Not user friendly. I love channel 10 News and the Staff. What happened to the web site? Not user friendly and very hard to find info to vote one different topics Never had trouble before. Thank you for reading this Cindy Liberty

Publix Covid vaccine. We received our Covid vaccine last night at Publix pharmacy We were lucky to get 3 appointments at 7am yesterday as it sold out in 2 hours. Arriving at Publix last evening for the vaccine was easy, efficiently well executed. There were no long lines, social distancing was well controlled. They were prepared and ready with our paperwork and our registration was easily obtained on there computers. Information was properly given to us. Our next appointment was on our immunization card and a text will be sent to remind us. It was a pleasant experience. If ALL pharmacies were issued the vaccine and follow Publix protocol, the entire American public would have a stress less experience.

Very “real” personalities. I feel like I’m getting my news from family members. Nothing phony about any of them.

10 News!. Love reading detailed local info, some stories are found here and no other news channel! Stay informed with 10 news!

News 10 app. I first downloaded this app , two years ago, at that time I always had to reinstall the app when it would constantly crash on my old iPhone 5s. When I bought a new IPhone SE I wasn't going install it, but I missed the app so i tried it again, It works great on the new SE! and now I haven't had any problems for the last two months! I NOW LOVE THIS APP!

Great app. Channel 10 is my go to station. I find it to be very informative and They don't have annoying commercials that I have to listen to each time I click on a new story.

Channel 10 news. Best tv station in the Tampa Bay Area. All reporters are very professional in their positions. They make you feel like one big happy family.

It is a great app as long as the weird pop up is not there. It is a great app. It does get a weird pop up every once in a while that covers the whole screen, but other than that it is good.

Love this app except. Great app! The only thing that bothers me is the process and amount of time it takes to get the live news to stream. I use another app for news in a different area and there is only one step to start streaming and it starts right away.

A true news station. We like your grit. You take on hard topics, your newscast is clear, concise and non-judgements. We like all the reporters and will continue watching. Keep up your fantastic work!

Covid-19 Coverages. I started watching Channel 10 when I moved to Palmetto 3 1/2 years ago because I saw Carolina Leid doing the broadcast. I had watched her on the NY station while I lived in CT. Absolutely love her. I do like your news programs and you are doing a good job giving us Coronavirus updates but would you please report how many people get well instead of always talking about the deaths. My husband and I are following the guidelines but would like to hear some good news. Thank you.

Review. Happy New Year. just want to note that you put a bulletin about Nancy Pelosey is Speaker again. Which is not a surprise for anyone who watches the news. When there is a cop shot on Christmas Day by a illegal immigrant who had a five month old son this is not news worthy. This happened in the town where the Speaker resides. Not a word is mentioned on yours or any other mainstream media. Only Fox. Why is all the news so political, and that includes Fox. What happened to The REPORTERS who, in the day, weren’t as politically obvious as it is today. At the very least on Fox you get both sides. Although, it is obvious they are jaded as well. Why can’t Reporters write what they see and hear instead of giving there own opinions. I am an adult and can make my own decisions. Thank you for the opportunity to state my views. Elaine

New version is awful!. Loved the old version with lots of stories that were easy to find and had no glitches. I would check it several times a day. I don’t want to go on this version at all. Same old stories, screen keeps jumping up and down as you scroll, always go back to the top after reading a story instead of where you left off. Worst news app ever!

Great weather. I like this app for the weather. It is the most accurate I have had and doesn’t scream at you with ads. The rest of it is good too .

Great Source for News. Channel 10 has national and local news. Articles are well written; rarely a spelling error. I’m happy with their content.

Tampa 10. I love watching Tampa 10, unfortunately it is no longer offered through my TV service in Brooksville! I downloaded the app on my phone, it’s not the same as enjoying it on TV sipping my morning coffee!

Ad’s that start on their own. Love the app, more importantly I love the news anchors...however, in the app these advertisements pop up every seems to be 30 seconds, they need to stop that...very annoying.

New Format. I have always watched 10 News since my arrival in Florida. Have had some misgivings about losing some of the anchors in the past. Do not like the changes to the phone app. Using that app less and less.

