FANTASTIC. I love this game to no end. Because of the simplicity of the game, it's very easy to learn and never put down. Also, it never crashes because of the simple design and graphics (compared to high graphic games like Temple Run and Draw Something, this game is a godsend when it comes to the lack of crashes :)). Overall a fantastic game!

Love this game!. Challenging, fun & easy to learn (hard to master!!) I love that it is a quick game, too! I can play for 1 minute or an hour. I also love that you can play the full game without having to purchase anything. There's no "power ups" or bonuses to be bought. That said, this is one of the only games that I have paid for the full app... Not just for "zen mode", just because I think it's worth it and wanted to support the fact that they don't use gimmicks to get $$ from players. Keep up the great work!!!

Addicting!!!. It is different from Bejewled type games because you can switch color blocks across the board not just beside each other. Also, you don't have to buy extra things to play the game and have fun.

Perfect name. I don't usually write reviews but this is the perfect game for needing to relax.. I gave it 4 stars cuz it's limited and u have to pay or get really high scores to get to the next level- zen! Otherwise- it's great!! Especially waiting for appts etc.. Makes time go by faster. Also- always asks to post for me.. That gets annoying . When it gets an update I bet it'll b 5 stars for me..

Challenges. Is it possible to speed up the connecting with sever to send scores? It's incredibly slow.

Obsessed with Compulsive!. This is one of those games that you sit down and start to play, and before you know it an hour or more has passed. The game is fast paced and so addictive. You just have to beat the score that's just ahead of you. Challenge your friends and get compulsive!!!

Simply addictive. At first, you may think it's just another color-matching game. After a few plays, you'll wonder why you can't put it down. After you forget to water the plants, you still keep striving for a higher score. After you've been fired from your job and be one estranged from your family you'll realize...this game is a bit addictive.

Compulsion. Love playing the game. It only takes one minute so it's easy to play anytime and anywhere.

A lot of fun. This is a great game, especially for people who want a strategy challenge without a time limit.

Great way to pass time. I love how simple and easy this game is to play. It's not addictive, for the most part, and there's no lives or extra crap I have to worry about. It would be cool if we could switch between different color schemes, but that's all I can think of for improvement.

Thanks again... Now please get rid of the constant bombardment to play other games. I'd pay for that version.

Fun game!. I like alternating strategy and timed mode, pretty fun and challenging.

Awesome!!. This game is crazy addictive!! The only part that troubles me is that you have to earn rewards to unlock the other gamer modes, and after you've gotten them all- there isn't much to work with-- and the game doesn't have many levels nor awards.

Not good. It was better before the update. It used to pause while getting multiple blocks. I can't even get my score up to half of what I used to. It's cool that you can grab a piece while the other pieces are being removed but it doesn't move until they are done which is kind of pointless. And I just paid to remove ads. I wish I didn't now because I just want to delete it after the update. At least make an option for a longer game please.

Great Game. I have never had it shut down, or any problems. I'm still not clear on what the O C and D do though. I also can't seem to play enough to get to Zen level. I love this game and like Strategy play the best. Wish the Arcade version was longer or had a longer option

If you’re sick of lives and trying to level up with in-app purchases and want to learn something quick, fun and relaxing, delete your other apps for awhile. Anyone who’s good at Diamond Dash or Two Dots can learn how to play Compulsive real quick, and if you’re even more competitive with YOURSELF then try the challenges, they’re endless fun for hardcore smartphone gamers. Just make sure you have your iPhone timer handy if you’re too addicted 😂😂 I am.

Surprisingly fun. Although I come in far below average ,which was a surprise, it it a delightful game. If you want to get good you must play it like chess... think 3 moves ahead. It is a mellow pastime otherwise. Highly recommend for your app library!

Upset. Ummmmm so now an update finally takes place and we have to deal with a million n one advertisements. It's so annoying and depressing. Like the game how it was before. Please change back. Compulsive is the only game I play now. Deleted other games.

It is what it's named.. Compulsive is likely the only game accurately named in the iTunes Store. This is because it is, in fact, Compulsive, if you will. The layout, menus, and most importantly, game play is smooth, clean, and easy to understand. This game keeps getting better with each update and this app has a rare ability to never get old. Well done TMSoft.

