Beware!. This game exist in a free market. Therefore, it is designed to get you to part with your money. It does a really good job of that. Just know that going in and you can have fun and don’t expect to win big very often. If you go look at a challenge and then immediately try to win it then you will lose fast. Also, the bingo is a joke. You literally have a one and three chance of getting a match and it will give you that. One match every three balls no matter what. you can have 75 coins and I guarantee you it will take 74 to get a blackout. Whenever you open a slot for the first time it starts you out at the hundred million dollar level or so, if you’re not paying attention you’ll be drained in one spin. They are tricksters so pay attention. I was playing planet moolah and hit the unicow and 400 free spins. When I was down to about 20 spins I opened another app to get directions and when I came back, I had zero winnings.

So disappointing. This game was fun to play but impossible has become impossible to keep your money. The actual wins are few and far between where you actually win any money to sustain the goals they set to hit next levels in medallion points and timed bonus money. At one point I had well over a billion “dollars” and now I have only 10,000 “dollars”. I don’t even have enough to play. In a single 15 minute tournament, I didn’t hit a bonus a single time and went through $500,000,000 without a single significant win. You have to bet a lot to even qualify for tournaments. You have to bet a lot to stay within your “league” to keep your timed bonus at a higher level. Multiple times I have received less than my bet in a bonus game “win”. Much like Vegas, where I live, this game just takes your money. I don’t find it fun anymore. The whole point of playing casino slots is to get into the bonus games and actually win. So, why on earth, are they so stingy with the wins when there is no actual money involved?! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. This is the worst app I’ve ever ran in to and I’ve downloaded a ton of apps. The main problem they let players using CHEAT ENGINES to compete in their contests. It’s call the dash last 12 mins new one every 12 mins. Continuously there’s players who jump out with thousands of trillions per win. No way can u win that much even if u max bet on all slots at one time Occ lucky enough to win a couple hundred thousand if u max bet and win all lines. Crappy. I agree with a lot of other reviews. You have these stupid machines it’s impossible to win. I got rid of this before and thought that maybe you’d make it better. Boy was I wrong. Just as ignorant as it was before. I spend, every time I get free money, every bit of what you gave me. Then I get this ignorant offer to buy in using my real money!! Do you think that I’m nuts. No way will I throw my hard earned money away so that you can line your pockets with it. I play some of these same games at “real “ casinos and lose a lot of the time but at least I CAN win Real $$!! I left this for quite some time and decided to play again.... Same crap. I won close to 200 m and little by little lost it all!! Stupid, stupid, stupid!! You developers must be nuts. Losing its appeal. Oh this game. So the games are really fun. The funnest. However, getting to play them can be impossible. The payouts are so rare anymore. Ok so the recent update of the honey do list - it was awesome at first. Paid out over 2 billion coins and 19 bingo balls. Now your lucky if you get 1 billion and you only get like 7 balls. And they're usually gone in minutes. And I'd really like to know how to play these high roller games. I've been playing this game for years and one time have I ever won enough to max bet and actually play for a while. I was up to like 600 billion coins at one point. Max bet on the games I usually play is around a billion. Even to purchase it's like $100 for a billion coins. That's 1 max bet. I've contacted support with my frustrations and disappearing party prizes to no avail. I just want to play. I've spent hundreds of dollars in real money to play only to be shut down. Betting modestly. It's just gotten ridiculous. I will not be spending any more money on this game in the future and if it continues the way it's going I won't be playing anymore. Recent Update. UPDATE: Apple refunded my money so they agreed that this was fraudulent. So if you purchased coins and feel ripped off, complain to Apple because you won’t get anywhere with this greedy developer I received an answer from your tech desk about the problem below. Apparently you had the “up to” 138.4 billion coins in the prestige chest incorrectly displayed for over 3 weeks until you did an update 6 days ago, then it changed down to 1.34 billion. This meant people like me were fraudulently lured into purchasing the new honey pass with a false sense of possibly winning a lot of coins after completing the various challenges. You should give people their money back or give them the coins. If not, at a minimum, you need to get reported to the app stores that allow you to commit such crimes. Hopefully you will post this…doing a screen shot just in case! ************** Thought this would different. Bought the honey pass and made it all the way to the PRESTIGE CHEST! Played lots of games I didn’t like just to earn the diamonds, but I made it. I was excited with the possibility of winning up to 138.4 billion coins! Frustrated with jackpot party yet again.. Just got a new iPhone 16 and jackpot party did this exact thing to me when I bought my last phone it isn’t bringing MY GAME over with me it’s starting me at the very beginning and I’m at a very high level with like 10 billion in coins and I’ve paid (like every month) for my diamond stuff and they are trying to steal it all away again 😤 my promise to jackpot party this time is I will NOT put this game back on my phone I’m done you tech people can’t seem to figure this out but you create all these games so I think you just like ripping people off just like you have been for awhile when I have to keep purchasing more and more and MORE coins because you put these diamond challenges that you have to bet at high levels and you refuse to allow me to win others complain about this too! Simply the best on-line casino site.. If you’re going to do a for fun casino app, Jackpot Party Casino is the way to do it. It is a sophisticated, high-quality app with loads of features. I honestly can’t say when I enjoyed something more. If you’re lucky enough to hit one of the bigger jackpots (I won a 21 trillion “Grand Jackpot” on the “Hold Onto Your Hat” slot), it takes the game to a whole new level. Betting max without worrying about your credits changed everything. You can still spend a lot of money here without buying credits - I routinely pay to speed up the prize openings - but if you consider it entertainment, which I do, I don’t mind. I’ve been chasing another grand jackpot on “Huff and Puff” which, so far, remains elusive and my credits are almost gone. I’ll be sad to see them go. Total Scam. I do like this game but this is the biggest ripoff app of all times. Don’t expect any customer support. Every time leave a game and come back or open a new game the change your bet to some ridiculous large amount. Earlier I lost 80 million when I got pop notification and after close the window it changed my bet from $180k to $180 million. I contacted the company and their response was that is was my fault because I didn't check the bet level. I should have quit then but I didn’t I had finally got up to 4.5 billion with a combination of playing and buying chip. Then I was playing my usual $180k bet and lost 2.9 billion out of my account. Once again their response was it was my fault and I must have left the game and come back with out checking the bet. I never left the game. How realistic is that I going to make one bet for 3 billion. Zero customer service and they try to trick you into making huge bets. I think what they do is totally unethical. Poor customer service. Slots are varied and fun, but extremely pricy for those who purchase packages for credits. I have been playing for years. Another good thing: very few glitches. Many other sites have constant issues. My problem arose with a recent $60 package for 750,000,000 credits. During a high stakes bonus round, the game glitched and on spin 5 of 20, just vanished. I wrote and asked for a refund or the 750,000,000 credits. On spin #5, I was already at 70,000,000 credits and I was placed #1 to win the high stakes tournament. When I returned to the game, I was no longer even in top 3 and I’d lost even the credits I had won. I received a response almost immediately: Nope, we can’t give you a refund or restore your original credits, but here is 100,000,000 credits. I responded, that isn’t satisfactory, and re-explained what had happened. No further response. Zilch. When we purchase packages, we have to trust that customer service will be responsive and take responsibility for glitches in game programming. Their initial response, then complete lack of follow up, was extremely disappointing. $60 for gameplay in which is it not possible to win any actual money ... it is realistic to expect they will take better care of their paying customers. I will never again play this game.

