Ad’s that start on their own. Love the app, more importantly I love the news anchors...however, in the app these advertisements pop up every seems to be 30 seconds, they need to stop that...very annoying.

Great Source for News. Channel 10 has national and local news. Articles are well written; rarely a spelling error. I’m happy with their content.

Not a good change.. The last version was far better.

Used to be a nice app. Not a fan at all of the new style. With the old version, article had a thumbnail images next to it and you could read the first few lines of the story. Not it’s these microscopic lines of text with no images. The whole page is just like a long scrolling line of nothing. Feels like it was rushed together without actually thinking of the user. Used to get all my news through this app. Think I’ll change it up now.

In touch. There are a very limited number of news sources we can trust these days, but 10 News provides the local and national news that allow me to feel I’m not completely quarantined from the rest of the world. Thanks for your reliable, clear reports.

Rife with ads. It’s frustrating to get blasted with alerts about “breaking news” and click the link to find what that “breaking news” is, only to have that “breaking news” interrupted by “breaking advertisements”. I’m ready to dump this app and look for another news source.

Excellent and timely.. Great to be kept up to date for news and events. Sad to hear Pinellas county was so BAD at keeping their registration up and running. Rest of the state managed. Might know this is county I live in. Better have done HELP from others.

Best news station ever!!!. I really enjoy watching 10 Tampa Bay (the new name is okay...). I started watching when I moved to Citrus County in 2002. Life long viewer here!!! I have won contests, had my dog featured on the news (a little “celebration” of pets at that time), chatted with some meteorologists, friended some old and new anchors on your news station, laughed at the shenanigans going on there, Gets my morning going and my evenings to relax. Keep up the great work both on the tube and on the app!

Very “real” personalities. I feel like I’m getting my news from family members. Nothing phony about any of them.

Turning off notification types doesn’t work. It’s nice that the app gives the option to choose which notifications I would like to receive. It would be even nicer if those settings actually worked. I only have local news notifications turned on, yet I continue to receive notifications for EVERY SINGLE NEWS TYPE. It gets very annoying and I’m on the verge of uninstalling the app completely. PLEASE FIX THIS.

CHANNEL 10 NEWS—BEST OF THE BAY. If you are looking for up to the minute news. sports, weather and what’s happening, responsible journalists and meteorologists, there’s no need to look further. I start my day and end my day with you! Thanks for being a no-nonsense station who tell it like it is!

New version is awful!. Loved the old version with lots of stories that were easy to find and had no glitches. I would check it several times a day. I don’t want to go on this version at all. Same old stories, screen keeps jumping up and down as you scroll, always go back to the top after reading a story instead of where you left off. Worst news app ever!

Not enough notifications control. There doesn’t seem to be a way to control notifications for specific topics. Flooded me with notifications about which I didn’t care. No way to limit. Good app other than that.

Love this app except. Great app! The only thing that bothers me is the process and amount of time it takes to get the live news to stream. I use another app for news in a different area and there is only one step to start streaming and it starts right away.

Current news now’. 10 is current and fast. They give me the news, weather and highway reports in a timely fashion.

10 News. I really enjoy the 10 news every night. The staff does a great job and I love the way the set is set-up. More of a casual look with the same high standards of reporting.

Enjoy but quantity is over the top.. My phone is not here for your updates. As good as they are, there are too many!

Covid-19 Coverages. I started watching Channel 10 when I moved to Palmetto 3 1/2 years ago because I saw Carolina Leid doing the broadcast. I had watched her on the NY station while I lived in CT. Absolutely love her. I do like your news programs and you are doing a good job giving us Coronavirus updates but would you please report how many people get well instead of always talking about the deaths. My husband and I are following the guidelines but would like to hear some good news. Thank you.

Great weather. I like this app for the weather. It is the most accurate I have had and doesn’t scream at you with ads. The rest of it is good too .

It is a great app as long as the weird pop up is not there. It is a great app. It does get a weird pop up every once in a while that covers the whole screen, but other than that it is good.

Channel 10 news. Best tv station in the Tampa Bay Area. All reporters are very professional in their positions. They make you feel like one big happy family.

Great news every time. I watch the news every time it is on and listen to see what is going on and is always up to all the stories that are happening on right now and have someone on the sense to tell tell what’s happening right then,so you know what’s happening.