Love this game. Perfectly named. Beautiful well designed game. Good for all skill levels. I like the choice between a timed or strategy game. Have not been playing that long so I have not seen higher level choices. I suspect I will keep this game for a long time.

NO MORE VIDEO ADS!!!. All of a sudden I am getting loud, obnoxious video ads. Stop!!!

Got worse with each update. This is a fun game, but it got turned into adware. A full-screen ad between every round? A banner at the top or bottom is plenty. Get real. I deleted it from all my devices. It can float around in the clouds. Also got to where I could never score more than around 150,000, and usually less than 100,000. Prior to recent updates, I regularly scored in the 200,000+ levels. What gives? Somebody's ego got bruised when people started exceeding the app developers scores? Then there were the nags for 5-star ratings! Maybe 5-star gameplay, but the -5 for ads and stuff puts it a zero, but rating it 3-Starr's on overall game play. -2 for increased difficulty via app updates.

Compulsive is an obsession. I struggle to find a game that holds my interest past the first few days after I download it. Compulsive is the exception to that - it's the only game I've played the last few months. I can't count the number of times I've said "one more game" only to play ten more. The new multiplayer option adds variety to my playing. That said, you could be awful, amazing, or anywhere in between in terms of skill and be sucked in by Compulsive as you try to top your high score, beat your Facebook friends high scores (that appear in your Top 10) or simply add a new score to your personal Top 10. I've passed 300,000 a ton of time & topped out at 375,000. I'm chasing 400,000 points with the same fervor that I chased 100,000 when I starred and then 200,000 when I found that was a benchmark. A big, big bonus: Todd Moore (owner of TMSOFT & creator of Compulsive) & Katie Cole (likely the best & most like-able personality on the TMSOFT staff) are VERY ACCESSIBLE via email through the app and on Facebook. If you have comments, complaints, suggestions they will not fall on dead ears. Quite the opposite - you'll receive the same quick, friendly response you would as if you were writing a friend. I can't be effusive enough in my praise for Compulsive and TMSOFT as a whole. If you're looking for a real challenge once you get rolling, look up "spg3081" on Game Center & let's tangle in multiplayer. I'm still looking for someone to beat me!!

Awesome game. I don’t know how I missed seeing this one before since it’s been around awhile. But I’m glad I found it! I love the different modes depending on how you want to play, there are so many options. It’s really fun, and I find myself wanting to keep playing “just one more.” I immediately paid the very fair price to remove ads. And the developer clearly keeps this game updated too! Thank you, developer, this is a great game monetized fairly, we need more like you out there, I happily support you!

Ads are an app-killer. The game itself is good. But the sudden ads that interrupt a game and sometimes with NO “close” option visible, forces leaving the game. This has happened enough that I’m done playing. Prefer to pay for an app than to deal with that.

Perfect quick game to play. With rounds only lasting a short time with no continuation, you can play one or twenty rounds, so if you have to put it down you are always less than a minute away. Trouble is, you'll always want to keep playing...

So I played candy crush once, and this is fantastic by comparison. Have you ever played candy crush? Yes? You will find this extremely satisfying, as you can move the colored tiles to anywhere on the board next to the same color!

Makes you think. Love it. Makes you think quickly on how to connect the boxes. Have noticed the longer I play, the better my scores. Also like that it's a quick game for when you only have a few minutes.

Oddly challenging!. At first it looks simple and not really a challenge. Then, as you play, you realize there are real strategies involved, ones I've not seen in other, similar games. Definitely a game to try! The Play a Friend feature is awesome. Even if you have no friends in the Game Center the app will pair you up with a random player for a game. Lots of fun to be had here. Play on!

Order. After a while, this game provides a sense of complete calm. You'll know when you play for more than an hour, and don't realize how much time has passed until you remember about that press conference you had! This game will literally relax you. No kidding. I swear, it's true. Thumbs up, and a tip if my hat to the genius who came up with this.