Rip off. All set up - like they all are. It’s insanely ridiculous how set up a game from an app is. I only go on these games for fun and won’t pay money to keep getting more coins, etc. When you’re playing games and see how the “pay lines” go and you’ll see X symbol on the first row and then Y symbol on the next to break up a pattern a/k/a pay line, and then more X’s all of the rows after, and you barely see those symbols on any other spins, it’s obvious they set it up to make you anxious that you’re going to “win” a lot of coins but that one row throws it all off. C’mon - this is supposed to be fun and it’s a free app minus buying the extras, and they can’t give people more coins and let them win a good amount every now and then?! It’s crazy. There are so many other apps to play where they actually give you a very good amount of coins each day for logging on and then even more for clicking on different bonus features just to give ya more coins to play. This App Has Gone Downhill. I have played Jackpot Casino for years. However, during the last year, it has really gone downhill. They are always giving new incentives, but they are worse. It is impossible to win. I would buy the honey pass at the end of each month and last month spent $49 on the super honey pass. However, the more money you spend the worse the payout seem to be. If you play at level 15, you can only earn their bonuses by playing at level 16. So you up your bed and you play at level 16, the next time you are required to play at level 17 & so on. The bigger your bet, the more you lose. I think it’s time to find another casino app. It really is too bad because this game used to be a lot of fun! I received your response & it is basically the same blanket response you give to every other person complaining about how Jackpot Party has gone downhill. Less than 3 days to run out of money. Wanted to try this out after seeing an ad including a slot I really like. Went ahead and downloaded it to try it out. Turns out the advertised slot isn’t even available without paying for the seasonal battle pass. So I went ahead and paid the 5 dollars for the battle pass. Even with the battle pass rewards, my in game bankroll ran dry in under 3 days. With them constantly moving the goal posts with minimum bets, and at the same time not scaling the “free rewards”, you will run dry quickly playing this game organically. You wanna play the “cool limited time slots?” That’ll be 15,000,000 credits minimum bet. One slot pull for more then the entire amount you’d get in a days work from the “free rewards”. You will need to buy coins if you want to play this game even longer than just a week. Obviously, don’t do that. This “fun and free” game is only that for just a couple of days. Avoid at all costs. I’d be shocked to see if anyone can last more than 7 days without paying real money. My guess the true cost to be able to just play this game would be in the ballpark of $50 a month minimum.

Just no fun anymore. Have had this game for a while but I’m just about to delete it. I don’t spend real money on fake money so I haven’t bought any coins and I’ve bumped along the bottom with a few big wins here and there, only to lose them quickly the next time I play. The big attraction of the ap is the jackpot party game and you have to level up a lot just to be able to unlock it and now they have made the minimums for it and several other more desirable games 500m which often prices me out of it. Leveling up takes a lot of hours of playing so many games continue to be out of reach. The tournaments are lame and if you don’t get into a tournament the message keeps flashing on your game that you didn’t qualify for the tournament. I don’t need the negativity as I’m aware I’m not in the tournament nor attempting to be in it but there it is. Honey-do lists are repetitive and there isn’t any fun in those. The lightning leagues are another chance for the ap to tell you more negativity that you were demoted to a lower level. I’ve had enough.

Buy coins, win rates decreased. Uninstalling after probably 3 years played and lots of real money spent. You’ve become far too greedy. I have several accounts I have used to record the stats. Of you buy coins from these people you get a short burst of mediocre wins (sometimes slightly better) then it goes into drain mode where they expect that you will spend more money (why not, they now have your account marked as one that is willing to spend). Meanwhile the other accounts where I have spent no money have far too better winning percentages. You’ve jacked up minimum bets on featured slots to $500,000 which was recently $180,000. Reduced bingo balls from what was previously 4-16 (or somewhere around there). The size of wins used to determine the size of prize box you won. Now it is random and usually a mini. You just got far too greedy. The odds in many of your games are worse than the real ones in casinos. Unless some major changes are made. Myself, my wife, my mother-in-law (who has probably spent close to $1000 this last year) are all deleting the app. We will not recommend your app and will make sure everyone we know never spends a dime with you. Thanks for what was initially fun a few years ago and has slowly gotten worse as time progressed. Nobody cares about how cool your games are if they can never afford to play them.

Tried and True. Out of the many games and many years there has been one game I have never deleted and later reinstalled. Jackpot Party is it Sure you do no win all the time, thank God, as that just gets boring but they seem to have the timing down on how much of a loser a person can stand to be vs how much a person needs to feel like “The Big Winner”periodically. I have played for a few years and have tried many others and have yet to find one to compare. I have gone a week or two with minimum bets and can’t win a party prize to save my life to being able to bet 10 million plus for a couple days. Yes I said it, Days, followed of course by slowly losing it all (sometimes fast, but never yet on the double black diamond slope so many others use to send you back to the bank) back to minimum bet build up praying it won’t be a long dry spell. But, hey, That’s called GAMBLING. So Jackpot Party is not predictable, but it is/has been very reliable and that is what sets it apart from all the others. My #1

Don’t do it!. Enjoy the occasional trip to the casino to blow a little cash on a slot machine? Great. Go there instead of downloading this app. And whatever you do, do not spend a DIME on this app. Spending REAL money to buy FAKE money is a mistake I urge you to avoid. At least at the casino, there is a (slim) chance you might win something. Or at least come out even. With this game? You will lose. This game simply will NOT allow you to maintain any kind of decent balance. Betting the minimum on a daily basis? Not fun. There was a time when this app not only allowed you to win more, but it allowed you to build up your fake cash reserves (even if you weren’t playing) so that you could bet a decent amount when you chose to start playing again. Better Than Pop Slots For Sure. I am new, so I don't know what has changed, but playing Pop Slots for years made me feel there was no better app, but after a while the constant pop up ads and lack of ability to close them, the running out of funds and the app pushing for you to purchase them, the laggy slow working game, the ugly character designs being forced in your face every second, the horrible changes to navigation UI, the very minimal daily bonus', I can go on but... well it's just nice to get free money if I run out and get into a game in about ten seconds. Instead of 3 minutes just to get into a game because of all the pop ups, lag, and UI navigation stuff. I like this game a lot. And to the people who complain about not winning, guess what... Waste of time really.. In 2013, you could actually play this game, the classic slots, every slot. The minimum bet was 7.50, and went up from there. Addicting and fun just...... True the games are addicting and fun, but the amount of each win is usually less than what I bid; so did I really win? No customer service usually equals no customers. Let me first start by saying that I am at level 463, I’ve been playing this game and purchase coins every few days. Over the Christmas holiday, I purchased a larger than normal coin package and also bet higher than usual. While in the Wizard game(betting 10 million a hand) I won a jackpot of 1.8 Billion, which if added to my account would have put me at over 3billion coins. The coins didn’t add to my account so I immediately contacted support with a full description of what happened. Shortly there after I received an email response that they had received my ticket and after their investigation they would respond accordingly. A week or so went by and no response, they did however respond to my second request on another issue (double charging). I send a second request with no response this morning I filed a THIRD request for a follow and was told that unless I could provide a screen shot, there would be no further inquiry into my ticket. How do you screenshot the failure of coins to be deposited on a winning? If the game is still going? I have bought a significant amount of coins and as another reviewer wrote the winnings are few and far between. (Haven’t won a jackpot since that day) I guess Jackpot Party got big and now they’ve forgotten the very people that made them big.

