Sad day. FIX IT.. I have been using the ultimate Spanish review and practice book. And I was using the app but I made the BIG MISTAKE of updating it and now it keeps crashing and I can’t use it. I am very upset. Can someone please invent a “restore previous version” or an “undo update” button. Because the last version I had worked just fine for me.

spanish demystified - a review. The recordings were a complete struggle and disappointment. Aps dont work. The book constantly refers to a CD , but there isn,t one. Furthermore, there is no customer service number. The publisher has completely insulated itself. The book is ok but the recorded lessons are a waste. I would give this book one-half star.

Learning French. I’ve really liked it so far! But just today, after the update, the audio for the flashcards says the word so fast you can’t make out anything. Please look into this issue, thanks!

Sparse But Useful – Scrolling Had Been Broken Since the Last Update. This app is very useful and I hope more books are added in the future. It definitely feels like a 1.0 app that and behaves like an app from 10 years ago. Since the last update scrolling has been erratic in the app.

Good but crashes. I like this layout. Like the cards. The app will be helpful. However: Every time I try to use the 'record my answer' feature- it crashes. This would be such a good thing if it worked.

Buggy but Beautiful. I think the concept is well done and extremely useful. It's a great tool to go with the books, but extremely buggy. Sometimes freezes when turning the flash cards and the audio can be spotty. Great idea just work out the kinks.

The app closes unexpectedly. The app is so useful, but still needs improvement. It kept crashing multiple times.

Find some software interns!!!!. For being a gigantic educational company, this is shameful. Go find a sophomore college class and make it their project for a semester, hire a single software intern, outsource it to somewhere else, let me do it! There are SO many ways to make this better for nearly no cost to you, all the while promoting your “ethos” as a company committed to education. Please improve this so I can learn French!

Flash cards not working. Bought the book without checking out the app. Flash cards are not working for Complete French All-in-one and now I am tempted to return the book because the ap is a big part of the learning tool. Hoping this gets fixed.

SO. HELPFUL.. Y’all. I can’t stress ENOUGH how much I struggle with learning a new language. Yes be taken a total of 4 Spanish and I am STILL struggling, AND have to take another Spanish class this summer. You won’t believe how much easier with this app. When it comes to learning the vocabulary, I can learn it pretty well. But with forming sentences and grammar, I’m so bad. This app?? It helps with ALL of that! Vocabulary, grammar, listening and actually hearing the words being spoken? It does it all!

One simple problem. Every time the app goes to the next card it makes a loud click. Even muting the phone doesn't silence the click. This makes it too annoying to use. And there is a total lack of available support for the app.

Good app..could be better!. It doesn’t have Easy French Step-by-Step anymore, but I have been using other resources with that one...but I can use this app with my Basic French book.. so far, it’s okay!

Could be better. Agree with poster about wading through multiple books to get to my book. When it works, this app is great. Lots of problems with stability of the playback. “Play” button is finicky. It is small and must be pressed perfectly or app jumps elsewhere. On the good side, when it’s stable, app is a great companion for the book which in itself is very good.

Pretty good app but no sound.. I down loaded the app because I bought my son the workbook. It would be nice to hear how to pronounce the words as a part of the learning process to make sure you’re pronouncing the words correctly!

Helpful…but. The main issue I have so far, and I’ve only done the first lessons, is that they have a lot of questions with the same answers twice. For example on the flash cards it states “Feliz” and selection A and E are both “Happy”. I select option A, Happy, and it says it’s wrong but I select the E, Happy, and it’s right, that is annoying.

Unbelievably awesome resource. Simple app with self-graded flash cards. At the end of each set you are rewarded with a colorful screen, your self-determined score and a fun little music clip. So far no glitches.

Pointless and clumsy. Neither the book or the app are for beginners. It would be helpful if the flash cards flashed (showed the right answer.) . It may be that the iOS version doesn't work. The music and scoring are pointless, when there is no activity to score. I would loose the music in any case. There should be an intro page to explain how to use the app.