Quite possibly the most addictive game ever.. This game will get under your skin and leave you not wanting to play anything else ever. I played It for "fifteen minutes" last night and realized it had been over an hour when I finally stopped.

Extremely addictive!. This is one of those games that takes seconds to learn and a lifetime to master. Because the game only lasts a minute, you will find yourself playing several times per session. I have thought of a few enhancements I would like to see and submitted them through the feedback feature within the game. Can't . . . stop . . . playing. I have a hard time putting my phone down once I start playing Compulsive. I have it on mu Kindle and Asus tablets as well because I don't ever want to be far from the game. It is deceptively simple to play. Just don't count on getting bored with it any time soon. Definitely my favorite game.

Great mindless game BUT.... Unplayable for colourblind individuals. As the most colourblind you can, I cannot tell the difference between the pink and “light blue” tiles so I could not continue to play it. Please consider using more vivid and opposite colours in the future, Cheers

Insistent. It's an okay game, but il probably going to stop playing it, because after every game, it asks to change your Facebook permissions. EVERY SINGLE TIME. There must be some kind of App Store rule against that. At least I wish there was. I gave it the permissions I wanted it to have...now just let me play the game.

Arcade only. Strategy mode is locked until you post a score to a "social leaderboard" or pay money. Apparently Game Center doesn't count, and I don't know of any other social leaderboards. Garbage

Fun, but ads get in the way. A fun and relaxing game to play. I don't mind the ads at the bottom of the screen. I just hate the full screen ads that pop up before and after EVERY game. Far too often I click on an ad when I don't want to.

Seriously. Being bombarded by ads during the Super Bowl is expected. After 10 minutes with this game I'm left feeling violated. I wouldn't willingly click an ad in this game just on principle. Decent game though.

Useless "update". The recent "update" supposedly improves the app by allowing players to more easily restore previous purchases. The developers probably only bothered with this one small change as a way to trick players into downloading an "update" that is really nothing more than the addition of annoying full page pop-up and banner adds. I liked the game but I don't appreciate being lied to.

Ehh.. I'm a first time player and it was good for the first couple of games. After that, I just got bored. I think it's dumb that you have to play so many games or get so many achievements to open a different section of the game. I don't like arcade mode and never have on any game. So this to me really stinks. Before I got bored with it, it was a good game. I just don't like it now and I've only had it for 2 days.

Great game.. After hearing about this game, I had to check it out. Now I can't stop. I finally downloaded it to my phone because I was using everyone else's device. Best app this year.

So fun, can't put it down. TMsoft did it again! Hard to put down. Lots of excitement in just 60 short seconds. Love the look and sound. Very professional, not cartoonish at all. Try it, you'll be hooked!

Love the game, dislike the alerts to play more. Simple game that's great for passing time while waiting. This has been my go-to game. EXCEPT it's clingy. If I haven't played in a few days it pops up an 'ad' alert in notifications to come back and play--even though I've turned this off. Obnoxious. Uninstalling, sadly.

TMSOFT: Get Rid of The Damned Bingo Blitz Ad!!!. The ads are annoying enough but now there's one for Bingo Blitz that you can't X out of before it automatically goes to the app store. When you FINALLY get back to the game, it loads as slowly as dial up---and starts you back at the ad!!! I've had it with having to go round and round with this stupid ad just to get to the game, which I had been enjoying...

Addictive and low key. This game is thoroughly addictive. The strategic version is low-key for while you're at work and other times you don't want to appear crazy by furiously typing your screen. But the timed version is intense. Enjoy!

Smart developers. This game was developed very well for all ages. Sometimes little ones and older players cannot play games that depend just on speed and this has been addressed in this game. Kudos to the creators. Very addictive and fun for all.

Destroyed by update. What started out as a great polished app has turned into another vehicle for full screen ads that so completely overpower the game it's not worth playing. I kept it installed long enough to write this review, but I am uninstalling as soon as I am done. Too bad greed got to the developers, I liked this game a lot before it turned.

Great quick game!. I can't stop playing this game! It's super quick and a great way just to defuse for a minute. I work a pretty stressful job and it is nice to play a few rounds and really clear my head.

