Excellent portfolio trading app. Was looking for a portfolio trading app for a long time, and the search finally stopped with this app. It helps me track portfolios in different currencies, you can track margin borrowing. It is all-around useful.

Great app. Just what I was looking for! Easy to use, intuitive screens. Best of all I can sort my holdings into meaningful portfolios according to my different stock strategies and track their status and results. Very quick price updates during market hours. Great various views of positions. Well worth the money.

perfect for following all your investments. One of the most user friendly apps I have ever used. If you just want to follow your investments, as opposed to trading, I can’t imagine how it could be better. Wish it was available on MacOS, aside from that nothing else to wish for. Wish all apps were this well made.

Great Stock Account Tracking Tool. This app allows me to track investments and cash in multiple portfolios in real time, displayed on all of my devices. It has eliminated a lot of manual input that I had been doing on Excel spreadsheets and provides instant up to date information on individual stock purchases, such as date acquired, cost basis, unrealized gain, etc. It also allows me to track foreign accounts (including equities) in foreign currencies, which is extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Need pre & post mkt quotes; dividend distribution updates & column header sorting. I have to use other apps that have per-market & after hours quote feeds. This is the only other major functionality this app needs in order for it to be a one-stop app that has everything most investors need to monitor performance. The other functionality that would be extremely helpful would be the ability to update share counts and/or cash levels from the dividend distributions of the equity holdings listed in the portfolio(s) that are being monitored/tracked. Other than these two points, it would also be great if I could sort the columns that appear in views directly in the app as I dynamically touch the column headers as opposed to going into the details function to select a sort choice. I very commonly find myself sorting the data in various ways & this would make it much more user friendly. Other than the aforementioned points, this is a very useful app and one that I rely on daily. What would it take to have these two updates incorporated into this app?

Almost Perfect. The only downside to this software is the manual entry of activity. Charts, news and alerts are all very useful. Would like to see direct link capability to respective investment accounts. Need to be able to “record” fees and interest against cash balances as well. Still an excellent app for monitoring your portfolio!

Intuitive and perfect weight app. Tried several different stock and portfolio trackers before arriving at this app — by far the best match for a lightweight and straightforward dashboard. There’s more than enough options available to optimize the experience without dumping a lot of extraneous garbage onto the user. I’m sure I haven’t explored the full potential but very satisfied with the look and feel, and especially the time required to enter various investments.

Best Portfolio tracking app. Overall it’s pretty good. I’d like there to be an ability to handle dividend reinvestment and stock splits so I don’t have to manually enter it. Most of the investments I have entered are an approximation because of dividends. Otherwise it does most of what I need. Suggestion: When security unlock is enabled, the portfolio is still visible for a split second until the FaceID authentication occurs. If there is a way to obfuscate the portfolio until authentication is passed, I would feel more comfortable in the security of the app.

Fantastic portfolio tracker. I’ve been using the full version of this app for a couple of years now. I love how simple and intuitive the core tracking functions are. It just works, unlike pretty much every other portfolio app out there. It’s been perfect for tracking multiple portfolios. Developer response to issues can be a bit slow sometimes, but I get the impression it’s just a few people running this thing. It’s understandable. And once I do get a response, it’s personal, direct, and thorough. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the quality of the app and the individual user experience. I recently had an issue that boiled down to a bug in the app. The developer got back to me with a thorough explanation and confirmation that the bug had been addressed in the next update. That’s awesome customer support in my book. A couple of things I’d like to see in future updates: - more dividend tracking information like growth comp charts. - I’d like to see charts moved to their own tab and fleshed out a bit. - horizontal orientation support is great to have, but usually information is cut off by the notch. I imagine this is already being addressed though.

Nice but daily gain/loss doesn't reset. (update: figured it out. Love the app and quite honesty was blown away by the live stream of prices) When does daily gain/loss column reset back to zero for the day? I dont see any setting for this and would have assumed the next business day the columns would all reset back to zero in order to watch the next day. Very strange

Excellent. Takes a little time to learn to take advantage of the many screens but once you get used to the navigation it’s great. I keep track of 4-5 portfolios including cash, margin and more than 100 positions. Would be great to keep track of options too, but I have not seen a portfolio program that is not attached to your brokerage firm that does. Colors and pie charts helps you focus on gains and losses individually, through out portfolio and collectively with all portfolios I love it

Been using this for years every single day!. Great app. Tom the developer is regularly making improvements and has been very responsive to feedback and when there have been issues. Simple to use and powerful. One of the few apps I use every single day.