Beware of mail saying free coins. I will start soon at saying that I used to really enjoy playing this game because you could earn coins to play and when you did buy coins you got more coins for your money. But the games are not so fun anymore because not only do they take your coins so quickly even when you buy them. Often you’ll get notifications saying too just as an example follow us on TikTok for free coins sometimes it’s Facebook sometimes is some other social media but when you go to try to get the coins it doesn’t allow you to download the coins it makes you update the game and then when you’re finished it still doesn’t give you the points so just beware unless you want to follow them on social medias don’t go for the coins because it’s likely you won’t get them. I have had a couple of instances where I have purchased coins and they never loaded and whenever I would try to contact them and let them know they say they will investigate but you never hear back from them or if you do they’ll say they did not find a reason to refund your money. So just some up I do enjoy the game some white, but not near as much as I used to and just beware of any offers that say they will give you free coins

Hello..........Is anybody there?. I've enjoyed Jackpot Junction for some time. I think I was at a 1100 level. Two days ago, I was just beginning my Honey Do list (BTW, I was holding over 35 billion in coins), I paused my play for an hour or two and when I returned to my game, the screen reflected a balance of 7 million coins, and I was offered a tutorial on how to play this terrific game!!!!! I went through settings to get customer service. In previous times of "snafus", I would use their email to detail my issue, I would receive an email soon thereafter to acknowledge my problem and would get another email -usually the next day with the issue resolved, and usually some coins to cover the error. There is no customer service anymore. There is a computer that scans your emailed issue, finds a keyword and gives a response that has absolutely nothing to do with the problem at hand. Like a fool I tried to do the same thing the second day. Still no 35 billion, still no level 1100, still the same cyber stupid response. Surely there are better ways to amuse myself.

Love the game. I’ve been playing the game for the past few years, and I’ve just run into my first technical issue with the game. When I go to collect a Party Prize, an error window pops up and says it’s not able to connect to the network. I’m connected to my personal WiFi in my home, all of my other apps are working just fine. I cleared my internet cache, deleted the game, reset my phone, downloaded the game, and it’s still not working right. Only reason I’m saying all of this in the review, is because I couldn’t find a way to get any support for the app. Yes, I’m aware of the App Support option under the “leave a review” or whatever, but there is no “contact us” area anywhere on the “support” site. So, if my WiFi is working just fine, and all of my other apps which require an internet connection are working just fine, then there has to be something wrong with the app/game. I’m also aware that the most recent update was a month ago, so, there might be brand new bugs to fix.

Login issues. You cannot contact anyone in the help section. Non of their choices fit my problem and you can’t seem to get help any other way! This is the second time I’ve had the same problem, this time because I got a new phone. Last time I could at least email them from the app. I would not recommend buying anything within the app. At this point all is lost for me. Just plain disgusted with their tec support. And every time you try to get their attention by writing a review, the old one comes up which is what is above and you can’t start another one. Tech support is beyond horrible. They don’t respond at all! Please consider this before downloading this app and definitely before you put any money in the in app purchases. I want to delete all together but don’t want to lose my purchases. I was reading some of the other 1star reviews and it is all true. Buyer beware!!! Will be contacting Apple very soon if things don’t resolved. Lol!! I just wrote this review and checked to see if it showed up in the reviews. It has not! Unbelievable!! Do not waste your time and definitely not your money!!

Read the negative reviews, they're from people like me who have been playing this game for a long time and who have spent $. This app has changed in recent months and is not the same. It's become nothing but money hungry Im guessing to pay for the recent tv commercials and spokesperson Joel. Amount of Pop ups have become ridiculous before you can even get to play. Coin packages have become more expensive for less coins. Finally had a decent coin package deal pop up that was the last $ I'll ever spend on this app. Purchased 100B coins. Did mostly 1B coin bets at a time. The games sopped up all the coins in minutes. Before when you did large bets like that at least your Star Power rating would go up and you'd get a few days of larger bonuses in Bingo, etc. I waited days and there was NO CHANGE in my Star rating. In fact it went DOWN below a 7!!! Customer service gave a run around and still waiting for a response as to why my Star Power never increased like it always did before. Something has changed here and it's not for the better. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS they're from veteran players experiencing the SAME most recent negative changes.

Manipulatory Tactics. I love the game, I don’t like the guilt tactics to buy more coins. I finally deleted it after a year and actually feel relieved. Once you achieve a new level, you have to play daily and often to get enough league points to keep your level and benefits. If you fail, at the end of the week you are demoted. I got tired of feeling stressed out trying to get enough league points. I bought a 10 dollar and a 25 dollar package (4X sale) today and the coins lasted less than an hour and that was even with me trying to play it safe so I could earn enough league points to get out of the demotion zone. I realized I was spending and spending, not for enjoyment, but to not feel bad/disappointed when I get demoted. Too many times I left this game feeling stressed and finally had enough. I didn’t care for the manipulation into feeling like I had to keep buying coins or that I had to play all day or even everyday just to keep my game achievements. I’m embarrassed how much I spent just to realize how terrible this app is. I prefer Monopoly slots or Golden Casino where you can play when you want and not feel so stressed to play all the time or worry about losing your game achievements.

Fun but where did the popular games go?. I like Jackpot Party, play a lot and would normally have made it 4 stars. But it is 3 out of 5 stars because you keep dropping popular games and maintaining less popular games. Popular games may appear for a day or week and are then gone and may appear again but who knows when. Why? I play other casino games such as Cashman Casino, Heart of Vegas and Lighting Link. Those sites maintain all games, including popular ones, and also add new ones, more like a casino. You do not maintain popular games. When you do have them, I and others enjoy them, but are frustrated when they are dropped, and I take my purchases to the other sites mentioned. You would be better off as a business to maintain all games which would keep customers like me playing and buying, instead of taking my funds to the others sites I mentioned until your popular games return.

Used to LOVE this…not anymore. I used to love this game and enjoyed it so much that I told several people about it. Now when I buy coin packages, I am double and triple charged. I was just able to prove that the other day by doing a screenshot in my treasure chest, where you could see that I purchased a coin package and got a key. I was charged three times for that one purchase. I have sent an email I have not heard anything back after told me to contact customer service. I am extremely unhappy and I am making sure that the people that I told about this game know what has been happening to me. This has happened several other times to me, but I thought perhaps I had purchased coins for my phone and not just for my iPad, so couldn’t really nail it down until this last one, that I mentioned above. I had only purchased the one package in that week and was ripple charged!! Not to mention, in my daily bonus spins, I never get above 4 to 5,000,000 when the wheel spins and the jackpots in the games, never happen. When people spend money to play this game, you’d think that they would allow for more abilities to win and the fact that they charge double and triple just makes me sick 😡

