Hard to access. Takes too long to be able to see the weather, maybe put advertisements on the side??

Way too many adds trying to check the weather and the adds always interfere. Looks good. What good is it if you have to go and load it everytime??? Do everything it said to do still nothing!!! Its not as if everybody stares at their phone 24/7! Then says requires an action?? Last night was a action biizzard warning?? Gotta have a sound thats one of the main reasons!!! If its not fixed soon gonna try the weather channel!!!

Weather app is very good on my devices are very accurate.. But the KFVS news and weather sound on my TV is lousy, you can’t hardly hear it. Some adjustments have to be made on the programming to correct this.

Weather App. Like it , channel 12 is better weather personnel then Paducah, there forecast is more accurate but the weather app the first five seconds is a add and when weather is critical that five seconds is a lifetime. I don’t like to navigate threw ads to get to weather on my phone period. If your spraying, planting or in a tornado watch that five seconds is way way too long

No good if it doesn’t load. The app freezes and doesn’t load more times than it does work. I can’t believe they can’t fix this and make it work like it did when they first introduced it. “improvements” have definitely NOT helped

Could you send anymore useless notifications?. I get more useless information from the countless notifications I receive from this app. I want this app to send me notifications of pending SEVERE weather and not that “it’s chilly outside today”. You want people to use the app on “First alert action days”, yet I quit paying attention after I receive ridiculous notifications.

Would love to have widgets for the app. I love the app, and use it more than other weather apps. Always trust the weather conditions and temperatures it says, and would love for an update to be able to get widgets for the app to have on Home Screen and lockscreen for iPhone

Old people. That better description of weather than a local one near me!! I like how KFVS sends out alerts every day. The other sends out nothing 🤭

Why. Just could really pass on the ads—have no clue why they run in an emergency weather situation. Why is volume muted—just another annoying thing to deal with.

Alerts broken. I keep turning off the alerts so they don’t overlay on the map ( which makes it impossible to see the actual weather btw) and they keep coming back! They should stay off permanently when I turn them off. This alone is the reason I’ve downloaded another app and will be using it from now on.

Comment. Wish you would show the low and high pressure positions on the national map like Don McNeeley always did

Great station. Great station to alert this area about all weather in this area. Great coverage and notifications always.

Weather App Review. Love the app! Wish you would allow closing the advertising like you do on news app. When weather is threatening its really frustrating to have to wait for the Southeast advertising to close.

10 STARS. Grant, I’ve Lived all over the country and YOU are a rockstar. Thank you. Now do some research on a “snirt” storm. Similar to today but nastier.

Great! Its our time to put horses up warning system. "Lightening detected near location". Tap the notification, check out how close and where headed and decide whether to put our buds up or not.

Weather at a cost. Tornado warnings all over, make sure you’re prepared for 30 seconds ads every time you click off the app if you’re trying to keep up with not dying.

App not working most of time. Big problems with your app

Ads. I’m currently looking for a new weather app. The temu ads here are pervasive and obnoxious, and nothing I change in settings or ad response gets rid of them. I love the local weather, but I hate the ads.

Crashed during tornado warning. I gave three stars for the men and women who stay with the weather all night and morning but today we had tornado warnings and the app crashed nine times I’m not joking and every time it crashed I had to watch an ad it is extremely buggy and choppy at times even on a pc needs to be optimized

Great job!. Viewer since 1972. My only complaint is that KFVS has way, way too much national political news. We only watch the weather report.

Definitely five stars ✋ 🌟. I give honest reviews because I read reviews, I base my choice on reviews. I gave this app five stars because I couldn’t give it ten. Unless I’m in a place with no signal I know I can trust this app. I get up to the minute radar and videos from every meteorologist on the KFVSWEATHER team. I get lightning warnings which is very useful if you’re working out in the mess. I’m very appreciative to have this luxury in the palm of my hand.

Very helpful in my travels. I’m using the app constantly, very beneficial traveling through 3 different states. I can scroll to my location & exactly what I can expect.

Enjoy hearing local weather. The meteorologists are easy to hear & understand most of the time. I appreciate this news section on KFVS.

False. I love this app because it’s easy to track storms but it’s often really wrong. It’ll be a cloudy day and there will be no rain or storms but it will still show that there’s rain at my location.

Missing alerts. I enjoy this app but I haven’t received an alert for almost a year? I really like the radar and I like being able to see weather anywhere.