Absolutely Super for the price!. I have multiple portfolios and the app enables me to track each portfolio or stock separately, for daily gains/losses, market news, cost basis and historic charts. The app also provides easy entry for new purchases, dividends and even allows bank balances so that I can track net worth. I have tried other apps before, but this one is the best.

Prices not updating. I had hoped to finally replace yahoo finance, which had an update that makes it visually unusable recently. However, after getting my various portfolios (because I have both stocks and crypto, and crypto spread across several platforms, I need something to combine everything into one) combined into this app on Friday, I find it is also unusable. This morning several of my stocks show Fridays prices, not today’s prices even though the market has taken a heavy downturn, and many of them are much much lower. It doesn’t matter. If I turn the app on and off, turn the device on and off, or toggle the automatic prices switch, these five or six stocks are still not updating, and still show gains when they actually have heavy losses. That makes this app practically worthless in my opinion.

The perfect stock portfolio app. I checked out many portfolio trackers, but settled on this one, which does everything I need. Simple and intuitive to use, with unbelievably great customer support. With the upcoming demise of the portfolios feature in google finance, this is a great alternative. I especially love the syncing over icloud feature, so i can access the same information on my phone and ipad.

The Best App to Track Portfolio Performance. I’ve tried all the apps. Delta, My Stocks, Yahoo Finance, and a dozen more. This is the best one. The interface is a little clunky, but once you get used to it, the numbers are real. My only (minor) complaint is that gains on selling options can result in odd percentages. The app calculates it as a -100% return. My solution was to put all option trading in a different portfolio within the app and exclude it from the totals. Simple enough so it doesn’t affect the return percentages of your regular holdings.

Worth every penny. This app is fantastic, it easily replaced the stock tracker app I used to use. Reliable, insightful, good UI, tracks my capital gains -- I love it! When problems appear (thanks to changes in the financial data feeds the app uses), the developer is right on top of things, and responds to email very quickly. I've got just one request -- I wish it allowed me more than one watchlist.

Finally Found The BEST! by R.B. “Rooster". I'm tracking four portfolios on my iPad Air. Without a doubt this app is top-of-the-line. Until now I used the incredible “Portfolio Live” - that is until it was no longer supported &(forced to keep on my iPad First Edition). I have tried at least six stock tracking apps: None even come close to this. I have since dumped them all $$. Plus Portfolio Trader Support is unheard of in this day and age - almost immediate! Portfolio Trader is so straightforward and easy to use - trust me you need not look any further.

Best app for tracking stocks. Used multiple apps over last several years and this is the best one out there. Quick, accurate and easy to use. As with all of them it takes time for initial load but once done it’s easy to maintain.

Unbelievably great!!!. I've tried a number of different programs to track investments and this one is, by far, the best. I like the fact that I can add notes to each holding if I want. The features are pretty simple to use once you play around with it a little. I also like the fact that I can view holdings I've sold and at a glance can see if I made the right decision to sell. The percentages and gains are noted and are updated in real time and being able to set up as many different portfolios as I want is a great feature. I highly recommend this app and it's well worth the $15.

Easy for the novice. Don’t know much about the market and buying and selling - just looking to keep track of my 403b. Easy to enter transactions and easy to make sense of the status of my portfolio. Most importantly, the developer has been quick to answer questions, even going beyond simply answering my questions and teaching me a couple of basics along the way. Much appreciated!

Outstanding App. I have this App monitoring 3 combined portfolios. Incredible detail, up to the second real-time status and automatically updates cross platforms (iPhone and iPad). Ongoing software updates make it better and better. I made a good decision and a great value st this price. UPDATE: STILL THE MOST VALUABLE APP IN MY PORTFOLIO. THE ONGOING UPDATES MAKE THIS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT.

Like this app very much. Have tried many apps to monitor my holdings. I have had a few stop supporting the app thus had to change. This app is very easy to add new or sell stocks. I am an investor not a trader so don’t need fancy charts just solid record keeping and access to news. This does that better than most.

