2XL Snocross Game Reviews

Fun but NEEDS UPDATE. This game was really fun at first and is still good. But it needs some new tracks and more freestyle tracks. It's cool how you can have Heath Frisby and Levi Lavallee, but if you could update your snowmobiles and have SKI DOO, Arctic Cat and Polaris snowmobiles, and newer years and models. It's a great game, and with some updates it would be 6 out of 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not bad. Funny situation-seems like all comments were made on the 21st of Jan,when it became free!Great app.

Opinion. I feel that this app needs better customization. Also it needs to have better graphics and sounds. The snowmobiles sound like dirt bikes. Otherwise it's a great app

Well. It's alright untill your in freestyle and run square into something because there no backup, no reset button, just trying to accelerate against a post or sign or something.

Waste of storage space.. The graphics are fantastic. Almost PS2 quality. The tilt controls are responsive. First issue was that my bike went forward on its own for about 30 seconds, then when I tapped the (greyed out) go button to see if it would do anything, only then did my vehicle decide to wait for my controls. The trick system is unacceptable. I don't know if you're supposed to tap, swipe or tilt. I got lucky one time and managed to get a flip out of it, but from then on, I'd just tilt back slowly and fall off my bike. Sometimes he'd do some lame stepping back and forth trick. The biggest problem is that there's no way to stop the trick once it's started. It will automatically keep trying to do more and more of the trick until you crash. And that noise! It's like an angry vuvuzela chainsaw! Kill me! Also I looked up "Snowcross" to write this review, only to find out I spelled it wrong. Really? "Sno?" Just add Xtreme and you've got the most uncreative name ever.

Fun. I'm not a gamer and generally don't care much for game apps, but this one is just fun. I get dizzy playing it

Used to be great. Game used to be great. Now it's incredibly difficult to turn left with the toggle button when playing under that preset. Someone should fix that?

Great game! Wish there was a different version of it.. Absolutely love this game? Although I wish there was a backcountry version of it where you could sidehill, boondock, and jump and ride long track sleds like an axys 850 or ski doo 850 with turbos.

Good game. Good game but the sound should be a real snowmobile and should be able to customize everything from the cc's to the goggles

Good game but needs a update. I think it needs some new tracks and more pro riders like Colten Moore joe parsons and tucker hibbert and upgrade your snowmobile

Potential. Started out as a great game until the accelerometer got off now I almost have to be upside down to keep the nose down. I can't find a place to fix this. Maybe a calibration feature?

Black screen- fixed! Now back to black screen.... Bought the game, downloaded the game... and it just black screened on me. Tried again later in the day and it worked! Fun game! Would be sweet if there was a free ride/back country type of terrain! Edit: only worked once, now back to black screen events time I try to open this app. Tried deleting and re downloading. Also have reset the phone multiple times and still black screen

App store failure. Downloaded it and there is nothing, store says app is purchased but theres nothing on my iphone 5s wheres my app? If I'm charged for this app along with others i purchased and i don't receive them soon i will assume theft

The best. This game is the best beat graphics best details and even real stuff like skidoos polarisas and pro riders everybody else with bad reviews don't know what there talking about it is the best

Great!. This game is great but needs to be updated including the other 2xl games too.

Great, but. There's a glitch were it kept respawning me sideways..I was winning, until this happened. It wouldn't stop, and there was no other way to reset myself. This is one of many problems with your respawn. Please fix this. Maybe just make it spawn you on the track, facing the right direction, TRACKS ON THE GROUND, like most other games that are like this? Also, make it so you can upgrade stuff--and have it make a difference. And different tracks for when you rank up from amateur or whatever. I won WAY too easily on the first setting. Like, I fell multiple times and still won. That's fine for the first track only, but give us a challenge. Come on. It seems like this game was not tested very well.

Black screen. Not happy!! This is my first actual purchase of a game. It downloaded and when I open it it gives me a black screen. I need a refund or it to be fixed!

Needs an update. I love this game it's so awesome but it needs an update!!! ASAP

It's Good. First off, I have to agree with the first reviewer on some points. A lot off the app does no look very good on a retina iPad. The spring, map pictures, backgrounds, and more are not retina quality. However, on iPhone, it is much better. 2XL got a bit lazy in my opinion. All of this is visual stuff that could be easily fixed in an update. Don't get me wrong, the gameplay is great, just visuals really.

Snocross. You guys should update this game a ton more course more snowmobiles more riders like tucker hibbert and lots of others and make custom arctic cats

Multiplayer. My friend and I tried to play multiplayer together but can't get connected Bluetooth. Has anyone else had problems? I have an iPhone 4S and he has an iPhone 4. We have our Bluetooth on and I played a different game with Bluetooth that same day.

So much fun!!. Actually a really fun game! Hard to believe its got so much for an iPhone game. The two freestyle courses are a blast! Please make more freestyle courses!!

Not happy!!. Just purchased the game and my screen goes black after 1 second of loading. Not pleased and I want my $$ back!!