Fun At First, Then The Algorithm Works Against You. The first few days were enjoyable I’ll admit. You get the bonus rounds a decent amount of time, the pay outs are great, and the variety of games is wonderful. But then, the game changes over night, literally! I noticed that regardless of what game I played, using various bet levels, I just couldn’t win. If I did get a hit, it was barely 1/10 of the bet, and bonuses were not attainable anymore. Also, I’m at level 440, and I’m still considered a Rookie?! It’s very difficult to try and level up in this game. I know the game maker wants you to buy coins once they get you excited about this app. That’s probably why they will fill the account the first few days, then drain it out so you’ll want to buy more coins. Almost ready to give 1*! Has gone down in quality!. I have been playing this game for many many years now more than 7 at this point and this game was my go to back when I first found it! But now I feel like they do everything possible to force you to buy coins. Also in the 7 years of playing I have literally won a jackpot one time and it was a mini one. I love the slots they have available but with the amount of money I put into this game I would just expect a tiny bit more customer appreciation or something! Where did the slots go?. I have been playing this for about 2 weeks. It seems like when I find a game I like and start playing regularly, it disappears from the list. This has happened twice now. Anyone else see this? There should be a way to tone down the “level up” nonsense. If you are betting big, it appears every few spins. Can we just have a setting that turns that off? Scam, Ripoff, and Scam, and Ripoff. I’ll start with good, this app has some of the best slots of all the slot games apps. If not for that, I’d give them negative stars if I could. The bad: 1) if you purchase tokens, it’s a 50/50 chance that you will get them. 2) algorithm seems to be set to where once you’ve reached a certain amount of tokens, instead of winning bets, you start losing your tokens fast. I lost 150B tokens in under 30 minutes, but before that, it took me days to get to that amount. 3) App is geared towards forcing players to buy their tokens and products in order to play all the upgraded slots, and to keep up with bonuses. The best slots make you bet a minimum of $1M-$50M, but depending on your level, if you want to win bonuses and rewards, you have to bet $100M-$500M in order to qualify for the bonus. If you win a bonus or reward on a $50M-$500M bet challenge, you could win $20M in tokens, or you could win $100M, but it’s never an amount that justifies competing in the challenge. 4) The tokens are insanely expensive and a waste of money buying. The $150B I lost in 30 minutes, if I were to buy them back, it’d cost me $250 in real money just to amuse myself with a fake slots game. I could go to the casino with that and actually win real money…. I could go on, but just stay away from this game. If you’re bored, go to Dubai; it’s cheaper!

There needs to be an investigation on this app. I come back every now and again to read some of these reviews and there is an increasing amount of anger with each review with similar complaints that I had. Tight slots, ridiculously low winning percentage, no bonuses and the worse of them all coin purchases with shady results. It is certain the 4.5/5 rating is completely rigged with all the complaints about this app. There should definitely be an investigation on this app and the developers running it. For those who made multiple purchases and felt they were scammed should be reimbursed because they spent their money in good faith supporting this app and were hoping to have fun with the slots. It is a shame the developers of Jackpot Party have gotten away with deceiving their customers for this long. Hopefully an agency will look into this and hold these people accountable for everything they’ve done to their customers whether it’s the Better Business Bureau, legal team or law enforcement. The critical reviews of this slot app need to be taken seriously because it is abundantly clear there aren’t any intentions to resolve customer issues or improve this app. Hopefully there will be some justice for all those who were affected by this scam of a slot app in the near future.

Recent Changes. I once loved this game. I have played for years. Today they changed the minimum bet on many games. Recently I have barely been able to even get a big prize (at minimal bet) in order to collect my daily key. I have purchased, but that ain’t happening anymore. Favorite Game App. I love this app. Some reviews complain about loosing. Sometimes you will go thru dry spells for a few spins or more spins. Same as with live machines. I live in the Vegas area. The game choices are good, entertaining and I have had bought my fair share of coins and yes, I do play other game apps but always go back to Jackpot Party. I don’t do and refuse to create FaceBook account. When I had issues with loosing coins with a new iPad I sent them an email thru the app. I keep a picture of my account number for reference. Customer service has had inconsistent responses, depending who opens the email. However, I have had them restored. Game issues reported to them are fixed and usually you’re compensated with coins for the inconvenience. Bottom line it’s a great app, and you win and loose… If loosing, take a break, change games, reduce your bet. Just like in the casinos.

Good App But Not Greatee. 3 1/2 actually. Last week I would have given a 4 at least, but I’ve been on downward spiral and nothing seems to work to break it. I feel like they are trying to force me into buying coins. I don’t like someone trying to force me into anything! If I buy (which Seldom I admit), it’s because I want to..:..not because I’m forced. VIP Bonuses Don’t Exist?. I have been playing Jackpot Party Casino for several months now depositing just about every day..... I feel as a vip status player I should get a bigger player bonus hourly than the 200,000 or the 400,000 given 2-3 times a day on Facebook. Bets are a minimum 54,000 and in reality these bonuses only allow a few spins and your done unless you deposit. And when I write support to ask for a real comp credit I am basically ignored and told I can find free chips on Facebook community page (400,000) lol... I do like the new Honey to Do List which gives a decent bonus on Saturday and the 300,000,000 I get when I complete 3 bingos but it seems to go quick and I find myself depositing again :( .... Disappointing. This app used to be my favorite casino game to play. I don’t know what’s happened over time but it’s no longer fun to play when you can’t get any bonuses, no big wins and end up losing all of winnings faster than you win anything. Not fun anymore. I have been playing this game for many years. In the early days of my play, the slots paid out much more than now! I am so unsatisfied with the game. I purchase the diamond pass, the most expensive one. I’ve purchased the daily coin pack to obtain the platinum key, and the slots never pay off. I can’t even complete any of the challenges and it’s taking forever to progress in the diamond pass. If I could rate lower I would! After this diamond pass expires, I’m deleting this game and never redownloading it. I can find a ton of different games in which I’m valued as a customer and my time will be better spent! (Edit)—-I swear to god this is the absolute worst customer service response you’ll ever get too. They can’t even get a person to respond, it’s a stupid robot. Review. This is a great game. There is so many great slots. My only criticism is that the spin speed of the slots is painfully slow and you really need to install an auto spin button so that you can relax and play rather than getting a sore hand tapping the spin button every few seconds. Good game, pity about the unauthorised payment for chips.. I’ve been playing this game for a while and I like it and I’ve made in app purchases. I was sent a receipt for a purchase I made yesterday..I didn’t make one. I haven’t made a purchase since Christmas...I disputed this with this company and they sent me an email telling me to take it up with the company who issued the receipt (paypal). So I did and paypal said they won’t refund because they found the purchase was authorised because I had subscribed to Jackpot Casino...I hadn’t..so I’m out money without any way of stopping it. I had to go into my paypal account, change the password, change the settings and make it somEVERY transaction from now on needed me to personally enter my password...very annoying. EDIT to add. I haven’t had a problem in over a year. However, the last two days it won’t let me log in with my FB account. If I try to log in as a guest, I lose all my credits. I don’t think I have any option but to delete the app.

Fun game. I have been playing this app for quite a number of years and it really is quite fun. So many different varieties of games with so many different features. Win-lose ratio is on par I think cause what’s the point in playing a game that pays all the time (boring) and vice versa. Only little problem I have is with the tournaments that a run every 15 minutes, if your betting minimum bet you get placed in the lowest tournament group which is fine but then you get other people who increase their bet after being placed in that group and there’s no realistic chance of coming 1st 2nd or 3rd. Just finished a tournament where the first place winner won $400 million plus, and second and third were not far behind. That’s impossible on minimum bet. Should be once you increase your bet you get moved to the a higher tournament.

