Service NSW Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Developers, why do you hate us. This update totally broke the app; can’t view my license (now it leads to a login in Safari).

Useful app BUT... I have an old email account linked to my drivers licence. Trying to renew online and update to my new email has been frustrating. Ive emailed Services NSW, but they keep telling me how to edit on the page , but the issue is my old email is in place and a code wants to send to a not in use email address. How can i get this done??? (I travel to and from AU & USA alot, I've already used the kit to prev renew my licence, but i dont think i can use it for another renewal)

Doesn't work!. App fails to properly connect to the mother ship as it doesnt recognise a validated login. Don't waste your time downloading until fixed.

Still can’t ad drivers license. Have been trying to link my drivers license to the app, but it just never works. After submitting, the endless spinner shows and nothing happens

Trying to add service and stuck in a doom loop. The app might be convenient however I am stuck trying to add my license with a reply saying that: Your application has restarted We found a technical issue and had to restart Please re-enter your details and try again. I have been trying all day and also on the website and I get the same response. I have 2FA and have triple checked my details are correct. The form knows if I have entered incorrectly but doesn’t allow correct information to proceed.

Easy to use. Go NSW!. Nice easy to use app. Would be good to add click to renew. Can remove the waivers

So good!. I live overseas and noticed this when I returned home. This is so good! We’re hard on our pollies but we should give credit where it’s due.

Nightmare. I downloaded this app and can't use it to upload my vaccination information. It sends me down a rabbit hole of other government apps and websites which are incomprehensible and awful. It's a disgraceful system. I wish I could give it zero stars

Slow as a snail - no creativity. Pretty useless really. Update after update they keep saying we will improve this we will improve that. Nothing ever gets improved period. I mean seriously 5 plus years of having this app and they STILL don’t have certain licenses added to the digital listings Ones that have been been requested time after time and still nothing. The people doing upgrades and development of this app need to be replaced and someone put in thier place who actually knows how to improve things with updates. Also when you go to add services 99 times out of 100 you get sone ridiculous error saying try again try again. Does service NSW think we have nothing to do but try to connect a service all day? Seriously garbage !

Have to keep logging in with user name & password on old phones. The ServiceNSW is painful on old iPhones where fingerprint recognition or facial recognition is not available i.e. no biometric unlock. If you close the app so it is not running in the background you are logged out and have to log back in with user name & password, and then PIN. This continual need to reenter all these details is very annoying and time wasting. If you keep the app running in the background after it auto locks all you need to enter is you PIN! Why can’t you just use the PIN in all situations once the app is installed on the phone? If it is OK for use just a PIN from auto lock it should be same from app start.

Could use some extra features. Great to have your license on an app. Very convenient if you’re out and about. With the Covid 19 check-ins, there’s some work needed. Wearing masks, Face ID doesn’t work and the pin always seems to stuff up. It would be great to bypass it considering I’ve already unlocked my phone. I like that we can now check into shopping centres, however you need to be able to check out of the centre once you’ve checked into stores within the centre. Or location services be able to check you out? I’ve now started taking note of when I leave as the app doesn’t. It would also be good to go back and amend your check out rather than it be pending.

Appalling waste of time!!!. Impossible to navigate, unable to link the Covid vax certificate because once you try you can wave goodbye to the rest of the day and your mental health will suffer. Mygov is just as bad, if you request the certificate it asks if you have an Australian passport or one from another country. Typical LNP arrogant attitude… what about people who don’t have a current Aus passport. No consideration or intelligence is needed to develop an app that has a third option instead of making assumptions about people and making it impossible for anybody from a lower socio-economic group to comply. Go to HELL!!! Don’t put a link to MyGov to link the certificate if it has not been set up to do so! It not rocket science. So angry that my stress levels got dangerously high and had to go to the ER for an ECG. Thanks :(

Unable to checkout …. When check-in at 2 locations, e.g. check-in at the shopping mall then a few minutes later check-in at a supermarket within the mall, when ready to leave the App only allowed to checkout at the last location of check-in, that’s the supermarket and leaving the shopping mall on the pending mode…. Not very efficient Only able to checkout from the latest check-in, system unable to checkout the previous check-in when simultaneously check-in into 2 locations at a minute apart…. Try it and you’ll understand what I’m saying.