Great app — a suggestion. This is really a superb app. Bug free as far as I can tell. Full of information about holdings. Moderate learning curve — half hour. My suggestion is probably beyond the intention of the app, but it would be very useful to include some basic technical indicators in the charts section — MACD, RSI would really be enough. All in all, really useful and exceptionally well done.

Extremely effective portfolio tracker. I've looked for two years for an app that would track not only my stocks, puts, calls, and mutual funds but also some assets I want to track that I have to update manually. This does it perfectly!

Indispensable. Have been using this app for about 2+ years. Never crashed, and very available for support in the beginning. Once familiar with app, straightforward to add, delete, and backup. I mostly use for equities management, but can use for futures spreads with commodities. Very versatile and complete for a $15 app. Highly recommended!

Nice way to keep track of everything!. I love this app for tracking IRA, 401k, & Roth’s of my wife & me. Two things I’d wish it could do better: 1) wish I could set it to automatically divy up my 401k contribution and matching dollar figure across a list of stocks 24 times/year by percentage. 2) fix the holdings display sorting settings — it seems to always want to revert back to alphabetical after I set it to sort by total %gain.

Very Nice App. This is the best portfolio app I’ve found (I’ve tried a bunch!). It’s easy to set up and to update. You can manually arrange your holdings the way you’d like to see them. You can select from different views. There’s a handy pie chart of asset allocations. Pricing is always current. It’s easy to access from your tablet with just a tap of your finger. Great job, guys!

Absolutely the Best. If you trade stocks or Mutual Funds,etc and want to keep a record of every trade, this is one of the only apps that does this & is by far the BEST. You can combine all your holdings. Tech support is very fast and recent updates make it the best of it's kind. I have tried over 25 other apps and most all of those may have some good features, you can enter a position, but when you sell it you just have to delete it and there is no further record of that item? With Portfolio Trader you can see what your cumulative profit/loss is for the year or longer because there is a record of every trade. Cost is very reasonable. The Apple watch app is also one of the best for Stock Portfolios.

Great!. Like other reviews I have tried a number of apps to track my portfolios. This is by far the best I’ve used. Comprehensive and intuitive, and unlike other apps, doesn’t require expensive monthly plans to get the most out of it. Do yourself a favorite and get it.

Best Portfolio Tracker Out There. Used PortfolioLive for last 7 years and loved it but this one comes very close in ability to track your portfolios accurately plus I can now merge my various accounts to get a better overall view of my investments.

Best app for tracking multiple portfolios. I tried several apps and found this to be the best. Tech support was tops. High marks. Tracks multiple profiles which is the best app if you have multiple accounts and want to see the rate of return on each account.

You get what you pay for. This is undoubtedly the best stock tracking app I have ever used. I use it for basic stock transactions (Buys, Sells, Dividends) but not for any convoluted trades. Data entry is super easy. The summary for your portfolios is very detailed. The pie charts give you many different views of your portfolios such as stock allocation, percentage of stock holdings, cost basis, etc. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am extremely happy with this app. Mike K.

Great app but there is room for improvement. Let me first begin by saying this is a great app and it certainly an effective tool when you paper trade as much as I do. There are a few options though I believe it needs to make this a great app. 1. Within each portfolio created within the app, there should be a way to look up a symbol without scanning the entire list. 2. Along with looking up the alerts or within the alerts section there should be an alert for when the stock reaches a particular RSI 3. Within the portfolio views there should be an option to see the RSI and other metrics pertaining to each stock 4. There should be an option to be alerted for trailing percentage drops in price. This could be used for tracking trailing stop losses. 5. There should be a way to add multiple symbols to a portfolio without having to add one at a time, perhaps a spread sheet - like option to add multiple symbols to a portfolio, this would save time when building a portfolio or multiple portfolios. All in all, its still a good app and it has helped me tremendously , but these little improvements would make it more powerful.

Best portfolio tracker. I have used this app for several years and rely on it to keep me up to date on portfolios I have at different brokerage firms. It is extremely accurate...showing the same numbers as the online brokerage accounts. It’s a winner!

Easy, solid and reliable, nice UI. Overall a very nice app. Import/export via wi-fi actually works well. I was able to import trades from my computer with minimal effort. The built in help files are good (rare to have any instructions these days). Controls are intuitive and layout is nice both in portrait and landscape. I only identified one feature request so far - add or modify Holdings view to split the unrealized gain into short term and long term.