Would be better if we didn’t have to navigate to our current book everytime. The biggest problem I find with this app is that every single time I open it, I have to select the language I’m studying and then go through a list to find the book I’m actually reading. It would be nice if it could remember its last opened state. Or at least provide a way to favorite a entire book for quick access!

Several questions have duplicate answers. The user is presented with a question and give 5 answers to select from. Unfortunately, sometimes 3 of the choices are the same, but only one of them gets scored as correct. This is in the PMP Pronouns and Prepositions Spanish module. This version may have been totally rewritten, but it sure wasn’t totally tested. I pity the beginning student who tries to use this app.

Flash cards too quick to understand. Thank you for fixing the audio bug under the exercises, but now the flash cards are indecipherable in the language I am trying to learn!

Helpful but needs usability. update: found another bug. revising to only 1 star as there has not been a single update in six months bugs: 1. sometimes the back buttons after completing exercise does not work in the following screens 2. sometimes the first card may show blank if you touch it twice to translate it back 3. sometimes not possible to push missed it on the last card requests: 1. my book "basic spanish" suggested this app, however there are no cards in it for my book. please add basic spanish 2. it has a lot of helpful cards, but it only gives you a question and answer, does not let you interactively choose, please add choosing answer option 3. does not pronounce for you, this is a major flaw. please add sound 4. please indicate which exercise was done last in the long exercise list ( so I accidentally dont choose the one I just did) 5. and last, but not the least, I cannot stand the casino play and music at end of each exercise, it is annoying as hell, how do I disable that? please remove completely!!! or at least let me disable it in a setup so I dont have to see it again. 6. update app more often. Wrote this review several months ago and still not a single update 7. sometimes I translate w another word than the one used. I have no idea whether I was right or wrong when I see the answer. not sure how to improve, Maybe you simply need a comments page for every card, and make the app more collaborative! thank you for reading!

MISSING TITLE. Easy Spanish Reader (Premium 3rd Edition) is not in the list of apps selectable when you launch Language Lab - no version of Easy Spanish Reader is available. From the titles of a few of the other reviews, the ..."Reader" series of books has mysteriously been left out of the app, even though the book promises it is in the app. Please fix this. I bought the book, which does not have a CD, because there was the app advertised as available for audio guidance. Without it, I feel I'm not getting the full benefit of the book. Thank you.

Loud Sound Effects 8-(. I'd enjoy using an app like this to kind of randomly work on Spanish vocabulary, but on the iPhone, pushing on a Got It! or Missed It! button results in a loud (really loud) click that is apparently independent of the device's volume setting. Can't find a Settings icon in the app. Tried the tech support website but got numerous script errors.

Excellent. I give the five stars because it deserves it. I see no reason for giving less than that. I thank McGraw Hill for its great job.

Soooo many flaws. I got the app to go with my book. While the book was great, the app was not. It crashes every time I want to use the record feature. It also gives an option to hear the word or phrase but the audio doesn’t work

fantastic app! thank you + wish list. This is a great app! Thank you MH :) I'm studying French and have 11 out of the 14 French titles already in your app, so this app is truly helping me. Wish #1: I'm almost out of storage on my tablet. PLEASE divide the app so I can have all of the French content without any of the languages that I'm not studying. That would cut the app size significantly. Wish #2: I have 6 more titles from you and hope you'll gradually add them, starting with the *other* "Demystified" title: "French CONVERSATION Demystified" by Kurbegov.

Wonderful learning tool. I found this to be a wonderful "drill and kill" flashcards system. I am able to grade myself both from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish. The only thing I wish you did was pronounce some words when I am unclear a proper pronunciation. I have to go out of the app to Google translator to hear the pronunciation. Other than that a strong four stars. If it had the voice pronunciation I would have easily given it five stars. You can't beat the price get it and get started you'll be much happier.