Worst slots ever. I have played this game every day for around three weeks I’ve even brought one lot of coins and how many decent wins have i had in that time not one you do know its not for real. Don’t bother with this app. This app is full of bugs - slots in portrait mode have frozen my iPad Air 2 and I have to do a hard reset to get my iPad working again. I reported the issue 4 times now with no success. And by the way, I’ve reported the issue to Apple and they ended up refunded my purchases on this app and they recommended not to do any further purchases until the developers fix the app !

Disappointed and broke!. Jackpot party was great a few years ago but now all they do is take your money. The log in bonuses are not high enough to get you anywhere in any of the slots and have not increased in the many years I have been playing. Now I am up to level 3722 it takes way to long to level up.I played for many years with no purchases but once I started to spend money I won nothing and had to keep buying packages to keep up with the lightning leagues as you get penalised if you don’t get enough points. My all stars are no where near their limit. I cannot even buy a cheap package now. Not sure how much this has cost me in the last year but somewhere between 1k and 2k I have given to these crooks. I did message them once recently and they just fobbed me off and told me they were slots and based on chance. If I don’t buy a diamond pass I get nothing at level 6 10 and 12 when I have got the required diamonds more money grabbing and terrible bonuses which are all over this game unless you spend money. Jedd. I used to think this game was great. I still enjoy playing. I do have some criticisms though. I feel the game cheats the player. Getting big wins and free spins seem a little bit rigged. If you don’t earn enough points in a week, you actually get penalized. Imagine a game of chance with penalties.

DON'T BUY. I was having fun playing this game and then stupidly decided to buy coins which I normally never do, but had some time to kill. Purchased a pack from the "Just for you Deal" area, they took my money but never gave me any coins. To make matters worse there is no email to contact them for problems. Totally annoyed, Thieves!!

Great game. This is a fun game which gives you a good chance at a win. Entertaining.

Poor pays. I feel the pay ratio is poor, you have to have a big bank to take part in any of the features and the level required keeps increasing. You seem to get a couple of good days, then a run of days where pays are few and far between.

Frozen games. I’ve just updated to newer version and at least 50% of my games freeze my iPad when I try to open them. I’ve done everything possible to look at settings etc., but they still freeze! Very frustrating and not good for my electronics! The iPad totally freezes and I can’t access anything! Pleeeeease fix! Helloooooo…..does anyone read these reviews?

Don’t bother. Pretty rigged to chew your coins. You work through tasks to get bonus stuff the next day and it doesn’t give it to you. Go play something decent instead.

Fun but pays poorly. This is a fun game with lots of features but unfortunately it pays poorly so therefore is hard for someone just starting up with this game to progress!! It seemed like a good game up until I decided to purchase some coins, cost me $7.99 and was suppose to receive 20 million in coins but got nothing, messaged them to tell them and no reply. Too resource hungry. They have some great games however since the last update it has all gone awry. They have increased minimum bets, not nice. Still pays poorly. Last review I read from last year said this game pays poorly, same thing again a year later. Paid well initially when first installed but now it’s like getting blood out of a stone.

Lost credits and features. I had 250,000,000 credits and a cludo feature, my iPad went flat, went back into the app my credits were only 80,000,000 and the feature was gone, the last time I buy credits on this app.

Fun game but not a lot of wins. This is a fun game, but every time the game updates the winnings decrease. There use to be good perks from the bingo cards but now it’s very small. When you spin the daily wheel you are lucky to get a few coins but not enough to play the game. I refuse to buy coins so when I’m out I shall go play something else.

I’m done.... I’ve been playing the slot game for at least 5 years and it was fun wins were average but you did win and sometimes a fair size pot. However, about 4 months ago I purchased for the first time and since then about 3 more times and every time I bought winnings got fewer and fewer until my last buy of 118,000,000 I got no wins at all my bets were in the 500,000 size. Beware - you will need to pay. There is absolutely no way to continually play this game without paying cash. I have been playing for a few years. Up to level 1,100. I was up to $50 Billion. It just evaporated bit by bit. I stupidly paid cash a few times to be part of the ‘excitement’ There are far better games out there where you can win once in a while. Stay away from this one. Awesome game!. Just need to be able to cleanup games out of favorites. Trying new games automatically puts them in favorites even if you don’t want them there and there are too many pop ups and features popping up on start up and in and out of games this is very annoying. Other than that, I just need a place to put excess coins to make the game more relatable to actual gambling bets.

Very Poor App. I used to like this app a lot. Great Games and lots of fun to play. Now the games never pay out anything good, the bonus’s are so hard to get and when you do finally get them they dont pay anything. Dissatisfying. Since the new version, people are unable to play for more than 20 minutes because of lack of coins, more importantly the cheap prizes upon completion of the bingo cards. Why is the minimum bet so high. I enjoyed playing this game when I started as the minimum bet was 48000 to 60000. As new games are added and even on some existing games the minimum is 300000 or much more. This is so stupid and greedy. There are only a few games I can play now as I refuse to play such high minimum bets. I will be deleting this slot soon.

Game payout has deteriorated severely. This used to be my favorite. However I n the last few months the payouts from this game have deteriorated significantly. While you can earn « prize » packages the amount paid out have shrunk incredibly. Major and Mega prizes now barely award more than mini prizes and in some cases less. You can play dozens of bingo balls with almost no hits. This use to be fun to play but due to the reduction of the awards it has become a frustration and big disappointment. Theft. *Updated review* The developer says that they cannot guarantee an outcome based on it being ‘odds related’. That is a nice way of saying that we will take your money. This game is an application, a computer program. You can set a variable in ANY program and name it anything you want and then set a frequency for conditions to be met for which that variable will or will not perform an action. This isn’t like flipping a coin. I did an experiment and I bought a coin package. I bet the minimum amount to get the supposed rewards and by the end of the day all of the coins were gone. Two days later, I did the same thing only this time they had raised the minimum amount so the coins disappeared faster. If you want to throw away your money, this is the game for you. There is no way to advance without spending money. And there is no way to win with the ever-increasing stakes. This is exactly like Vegas. The House always wins. Save your time, money and battery and walk right past this one.

Not bothered the house. There’s a side game of bingo earn bingo balls by spinning. Play your bingo balls and fill your board once you get the required pattern you completed that board. There’s three boards to every level and each level pays you free coins. It took me almost 10 months to earn my first level and get the 50,00,000 free coins. Only to lose them all in about 10 minutes not even betting above minimum. They then expect you to love their game so much you fork over 20 dollars real world money for their 160 million fake game tokens that doing the math would last me 45 minutes. No thank you Mam. I’m deleting this app it’s got decent game selection but other than that you never get more than 2 million free tokens on the daily spin even though there’s wedges as high as 40 million. Jackpot Party Money Grab. I don’t expect to win all the time and I have no problem with the developer making money. However, having played this game for years I’m now deleting this app since it has turned into a total money grab. You almost never win and the daily coins they give you are based on if you win. The way the “lightning league” is set up you need to bet big in order to gain enough medallions to maintain or increase your status. It’s impossible to even just maintain your status without buying massive amounts of coins. With each new update and iteration of the app the frequency of wins has decreased. This latest update is the last straw. You will go broke trying to gain enough wins to get all the “free” coins. Just no longer worth it. It’s one thing to spend real money to play a game and get some enjoyment for a few days. With this game you can spend easily $50 and get less than 15 minutes out of that. “But you’re betting too high”, you say. Maybe, but if you bet the minimums good luck progressing in this game or collecting any of the “free” stuff.