Outstanding comprehensive template to track trades and holdings in multiple institutions. This allows me to track my own and family members holdings in various institutions , updates automatically in real time, even provides the news and charts. And the app author keeps the app up to date, even today shortly after IOS 14 . The only thing it doesn’t do is keep the market going up.

Just Awsome. Tried a few apps, I like this one best. Syncs between iPhone and iPad just fine. When used on iPad, screen content changes to make better use of larger screen. Four stars because import function for large portfolio is tough. I’m have trouble even finding documentation.

Mostly good. I am sad that google sort of screwed the pooch by getting rid of portfolios on google finance. Kind of hoped that they would have improved it by importing account information. That being said this app is the closest thing I can find to ideal. Having an app I can check daily for current stock info and that I can use for filling out personal financial statements is what I’m after. Still not perfect but better than all I’ve used. Again disappointing when you enter all of your data in these apps then they don’t perform. Mostly good so far

Great Design and Graphics!. I manage a large, personal portfolio that is more like a small mutual fund. This app was PERFECT for my use! The screens are very well designed, the features are really cool, especially the "heat" screen offering a daily tabulation of gains and losses, and the overall portfolio tracker vs. the Dow or S&P 500. These screens are simply fun to use! I was initially concerned about the cost of the app, but after using it almost hourly for months now, I know that it was well worth the extra cost. Nice job!

Super Portfolios Tracker. The best of the best and looking for more future upgrades including alternative total portfolios. It is an excellent base for use of additional resources like Yahoo finance. Alternative portfolio graphics and calculations make this an especially useful long-term investment planning tool. Given the high level of functionality the cost is very modest for this extremely useful tool.

Remarkable App. Like many other reviewers, I tried many other portfolio tracking apps before finding this gem. I’ve now been using PortfolioTrader for years. The developers not only keep the app functional and provide impressive support, they have also added capabilities to the app since my original purchase such as Heat Map and graphing portfolio history. I find such service remarkable. I find this app to be a remarkable value.

Tracking Investments. PortfolioTrader is a very efficient app that enables me to know the current status of all my investments. Worth the time it takes to enter and apply all your information. All your information at your fingertips.

Works well, would purchase again. Easy to enter data, comprehensive options, linked to news. Works well, only very slight negative is that it occasionally takes a long time to switch from portfolio to portfolio. Do not know if this is because of my iPad limitations or the software.

Best I’ve Seen So Far. Have used for about a month. Very well thought out. It’s hard to explain all the valuable features. The ones I use may differ from your needs. The ability to manage multiple portfolios and yet combine them into one “total” grouping is really helpful. It automatically constructs pie charts for each portfolio that can be set to display various characteristics. The biggest drawback is that it’s complicated enough that you’re likely to spend several hours getting up to speed in the beginning. (I suggest going slow for a day or two with just a few test entries.)

Indispensable. I find this app is the best way for me to track my portfolios throughout the trading day. It has some great features, clean & simple design, real time data, quick updates, multiple devices sync via cloud, and easy to use.

adequate. Updated review Feb2020 Ok app. Has some shortcomings after using it for over a year. News function is helpful, but you can’t open articles in Safari. Many different views, but Can’t build custom views. Not sure if it does options, don’t think so. Only basic charting, no tools, can’t expand charts or get historical price data. All that said, this app does a nice job once you have set it up. One major caution, be careful using iCloud sync across devices. You can easily wipe out all your portfolios using this feature. They need some sort of recovery option, or timestamp feature to restore older portfolios.

Great app and even better support !. I've tried a few lower cost stock tracking apps and they either lacked functionality or were unreliable and support was terrible. Portfolio Trader does pretty much everything I need it to do really well and support is really good - you even get an alert to possible issues and upgrades work perfectly. PT is really worth the cost !!!

Best portfolio tracking app I have come across. I have gone through all the portfolio tracking apps I could find, and this tops the list. It’s ease in setting up multiple portfolios, and tracking their performance over time is so seamless. My favorite feature is that it allows you to see the “money weighted return” of your portfolio/s over time, which I have not seen in other applications. Additionally, it does well to visualize the how heavily weighted your portfolio is in particular stocks or sectors. In the future, I would love to be able to improved individual ticker charts that show intra day performance, compare tickers/indicators, and so on; similar to what we have in the yahoo finance app.