Last version worked well. I would have given the previous version of French Demystified a five because it always worked. In this latest version for iPhone, however, two of five audio tracks do not work in chapter one, alone (tracks one and five). Tracks 10 and 41 also shut down and go back to the ‘select a language page’ as do a number of other tracks, but when I go back into them a second time they actually work. Quite a disappointment that the app doesn’t work well.

Record function doesn’t play back.. Record my pronunciations, but can’t play them back. Also, after record function is used I lose the ability to use the speaker and have to restart program. Could be a great app if it worked as described.

No Sound on Easy French Reader Premium 3rd Edition. I was excited to hear the stories in this book read to me with correct pronunciation, however there is absolutely no sound. When I go to listen to them I can see the play bar moving but no words even though my volume is all the way turned up. This is terribly annoying because it means I have to go and type the stories in elsewhere to ensure I am pronouncing the words correctly in French. I hope this problem can be fixed as it was something I looked forward to when I purchased the book.

Too many errors. I’ve been using this app alongside the correlating books and there are so many errors in this app- I’ve been using it for ten minutes and already found more than five errors. I cannot trust this app to be teaching me. Someone needs to edit it entirely.

Awesome!!. I had NO idea this app existed until I just happen to notice it listed on the inside cover of one of my books. It’s GREAT!!! I have ALWAYS wanted a way to study the words (nouns, verbs, etc.) listed in the printed books. Now I can read at home and travel with the app and practice. This is a game changer for me. Thanks so much!! 👍🏼

Flash Cards Not Working. I used the app audio section for the Italian Conversation book. The Dialog audio section worked fine but as many others have noted, the Flash Cards are unintelligible—too fast by far—as if they are on 5x speed.

Simple and effective. I’m using the German cards. Too many of these language apps have so many bells and whistles. I just want the flash cards and some easy review. I’ll do the rest. This app does just that. It’s simple. It’s barebones. And it’s what you need. This is my kind of app. I don’t need something tracking progress and all that other noise. Just the information please, and they accomplish that here. I’ve seen complaints of errors but I can’t say I’ve seen that yet for the German stuff.

The audio for Easy French Reader does not play!. I was very excited about my purchase of Easy French Reader, 3rd edition, because of this companion app. Alas, the audio files within the app do not play. I see that others have posted the same comment. It is frustrating that a major publisher like McGraw Hill hasn’t fixed the problem yet. Please honor your commitment to your customers and get the audio working.

Basic Spanish. After the update the flash cards are so fast I can’t understand what is being said. Please fix as I have really enjoyed this app to accompany my text book.

So-so. I am very happy to have Spanish audio to go along with several Spanish books but there are mistakes on the cards so if you are an absolute beginner you might get confused. Also, the app locks up quite frequently and you have to restart it and navigate back to where you were.

Good concept, works fine but bare-bones. I use this app for Complete Spanish Step-by-Step. I love the idea of having the flashcards premade to accompany the book, and the app works fine, but it is very bare-bones and could use more options. In particular, I would like to randomize flash card order. So far I have had issues when the flash cards are in alphabetical order for the Spanish words, making it easy to guess the first letter when doing flashcards from English to Spanish. I have also had issues with days of the week, where the Spanish flash cards are listed in order Monday through Sunday, making them super easy to guess in English.

Good but could be better. I want to use this app in conjunction with the book for teaching private lessons in ESL. While the material is decent, there is no way to slow the audio for those who are easily frustrated in grasping and repeating the sounds. That would be a big plus.

Errors etc. Errors seem to be a critical issue. Similar to other users, I picked up on a very simple error in the first quiz I opened. Not sure how I could trust a language learning app that makes rookie mistakes. The quiz/flash card functionality is basic but workable (about what you would expect for a free add-on app). Though if you click on a quiz to review, Progress automatically gets reset to 0%, which is odd behavior. Ultimately, this is an all-purpose app that doesn’t always fit the specific book content very well. Sometimes the quizzes and flashcards aren’t really set up to teach anything meaningful, though some are useful. But it’s got errors, and for that reason I’m out.