What is the point?. I’m not sure I understand the point of the digital drivers licence. The media resources state that ‘most pubs and clubs’ will accept the digital licence. Yet on our very first query as to whether it would be accepted. We were told no they aren’t and they never will be. You need to carry your plastic ID as backup. So what is the point of it? If you don’t have the plastic ID you can be refused entry as they do not accept your digital licence. Is it or is it not a legal form of identification? For a venue to not accept it purely because it doesn’t fit with their over the top surveillance measures shouldn’t mean a legal ID isn’t recognised.

A questionable act of intrusion…. I have used the app just to place my licences and registration in as a handy management tool, and it has worked fine like that for quite some time… However, I noticed a “warning” message at the top of the display in the last week notifying me that the app will be doing a “Forced Update” for a scheduled future date. Then the rest of the message advises me to “Turn on auto updates for a better online experience.” Now, I believe there may be something wrong when the app can “Forcefully Update”, when it should be a matter of choice. I prefer to leave the auto update feature off, because you get a lot of apps uploading in the background and many times, they all have glitches till the next update. I would like to know, how many times this app has “Forced” an update, because I still believe this phone is my phone and I should have the choice what gets uploaded… Please explain!!!

Multiple notifications same covid + case. This app is excellent for license/rego/vouchers etc. Easy to check in. I do get anxiety however every time I get a new notification to show a covid + location, only to look and find it is one I’ve already received and it was quite some time ago also… any chance of an update that prevents multiple alerts for the same location? Like maybe a notification received toggle button or something that then mutes all following notifications?

Needs an update because of glitches with Covid alerts. For the most part a good app with digital licences and vouchers handy, however currently there seems to be a glitch regarding Covid case notifications. I receive alert notifications that I have been near a Covid case at a venue check-in but *some* of them do not appear in the check-in history accurately, with missing red flags and no additional locations. I checked my partners check-in history for the places we have been together at the same time to compare, and his has some red alerts however mine does not! He has some red alerts missing from times we were at the same places at the same time too, where as I have the alert… It appears that it is not my account alone having issues, but a glitch. it would be good if in a future update that the Covid case notification contained a link to the venue and time of the exposure.

Generally good. I find the app easy to use but why do we have to sign in to the app once we have already signed in to the phone? Apple has some of the highest security available yet once we have signed in to the phone, we have to sign in to the app as well. Update, thank you for pointing out that the auto lock can be extended to 4 hours. This should make life a lot easier.

Check In History - check your dependants. I’m finding the app really good - got it for the Covid check ins but starting to use it for other services! One thing - I’ve just had a notification of a casual contact which is great but the record shows I was with a dependant - now that could be my husband, son, daughter or mum and the app won’t show me who it was! Please look into allowing us to see who we were with - it could make a big difference! If it was my 72yr old mum or my unmasked 7 yr old, I need to treat the notification differently. Thanks :)

Trust. Sadly an unfortunate event happened today where a bug prevented the app from showing licenses. I had all my trust on the app and relied on it as my wallet so I never bring a physical wallet anywhere I go. This could be a serious issue like if getting pulled over by a cop and you’re only carrying your phone because you put all faith that the app will show your license but the license could not show then you’d be paying a hefty fine and no way to get back. Luckily that didn’t happen to me, I just needed my ID for something else. It’s sad to know now that I have to carry a physical license everywhere I go.

Authentication with face masks is annoying. Face ID won’t work with a mask, but a mask must be worn to check into places. Moreover, the app won’t prompt you to use a pin instead until Face ID fails a few times. Why do I need to authenticate in the first place? I mean, I already unlocked my phone (and went to the Face ID issue once to do that) so why do I need to authenticate again? It’s not like checking in is a high security risk. Quite the opposite, if an unauthorised person were to access my phone and managed to unlock it, the last thing they would want to do is to check in somewhere to be tracked. Please remove the authentication step, it’s causing people to remove their masks while checking in which is not aligned with the purpose of the check in system.

Had worked well till recent update that led to plentiful bugs!. Updated the app as advised and now the biometric authentication no longer worked. Instead all I get is a massive warning to report RAT positive results if I did get one. Not sire if the insertion of this warning basically has screwed things up. Also the biometric authentication is a bit temperamental- sometimes just wouldn’t worj at all then I need to shut the app down then reset a few times to settle it. Guys can u pls investigate and fix it. Super frustrating to have to log in every single time I need to check in

Stop forcing updates before able to use app. I got stopped by police the other day and I went to show them my electronic license. The app said I needed to update it before I could show my license. Unfortunately I had no mobile coverage and could not update it and there could not show the police my license. Please ensure the app continues to work when there are updates and no mobile/wifi coverage. Update after dev response: Thanks for the response and explanation. Interesting that ver 8.14 is considered a CRITICAL update. The change description does not reflect the update is critical. Suggest better change descriptions in future.