Keep channel 10 WTSP. We really enjoy this channel on WTSP a lot of our favorite shows and games are on this station 10

Accurate weather information. My niece was visiting this past weekend, and told me about “10” I’ve since downloaded it, and I’m finding it very helpful! Especially with all of the tracking information it’s providing.

Current news now’. 10 is current and fast. They give me the news, weather and highway reports in a timely fashion.

Great news every time. I watch the news every time it is on and listen to see what is going on and is always up to all the stories that are happening on right now and have someone on the sense to tell tell what’s happening right then,so you know what’s happening.

Old app was much more user friendly. I really depended on the old app, especially for the weather. It was not always totally reliable but gave much more info than this new one does. It was great that you could add different places to your list and see the weather for those areas. Old app also was a simpler style, allowing you to see many options to choose from on one screen.

Great news app. I love this app. Not only is it a great news source, I can also count on the weather part as well. I check it daily since I live in Port Richey and work in St Pete. Keep up the good work.

10 News. I really enjoy the 10 news every night. The staff does a great job and I love the way the set is set-up. More of a casual look with the same high standards of reporting.

Following from a distance. I live in South Carolina and have family in Tampa-St Pete. I used the WFTV weather app all through Hurricane Milton to track what my relatives were facing. So reassuring…thanks so much to the weather and production team!

My go to channel. I know that channel 10 will give me factual news as it happens. I really enjoy and appreciate the weather coverage. They are my all around, go to station.

Enjoy the News App. The Tampa Bay 10 news app is good. It updates fairly regularly. It keeps a person current in news that happens in Tampa Bay and the surrounding area. App is easy to navigate.

Channel 10 TV. I’ve decided to start back, looking at channel 10 daily because your weather page is so up-to-date and tells me everything I wanna know when one page. Much better than The Weather Channel. Russ

Turning off notification types doesn’t work. It’s nice that the app gives the option to choose which notifications I would like to receive. It would be even nicer if those settings actually worked. I only have local news notifications turned on, yet I continue to receive notifications for EVERY SINGLE NEWS TYPE. It gets very annoying and I’m on the verge of uninstalling the app completely. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Great App!. Best and most informative app I have to get not just local news but even some of the National news items. Prompt and precise, without the repetitive annoying ads covering half the screen - this app is going to stay on my home screen for a long time.

Excellent and timely.. Great to be kept up to date for news and events. Sad to hear Pinellas county was so BAD at keeping their registration up and running. Rest of the state managed. Might know this is county I live in. Better have done HELP from others.

In touch. There are a very limited number of news sources we can trust these days, but 10 News provides the local and national news that allow me to feel I’m not completely quarantined from the rest of the world. Thanks for your reliable, clear reports.

Best news station ever!!!. I really enjoy watching 10 Tampa Bay (the new name is okay...). I started watching when I moved to Citrus County in 2002. Life long viewer here!!! I have won contests, had my dog featured on the news (a little “celebration” of pets at that time), chatted with some meteorologists, friended some old and new anchors on your news station, laughed at the shenanigans going on there, Gets my morning going and my evenings to relax. Keep up the great work both on the tube and on the app!

10 News and Weather. I enjoy the content of the app especially the weather information and satellite radar. The only problem I have encountered is when asked for photos and I try and submit a photo from my phone’s photo library the app won’t take it

Love and respect and Family. I start watching this news, channel 6 months ago and immediately I felt connected. I love everyone’s energy. I love how everyone is universal. Oh and the seriousness and the fun that the whole staff brings life to my morning, noon, and evening. . And o by the way everyone there has accents of humor down to earth, professional spunk. Please don’t change thank you 10. Times 💯 %.

Used to be a nice app. Not a fan at all of the new style. With the old version, article had a thumbnail images next to it and you could read the first few lines of the story. Not it’s these microscopic lines of text with no images. The whole page is just like a long scrolling line of nothing. Feels like it was rushed together without actually thinking of the user. Used to get all my news through this app. Think I’ll change it up now.

