Very Helpful. I downloaded three apps and I like this one the most. The graph is helpful and that I can journal my mood is really great. You can also interact with other users is you want. So far the app is very stable too. I like it!

Amazing. This app is a huge help. I highly recommend it for anyone who is bipolar or in psychotherapy. The mood graph and the labels make it so easy to map out your mind state over a period of time.

Helpful. Wish I had this years ago. Journaling only captures when all is dark. When things are better - I don't bother. This helps when things are better & ok.

I like it but I can’t get into it. Not sure who else to contact but I just started using this yesterday and I went in to track a mood just now and it’s just showing a lock. Idk how to get into my own mood tracker!

Recommended by therapist. So far so good. It helps me identify and track moods as well as comment on what precipitated the mood and where in my body I feel it. Would recommend.

Idk. It's whatever. I've never used a mood tracker before so I don't have a previous thing to go off of. But it's decent I guess.

Easy to understand app.. I’ve had this app for a few months I find it quite easy to use, understand and like that the company offers a private or public one.

Great!. Love the reminders - keeping me honest about tracking my emotions, which is a goal I'd have trouble sticking to without this app. Good for self discovery.

App used to be great. I’ve had the free Moodtrack app for YEARS and absolutely loved and depended on it. Lately it’s been glitching so badly that it’s impossible to type in. I purchased the 1$ Moodtrack app assuming this would fix the issue and this app has the exact same problem. Please fix this issue because there’s still lots of us who depend on your app. Would be five stars if not for the glitch.

Easy to use. Just started using this, but intuitive and easy to use, which making me actually use it for intended purpose.

swoon. this app is truly where social media should be more heading with authenticity and not geared towards advantageously contributing to ones figmented self image. The human experience is developing through time no matter where u are and being conscious of where u r unstigmatized w/ being who we are. Also love the universality & insignificance of gender in how this apps designed. Older guys especially r stigmatized for expressing their own feelings etc. Thanks for alloting this type of environment in social media. The GUi however is very clunky/outdated and slowly responsive on even newer or older devices, ive tried them out. Thanks again, please update this app 💕 this is honestly the more morally equipped approach to social media imo. We need ppl to not curate their own identities socially because thats not how it works irl. Everyone is a fluid, not statically measurable process 💚

Awareness. This app is causing me to become aware of how events and my feelings are connected and that is a completely inspiring idea all on its own.

Great app, but needs messaging!. Love this app! I'm a therapist and use it often in my practice with clients. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is not being able to message people directly or make comments privately.

Strangers Reading Your Diary. I mean, aside from the weird Bible freaks that only seem on there to preach the word of God, it’s a pretty good app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it a lot over the years, mostly deleting it due to me stopping my journaling. It’s a good app, and this time around I haven’t seen anything about God, so maybe those people actually got their own lives. It’s a good way to pour your heart out online, anonymously. You can back up your account with a fake email and set a password so you can journal anywhere. It’s like strangers are reading your diary, but in a chill way where they offer support. I’ve never seen a negative comment on this app, I think it’s remained troll free.

Wonderful. Great app does exactly what I want it to, let's me track my moods with nothing fancy or hard to learn, and allows me to share, and print out the mood journal for my psychiatrist.

Great. Ive been using this app for about 2 years now and its helped me a lot. Its helped me learn more about myself, and have helped me prove to myself that things get better. I think its pretty great and very useful

I needed something like this. I really needed something like this. I would go to my Dr. or therapist, they would ask how I had been feeling and I couldn't tell them. With this app. I just give them my phone and they look and see my moods. It's easy to use, even for me. I like the app. I am a very satisfied user. Thank you for the app. Oh Ya... When I show it to my therapist, it tells her what we should talk about during the session. Without it I would forget most of my week.

Such a great app, very life changing!. I always wanted to journal but was too lazy and didn't wanna actually write. This app makes it so easy to track your mood and add a note to why you feel that way then look at it all in such an awesome way. Plus!!! Such a great social component where you can connect with others emotionally reinforcing the fact that everyone experiences mood swings and it's completely normal ❤️❤️

Great visualization. I really like that I can describe my own mood even if I don't know exactly what it is and I can visually see my emotion fluctuations through out the day. It really helps to have it stored to look back and analyze my response to an event. Also very simple user friendly app.

Great "Flashlight". It's simple enough to use when I feel like I don't have the energy to lift a finger. It's rich enough to offer me a little bit of camaraderie when I do. The expandable graph is great for drilling down into your day, and the choice of an adjective to pair with a 1-to-5 rating is helpful. For someone with bipolar depression, I find it to be a compliment to a mind that can swing high or low at any time, seemingly without reason... a sort of "flashlight" in the dark.

