another person for $3! Other than that this game is really fun.

Dentist Office. I think you should make something for after the person is done cleaning the teeth try something like writing on how they should brush their teeth or floss or use a certain tooth paste

Some ideas. I think this an app that has great potential. If you develop a way that shows when you are completed with everything that that would be awesome! I really enjoy it but I don't want to keep doing the same person over and over so make it more like levels. Idk just a suggestion:)

Okay. I think it's a good game once you get to know the tools. It can be a little confusing if you don't know how to do it especially since there's no tutorial but to the people who are saying they hate it and can't figure it out, actually take the time to figure out how to use the tools and what each one does!!!! Don't just say you hate it after only 5 seconds of playing the game! I think the whole concept of the game is to fix the teeth, or just have fun playing with the tools and experimenting with them! The age range for this game is for 4-6 year olds especially since at this age they love to play pretend and imagine things. And what greater way to play pretend dentist when you can actually use the tools and use a real patient with actual dental problems to fix! Well, on the iPhone or iPod of course! 😃 Downsides: There are no tutorials, or confirmations when you've done something right, you only can use one patient (if you get bored of doing the same thing just hit the reset button an it will give you another set of problems to fix), unless you buy another one, which costs $2.99 each, and on some devices it may not work or crash. Other than that, it works great!!!!

Fav game. After reading all the other comments below....I can agree that it's not fair to pay for 2.99 to get 4 or 5 more people! I push the refresh button so I play Billy 15 times a day! No crashes:)

Terrible Game. With 30 years in the business as a lab tech, dental student, general dentist and dental school professor, I was interested in this game, but horribly disappointed at how unrealistic it was. You would be better entertained but purchasing "Operation" on eBay. But if u were born after the 70's, you won't have clue what the game Operation is. I would have given this a zero if I could. Oh...... my granddaughter who is 4 loved it. So I guess if u r 10 or below, it might make u laugh.

Ok. It's an ok app it doesn't crash for me but the lack of the tutorial really stinks I couldn't tell what I was suppose to do..there seems to be no ending just do some stuff & then clear & do something different...make it so you fix them up & they come back make at least 1 more person available. Give us some goals? Other wise I fine myself deleting this app very soon

This was lame.. I don't understand how any one would give this a good rating. There is no point to the "game". You can't win or even progress. All you can do is clean the same teeth over and over and there is no story or instructions. If you want to do the same pointless thing to a different characters teeth you have to make a purchase. My kids didn't even enjoy playing.