Good for more advanced learners. I'm a long time fan of the Ultimate Review and Practice Makes Perfect series of language learning books. This app is the first flashcard app that I've found that contains material suitable for intermediate and advanced learners. Thanks!

Crashes and Glitches. I bought one of the books in the series and was delighted that there is a complimentary digital component, but it’s not very useful for anything other than hearing text pronounced. As long as you proceed through each “flash card” to the end you get 100%. Unfortunately the app crashes every time I attempt to use the “record” feature. Strangely, you are not asked to verify your book purchase to access the app with myriad book titles and you can work on any title in the series. As an apparent glitch, a number of the books indicate my progress even though I’ve never opened those titles.

Crashes constantly. I was really excited that there was an app to use with the book Complete Spanish Step by Step, but that has quickly turned to frustration, as the app crashes a lot, especially in the audio section. Even while using the flash cards, I’ve had it crash. I was only able to play the very first audio clip. It could be very helpful for practicing pronunciation, but sadly it is not.

Happy to have this, but needs “polish”. I’m grateful to have this app, to go along with several McGraw-Hill books I’ve purchased. However, even after a few days of use, there are certain glaring irritations then I’m hoping we’ll be addressed in the next update: If somebody is studying language they shouldn’t have to run a gauntlet through six different languages and umpteen books, and X chapters every single freaking time they open up the app. The app needs a little bit of intelligence to remember where I was last time I used it and it should just take me there! That is my only real complaint at the moment. This is really irritating, and if someone at McGraw-Hill thinks that they are selling more books by shoving their books in peoples faces unnecessarily they are severely mistaken and maybe need a check up from the neck up? Again, I am grateful for this app. Please work on making me experience little bit more smooth. If you make the experience and books great, most of the “advertising” will take care of itself. It probably isn’t one person in 1000 who is interested in learning six languages at the same time. So please don’t put German, French, etc., etc., etc., etc. in front of the one language I’m trying to get to.

Could Be Great. I just downloaded this app because I bought a MH German language book that referred it to me. But I'm already discouraged with it because the flash cards which I was really excited to use, have no way to reset them. As you scroll through them you're supposed to tap a check mark, an X or a question mark depending on whether or not you know the word on the card. Before I knew that what the icons were for, I had tapped each of them without really testing myself. The only way to reset them is to delete the app and download it again.

Missing Easy Italian Reader Premium 2nd Edition. The new 2015 Easy Italian Reader Premium 2nd Edition released last month and heavily advertised the audio content. Nothing appears on the app for this book - a huge disappointment. I would have given it no stars for no content. What's going on at McGraw Hill that they release the book before the companion content is released? #appfail

Might be a great app, if you can see.... I was really looking forward to using this app, to help me study with the Spanish vocabulary book. Unfortunately, the developers appear not to have put any effort into making this app accessible. So, for me, a Voiceover user, this app is completely useless. I hope others have better luck. Lest anyone think I'm being unreasonable, I happen to be a software engineer myself and Apple has made adding accessibility to mobile applications extremely simple. There are plenty of guides and resources available to any developers who care to use them. Furthermore, I don't think it's a stretch to expect an educational publisher to be aware of the issues of accessibility.

Flash card issue. This is still not working for Spanish. I can not understand the pronunciation of the word. Please fix soon. Otherwise this app is very helpful for Spanish practice.

Incredibly Frustrating Interface. The app mentions that internet access is required for audio, however I am connected to WiFi and still not accessing audio. There are no instructions or troubleshooting charts, so the app is useless, since I downloaded it for help with pronunciation in conjunction with the book. Glad I purchased an alternative internet-based system, but sad that I wasted money on this book.