Radar. Half the time cannot get an updated Radar went almost 2 weeks without having any daily or hourly forecast on my phone

Simply the Best !!!. KFVS12 is the absolute best for weather forecasting, news, sports for my area! We are never left out and they have probably the best people ever who are their forecasters, at the news desk local and national reporters. They are just all the best for us !! Thank you KFVS 12!

KFVS weather. KFVS weather is by far the one that my entire family in Marshall county Ky can rely on I’ve watched KFVS news and weather for years as far as I have accepted ifyou want as close to accurate weather that nature allows you better rely on their expertise the only way a news and weather channel can earn this only with consistency. We are lucky to have anew sand weather team as KFVS!

KFVSWEATHER. Brilliantly designed....very user friendly....I quit using other weather apps after discovering the functionality of this app.

Too many unnecessary alerts. The app works well but they push text alerts for a plug to watch the evening news. I’ll watch the news if a I want. Just tell me about severe weather. People stop paying attention to your alerts if you’re doing unnecessary stuff with it. You can use this to save lives but you’re going to desensitize people to the app.

Great weather forecast staff and great mobile weather app!. Don’t change the way you do your mobile app. It’s my favorite. And your weather forecasting is mostly about right. You’re doing a fine job!

Good App - Please fix the advertising at logon. This is a good app. I would have rated it 5 stars if not for the advertising. It is annoying to have to wait the advertisements to complete EVERY TIME you open the app. Even when I accidentally click off the app, I have to wait for the advertisements to complete when I return. It is very annoying and would be an easy fix.

Radar map. A problem is that preparation that is blinking all the time.

No landscape mode. 😠. I use an iPad Pro with a keyboard so 99% of the time so it’s very difficult to use apps that only work in portrait mode. I’m not a programmer so I don’t know how complicated it is to make an app work both ways but I’m gonna have to uninstall it and use another source that works in landscape mode.

Somethings wrong. Every time I go into the app on my phone it gets stuck on the southeast add and won’t go anywhere else. Then I have to totally delete the app and start all over. Needs to be corrected or it won’t be used

Radar. Do not understand the radar, why does it expand for further time, instead of speeding through what is happening in the present?

Weather app not working. My weather app says not available in my area. When I finally get it to show location map. It shows I’m in the ocean in South America

Unhappy. I am a truck driver. I don’t get to see the weather on your station. So I got the app to watch the weather when I have time But you have shows about things going on in South Dakota. I don’t care what is going on there. I want to see the weather here and now on my schedule. Thanks

Crashes every time it is opened.. The app crashes continually. I've had the app for a long time and have been through several updates.....still hasn't fixed the crashing problem. Please fix.

Needs a widget. Give this a widget and I’ll have a Weather Channel replacement.

Rendered a great app useless. This last update is hot garbage. Half the time I don’t even get the location dot on my radar map. No street names, zooming is wonky, sometimes the radar is pixelated, and on and on. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS APP; STOP FIXING THINGS THAT AREN’T BROKEN.

NOT GOOD. Is there anyway to reverse the update and go back to the previous one. It was great. This one not so much.

Misuse. When KFVS released this app, they used push notifications for breaking news. Recently they are using push notifications to advertise their news programs, to send unimportant daily greetings and to remind people not to miss their show. The app works ok, it provides news stories and important info. I just think they had a great thing going with push notifications being used for breaking news only. Their use of it for unimportant messages caused me to turn off the notifications on their app and download a competing news stations app.

Useless. Works great, til bad weather is coming, then it crashes, and won't load, then it loads but won't show the storm moving. Thanks again kfvs for screwing up your awesome original app!

Don't like that it doesn't switch orientation!. I don't mind the new layout, but it doesn't work with any orientation other than rightside up, portrait. I always have my iPad upside down or in landscape because of the plugin and not wanting the cord to kink. But I can't do that anymore if I want to use this app 😢

Poor weather. Rarely and I do mean rarely gets rain chances right if at all unless it is winter time.

No accurate. The temperature is always off. The radar doesn’t work. It’s storming right now and it shows nothing on the radar. The ads are also super inappropriate.

Upset. App will not open since the last update. I’ve been unable to open now for four days. Please fix!!!

Good app, needs updated. Whoever updates the daily/hourly forecasts should change it more often. It often doesn't correspond with the TV forecast.

Ads are crazy. Unfortunately there are too many ads to enjoy this app. Several ads just to scroll down the page. Otherwise functional.

Not satisfying. The app rarely works and when it does there are constant glitches. Most of the time it will open and kick me out. Please update and help this app out!