Great Classic Snocross Racing!. This game is easy to race and fun. Needs to be updated with matchup tech used in Ricky Carmichael racing game. Otherwise it's fantastic

Best Snocross game!. Love this game! It's actually better than any of the other snocross games on PS3. I hope they continue to make more tracks, a little more technical too. Plus, it would be nice if they took this game to PS3...

Really fun game app. I got this game for my my grandson to play on my iPad. Good time killer and encourages him to pay attention to developing some coordination skills - fine motor skills versus big muscle stuff. I'm getting addicted myself.

Bbbbbbeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaasssssssttttttrtr. I haven't played better but updates make it a lot better every time tracks could be better ad lots more time to play them and lots of pro riders to pick one other than that i love your game

Okay. It's a good app but either the multiplayer doesn't work or no one plays it I'd like to see graphics improvement and maybe make landing more difficult it's too easy

Amazing!. I normally don't write reviews but this game deserves it, i like the gameplay, controls, sound, everything is amazing, specially multiplayer over wifi, i have 5 devices and me and my friends play together and have a blast, we even make bets hehe! Very good game, this is my favorite racing game on ios, the multiplayer makes that much better!

Good with potential.. This game is fun and amazing. I haven't been able to put it down for 2 days! I have one problem though. In career, the opponents are far too EASY! On the hardest difficulty I give them a 15 second head start. By the end of the first lap I've caught up with them! Other than that its a great game!

Good game, bad sound. Awesome fun, like everything about it but the sounds. Really wish the sleds sounded like a SLED and not a DIRT BIKE! It would make it that much better!

Love It!. Fun and exciting; graphics are great on my iPad 2! Love the choices of winter scene tracks, and did I mention, the 3D graphics are very realistic. Just starting out but am sure this will become one of my favorite action games!

BAD. I'd give it a lower but I can't it glitches in and out and crashes also my turning will not work I adjusted it a couple of times but still won't work so I'm not sure if mines the only one but it does not work half the time

Revyou. Pleaaase make the stick and accelerator button bigger they're too small and it's not possible to move them on screen. I can't win a race...snocross stop suddently even if my finger is on accelerator, and when i try to restart, it works 1/5. that is very annoying please fix this!

Good game but. Needs more sleds like arcticcat and yamaha and should make a map that is free ride with deep snow and make it so you can upgrade sleds

Good. Good but needs more things added to the game. I would like it if u could make money after races and buy upgrades for your sled. Things include a faster engine upgrade, customize your own sled whatever way youd like, such as decals, brand name sleds like bombardier, polaris, artic cat and more. This game would be much better if it were more like that in my opinion...

Bad-ok. Bad but kind of decent

Ok. Gameplay is fun but amateur level is way too easy and there's no way I'm grinding through the whole amateur career to get to higher levels. There are no online sessions so it's pretty boring.

SnoCross. Short game, needs to sound more like a sled. Wish there was upgrades like exhaust, skis, clutch,springs, etc.. Needs More sleds, and a free ride course with deep snow. Other then that great game!

Very well done. I don't normally write review but I must say that this app is very well done and the tilt steering on it is very precise and responsive. To all those having difficulties you may wanna redownload the app and for those who can't steer learn how to use a tilt app properly there hasn't been any issues from what I've seen and I've played through all the tracks etc

I was hoping for something like a new sled and a new pro (Tucker Hibert 8 time x games snocross gold medalist) and maybe add a new colour to the first sled (red) and a new colour to the second(yellow) and also a new track maybe (freestyle or snocross it doesn't matter). Game will NOT open. I just purchased this game and while it seemed to download okay, when you open the game it shows a blank screen.... zero customer support available and Apple will not reimburse. Very frustrating

Great game. But could use brakes and rooster tail of snow when riding and heart attack and a whip for tricks as well im not shure if u need sponsorship or what but I suggest adding arctic cat recommend getting this game

Fun, if you can handle the many flaws.... I got this games because it was in the top charts, and deleted it right after I downloaded it. There are many flaws including absolutely horrible graphics, glitches while racing, and a lot more.

Horrible. I've heard of challenging, but this is ridiculous. It's impossible to land tricks, the CPU riders perform the tricks like its nothing, and the graphics weren't that great.

Awful, I was so excited and left feeling very cheated. Let me start by saying I have over 300 reviews, so I have been around and had owned every ios device. I bought this before when it was published by espn, but iphone only. I just picked this up and I am really ashamed of 2xl's horrible job of making this universal, and ipad retina. It looks pretty bad. These guys have been around for a while and I can't believe this awful work. It was bad enough when I was selecting the track that they were blurry and pixelated, but the gameplay screen looked terrible too. They didn't even erase all the pixels around the load spring butt, which doesn't look Ike a spring when blown up on the ipad 4. The backgrounds look like they were lifted off iPod 1st gen and up scaled. The gameplay is OK, if you can get around being cheated visually from a developer that is capable of doing great visual work. After playing for a while, it's 2 stars at best. Today's retina ipads and powerful processors are capable of so much more than this. I understand this is just a publisher jump, but I have gotten far more quality for far less price. Dissapointing.