Fantastic app. I was looking for something like this for years, been using a while now and just love it.

The. I've tried many portfolio trackers, and liked few. This is the one I've ended up using. Handles multiple currencies / exchanges / portfolios well, and gives a flexible view at whatever level of detail you wish, right up to a consolidated overview of all portfolios. Works on both iPhone and iPad elegantly, and synchronises between devices through iCloud. Good stuff.

Highly recommended. I’d highly recommend this app to use for portfolio management and performance if you use a basic online brokerage service from the larger financial services providers and need to have the additional features this app brings. It offers support for all listed securities in multiple markets including Australia. Very useful analysis and charting of performance, with benchmarking. Extremely easy to use, great interface and very user friendly all round. Backup features to email and the cloud with use across multiple devices is a very handy feature. You can also edit the CSV backup file to re-import quickly if you have made substantial changes to how your portfolio is structured. I use the app often (daily) and I love it. Well done to the developers - please keep the updates and support going.

Escape from Bloomberg. This is just an outstanding Australian developed app, and replaces the Bloomberg one that went seriously bad!. This is so far ahead of the American offering its not funny!. The extent of the data, the almost instantaneous update (allowing for the ASX time delay) is fantastic, as is the multiple types of page views that are generated. It only takes a short time for the user to familiarise oneself with the functions- circa 1-2 hours. So, a great app and I thank the developers for their offering at a reasonable price.

Great tool. This is a nice clean simple tool that has lots of neat features that were fairly cumbersome to manage in my spreadsheet. The trade import feature is very useful to enter the data and the import process was fairly seamless. The cash management techniques are also a good touch, whereby it manages the available cash account as you buy / sell. Lots of ways to break down the data - and the system allows you to define custom sectors if the defaults don’t have enough details. Would like a few additional items like - common cash pool between portfolios - ability to nominate tax withheld for dividends - ability to nominate franking credit for dividends - present FY cap gain & loss - present FY total dividend tax withheld - present FY total franking credits Having said all that, still a great app.

Great App for keeping track of shares. I use this app to keep track of a large portfolio which is traded spasmodically. wanted something that just allowed me to keep records of my portfolio without all the bagels and whistles some other programs have.

Very good app but missing pre/after market price movements. This app has everything I need and is almost perfect for me apart from is missing pre/after market price movements which other apps have. Need to add this and it will be perfect.

Awesome app!. Nice user interface, easy to use and accurate! I use this app to track multiple portfolios and holdings across many different asset classes. The main improvement I would suggest is to add more pricing sources as some crypto prices are currently not available from Yahoo or Google.

Absolutely marvelous app.. I must say that I have tried a lot of portfolio apps for my ipad but this app is way, way above the rest. It is very clearly set out and gives me all I need, displayed beautifully, also the support is outstanding. I recommend this app to all my trading friends, great especially when away from home. Keep up the good work, I am most impressed, especially with the timely and professional upgrades.

Not that impressed. It shows the wrong price for the end of the day compared to the asx Nd doesn’t find all stocks

Best available. Covers most of what I need in monitoring stock movements and tracking my portfolio. A couple of minor changes would make it perfect. 1) Apple Watch app similar to the lock screen widget 2) Ability to track employee stock options Overall can make it show almost what I need by playing with cost basis, but not yet 100%. Well worth the purchase cost though.

Great app. Easy to use

An exceptional app.. I have used several competitive apps over the years but nothing compares with this one. I have never felt so “in control “ of my portfolios. The alerts actually work well and the level of detail rates as exceptional for me. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t be without it. Allows me to track most global stocks in one place. Minor formatting changes would be great, as would the ability to group portfolio into groups rather than individual and total (all foreign investment and all Australian investment) would allow me to track in one place

Unreliable.. This app is very unreliable. It does not show the correct closing balance of a portfolio. Over the last few days the app has reported gains, sometimes substantial, however the real closing balance direct from the broker shows significant losses for the same days. Don’t rely on the data that this app provides.

Nice App. Been with this for a few weeks. Other than the prices being a fair way behind the action (during the day in Australia), which it catches after a while and certainly after the close, this is a quite good app providing useful consolidated and individual stock / portfolio views.