Applying online is painful. Always falls on the second last step. Need to start again every time Work out a way to Save progress! It’s needed!! Sometimes it just goes to your 3 bouncing dots, then nothing. You have to manually start the process again. Needs a fix Scanning your DL doesn’t work. At all. Your app won’t focus the camera. Every other camera app or app that uses the camera can auto focus the camera, not Service NSW. Why not offer to auto fill from your digital drivers license?!? When you finally get offered to auto fill DL, it won’t fill all the fields! Why!? I have to cancel the application to go to my digital dl, get the details and start the application again. There’s better ways of doing this.

Poor Covid tracking info. The app sends notifications to alert me that I’ve been close to someone confirmed with Covid-19 at a venue, then directs me to check my check-in history on the app for details. This is where it falls down- upon checking the list, there are no new flagged locations, I try refreshing it and nothing…. I have received 10 x the notifications to what is actually displaying. I get that these alerts only advise to monitor for symptoms and get tested if you need to, which everyone should be doing regardless, but it’s not the point- the app should be accurate, but it’s ludicrous

Brilliant App. The app works great - very easy to use - easy to check in and out of venues. - licence works great. Recommendations - with Pfizer vaccination on weeks away and talk of proof of vaccination to get into pubs and other venues it would be handy to have this app be able to store the offical vaccination record with our licence. Now would be the time to implement this to make it easy. What would be cool is if places started using NFC tags provided by Service NSW that instead of opening the camera app you could just place your phone new the tag as you enter the building to launch the checkin. Also possibly using location services you could send a notification saying did you want to checkout or this venue. Thanks

Works well, always room for improvement. Suggested ideas to improve: * Would be great to have the ability to setup remember me functionality so the app stays logged in for some period of time. User may set time. Say 1 hr max. Useful for quick visits to shops, where you’re in and out. Wearing a mask and having to constantly enter pin is annoying especially if hands are full. * when already checked in to a venue and opening the app, can you make it so the app automatically goes to the check out screen?

Super frustrating CX. I love that you can download and access vouchers but the form to get them is the most frustrating experience to complete. The ID verification works some times, other times it fails. It asks you for extra information so I leave the app for a minute to get it, come back and its logged me out so I have to start all over again from the start. Please consider increasing the session time and saving where you’ve left off so you don’t have to keep entering the same info. Also noticed the verification experience for different vouchers is not consistent and some are better then others.

Checkout is an issue. Checking out is the only issue I have with this app. When I’ve left a premises, if it’s not still on the screen, I can’t check out. Even going into the ‘recent’ list of places, there’s no option to check out with. Going into ‘history’, I still can’t check out. So unless I keep the main screen open to check out with, I end up with a ‘pending’ and then ‘no checkout recorded’. Given how much we are told to check in and out of every place we go, surely being able check out should be just as easy??

Needs work. App is ok. Good to see you’ve allowed us to retrospectively log out. Please also include the ability to change the time we’ve logged in. Sometimes I forget to scan in on entering, and then can’t change the time i entered when I scan on exiting. Please also allow a “check in again” feature so if we go somewhere we visit regularly (like the supermarket) we don’t have to scan, and can select a venue we’ve been to before. This will also help if we miss checking in on entry, as well as saving time and frustration. ACT can do this, not sure why NSW can’t.

I have given up on this.. I noticed that there has been yet another update to this app and installed it to see if it would run properly. It dudn't. This time, I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Made no difference either. All I get is the splash screen and then the app minimises... if i select the app it does the same thing again. I can accept that mistakes happen, but with so many people having issues with this app you'd think it would be prudent to enable us to roll back to the last version that worked until you had something new that worked... even if you needed to set the old codebase up as a minor revision to the last (problematic) version so it got picked up by devices. Apparently, the app is getting released without proper testing on all supported versions of iOS - otherwise this wouldn't have happened. This has dragged on long enough. And, no, I am not going to email your support email again so I can get no response again. All that would do is waste my time.