It seemed like fun until.... ...until I got caught in their advertising trap that wouldn't let me get back into the game enough to really enjoy it. Come on developers! Use a little strategy in your marketing and give us some breathing room. Give me time to hook myself and then lead me to your other offerings. As it is, I deleted this after five games. You had a potential client, but you blew it.

So addictive. As someone who grew up with Tetris I find it really hard to put this game down. It's a lot of fun and it's somewhat challenging when you try to improve your score. An amazing game

Fast Moving Puzzle Game. Very addictive and quick. Sometimes everything falls into place. Other times you struggle to make progress. Never played the same way twice.

No additional purchases necessary!. Great game to play when you have a short amount of time or if you want to play for awhile. But the best part is, you don't need to buy anything additional to keep playing!!

Try this one!!. Love this! Totally addicting but in a good way! Tried Candy Crush but couldn't get passed level 29 for days and decided to move on to something else. This ones for me!

Love it and it will only get better. I love the music and soft colors. A very relaxing game while still giving your brain a workout. TM is doing a great job keeping up with user input and updating as needed. I am looking forward to the next version.

Awesome app!. At first I didn't connect that earned tiles can buy you O C D cheats - my oversight, completely. The game is generous in awarding tiles for playing, though reasonably priced options are available in the store for instant gratification. Great mental escape and workout!

Compulsive!. I don't really play any phone or video games, but I got hooked on compulsive. It is simple, beautifully designed and fun. Great way to pass time while on a flight or commuting on the train. My high score is 143,000!!!

Fun simple and entertaining. I actually like the quick 60 second mode the best. It's a fun little distraction but doesn't make me completely lose track of time.

Love the update!. TMSoft improved upon an already solid product in this latest release. Still trying to find the "Easter egg" but I'll find it soon enough!

AWESOME GAME, but...... It would be REAL helpful if the user could select the colors. I am colorblind. Some games I get lucky on, but most, no so good. If you could allow color customization, that would be great. If not, how about a mode that does not require proper color vision?

What am I missing?. This is a fun game for sure but I am playing the same board over and over again. It doesn't seem to change or get more challenging. What am I missing? This would have a lot more appeal if the board advanced to something different and new. Surprised to see no other review mention it.

A Win - Win. DUH, it's called Compulsive! Why do you think? It's fun, it's simple, it's easy to learn and darn near impossible to stop playing. It is a feel good game that doesn't make you feel guilty for playing - enjoyable for everyone.

Fun game but the ads kill it. I love this game because it is simplistic and a good way to allow my brain to unwind. The ads on this free program are in the way. They have an x to close but half the time it routes me to the store to purchase it. After a few times of this, I give up and log out. I feel forced to pay to stop the overly annoying pop ups. I dislike felling forced so I will find a different game.

Great game all around. This game is great, it has great sounds, music and very addicting. Graphics are good and simple and the game play is good. I haven't been able to beat my very first score, it has been 5 days now trying....

Truly a winner. This game hits on all cylinders. It's challenging, it pits you against a clock and its incredibly addictive. This is a true gem. I'll be playing this until I'm dead. And then I'll still be hearing the relaxing Zen music in my head.

The best, the best, the best. I play this game almost every day for 10 or 15 minutes. Love it, but can't quite explain why. Different from all the word games and shooting/launching games. Wish you could change the colors.

Totally addicted to this game!!!. Download at your own risk. I end up playing this game until my eyes are bloodshot. I've been playing it for about a year and just posted the 6th highest score on the leaderboard for strategy mode at 1,272,750. Still figuring out new strategies. Great game. Intoxicating.

Compulsion. Simple, yet challenging! This game is hard to put down. I want to keep playing! The ads are annoying and I would gladly buy the game to get rid of them. Hopefully that will be available soon.

Fun and addicting. I like this game. It's fun, addicting, and mindlessly entertaining. The only annoying aspect are the mandatory ads between EVERY game played. Though it does help limit the time playing, haha, as it annoys me enough to X out after two or three games.

Love the game and the music. Lots of fun to play. The music keeps me at it longer than I normally would if I get frustrated with poor scores because it's both uplifting and soothing.