Absolutely Terrible. Like other reviews have mentioned the scrolling does not work at all. Swiping up or down just puts the the scroll at random positions and makes selection almost impossible. Not even sure how the developer go this wrong...it is literally a built in component for iOS. It seems like they got clever and wrote something on top of the default scroll handler. The activity cards are also broken some activities. For instance if there are 4 activity cards, only the first 3 are accessible the last one just isn't there.

Honestly, why all the bad reviews?. Ok let me say something before I start saying something else, c’est application est super! Je l’aime! I got the French Conversation Premium Second Edition for Christmas and I downloaded the recommended app. This one. And it WORKS PERFECTLY. Keeps crashing. This is a great app when it works but I am using Easy Spanish Step-By-Step and it keeps crashing.

Crashes constantly. Trying to do track 2, Spanish demystified. This app has crashed twice already before you can do an activity. Really, McGraw-Hill, this is very disappointing. Had I known, I wouldn’t have bought the so called “Premium 3rd edition” book. Not nearly good enough.

Works fine on iPhone, crashes on iPad Mini 2. Wed 3rd April 2019 downloaded App. Flash cards work fine on iPhone but crashes every time I open on iPad. Deleted App, rebooted iPad, downloaded App 2nd time and it still crashes every time I open Flash cards.

Italian Conversation - Audio flash cards not working. Very disappointed that the Italian Conversation Book flash cards don’t work - all you get is a “BLIP” on all of them - both on my and my wife’s phone of different models. Tried to contact and tried to do whatever possible but is a merry go round!!! Didn’t even recognise the ISBN - maddening - try something else!!! One regally has to be a rocket scientist to get things to work universally.

Fixed audio for me?. I love this app, most reviews are complaints about the audio but in the Japanese language lab it’s perfectly fine for me? Really useful actually, and a really good app.

Where is the audio recording in Basic French?. I downloaded this app as it was mentioned in the book saying that streaming audio is available in this app. Where is the audio recording? I do not hear anything when i press the play button. Very disappointing.

No audio. I really wish there was audio, because it gets annoying having to look up almost every word, so I can hear how it’s pronounced. Other wise than that, it’s a pretty good app.

Incorrect info. The content of this app has clearly not been proofread. You could potentially be learning the wrong info by using this app. Stick to the books instead.

Great books, bad app. All the multiple choice question answers in quizzes are blank. The audio is read by a robot voice, not a person.

No audio for Read & Think Italian. I bought the book Read & Think Italian. It claims that this App has 80 minutes of audio related to the book content. I never “discovered” where the audio is 👎🏼

Freezes if you put it in the background. It seems you cannot leave the app and return to it in the middle of your drills without it becoming unresponsive. The play button for audio is also at the top and very tiny and cumbersome to use.

Not Functional. Doesn't play audio recordings and crashes when you try and record responses.

Audio for Translations don't work. Very annoying. I am studying the Spanish Verb Tenses by Dorothy Richmond. When I try to play the Spanish version of a translation, there is no audio. The audio works for Sample Sentences and for Verb Conjugations but not for any translations. I have sent messages to the MH Language Lab but have not received any response.

You can do it better.. Very poor experience, just see how "easy ten" and "duolingo" apps have better development, maybe just take some of that to improve yours. 😉

Too bad.... The app seems to have difficulty downloading and is very slow to show options and tables on contents. Also, the algorithms must be wrong because it repeatedly scores my CORRECT answers as WRONG!!! Too bad... the content is just what I’m looking for...

Could they have cut any more corners??. I'll keep in installed just in case, because the book I bought is great and this goes with it. However, it is obvious they just slapped this together to be able to say that there's a companion app included, not to actually enhance your learning in a material way.

No help. I bought the Easy French Reader, in part, because it advertises this supporting app. Very disappointed to discover there is no audio, even though there is supposed to be. Until this fixed, I would not recommend downloading the app or buying the book.

Great Lil’ Companion. Great companion to my French exercise books! Good for being tested on principals found throughout the book(s) you’ve purchased. You have access to all of the exercises, which helps you to grasp more as well! Almost similar to Duolingo, but there is no lesson (it’s in the book), but great for extra practice.