Excellent just what I wanted. Has all of the features I need to manage my portfolios.

Portfolio Trader. This is an excellent and easy to use tool for managing our investment portfolio of ASX shares. The charts and graphs give a good indication of performance, and can be compared against indices. The developer replies to enquiries promptly with useful answers.

Essential Service. I have been using this app for about six months following the disappearance of the app I had been using. I use it multiple times per day on two devices. Setting up was relatively easy, functionality is very good, updating between iPhone and iPad via the cloud is very convenient. Support was also excellent on the one occasion that I needed assistance. All in all, highly recommended.

Great for stocks but could be expanded. Great for stocks , however it would be great if you could expand holdings to include property and other investments. This could be linked to RP data or similar to give an idea of the investment.

Better if Innovation recognised.. We all have to pay taxes on profits, this is not accounted for. Love to see 15% US tax, then USD to AUD conversion, then AUD 37% tax on earnings to know the ballpark net profit.

Excellent App for keeping track of my Superfund. I’ve used a number of apps over the years to keep track of my portfolio. This one is the best by far. It cost me $22 and best money I’ve spent. It keeps track of my ASX stocks as well as my NYSE stocks. It gives me daily gains/losses as well as historical info. Even my wife is able to keep track of our Superfund on daily basis. Well done to the team who developed this. I wish you continued success !

Great app overall. Minor improvements will make it even better.. Easy to use, easy to understand. The only downside is in its limitations. Multiple currency cash accounts and ability to convert currencies between those cash accounts is needed. There are ways to work around it, but when entering dividend transactions the only transactions reflecting in the cash account are those from shares that are matching account currency. Would be neat to track international shares properly. Spinoff type transaction can also be handy.

Portfolio Trader is the one!. Found this Portfolio Trader stock tracker app in late 2017 and have been using it (I could say "over using it") on a daily basic ever since. It is by far “the best of the rest” app (which was designed and made in Australia!) for any Aussie share investors who may also have USA shares in their portfolio. The app will keep a record of the USD/AUD exchange rate for USA shares that were purchased on the day which will reflect the current value of the share portfolio at a later date. The AUD/USD exchange rate can fluctuate several times a minute and this app will keep you informed of the valuation of your portfolio at any time of the day. The positive comments from many of the other users of this app (on this "Ratings & Reviews" page) are confirmative in all aspects. Again, it is highly recommend to have this app on your iPhone.

One of the best portfolio trackers. I have shares in multiple countries and this is by far the best app. The heat map is excellent. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Well done.

Best by Far. I had been looking for an app to take care of my investments since the app on my Mac went out of business. It was a lot of work to get all my years of trading data imported via csv files but well worth it in the end! This app works great! I am always amazed how easy it is to update info on my tiny iphone! Just wish I could get it to run on my Mac. Thanks!

I’ve been very happy so far. This has been great for me to track my investments as the native app for my brokerage is how to say . . . lacking. That said, it would be nice to see iOS 14 widgets for quick reference. Bonus points for iOS 16 lock screen widgets as well.

Great way to keep record. The app works great. You add the info manually and the apps on devices work really well. On the MacBook not as well it works but gets stuck a lot.

Best stock tracking tool on the store. Have used this app for almost 5 years....excellent product. It is also adaptable to fit individual situations...for example, I’ve used the dividend function to capture margin interest costs...not a perfect solution but works for my needs. Keep it up.

Best App to track multi-portfolio and stock performance. I have been using the App for few years, I find it user-friendly, easy to navigate, very stable, my go to App for investment. When I have questions, Tom replies back within 24 hours to solve the issues. The price of the App is a bargain!

Great tracking app. Lots of options for different currencies and securities to choose from. Tracks trades nicely if you put in all the info needed. Ive enjoyed using this to keep track of multiple trading/investment accounts across different brokers at once.

Excellent App for Tracking Portfolio Values. An excellent app at a great price that includes subscriptions for Apple+ family members too. It provides quite a bit of data and is well worth the investment. The ONE feature that would make this app complete is a calculation of income investment holding and per portfolio since the dividends per investment holding are already in the details area of each holding. Calculating the income return (in %) per portfolio and in aggregate portfolios would complete this app. Extending the pie charts to income per investment and on a per investment holding would make the app seamless. I would pay more for the subscription if it could tally income flows from investment holdings on a per portfolio and aggregation of portfolios basis as it does for stock and investment values.

