Compass. I just got this app about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks ago so I’m still testing it out for a test drive. So far I’m happy it does a far better job than the one that came with my phone. I even installed a second one as a back up and that works better than the one that came with the phone but I don’t want to sound like i’m ditching Apple. I just think they need to work on their compass a little bit. I did talk to Apple and explain my situation and they had told me that I should try to delete it and reinstall it so that’s what I did. I have to say every time I’ve talked to Apple they have been great they want to fix your problem they treat you right they don’t treat you like you’re stupid. The lady advised me to deleted it and reinstalled it which I did probably 10 times and it failed. But knowing Apple I am sure that they will work on the issue. This is not a reason not to buy an iPhone. But even then I had a second back up. I used to be a boat captain and I used to fly planes so I totally believe in having a backup When you’re talking about an instrument like a compass it only makes good sense to have a backup.

Must be horizontal. The compass does not work if your phone is mounted on your dash so you can read it. The phone has to be laying flat (horizontal) in order to work.

Great Simply Compass!. This does exactly what it is suppose to, simply and clearly. Those of you complaining because it needs to be horizontal to work, obviously have no idea what a compass is! Ignore those idiots and get this.... It's great!

Great app. It's a compass app that does exactly what it says on the box! A great tool that tells you what direction you're facing! Don't expect bells and whistles, this doesn't have them and frankly it doesn't need 'me.

Good. Works quite reliably, shows all parts of the world exactly andf I can see all info I need from this compass, very useful tool though

Does not work on my new IPad. This compass does not work on my iPad. Not flat or up and down. When I am facing north dead on this app is all over the map. Sometimes stating N, NW, W, E and SE. I do not trust this compass.

Never lost again. BIG! Easy to see if your driving and need to know which way to go 👍🏼