Good and Bad. Good: Best slots in any app! I live in Nevada and play some of the same slots in the casinos. They’re true to the slot machines, not crappy imitations. Bad: Find a slot you love and it disappears. Sometimes they come back, sometimes they don’t. Minimum bets change. You can play one day with a minimum bet of 100K and the next day it’s 10M! Game is great slots deceiving. Love playing the game and it really helps to pass time when your disabled but at the same time I find it somewhat irritating. I have honestly watched some of the slots not pay when your a winner, I have also seen the slots bounce off a bonus after landing on the bonus which is super irritating. Not the same!. This app used to be my favorite. It used to be fun and a joy to play. All my favorite games are on this app. The bonuses now are very hard to get as well as big wins. So you end up losing your coins very, very fast. Especially, if you purchase the coin packages you would expect to at least encounter some bonus rounds or make it worth your while. Total ruination of a formerly great game!. The developers have touted a ‘casino’ experience. Please show me the casino that forces ridiculously high bets per spin. The new increase in minimum amounts have stopped me from playing for hours a day (with the occasional purchase - which I no longer make) to playing only enough to get the daily keys. Once that is accomplished, I close the app and go to the others I have. The side games and contests are ridiculous and don’t exist in a live casino. I guess they were invented to entice people to spend more real money to win extra fake money. Also, it’s quite obvious that no ‘live’ person actually reads or responds to the reviews as there are only 4 or 5 identical canned responses to every review. Bot reads the review, spins a wheel to select an answer and a ‘reviewer’ name and posts the review. In between reviews, the Bot posts several 5 star reviews so it looks good in the App Store. Apple needs to look at the way ratings are really done and give people an honest assessment of an app.

Just no fun anymore. Have had this game for a while but I’m just about to delete it. I don’t spend real money on fake money so I haven’t bought any coins and I’ve bumped along the bottom with a few big wins here and there, only to lose them quickly the next time I play. The big attraction of the ap is the jackpot party game and you have to level up a lot just to be able to unlock it and now they have made the minimums for it and several other more desirable games 500m which often prices me out of it. Leveling up takes a lot of hours of playing so many games continue to be out of reach. The tournaments are lame and if you don’t get into a tournament the message keeps flashing on your game that you didn’t qualify for the tournament. I don’t need the negativity as I’m aware I’m not in the tournament nor attempting to be in it but there it is. Honey-do lists are repetitive and there isn’t any fun in those. The lightning leagues are another chance for the ap to tell you more negativity that you were demoted to a lower level. I’ve had enough.

One of the better casino apps out there. I have been playing Jackpot Party casino app for about 9 months and I gave it 5 stars because I think it deserves it. Out of the many casino apps I play this is one of the few where I am ahead of the game plus the games are enjoyable. Between it’s generous daily spin wheel, daily challenges, and additional challenge games like Bingo you can win back some of the money lost playing their games. The levels go fairly quickly and occasionally all the games are opened so you can have a chance to try out games that you can later pick when you reach certain levels. I keep to lowest bet possible and never bother playing the ones with jackpots because the level of play to win jackpot is set way to high. I also never bother with tournaments since I’m not willing to stay playing any game for long periods of time, I get bored plus if a game is not hitting time to move on to another game. As in all the other casino game apps this one will take your money but like I said over the many months playing am far ahead on total coins. You don’t always get bonuses and when you do they are not always good but this is also the case playing in real casinos. On the other hand many times the bonus wins are over $1M. I will occasionally purchase coins but only if I think it’s a good deal. Any package deal over $4-5 is too much money in my opinion. I play on an iPad 2 and never had technical issues. No freezing of screen and never lost coins over technical problems. The few times I have contacted support have received fairly quick response. This is one of the few casino apps I would recommend to family members and friends. My advice, keep your bets low and if games are not hitting move on to another game app.

You’ve gone too far this time. Today, you once again changed your bet levels & star power levels. The changes are dramatic & not equitable IMHO. Star power level that had a 200 million bet now requires a bet in excess of 8 billion! Further, by nature of the changes, you’ve severely restricted the number of games one can play at the 200 million bet level, particularly the newest & most fun to play. Sure, you “gifted” some additional points, but the ratio isn’t even close to what it should be for this kind of change. Fun games but total ripoff. I came to this game because of Ladyluck HQ and yes it is a fun game but once you win 1 or 2 good jackpots your winning stops and you end up just wasting money. It’s almost like you are just buying time because last week I won a huge jackpot after buying some coins (which is the only time you ever win is after buying coins) and I did not need any coins for a while and after so much time you just start losing so I started betting a minimal amount just to see how long it takes to just get 1 decent win. Bounced around to as many games as I could and never won any amount nor ever went to a bonus. I’d like your time limit is up. The game just milks you down so you have to buy more. You can blatantly see it with every small win it’s never enough to break even on the bet until you get to zero then once you buy you’ll hit a bonus within the first 5 spins. Atleast on real slots you loose some and you win some but more times then not you’ll atleast get your line bet back when you do win.

Ridiculous min. Bet increase. I’ve used this app for literal years. I’ve watched features be added and removed. I’ve mostly tolerated changes because they were manageable and I like the selection of games, the addition of the battle pass thing was fun working towards. But this might be the last straw. Minimum bets of 40 million when barely giving us anything to keep up is absolutely ridiculous. Even with that 4 billion gift it doesn’t matter if the most fun slots are locked before bets that are around half a billion. Money Hungry. This app was fun when I first started playing in 2014. However, it has become a cash cow as of late and the payouts leave you with empty pockets which of course, you can refill by spending money on micro transactions. Even on the lowest bets I will sit there and watch it drain my balance without much of payouts going my way. I get why apps rely on micro transactions but this app has gotten ridiculous. Regardless of how little or more you spend, your play experience doesn’t last very long because before you know it, your coin balance is empty again. Also, there have been a few times where I would purchase a 2x special deal package but it only gives me half (ie 750,000 x 2 = 1,500,000 but it only have me 750,000). The only way you can keep playing is spending money which I get, but please fix your payouts so that we all can have a longer play experience. Losing its appeal. Oh this game. So the games are really fun. The funnest. However, getting to play them can be impossible. The payouts are so rare anymore. Ok so the recent update of the honey do list - it was awesome at first. Paid out over 2 billion coins and 19 bingo balls. Now your lucky if you get 1 billion and you only get like 7 balls. And they're usually gone in minutes. And I'd really like to know how to play these high roller games. I've been playing this game for years and one time have I ever won enough to max bet and actually play for a while. I was up to like 600 billion coins at one point. Max bet on the games I usually play is around a billion. Even to purchase it's like $100 for a billion coins. That's 1 max bet. I've contacted support with my frustrations and disappearing party prizes to no avail. I just want to play. I've spent hundreds of dollars in real money to play only to be shut down. Betting modestly. It's just gotten ridiculous. I will not be spending any more money on this game in the future and if it continues the way it's going I won't be playing anymore. The frustration is outweighing the enjoyment.