Finally an app that can actually help me. I've downloaded plenty of apps with the intention of helping my BiPolar. The problem is that they gave me the false hope that I could help myself. The reality is that only open communication with my Dr. will help me long term. To do that I have to be able to remember everything that's happened with my moods since my last visit. Mood track let's me do that. I wasn't going to keep a mood journal and my Dr. wouldn't have time to read it. Looking at a simple chart of my ups and downs with descriptions is brilliant.

Great App!. It's a great app for people that want to have documentation of their moods. Each mood entry allows a star rating of 1 through 5. There is also an expanded section to write about the spefics of your mood and how or why you might be feeling the way that you do. This is a good app that can provide an excellent snapshot of your progressiion. The data entries display in the form of a line graph which I find very helpful. You have the option of making your mood entries public or private. If you can open up a little emotionally, I think that this is a great mental health tool.

Tracking mood for Bipolar. I track my mood regularly and my physiatrist can see the graph for better judging.

Great App for Mental Illness!. This app is a great way for me to keep track of how I'm feeling and how to identify possible triggers that could make me feel worse or even cycle. Living with bipolar I is difficult but apps like this make it much easier to manage your symptoms.

Simplicity. Great app! Very simple and quick to use. Great visual of daily mood even to the hour of the day. I love that you can enter your own words for moods along with a 1-5 rating. Highly recommend this app to track your moods!

User is required to create an account. Could not use the app without creating an account on the remote server. This is a non-starter. The point of paying for the private, offline tracker is to avoid this sort of thing. Very disappointing because the app looks like exactly what I want, but the lack of privacy is a problem.

Just what I wanted. Simple to use. Exactly what I wanted. Give my mood and journal why as many times as I want. Then look at my trend.

Very helpful😀. I have been struggling with my mind racing and feeling a lot of constant anxiety. I use this app to track how I am feeling, along with what I was doing, what I was thinking, caffeine consumed etc. I am beginning to see the trends that create anxiety for myself as well as actions I can take that help me control my own moods. I am feeling much better and more in control of my own self created anxiety. I hope this will help anyone else that is also struggling. 💜

New user, but this exceeds my expectations. I purchased this app to track my emotions and have a place to quickly journal secret things. It is much more. The online community allows me to reach out and connect with others who share my struggles. I have received much more than what I had sought.

Good but... This app is pretty simple compared to other mood apps, allows you to track as many moods a day as you want, use your own descriptors (rather than a preselected happy/sad/angry scale) as well as record how positive or negative that mood is on a 1-5 scale. It's a nice, efficient system. However, this app really needs a better tagging system for moods. With the current system, if you are feeling tired, sad, and bored, Moodtrack tags it as "tired, sad, and bored" rather than "tired" "sad" and "bored". It be nice to be able to create multiple tags for moods to help cut down on the clutter and help with navigation.

Best App Ever!!. I love this app! I like being able to track my mood and review it over time. I like that it has an option for privacy and that you can share your moods with others. Have made some nice friends on here. The app runs smoothly and you can use it offline! It has a very attractive design. I like the colors and the star rating system. I like that there's no limit to how much you can write in one log and that you can write as many as you want at any time. It's just an awesome app all around!

Fantastic App. I have ADD, Severe Anxiety, Long Term Bi-Polar disorder, Depression, in addition to physical intolerances and allergies. This app has been amazing at helping me monitor how I feel and if I'm having a particularly hard day. This is ESPECIALLY helpful when meeting with my psychiatrist every month to discuss medication effects and potential changes. 5 stars!!

Worth paying for. Other apps I have tried were not as good as this one. I like the ability to create more than one entry in one day if I choose to. The interface is pleasant and easy.

Good Mood Tracking App. Pretty good app for keeping tack of one's moods. I like the notes feature especially, helps give context.

I really love this app. I haven't been a user for long, and I will post another review farther in our relationship, but as of now this app is everything I was looking for. I was recommended by my therapist to track my mood swings and this app lets me do just that, but also record the thoughts I have at that exact moment so I can look back and see what could have triggered my emotional response. The public community seems to be very supportive of others and everyone is just there to better themselves so they have no time for negativity or hateful comments (at least from my experience) This app is very helpful for me and recommend trying it for people who need to gain control of their mind. I purchased the private app because I'm not really looking for outside support from strangers, I don't want to share my data with others. Just not something I feel I need. Definitely worth the .99 it costs to use the privacy feature, in my opinion. The things I would like to see change: 1. I would like to personalize my app. I know this seems silly, but that's something I would enjoy. 2. I would also like a more specific timeline for the current day besides clicking a button to zoom. I personally do not like that way of accessing a more detailed view of my day. Maybe a "today" tab in the menu bar. Just some constructive criticism. I love this app! I will definitely be using for a long time.

Love it. This helps me track not only my mood but WHY my mood is the way it is. I track sleep, food interaction etc. and it helps me see patterns and what I need to do to keep my mood high.

My favorite mood tracking app. my therapist suggested I keep track of how I’m doing so I played around with a few apps, this one is my favorite so far.