Terrible. I HATE the new format. Very difficult to read. Too many ads. Very little content. Just a bunch of cluttered headlines. Whoever decided this is an improvement is certainly mistaken.

Locks up. Very buggy. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app over 5 times in the last month. It freezes (discus keeps turning, but never opens.) This is new as I’ve had the app for several years. Sorry, I’ve deleted it permanently now.

Not a good change.. The last version was far better.

Alerts. Not worth the alert notifications, always goes to an advertisement first and then maybe I can see what I was alerted for or maybe the second commercial.

AM News. I like to read the news, but sometimes it is the same as last night’s news.

Love Ch. 10 on Phone!. I Love getting the news on my phone. It’s very helpful !

Great. Best way to found actual news in the Bay Area.

I truly trust 10 News... However. I've had this app for many months now and while it was of SOME HELP When it came to Hurricane Irma, it did leave a great deal of room for improvement both from the way the new is put out to the Meteorologist and the way that they are constantly disrespecting ALL Of MANATEE County!! I'm sick & tired of being overlooked! Let me explain something, if & I'm aware that A GIANT "IF" anyone have to do with the feedback getting back to the 10 New Crew! 1. Manatee Is a part of what you love to quote at the least 6 dozen times each and every Broadcast, a part of this " Tampa Bay Area" as we are right on the Gulf & the "Bay area" which allows ships of all shapes & sizes to come from Gulf to The Bay Area Waters!!! 2. I almost lost my mind, not due to storm Irma, but because the company I've held faith in was taking about all the "Normal" Bay arenas (same as they always do) but then noticed that, w/o missing a beat, started taking about Sarasota County & counties that are otherwise Never mentioned by 10 News! You would think that this would have been the best time to, Oh, I don't know 🤷‍♀️, actually talk about Manatee County as well??!!?? Well, if you're like me then you too may have felt that sting of NOT being IMPORTANT ENOUGH FOR 10 NEWs!! That's sure what it felt like for me & my family! Manatee country is among the fastest growing counties yet this company doesn't care about us or our safety and welfare! 3. The one air teams are always saying how you can get in touch with them via email, twitter, FB or IG. This too is not based on facts! I've tried to reach out to the meteorologist on a few occasions ( only a few as I don't want to become a stalker or something ) & I've gotten Zero response! I am going to try 2 more times to get ahold of someone from the show. If I continue to get this wall of silence, I WILL DELETE THIS APP AND FIND A NEW NEW FEED FOR MY NIGHT NEWS!! This MUST BE ADDRESSED And SOON OR THEIR NEWS SHOWS ARE NOT THE ONLY PART OF THIS THAT I WILL WASH MY Hands OF! All of channel 10 programs will be blocked from my household. I've put up with the BS long time now and we'll call Irma the straw that broke the camels 🐫 back! Hey, 10 NEWS, Manatee pays for the privilege to see your channel & the residence here DO deserve the "same" respect ✊🏻 you give other counties, yes, even the ones you Choose to cover who are NOT in your "Bay Area"! Shame on you!!!

5. STAR APP. Great app more people should use it they would really enjoy it alot

Too many ads pop up. Used to love this app and read it daily. Now it's impossible. Every time I click to read an article, by the time I reach the third paragraph I get sent to the App Store to "get" a new game app. I go back to read it after leaving the store and it sends me right back. Deleted!!!

Not enough notifications control. There doesn’t seem to be a way to control notifications for specific topics. Flooded me with notifications about which I didn’t care. No way to limit. Good app other than that.

ESFish. I visit this site several times daily, but will certainly cut back or cease using it altogether. There are too many ads and pop ups for my liking. There is no weather radar, and the writing is amateurish.

Changes. I used to be able to find notifications and look up any story I wanted. Now I have no idea how to use your app and therefore can not get the news like I used to. You were my only app for news now I go anywhere but here. Can’t even figure out where stories are when getting notices. YOUR CHANGES TO APP STINK

Ad overload. This app is so frustrating because it will bait you with “breaking news” then blast you with 10 minutes of ads. By the time you get to the news the “breaking” is old news.

Updates. It does not update. Same news for previous week stay for more than a week