COVID check in history. I am doing the right thing and checking in to everywhere, but my history only goes back 2 days. I am worried that my checking ins are not being registered and I will not be contacted if there is a positive case. How do I fix this? Apple contacted me and didn’t address the history issue, which I think is crucial. Suggested that I was not checking in properly, which I was, and prompted me to contact the developers which the link goes to a blank screen. I will not change my review as the problem has not been addressed by the developers of this app. I also know that I am not the only one having this issue.

App works OK. It’s great that NSW has gone to the single check-in app. Very sensible. This app works OK, but I think it would work better if it opened straight to the COVID-safe check in, as that is the function that most people are using at the moment. Also, please configure the COVID-safe feature so that it remembers your dependants. It would be great if we could select our dependants with a tick-box, rather than having to put their names in over and over again. Today, I took my daughter to the city, and had to type her name in 7 or 8 times.

Case alert glitch. I do love the ease of checking in, licenses etc on my app. Although, I keep getting multiple notifications from Service NSW about being at a case location with covid, however, when I enter the app to check my history there is only three locations (that I’ve already been notified about) yet I continue to receive notifications without any new red highlighted locations listed. I wonder if this is a glitch, or my app just hasn’t uploaded with the notification. Worth looking into.

One important UX improvement needed.. Good work on the app team and thanks for trying to keep us safe! I think Check Out’s numbers would go up if you opened the app to the Check Out screen if say I’d Checked In somewhere within the last 30 minutes or so. It’s currently a slow UX to check out because the app doesn’t open to your last check in. I can imagine a lot of people don’t bother when they’re in a rush. Especially when you’re going from place to place and checking in at new places.

App doesn’t allow you to log in. Update: I have continued to email the mobile app developer for 5 months, and this issue still has NOT been updated!!!! The customer service I have received has been atrocious, I have sent a further 2 emails over the last two weeks asking for an update and have not received any response!!! You would think they would try and respond promptly given this is a bug, it’s been a known issue for 5 months, and the app is so critical for both the QR log in as well as for the future vaccine passport. If I could give this a negative rating I would! Original: I have tried to log in for that last week using my Face ID and /or password, and it just continues to ask for my PIN saying “Log in with pin” if I try logging in with PIN, then it doesn’t work. I then have to reset my PIN every single time to log in. I’ve seen some notes from the app developer to check that my phones clock is on “set automatic”, however this was already the case and didn’t work… what can I do to fix this!!!!

Covid checkin app - can’t do manual checkout!. terrible UX - if you are in a shopping mall and check-in in the mall entrance, and check-in again in any shop inside the mall- you can’t check out manually from the mall , you can only check-out from the last shop you have been to. That would mean if I spend 15mins in the mall only, and there is an infection after 30 mins - because I couldn’t check out correctly, I would still have to go and get tested, unnecessary data load and contract tracing overhead. To avoid people tampering with data, you should only be able to check-out manually for last 2-3 data - maybe till 2 days.

Firearms Licences still not available, can’t log in with two devices at the same time. I have asked many times why are Firearms Licences not available on the app? With no response. If this is an update and Firearms Licences are issued by Services NSW then why can’t I access my two Firearms Licences? Why can’t I log into the app on my phone to check something out when I have the app open doing something completely different on my iPad? Why is our registration information really basic? I couldn’t find my hard copy of my registration so I thought no problem I will check the app for the information that I needed… but no luck, really disappointed.

Updates. During an outbreak of COVID in the city is not the right time to send reminders about updating to the latest version of the app. Each time I see the reminder pop up I think that I have been in a venue where someone was positive for COVID. What is so critical on the update that it warrants my blood pressure spiking on a daily basis. Obviously I can still be contacted. Stop this unnecessary messaging now. Why do I need a nickname, this is wasting time trying to find one that hasn’t been taken.

Suggestion for the Covid alert. This is just a great job! Especially the Covid alert feature. It helps to save a lot of lives indirectly, by reducing amount of works contact tracer have to do. Thank you! BTW, I am suggesting to copy the corresponding events (events with red Covid-19 case alert) on the top of the history list, and also to the main screen of the app. So that we can immediately find out which activities does the alert regarding to. It would also be good if the alert itself already contains the info of the corresponding events.