Review. Happy New Year. just want to note that you put a bulletin about Nancy Pelosey is Speaker again. Which is not a surprise for anyone who watches the news. When there is a cop shot on Christmas Day by a illegal immigrant who had a five month old son this is not news worthy. This happened in the town where the Speaker resides. Not a word is mentioned on yours or any other mainstream media. Only Fox. Why is all the news so political, and that includes Fox. What happened to The REPORTERS who, in the day, weren’t as politically obvious as it is today. At the very least on Fox you get both sides. Although, it is obvious they are jaded as well. Why can’t Reporters write what they see and hear instead of giving there own opinions. I am an adult and can make my own decisions. Thank you for the opportunity to state my views. Elaine

Accurate weather information. My niece was visiting this past weekend, and told me about “10” I’ve since downloaded it, and I’m finding it very helpful! Especially with all of the tracking information it’s providing.

Publix Covid vaccine. We received our Covid vaccine last night at Publix pharmacy We were lucky to get 3 appointments at 7am yesterday as it sold out in 2 hours. Arriving at Publix last evening for the vaccine was easy, efficiently well executed. There were no long lines, social distancing was well controlled. They were prepared and ready with our paperwork and our registration was easily obtained on there computers. Information was properly given to us. Our next appointment was on our immunization card and a text will be sent to remind us. It was a pleasant experience. If ALL pharmacies were issued the vaccine and follow Publix protocol, the entire American public would have a stress less experience.

Great app. Channel 10 is my go to station. I find it to be very informative and They don't have annoying commercials that I have to listen to each time I click on a new story.

Old app was much more user friendly. I really depended on the old app, especially for the weather. It was not always totally reliable but gave much more info than this new one does. It was great that you could add different places to your list and see the weather for those areas. Old app also was a simpler style, allowing you to see many options to choose from on one screen.

New Format. I have always watched 10 News since my arrival in Florida. Have had some misgivings about losing some of the anchors in the past. Do not like the changes to the phone app. Using that app less and less.

Great App!. Best and most informative app I have to get not just local news but even some of the National news items. Prompt and precise, without the repetitive annoying ads covering half the screen - this app is going to stay on my home screen for a long time.

Tampa 10. I love watching Tampa 10, unfortunately it is no longer offered through my TV service in Brooksville! I downloaded the app on my phone, it’s not the same as enjoying it on TV sipping my morning coffee!

Terrible. I HATE the new format. Very difficult to read. Too many ads. Very little content. Just a bunch of cluttered headlines. Whoever decided this is an improvement is certainly mistaken.

50% Ads. It’s a shame that the content experience is totally destroyed by pages and pages of ads. They don’t show those in the screenshots. Misleading description. It’s not a news app, it’s and ad app. Uninstalling now.

Changes. I used to be able to find notifications and look up any story I wanted. Now I have no idea how to use your app and therefore can not get the news like I used to. You were my only app for news now I go anywhere but here. Can’t even figure out where stories are when getting notices. YOUR CHANGES TO APP STINK

Locks up. Very buggy. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app over 5 times in the last month. It freezes (discus keeps turning, but never opens.) This is new as I’ve had the app for several years. Sorry, I’ve deleted it permanently now.

Too many ads pop up. Used to love this app and read it daily. Now it's impossible. Every time I click to read an article, by the time I reach the third paragraph I get sent to the App Store to "get" a new game app. I go back to read it after leaving the store and it sends me right back. Deleted!!!

10 News. It’s mostly slanted to the liberal left. It waited 2 days to report the BLM protesters harassed diners on Beach Drive.

Horrible. 10 Tampa Bay is a far left leaning news app. They right up there with the likes of CNN & MSNBC, so if you’re looking for biased news instead of true information, this is the app for you. Otherwise download the Fox News app.

Alerts. Not worth the alert notifications, always goes to an advertisement first and then maybe I can see what I was alerted for or maybe the second commercial.

Comment on channel 10. I likrtne local and especially the national cohosts in the AM. I like several of weekly night programs like The Neighborhood and Bob Heart Aboshola.

Poorly written. The absolute lack of journalistic standards is running rampant at this news source. Few fact checks or balanced reporting. Pretty typical of the current industry. It’s uncertain whether bias and/or laziness is to blame.
