The best station in the ATL. CBS 46 is the only station in Atlanta with a team of reporters on the ground with protesters since the very start and if it weren't for their heroic coverage the incident with Pilgrim & Young would have never seen the light of day. When Atlanta was burning eleven alive was airing wheel of fortune and the other stations were relying on traffic cameras and pixelated cell phone videos. I'm so glad we can stream on the app so the world can see what's going in Atlanta

CBS News. Is Number One for me. Love the staff, I think they do a great job.

Can I go back to the previous version?. This app had been the one I turned to first in the day for a quick overview of what happened overnight because it loaded quickly and had the news easy & quick to read. No longer. Still quick to load but I want to quickly read the news not watch videos or only scroll through a few stories. I’m unwilling to create an account, giving up my privacy, for an “improved” version that limits what I see. Bye?

Great News!. I enjoy watching CBS46 not only for relevant up to date local news but also for covering national news and how these apply to Atlanta. Great job!!!!!

Rating. CBS app is great, running the app for 3 or 4 months so decided to download ABC app and didn't like it so kept CBS. Couple months later tried NBC app, and again didn't like it but kept the CBS app. Love the Doppler!!

Portable News. I enjoy watching the newscast on my phone because I’m always on the go.

Doesn’t work for me…. Downloaded app to iPhone 11 Pro Max with latest Apple software installed. Upon launch the red ANF opening screen is displayed with the timer for long minutes, but the app never displays the news.

Articles freeze while scrolling. Very frustrating to not be able to scroll to the end of the story. Deleting it. No loss because there are only three new articles a day. Update fail.

Worst alerts EVRR!!!. I really do not like that y’all send an alert about a story, then I click the alert and it takes me to the watch live screen that tells me to wait. I wish I could read the news story about the alert when clicking the alert. Instead, I get this same screen all the time and then wait for WSB to report the same story so I can read it.

No news, just ads, some days. Some days it works great, except for the political commercials. But other days there is no news just commercials and a loop of the airport.

News Stream. This app should include an livestream of news broadcasts as they’re aired.

Very informative. The news is very informative & accurate. The stories they tell are sometimes brief but packed with a lot of information. They tell stories that may have just happened earlier that morning but they will have it with as much information as possible, usually a lot. I love the different section they offer that you can read like crime, entertainment, sports, politics, even a full pets section that I love. That section has so much good & healthy information for all kinds of animals. That's my second favorite section. This app is just full of so much to read it's a great way to keep up with what's going on in your neck of the woods. Lol. You will definitely love it and get hooked on reading it. To much logging in. This app is driving me crazy needing to log into it every time I want to read an article. To much work. Moving on to the next one….

Hate it....,. You can’t afford “we’ll be back” on the app. Find a different way to show the news without having people stuck in silence.

Horrible app. It seems 99% of the time I can NOT read or watch the actual story I’m interested in! Whenever they are on air, the ONLY thing the app allows is to watch the actual bloody broadcast! Forget reading or watching the story you actually are interested in!

Clickbait quality. Very few relevant stories, too much advertising, and the lead story upon opening the app tonight, ambushed us with a closeup of two men tongue kissing. Gross. Deleting app.

Early voting information. Your anchor said I could find where I could vote early but all that was listed was the Atlanta locations. What about Cobb locations? Not a fan of this new app. I am not a fan of this new app. It is difficult to naviage and locate the 7 day weather forecast. I do not want to watch a video just to see what the temperature will be across the next few days. Additionally, the app keeps closing sporadically.

Why are they getting rid of.... Why are they getting rid of the lady who covers the news in the evenings??? I typically, only watch Channel 2, but I recently began watching this news after Black-ish. However I hear they are getting rid of the lady who gives the news at night. Why?

Review of CBS. I think that CBS has most of my favorite shows on day time TV and night TV. Also, I like looking at the new evening and late night, because it’s very informative and talks about current events.

Review...it’s all the same. Most posts by CBS App are about traffic or someone’s been shot. Wish you would share a larger variety of stories

No landscape mode. This app only seems to work in portrait mode only. I have an iPad with a keyboard which I use in landscape mode. All of the other local news apps can be used in landscape mode. This is the only one that does not. I will not be able to use this app since it only allows portrait mode only.

Mostly ads from questionable companies. This app is so disappointing and I have no idea why any company would want want their name on it. Far more scam ads than actual news, and deceptive practices. Most all the ads are links to scams or inferior products from questionable companies, and all are presented just like the news stories. Beware. Find a better app for news. CBS46 really should be ashamed of being associated with this.

Peachtree TV. Tried to watch Hawks on site that says you can. Guess what you can’t.

Too many adds. The app itself is fine, but trying to get to what you want you have to negotiate one ad after another and pop up screens with Ken Nugents face all over it. Also the breaking news notifications are always about some thing bad. I’ve chosen to turn off notifications.

Donald Trump. Why can’t y’all be fair he has done more than the last four presidents you can’t accept he is not guilty you would rather have a Obama who plays golf more than the last three presidents combined wake up people

C B S 46 app is all that. CBS is really a useful app That we find that really keeps us informed. The only short fall is the. Need for wifi to connect. We still love it. I believe the previous revision was more useful in regard to the traffic so. With it you could enlarge the area to see blockages before leaving home. The new revision limits the area and not much detail is available.