It never works properly!. This app is horrible, for so many times it doesn’t work properly for Covid-19 scan. And now, after trying to update it never give access saying my login or password is incorrect, but at the website I can login with the same details. I deleted and reinstalled this app for more then 10 times. It’s just useless for me, this is a shame, put such responsible tasks in a app that doesn’t work properly , not to mention when the driver license doesn’t work either. You developers need to put your stuff together and deliver a serious app if you are really interested to. If you guys are open , please contact me and I’ll show you, because my feedback never been answered in the app.

Great look and feel!. Great look to the app! Looks awesome. I picked up a bug: I originally went to ‘sign up’ and entered my email address, and I was then prompted to log in (as I already had created an account, my bad). On log in I was taken to some sort of back end which had information but no digital licence etc etc. after a bit of clicking around I realised it may have been due to the route I took, which was confirmed as the usual route from the home page worked perfectly. Just thought I’d flag!

Permits and Vaccine Status in App?. Hi, great job with the app. Is it possible please to add a section to show permits please in the app - considering we all need to have our permits handy in Sydney’s lockdown areas to be able to work. Even if it’s like a PDF link to our permits would be handy having it all in one place - same for vaccine status - although I heard on the news this is being worked on. Keep up the good work in these difficult times.

App not transferring covid safe check ins to history. This App has recently randomly stopped transferring my check-ins to my history. This means I won’t get alerts for particular venues. I attended a covid vaccine centre yesterday and my check in and out was in the ‘recent’ checkin but never transferred over to the ‘history’ section. This also happened to me on Tuesday. But on Thursday it worked again. Then not Friday. There is possibly something needing fixing. Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere to get help with these issues. As this is a health related issue would be good to have it resolved.

Works decently most of the time. I’d like to suggest a feature for the app in regard to the COVID check-in. It would be great if the app sent us notifications asking us if we have checked out, since many of us forget to check out of locations. It could be opt in (you would have to choose to have the alerts set) and maybe even choose the frequency i.e. “send notification 10 mins/20 mins/1 hour/etc after last check in”. Also sometimes we forget to check in as soon as we enter for whatever reason, so may be good if we could edit the check IN time as well.

Touchup idea. Congratulations for the responsible‘s of this application and a big respect for the developers behind the scene for the neat and tidy job, A small suggestion if I may, On the licenses and credential section under these licenses there are some dots, each not represent a license, it would be nice if you could swap between licenses from the dots under, for faster swap. For example if you have an app on the last page on your iPhone, instead of swapping the pages till you get to the last page you can just log tap on the dots under and then swipe to the last dot, This way you can go to the last page faster. Now take this and apply it to the license and credentials section in the service NSW app.

Difficult to activate, now working well. Kept getting "something went wrong" error when I tried to set up the app today. Rang Services NSW and got some story about having to first log into the Services website on my computer and link my licence to something or other. Didn't have time to follow that up today, but tried to set up the app again late at night and it worked perfectly. Sounds like whoever I spoke to at Services NSW was talking rubbish, and the app set up process was simply overwhelmed during the day. But it's working very well now, with driver's licence and Working With Children card now really accessible.

No Service NSW. At approximately 1:30 pm today, Friday, I phoned Services NSW and was waiting for over 20 minutes. Finally they answered the phone and the lady said she would put me through to the eye test counter. I was again put on hold, but for a further 30 minutes. I took a screenshot of that phone call to prove my waiting time. Over 1 hour waiting. I just had to give up. Disgraceful in this day and age. Shameful service!! Why doesn’t the ‘while you wait recording’ tell customers that Service NSW has limited services during Covid and what those services are, instead of the continual rubbish recording of “Your call call is important to us and you’ll be answered shortly” which clearly is not the case.

Just a note. This app is great. Very convenient to have on my phone considering I basically have everything I now need on my phone, including my digital driver’s license. Very easy to use. One suggestion is that I hope they add a NSW firearms license because it is the only digital license they are missing and one that would be very convenient to have seeings that it is the only license this isn’t on there.

Really great app, just one little problem.. I have had this app for quite a long time. I hadn’t really used it a great deal until COVID. I work on the hospitality industry so I use this app on a daily basis. I’ve even helped a lot of people download and navigate the app. One small problem and a few of us working in the industry have spoken about. There needs to be a way to save dependents details. It would certainly save people a lot of time checking into places. Other than that great app guys.!