Why?. Ok so let me give me most honest review, the game could be fun. However, this game is tighter than the slots you’d find in a casino. I played this for 2 days. Terrible. This game could be so fun however, you just watch your coins dwindle, dwindle, and then dwindle some more. Then finally after you have lost 1/2 of your purchase coins by spinning hundreds of times the bonus finally comes. You get somewhat excited only to win about 3 to 4 times what you have been betting. Then the process starts over, dwindle, dwindle, and then dwindle some more, then finally another bonus after hundreds of more spins. Beware!. This game exist in a free market. Therefore, it is designed to get you to part with your money. It does a really good job of that. Just know that going in and you can have fun and don’t expect to win big very often. If you go look at a challenge and then immediately try to win it then you will lose fast. Just as much of a scam as it is fun. I got this game to pass time when I’ve got nothing better to do. The games are fun and have a real casino feel to them as all the other reviews say, but the play style is an absolute scam. The lowest buy in on any game is $40 million which is absurd, but when you’re using fake money I guess it’s fine. The real problem though is that the payouts are coded to never bounce back so to speak. Yeah you won $4 million on that spin but you lost $36 million. And that’s every spin. Even when you hit a jackpot or large win, it’s gone in seconds because you only ever win enough for 2-5 more spins. Doesn’t matter if you play high bid or not the outcome is always the same. This game is nothing more than an account drainer so they can lure you into their micro transactions to keep playing. At least at a real casino I can occasionally walk away with more than I started. What a joke for a free iPhone game.

Only fun if you spend money. This app has great game selections, but unless you’re willing to spend $10-25 every other day I wouldn’t waste your time. Once you buy coins it will let you win for 24 hours or so, typically less than that even, but once the time is up the game takes all your money away and pretty much throws “deals” in your face to get you to buy more coins. Other apps like the MGM slots app at least gives you rewards points you can use in Vegas, which I did and got $100 free play and buy one get one buffets. Call me STUPID !!!!. Here I am sitting home like so many other’s, ran out of chips, saw the add to give & was SUCKERED in to buy some chips. STUPID STUPID STUPID ! Such a disappointment. I am a heavy player of this game!! I’m level 824 and have been playing this game for quite some time! Bet Scam. I enjoy the app, but I don’t think it’s right for the bet to be automatically set to MAX when you enter a game. For example…… I was playing a slot and it froze up causing me having to leave the game and reboot the app. I had 56 Billion when I left the room, but because I got side tracked and I forgot to change my bet as I handed my tablet to my wife as I took a call. Within 90 seconds my wife noticed all the coins were gone with the exception of 82 thousand when the app prompted to buy more coins. Yes it was my mistake and I should have noticed since I’ve been playing for over 5 years. Fact of the matter is I didn’t and for that reason alone I feel violated by the app. Because of the fact the app starts out at MAX bet, I won’t be buying coins in the future knowing I will lose the all if I fail to change my bet as I get older.

This USED to be my favorite slot app until…. I loved this app until your recent changes ruined the diamond prize feature by turning it into diamond vault and making it harder and less worth the effort to earn diamonds. The higher level chest prizes are less than a line pay on most of the games you have to play to earn them. You also raised the minimum bet amount on all of the games I loved to play, making them impossible to play now. I blew through 6 TRILLION coins in the last two weeks trying to get to a high enough vault prize to make it worth playing without success. Pretty bad when you have to bet such a high amount to earn enough diamonds and then only receive 85billion coins as a reward. Please go back to the way it was when level 41 and higher chests were a prize of 350 billion. I miss being able to play my favorite slots.

Used to love. I have been playing this game for years and love the game. Recently I had just purchased more coins. I had about 36,000,000,000. Minimum bet was less than 2,000,000. Overnight my level went up or something. My coins went to 104,000,000,000 the minimum bet wet to 40,000,000. If Iwant to bet at a level 8 or 9 for bigger prize packages I could have got about 2400 spins now I get about 100. I contacted Jackpot party only to receive an Email saying they had to do it and now I have a chance at larger prizes. There was nothing they can do to return it to how it was. I know other players that are way higher levels than I am and bets have not gone up like this for them. These are coins that I purchased and they devalued them. In my book this is theft. This would have been ok if my coin ratio went up as much as the bet ratio. They now will not respond to me after trying to contact them again. Use at your own risk or if you want them to steal your cash.

Favorite Game App. I love this app. Some reviews complain about loosing. Sometimes you will go thru dry spells for a few spins or more spins. Same as with live machines. I live in the Vegas area. The game choices are good, entertaining and I have had bought my fair share of coins and yes, I do play other game apps but always go back to Jackpot Party. I don’t do and refuse to create FaceBook account. When I had issues with loosing coins with a new iPad I sent them an email thru the app. I keep a picture of my account number for reference. Customer service has had inconsistent responses, depending who opens the email. However, I have had them restored. Game issues reported to them are fixed and usually you’re compensated with coins for the inconvenience. Bottom line it’s a great app, and you win and loose… If loosing, take a break, change games, reduce your bet. Just like in the casinos.

Disappointing.... I have literally spent hours playing this game. Every. Single. One. Of my favorite games are now GONE. I have spent a small fortune getting coins because I didn’t want to stop. My Favorite. It’s been my favorite for a long time. Great variety of games! Problem is, as you make progress, you get sucked in with all of the side features, which are fun, but you feel the need to maintain your status! This can be dangerous. Although haven’t been going to real casinos much since pandemic, I’ve noticed my spending on this game has begun to creep up. So as I’m saving by not going to real casinos, I’ve begun to spend here and there on this app. When gambling is fascinating to you, and you have that tendency, this one is definitely addicting, and easy to justify a purchase now and then. Being retired, it’s a wonderful way to pass the time. Many thrills, but also quick drain on points at times. All in all, my favorite!

Frustrated. Sure the games are fun if you ever get a bonus, problem is that the bonus are so few and far between that you’ll run out of coins before hand. Even when you trigger a bonus or feature the pay outs are so lame that you’ll either break even or still be at a massive deficit. The challenges makes you to pay in order to complete them on time. Update: At my highest I had almost 15 billion coins and had to bet huge just to play the new games they featured. Needless to say 15 billion turned into 100k in a matter of an hour. Fun casino app. Definitely fun and addictive app includes all the slots you see in casinos. Sometimes hard to win anything but when you do- fun without going to actual casino. Update 7/17- still fun app. Noticed game developers added more ways to gain credits (more frequent hourly credits and bingo side game). Changed to 5 stars because of recent changes. Updated-still a fun app but trying to play the “honey-do list” takes a lot of credits. Sometimes no bonus at all playing several games. Lost $400 million just to qualify in the 24 hr period. New Update feels more like a downgrade. I’ve been a paying player for a few years now and I go with the ups and downs. The APP WONT UPDATE and you have taken away alot of the slots I liked and played everyday. My favorite Wolverton comes and goes on a whim. One day it was in my favorites and the next day it was gone. I don’t understand that. The new slots are not GREAT like you think. They all have the same old THEME. NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN. The extra side games like Bingo and completing the Honey Do list have gotten ridiculously hard to complete. I know from being surveyed in the app and seeing with my eyes that you are trying to improve the app and gaming but something’s not quite right?? Just trying to help with honest feedback as I am playing less because of the cited issues and I can’t quite figure out where the FUN went. I think it’s the slots themselves. Jackpot Party is literally the BEST of them all. When you are an avid slot player and have played multiple different slot apps the one thing i kept thinking about is why aren't you more like jackpot party? No fun anymore. Because of low payouts and very small bonuses, these slots can only be played for about three minutes at a time before running out of credits. You’d think they’d want to make it so that people spend more time in their app. I haven’t actually played in days— I’ve just logged in to collect the meager bonuses, trying to earn enough so I can play for a few minutes more at a time. Love it and hate it. I’ve been playing this app on and off since around 2020, and I have to say, the graphics are still one of my favorite parts, especially the gorilla game. It’s fun, engaging, and visually really well done. That said, I recently came back after a long break and quickly remembered why I stopped playing. The game feels heavily geared toward getting players to spend money. When you buy coins, you might get a short burst of big wins, but it doesn’t last. Those coins disappear fast, and the wins dry up just as quickly. It also seems like the game favors players who make purchases. The daily spin bonus used to feel rewarding, but now it’s noticeably lower since I stopped buying coins. On top of that, some of the challenges feel almost impossible to complete because they require such high bets that most players can’t realistically maintain. Overall, it’s a fun game visually, but the balance feels off unless you’re consistently spending money.