No search bar. Wish there was an option to search stories in the app.

Opening Ads. The advertisements that you have to sit through when you open the app have to go. No other news app nor sports app makes anyone go through this. This is not only annoying, it makes ANF look cheap.

Good app but…. I can’t find a way to get rid of the offensive ad for Ed Young

CBS46. Love that Amanda Davis is back. I started watching because of that but will be deleting this app and turning off the news. I gave credit for balanced news but that has changed. The Trump hate train is alive and well at CBS 46. While watching the morning news this morning, I was hopeful when Ms Davis began speaking of President's Trump overseas but appalled and disheartened when the"news" of his trip was speculation about whether or not Melania swatted his hand away when he reached for it. Seriously?? Is this a news show or the gossip hour???? How disappointing. I'll miss you Ms Davis but until the you media outlets return to reporting news fair and balanced and not your own agenda and opinions I will not be watching.

Was my favorite local news, now impossible to use. Update needs iOS 6. No service for older iPads now? No option, really? CBS 46 was my go-to news, every day. Now, I can't go to them at all. What a shame. Zero star rating. 1 star too much for an app that CBS 46 decided not to support, that can't be updated. CBS 46 just canceled me as a reader. I'll miss you.

First to worst. I really liked this app for ATL news before the recent update. I think CBS 46 reporters do the best job in ATL of reporting the tough stories that business or government may not want us to hear. But this new update takes away a lot of the local news. It takes away all of the US news and world news sections. Why? No need to "fix" what isn't broke. Please go back!

Tried all the local news apps. I liked this one best. Alerts are good. Not to many to be annoying but let's me know when something major that interest me. Nice app. Will try their weather app next.

Problem with app. Every time I open app it tells me to update app and when you go to App Store there is no update.

Just Terrible. The worst news app I have. It will send you alerts to a story but when you tap the alert, rarely will it bring you to the story. The pages don't size correctly, just a mess.

Serious disconnect between Alerts and the Home Page. The ability of this app to send Notification Alerts when a big news story breaks is great. Unfortunately, when you move the slider on the Notification, the app opens, but then, where's the story I was just notified of? Just today it sent me an alert saying "North Point Mall evacuated". Serious story, right? I moved the slider on the Notification Alert, the app opened, and there was NO story ANYWHERE listed about the mall being evacuated. I would MUCH prefer it if when the app is opened through a Notification Alert, the app would open directly to the actual story. Otherwise, I like most everything about it.

Nice improvement. Looking forward to the zip-code radar and the live stream video during the next storm. Seemed to work out the video ad issues as I haven't gotten any. Solid local news & weather app.

Subpar. Not very useful poor app!!

Average at best. Today the same story was part of the first 20 4 times. Their breaking news notifications are good but most of the time do not lead to the news. But most important 2 many pop up ads including when you first open the site.

Was good.... Liked the app for local news before the update. Not so much now. My biggest complaint is that upon startup, you have to look at the picture of the anchors for too long. While they're nice looking people, it's too much. Same reason I don't eat ice cream every meal. It's good but after a while I get sick of looking at it. Back to the app, if it takes too long to load, fix it or change images at least. I'm moving on to another news app...

Version 131.0.7 is enough to make me drop this app. The app opens with an ad about senior discounts that you can’t get around without clicking through it. I tried waiting for the ad to go away but it didn’t. My ad preferences are off. Btw, I’m not a senior- far from it. Please get this fixed quick so we can get the news. Please.

No longer supports iPad 1. Requires iOS 6 now. Really poor because of this. iPad 1 can only go to 5.x. A news app doesn't need to be only for new iOS. It's news. Poor developing.

Great for breaking news!. I get breaking news alerts from Ch 46 before any other local news. One suggestion: before you push a news alert, please be sure it links to an active story & not just the home page for the app. Make the info behind the alert is obvious if you simply link back to the landing page. Otherwise a pretty good site.

Easy Navigation, good stories. I've uploaded other news station apps to have access when I can't watch from home and found them to be convoluted and confusing; mixture of news topics and adds run amuck. I went down the list and came to Ch46. News on this App is organize very intelligible...love the side-screen news topic menu. I'm in control of news I choose to see or read. Its clean and efficient.

Great before update. The latest update introduced video adds every few article clicks. Banner adds are bad enough, but video ads make this app a waste of time.

Intro ad. The massive ad you have to look at until the page loads is ridiculous.

App does not work. The app is reporting that it needs to be updated. It does not open successfully.

IOS10. Can not scroll thru pages after update

Ads ads everywhere. Not just non intrusive banner ads, but large full screen stop everything and find a way to close me ads. I tried using this app for about 5 minutes and had 3 ads pop up over the full screen. Talk about hostile advertising, I will rather get my news elsewhere.

No content error after iOS 14 update. Need to update app for iOS 14.

Breaking News Alerts Lead Nowhere. I like the breaking news notifications, but when you click on them, the app opens to other headlines, no mention of the breaking news. Annoying.