Missing advertised content! Easy French Reader. Hoping for an update to the app soon as I was quite excited when I bought the book today. Downloaded the app and no Easy French Reader. I’m sure the app is wonderful… once it has the content advertised.

No app for this book. I purchased Spanish For The Rest of Us and they highlight the heck out of using the app, but when you go to McGraw Hill’s app, this book isn’t included!

Crashes. It works fine up to when I receive a phone notifications that it begins to freeze or the sound goes off.

Version 14 Totally Unstable. The prior version of the app was clunky and sorely in need of more audio flashcards, but at least it worked. In the Italian version, at least, Version 14 is a nightmare. It is totally unusable because it crashes the second that the user tries to use flashcards in the study mode.

PMP Basic Spanish Section. The audio doesn’t work at all. Why advertise an app that helps you learn with “native speaker” audio when it doesn’t work at all? The whole app is glitchy and designed with minimal thought placed on UX.

Fun, but a little glitchy. As another reviewer noted, after the completion of an exercise, the back button often does not work. Otherwise, fun for drills and language review.

What?. Not good. Shouldn’t you be able to check your answer on a flash card? It just moves to the next page. Options are “back” or you can swipe for the next card. Useless.

Good free app; wish I could make it silent. Nice app, especially if you have one of the books. The only thing I don't like is that I can't turn the sound off.

Flashcard Audio Unintelligible. Title says it all. The whole point of using the app is to hear how to pronounce the words. All of the flashcards in “Practice Makes Perfect: Complete French All-in-One” are played at super speed. You can’t make it out at all.

Back button broken. When you finish a set the button in the top left to return to the chapter section is unable to be clicked

Will not advance. With the latest update, the app doesn't work as well. It shows the first card in each exercise, but will not advance to other cards in that section. Please help. I was doing so well!!

Pretty boring. I downloaded the app because it was advertised on my textbook, but it's just the exact words and exercises in the exact order from the book. The app design is also boring and clunky. I'm glad it was free!

Hope ppl don’t by this book and get the app. This is actually my first time to leave app review ever in my life. This app is horribly made not completed. No scroll service. and no voice service is the worst part of this app when it comes to the language education app. I shouldn’t have bought if I knew that this app was barely efficient. Do duolingo. Missing Easy French Reader Premium 3rd Ed. I purchased this new edition of Easy French reader because it promised a new audio component in the App; however, it is not there!! Please fix this immediately or I will have to also join the long list of people who are returning the reader for a refund.

Language Lab. I downloaded the app but the book I’m looking for is not included. The book is entitled “Spanish for the rest of us” and displays the language lab logo on the book and refers to it in several places as a source of reference. Please help.

Flash cards not working. This would be great if the audio were fixed. Speaks too quickly. Obviously a prob w the program.

Audio Useless. as others have said - it is a garbled mess and no help at all. Also so e of the quizzes and flashcards come up answer side first with nonway to reverse. For using this as a selling poinyt companion to the books, you need to fix this please.

Dont Match. Several of the audio cards do not match.

Not great. There are so many language apps out there that this one looks ancient in comparison! I was excited about audio cards for conversation but there's no audio! (Yes the audio on my device is working.) Its okay for basic flash cards on the go but it's unlikely that this app is worth the space it takes up on my phone.

Audio quit working. I am using it for Mandarin. The first few chapters were great, then no more audio. I deleted and reload….still the same!

No audio. For some reason my audio doesn’t work so I can’t follow along with the exercises that require me to listen to the audio tapes. The book was wonderful though!

Audio Flashcards don’t work. I have Complete Spanish Grammar and Spanish verb tenses. The audio feature does not work for the flashcards of eithe book. Very disappointing.

Crashes. The audio recording is a cool feature but the app crashes every time I try to record. The index card feature is good for practice too

Amazing!. This app is awesome but my only complaint is it can be a little cheesy at times and a little slow.