Why make it so complicated? The worst covid app of any state. No other state requires setting up an account and creating passwords and PIN numbers and then just to make it extra inconvenient, the app automatically logs us out when we close the app. What for? Why make it so complex? Did you even talk to the other states when setting this up? Every other state has an app that is much easier to use. No other state requires 2 types of ID to link the vaccination certificate. It took me 5 mins to link my vaccination certificate to the COVID19 apps for QLD, VIC, ACT. I’ve spent 20 minutes setting up an account with services NSW and made three attempts to link my vaccine certificate two of which failed, then your app asks for two types of ID. No thanks, I’ve wasted enough time already. I’ll carry a hard copy when in NSW!

Been great but... please fix app false positives. Well today I haven't gone anywhere, just woke up and moved about the house (where I live). And yet apparently I've come into contact with a Covid case somewhere today....What the?! How can I come into contact at a location that requires check in when I literally haven't left the house at all today?! (I have a screenshot of the notification for today [8th January 2022]) I figured it was a glitch so checked for app updates. Nope none. Im wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the issue. I even checked for a text to my phone -no nothing. Is this one of those fake things? Should I take it seriously despite not going anywhere at all today that requires a check in? Has someone hacked the app? Literally I have so many questions. No wonder people are talking of removing the app from use. I have enjoyed the app and how useful it has been but why throw false things at me when legit I haven't gone anywhere short from my own bedroom and the kitchen in my house. Seriously what on earth is going on. Its clear to me why the politicians want to move the app on. It is also clear this app need to be fixed badly. False notifications of positives or a requirement to be tested when the user in question hasn't gone anywhere all day never mind left the place he or she lives is a little ridiculous. Please fix app issues, I beg of you!

Excellent App. This app has steadily improved since it first came out. Maybe because of the feedback in the app I’ve been providing supporting lots of Senior Australians. Next improvement for Senior Australians is the inclusion of the NSW Seniors Card. There is a good separate app for finding out about discounts on goods and services but you still have to carry the physical card. I’m already using the Service NSW app at every venue. Please let me prove I’m a registered NSW Senior.

Love the digital drivers license. Great to see the NSW govt digitising it’s services and adopting technology. I was able to renew my license in a few minutes on my phone rather than heading into the RMS. Such an obvious improvement, great work NSW state govt. Two things could be improved: 1) ability to show license from an otherwise locked phone 2) ability to see the whole license on a single screen rather than kind of scrolling down to see the whole thing

Huge improvement & fixed bugs. Updating my previous review where PIN requests and resets only produced errors. Bug seems to be fixed and I’m pleasantly surprised by the easy to use features esp. digital drivers licence (also like the tutorial in that) I’m yet to try COVID check-in so I can’t say if that’s still clunky and still tosses you out in under 5 minutes (b4 you get a chance to check out for fast visits) but with log-in improvements that won’t be such a pain Point I guess. Well done on the glitch fixes

COVID Check in/out. Hi team, no real issue with the app as I have found it to work well. One inconvenience that I think would make the check in/out experience smoother would be removing the requirement for log in. As some have stated, face ID with a mask is troublesome and fingerprint or pin’s just take more time. If checking in and out didn’t require this additional step it would be easier and faster to comply. Obviously other data or options should be locked until log in is completed.

Fix proof of vaccination. Fix the QR log in successful page to automatically show the proof of vaccination. I am sick of explaining to customers and copping abuse because I have to get them to press ‘show more’. When you updated the app to link the vaccination proof it was a great idea, but then you also updated the qr checked in page to show holographic background, which is fine… until every person who linked the vaccination proof started to think the holographic design meant that, that is proof of vaccination. I have my proof in my digital wallet so I didn’t link to this app, so I’m having to take my phone out to show people that I get the exact same checked in page, but when I click show more it comes up with a orange box that shows and exclamation mark, because it’s not linked. I shouldn’t have to do this! Just automatically show more for proof and help out those who are just trying to follow your rules and make sure customers are fully vaccinated.

Checking Out is problematic. We are being heavily requested to check out of venues when we leave however the app only allows you to check out of the most recent venue. If I go into a shopping centre, I check in to the centre on the way in. I go into a cafe within the centre and check in, then check out when I leave the cafe. I can’t check out of the shopping centre now. There needs to be a way to bring up the past check ins and check out. There’s a list of past check ins but you cannot select them to check out.