So many to choose from - PortfolioTrader the best value. Had to dump StockWatch by Toughturtle as support and then updates had stopped. Test drove many replacements and found PortfolioTrader to be the best choice. Use it every day. Love the heat map.

Great App. Really happy with it but there’s one feature I’d like to request: historical tracking of currency valuations. For example: a portfolio mix of Canadian and US stocks that’s tracked in Canadian dollars could show a daily loss of $5000 but if the value of the Canadian dollar has dropped that day then the overall value of the portfolio could be flat. Seems like historical portfolio valuations (all the graphs) are constructed with the present value of the currencies. With the relatively large movement in CADUSD exchange this becomes pretty obvious. Thanks for the great app though.

Best by far.. The best for following multi portfolios. It give year to date results in dollars and also in percentages which all the others do not including expensive programs. Support is very good also.

Excellent App!. The app is simply excellent with great functionality and graphics. It is the best stock portfolio app among the numerous that I have compared.

Very Useful Displays. I have several brokerage accounts at different institutions, but this app lets me display information that is more helpful. I can assess what I’ve made and lost including dividends and I can plan future sales and purchases using company information available within the app (as well as other sources outside the app) then set alarms that tell me when my preferred price level has been reached. I have never had a transaction type I could not enter. I am able to create portfolios for each of the brokerage accounts I have and set whether the portfolio is part of the sum of my total investments. Basically, this is a flexible app for almost every investor.

Great App. This app is very easy to use yet gives you a quick snap shot of your total portfolio if you have multiple investment accounts with same or different banks. When contacting for support, I usually get responses in less than 2-3 business days which I consider very good compare to other apps. Give free version a try and you will find it worth paying.

Almost perfect. I love this app! My wife and I have investments spread over a large variety of accounts and PortfolioTrader does a great job of aggregating/displaying the values/returns. I especially like the ability to plot against various benchmarks. The only improvement that I think is required would be to graph returns of the "total portfolio". I suggested this to the dev's and they have committed to implement this request. Once that is done, it's a 5. As of Oct 31, 2017 I notice that this is done. 5/5

A very useful app for my purposes. This app does a decent job of portfolio tracking. It's easy to use once you take the time to dig into it. There is a bit of a learning curve. My Canadian mutual funds don't automatically update so I enter the nav manually from time to time. Stocks updating works well. So, four stars for a job well done in my opinion.

Great but some bugs. Track my portfolio on several devices and it’s great. Great view of my stocks and (almost) seamless sync. (Guys keep the sync feature functional it can be a pain sometime...). I’ve got a bug where my total worth graph is negative despite correct trades data. Don’t know why and on multiple platforms (iPhone, iPad and macOS).

Too basic. Does not allow you to put in short positions. Does not understand Futures pricing for contracts. Does not have an actual widget for iOS. Overall just too simplistic for my needs.

Old news. You have a great product. Have used it for years. My one complaint is: the news on the stocks in my portfolios are 4 weeks old. I have a suggestion: add a feature that enables users to write their notes about the stocks in the portfolio.

Great Program. I recently switched over to this program when my other app decided that it needed to charge a monthly subscription fee. I like the program. I like that I only have to enter it once and the data flows to my other IPAD and my IPhone. What I would like to see is to show gain on loss on each position. For example I own a mutual fund and I would like to see the percentage gain or loss on the quarterly dividend reinvestments. Thank you for a great program.

Great Portfolio tracker. I really enjoy using this app. It provides all the info you need on how your investments. Simple to set-up, with a few options. Can't say enough about it.

Excellent app to track your portfolio. Keep your portfolios only on your device. This only goes out to get prices of stocks. Details of which stocks you own are only stored locally.

Prices not updating. I have loved this app for years but just recently it stopped updating all prices. All prices are stuck on what they were days ago. What is going on?

Wrong Data. This site relies on either Yahoo or Google for its data on closing prices for mutual funds. Yahoo is often unreliable, especially for Fidelity funds. Yahoo often doesn’t update these closing prices until the next day. Google is no better, so this app can’t be relied on for accurate closing prices.