Same guy that said bugs need to be fixed. If these bugs keep hapining try to make another app like this one I am rating 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟because I like watching the weather and how much snow did you get from that blizzard on christmas?

Locks up. About once or twice per week the app locks up and have to shut my phone down and restart it. Otherwise I like the app just don’t like it locking up etc

Weather app SEMO. This is a great app for those of us in SEMO, my hats off to the channel 12 weather team!

My go to app.. It’s been a blessing for me and I can see how the weather is at all the Trump rally’s. Go Trump!

Too many Ads!. When you openThe app you have to sit through 2 to 3 advertisements before you can look at the weather it’s a total waste of time that’s why I quit using the app.

Getting worse each update. I like the layout and looks of recent update but the app constantly locks up and you have to close it out and re-open. Locks up on average 1 out of 3 times. Updates are getting worse each time

Notifications are wonderful!!!!!. The current push notifications are getting exceedingly annoying with frequency. I've lost count of how many I received in only two to three days time. Save the pushes for severe weather alerts and warnings. And please tone down the exclamation points. It's a weather app, not a Facebook post.

Love it!. I love this new app! I really like that I can set it to my home town and get current conditions as well as the extended forcast for my hometown! Very cool! I can't wait til the stormy weather shows up so I can really take it for a test drive!! 😄😄😄👍👍👍👍

Continuously will not work. I have had nothing but trouble using this app... At one time it did work great!

Bad app. It says on the kfvs12 website that there is a tornado warning...my app just keeps telling me over and over that we have a severe thunderstorm warning, and the sirens are going off now so I know that we have a tornado warning!

No sound. Great app! Works perfectly on wifi, however, on mobile data, the live news stream has no sound..

“Not available in current location”. I have used this app for years and now it says it is not available in my location. Will not allow me to use the app at all. I live in Cape. Makes no sense. Needs to be fixed.

Radar not working. Just updates after Christmas and now radar will not display. Have tried every setting I can. Just don't like this update at all.

Good app. I have the weather app from KSDK ch5 in StLouis. This is the exact same app. I use the KSDK app a lot because the map stays real current.......During times of winter weather, or living in tornado alley, having a current radar picture is critical. Thanks guys, and the price isn't bad either! :-)

Not an improvement. The previous version was great. This one, not so. Much less info presented on first screen. If this has more function it is well hidden. Application designer must not be a daily user of this ap, or we wouldn't have this new version. Old version still available, which is appreciated, but being told of new version each time ap is started requires an action to remove the notification gets old fast.

Temperature. I have a problem with the app and nobody seems to know how to fix it. I contacted the APP tech and kfvs but the problem remains. 80 degrees outside but the app says its 0 degrees. I have rebooted and deleted and reinstalled but it's not changed anything.

Latest update is lousy. App crashes constantly since the latest update...tried deleting and installing again and it didn't help.

Radar never loads. This is the glitchingest radar of any app in the world!

Accurate Reliable Weather. I have used this weather application for over 5 years without a problem or issue. The weather predictions here are highly accurate more so than other national weather sources. I use and receive emails daily. To be honest this is my favorite application on my cell phone. This weather app is an essential for daily living and the only weather application I need.

Still needs work!. Thought they'd fixed this app (tho' the interface is clunky), but now today I try to open it (cause another app notified me of a weather watch), & the app is stuck in a loop "network error..." & can't get past that. Other apps can find the network just fine, thanks.. Only problem child is the channel 12 app!

Kfvs12. We need news at 3:00 to 5:30

Weather app. The app is ok until you want to see what direction a storm is moving and the it crashes. Not much good when you need it the most. The news app crashes alot too. Come on KFVS fix the bugs!

Radar?. Radar doesn’t work?? Storms have been in area so would be good if it did.

Radar Slower. Radar is super slow now since new update with future feature. iOS 6

What about iPad 4th generation?. Since April you haven't had an update for iPad 4th generation. I wish you would include in again so I can update my app! Otherwise I don't have a problem with the app.

Retired. I agree 1000% !! I get really bothered when you try to look at the radar, but no there's an ad. I heard that KAIT outta Arkansas has a app that covers our area!!

Location. This app started telling me it’s not available with my location, yet I’ve used it for the last 3-4 years with the same location. And I can’t look at the weather or radar or anything. Please fix!!!!!

Good app. Love the ease of use of the app. Main problem I would like to see fixed is that at 10:04 pm the last updated forecast was the morning forecast. Not very useful in keeping up on severe weather days where the newest forecast would be appreciated. Otherwise love the updated look to its antiquated predecessor. As always thanks KFVS