Needs improvement. Please fix the scrolling, and please allow Flashcards to be shuffled.

Complete Spanish Step-by-Step. The cards were clearly not reviewed before being published, there are so many definition and spelling mistakes, it feels like it was put together in 5 minutes. How can you learn a language when you can’t trust the study material? Release an update and correct it.

Japanese has almost no audio. I’m trying to learn how to speak things— recording myself only helps if I’m pronouncing things correctly and there are no audio guides linked in the app, just space to record.

First experience it just keeps crashing. Tried to do the flash cards at the beginning and it just keeps crashing. I took the time to make sure my iPad and the app are updated. Really frustrating. It’s supposed to come with the book I purchased.

English only?. It looks like both languages are going to be given in the recordings because there is a language selection up top, but it seems to do nothing and only the English is read out regardless of chosen language.

Audio does not work. I bought the basic French book because it had the app. But in the app after recording you cannot hear the correct pronunciation.

App crashes. This app would be absolutely amazing if it didn’t crash. I have it on the iPad and whenever I get to go in to study the flash cards, it crashes. Tbh, I’m super disappointed. It’d seriously help me study the vocabulary in the books I have

Repeats words too fast. When I touch the speaker to hear the word, it is unbelievably fast speech. We aren’t able to understand what they are saying.

Crashing. It was great while it worked. For some reason it's not working on my phone. I tried the online version through their website, and that is not working either.

Easy French Step-by-Step. This used to be available in the language lab app, but with latest upgrade, has disappeared. Frustrating, bought the book and would like to use the app when I can’t carry a book

Certain sets of flashcards not working. Spanish>Spanish Step-by Step Complete>4. Numbers Dates and Time>Reading comprehension: El Restaurante, Nombres>Flashcards does not work. Sends me back to home screen before I can use any cards. Same with next set of flashcards.

Book not available as advertised. I specifically waited for the 3rd edition of “Practice Makes Perfect: Italian Pronouns and Prepositions, Premium Third Edition” because of the advertised Language Lab app support. Sadly, after the jew edition was finally released and I downloaded the app I discovered that this title is NOT available in tue app. ARGGG!!

Audio failure. I have had this app for years. It was one of the best, but recently the audio isn’t audible. Is there an issue with the app itself? Please check into this matter…

Flash cards so fast. The audio is useless it’s so fast you can’t make out anything

False Advertising on boom. This app is supposed to work for “Spanish for the Rest of Us” but it’s not one of the books on the app. Glad I got the book from my library and didn’t purchase it.

Rubbish app. I was looking for audio versions of the lessons/conversations in the various McGraw Hill French study books to better my pronunciation skills - I am still looking.

Doesn’t have my particular book. Although I bought Spanish for the rest of us book and it refers me to the app there’s no audio or lessons on the app for it. What a letdown

spanish demystified - a review. The recordings were a complete struggle and disappointment. Aps dont work. The book constantly refers to a CD , but there isn,t one. Furthermore, there is no customer service number. The publisher has completely insulated itself. The book is ok but the recorded lessons are a waste. I would give this book one-half star.

Doesn’t have my book. I have the Easy French Step-by-Step by Myrna Bell Rochester, book advertises the app on the back and inside cover, but mine isn’t listed in the app. Wouldn’t have bought otherwise

A waste. You cannot get through the first track without being brought back to the select language screen. A complete waste of time.

Unusable. Doesn’t remember where you left off, so every time you open it, you have to pick a language and then scroll through all the books published for that language. Audio doesn’t work for Spanish verb tenses. App is also incredibly slow both when I have to scroll through the books and when it is grading. It’s not even worth opening this app as it is now.

Beyond Awesome. This is an absolutely terrific app and an unbelievable amount of information covering so much .. quizzes are great ! it’s really amazing.

Mistakes. Found several mistakes in the first 2 lessons and exercise 2.2 is entirely missing. Use this app as a guide. The answers at the back of the book are more reliable.