Changes are disappointing. I have been playing this game for a couple of years. I used to absolutely love it. Unfortunately, there have been significant changes. They were slow at first, starting with the change in the bingo game. The 300 million credit bonus drop to a new version giving you only about 25 to 30million credits. Then, the bonus games became fewer and fewer and many wins per game would not even return to you the price per spin. Now, I have lost 8 billion credits in one week. When I do get a major win, such as 500 million credits, I am given a “mini prize” of 6 million credits and two bingo balls. It would seem when you have such a large win, the prize should reflect that. How much do you have to win to get a decent grand prize? I find when I buy credits I lose even more. I’m afraid when my credits are gone, I will delete the game. If I wanted to watch something just spin and spin with no fun activity, I would just go to Vegas and lose for real. At least then I have a chance at a decent buffet.

Deluxe Pass charged but not given. Update: I went to that site and there is no way to reach out to you unless you login through Facebook! When you go to the screen where it says to “submit a request” it won’t even let you type anything in there to submit it. On Nov 28th bought the Deluxe Diamond Pass, which I had gotten to level 17 and account was charged but due to glitch, Jackpot Party put me back in previous month for a day. Then they started new month over again and my Deluxe Diamond Pass is locked now and I could not get a refund on my account. Jackpot Party stated they were working on issues but now it’s the middle of the month and too late now to even catch up on the quest, even if they did activate my Deluxe Pass again. I used to get the Deluxe Pass every month, even when it went from $4.99 to $9.99 a month, but I will never buy it again after being charged and never receiving it! THAT GLITCH WAS JUST A BIG RIP OFF!

Where did the slots go?. I have been playing this for about 2 weeks. It seems like when I find a game I like and start playing regularly, it disappears from the list. This has happened twice now. Anyone else see this? There should be a way to tone down the “level up” nonsense. If you are betting big, it appears every few spins. Can we just have a setting that turns that off? Still give me the coins, but don’t make me click through. It is a waste of time. I know the idea here is to keep the user engaged. Frankly, I find the interface and all of the popups distracting. Too many pop ups, odds drop off a cliff. The best part of this app is the wide variety of games. That’s great. The downside is the number of pop ups to even start playing the game. I don’t want to click through 8 or 9 different things to finally get to play. No exaggeration here on the number of pop ups. And then the game play. I didn’t play for over a year. Came back to the app and had phenomenal luck for the first week. But then, as I closed in on some major progress-based rewards, I could no longer get even modest sized wins and could no longer win even at the smallest sized bets. It’s uncanny that as soon as you come up to something big, you can’t win. Rigged to make you buy coins. And I don’t know about you, but I’m not wasting my real money on a fake casino. I’ll waste it at a real casino. I get you have to make money somehow, but it just gets to be completely unenjoyable. The app is deleted. I won’t be back.

Money, Money, Money. All they care about is money. I get you want to profitable but this is crazy. You buy coins and they let you win a little and then take it all back. The object should be to keep people playing. Not force them to keep spending. You never hit anything other than a mini jackpot and I’ve played this for about 2 years, with the last few months of not spending a dime and I won’t spend another until they change the algorithms. Slots are all about excitement and they take the excitement out of it. Lastly, don’t spend a dime on this! In response to the developer, yes, I know that there are bonus rounds and free spins and free coins. However, you must not of read my review. You win and the game takes it back IMMEDIATELY! Also, the amount of advertising/promotions that you have to click thru just to play is ridiculous! Lastly, read the reviews and respond adequately. Having a bot respond the same to everyone is a bit disingenuous.

Fun but where did the popular games go?. I like Jackpot Party, play a lot and would normally have made it 4 stars. But it is 3 out of 5 stars because you keep dropping popular games and maintaining less popular games. Popular games may appear for a day or week and are then gone and may appear again but who knows when. Why? I play other casino games such as Cashman Casino, Heart of Vegas and Lighting Link. Those sites maintain all games, including popular ones, and also add new ones, more like a casino. You do not maintain popular games. When you do have them, I and others enjoy them, but are frustrated when they are dropped, and I take my purchases to the other sites mentioned. You would be better off as a business to maintain all games which would keep customers like me playing and buying, instead of taking my funds to the others sites I mentioned until your popular games return.

BUYER BEWARE!!!. The more REAL money you spend, the less FAKE credits you win! This game used to be fun but has gotten horrible! You rarely win enough to keep playing after you buy credits. It’s like they have it coded to make you lose so you’ll feel like if you spend more you’ll have a chance to play longer… which is definitely not the case! They will respond with I’m sorry you feel that way but there’s lots of games you can play with a variety of bonuses… which is true except they rarely give the bonus! To win some of the prizes you actually need to make a purchase! To get the special prizes you need to bet level 20 or higher which is billions of credits yet they only give you maybe 40 million to start your day. It’s crazy the amount of time (and money) I’ve spent because I do enjoy the games but it’s not fun anymore when all they want is your REAL money. Yes, it’s my choice to spend the money, but they’ve made this game unplayable and NOT fun. Had to delete it because it’s just not worth the time anymore.

Addictive. Definitely one of the better slot apps. There's a huge variety of games, although you do have to level up to unlock many of them. The daily challenges keep you playing and make the games addictive. Unlike another app I've used, the daily challenges are reasonable and achievable. You can build credits very quickly...but lose them quickly, too. And I mean, you can lose credits ridiculously fast. As in 1 Bn credits in a day or two. I don't like the arbitrary minimum bets. Some games can be played at 50,000 credits per spin, for example, while others must be played at 500,000 credits per spin. In addition, featured games tend to rotate. This forces you to try new games, which is fine unless you don't like them. If your favorites are not among the featured games, you have to find them and the minimum bet will be higher than the minimum for the featured games.

Hello..........Is anybody there?. I've enjoyed Jackpot Junction for some time. I think I was at a 1100 level. Two days ago, I was just beginning my Honey Do list (BTW, I was holding over 35 billion in coins), I paused my play for an hour or two and when I returned to my game, the screen reflected a balance of 7 million coins, and I was offered a tutorial on how to play this terrific game!!!!! I went through settings to get customer service. In previous times of "snafus", I would use their email to detail my issue, I would receive an email soon thereafter to acknowledge my problem and would get another email -usually the next day with the issue resolved, and usually some coins to cover the error. There is no customer service anymore. There is a computer that scans your emailed issue, finds a keyword and gives a response that has absolutely nothing to do with the problem at hand. Like a fool I tried to do the same thing the second day. Still no 35 billion, still no level 1100, still the same cyber stupid response. Surely there are better ways to amuse myself.