So far, very good!. It's been a week and I'm really liking the app. Easy to quickly keep track of how I feel from day to day. If I feel like it, I can elaborate right then when I put the mood description word. And the stars help track it in an analytical way. Another great feature is being able to go back and put your mood from a previous day/time, in case you weren't able to at that moment. Looking forward to getting some insights from this app and using it in the future alongside a therapist by providing accurate information.

Great idea but glitchy. Overall works pretty well and I’ve been using it daily for 3 years. However, the text edit function really doesn’t work well. And also after you put in a lot of data points (this typically happens to me about about a year) it just stops accepting new entries, even though it doesn’t give you an error message.

Great App. Love this app. It enables me to keep track of my mood over periods of time. I can notice when I start slipping and can do what I can to make my days better.

Please share a donation link. Please developer, don’t give up on Moodtrack! It’s been years since the app has been updated and I’m genuinely concerned for it. Provide us with a donation option if that helps Moodtrack survive, I sincerely want to help!

Amazingly helpful. It's great for private use to see your emotional trends, or just have a journal or your life. Or being able to do anonymous posting of your mood/situation is almost like a Twitter for your emotions. You get to support others and well as receive support. Also, knowing that you're not alone in how you feel and what you're going through. That is my favorite feature of this app and was such a great idea!

Great app for tracking moods. I have rapid cycling bipolar and so far this is the b Best mood tracking app I found for iOS. The options are great as it is the graph feature. I just wish I could export the info to a spreadsheet or PDF.

A good app with real people sharing and having conversations. So far so good. Only thing that might make it better would be to track medications along with moods and check ins. Well worth the $0.99

Best mood app. I purchased this one instead of the free version so I can keep my moods private. The community is uplifting but I like having the option to post privately. This is the most elegant and flexible way to track my moods that I have seen. It stays out of the way while giving instant feedback with a graph every time I add a new entry. Wouldn't change a thing!

A forced five stars. My app just opened a pop up window telling me I need to give this app a five star rating for it to continue running. I would have given a serious and fair review, but in the interest of my being able to use this app, I will give it the five stars.

Helpful. I find that I look forward to posting. I have downloaded many apps to try to help myself get control of things and this one is the only one where I feel comfortable to be myself and say what i need. I have also found people dont judge for me that in invaluable when dealing with issues like this. I recommend this to everyone I know who would benefit and everyone comes back thanking me and I say dont thank me thank whoever created this app because they really gave us a place where we can daily post and get our feelings out in a safe forum and I have in 20 never found that before. This will be the best app you ever downloaded!

Useful App. Just diagnosed with bipolar 2 this app has made it simple to track my mood and thoughts throughout the day. Useful for tracking my cycles. I would recommend this app.

Awesome App. Easier to remember to track my moods for my Doc. On here than finding paper all the time. Thank you!

Very helpful and handy. I use this as a tool to help my therapist and myself. It's definitely the best mood tracking app and the best feelings type diary

Fantastic. I have found this to be the best app available for mood charting. You can enter multiple moods per day. I do wish that - there was a print option for the graph. Would be useful to take to doctors appointments. - there was a list of moods to select from as well as the option to create your own.

Great app!. Easy to easy, makes you concentrate on how you are feeling and the option to write notes on why is fantastic.

Quick, Simple & Effective. This app is wonderfully simple to use and only takes a few seconds to enter mood data, or take as long as you want by adding notes to accompany your mood. There is a quick view of graphs over time and export to email. Excellent app!

Not worth it. Not worth paying for. Very basic app that tells you nothing and gives little stats.

Great app. What an easy way to monitor and track the history of your moods. It really shows you overall stats. It makes you more aware of yourself... I use it on regular basis. It makes you more aware of how you are feeling. You can add your own moods and rate it on a scale of 1-5.

Easy to use. I am trying to monitor my depression & this Ap is perfect for me.

Simple but worthwhile. It's very useful to be able to track these sorts of things - particularly if you are trying to get a new perspective on things, and learn from experience. Often I forget emotion from the past as I move forward. So this is ideal for me. Thanks for the idea, and the simple execution.

Cool. Cool

Cool. Cool

Simple and intuitive. Great mental health progress tracker with simple UI and a line graph that is easy to track and use.

Easy. So easy to record a mood and note, that u do it with out procrastinating. Not sure if it's possible to look at individual months or not, but that would be good👍🏽

Simple but useful. I use this as a combo of diary and mood tracker - it's good to remind myself of good days not just if I am feeling stressed.

Lost data. I was enjoying using the App but I suddenly lost 5 years of data. Very disappointing and I haven’t been receiving a reply to my tweet about it

Very good. Excellent tracker, isn't laggy like I've found others to be. Only 4 stars because the could make an improvement by having the choice of rating moods in the app out of 10

Great app. Great app easy to use and has helped me a lot to fight my depression.

Best mood app I've found for iPad. I love that I get to determine the mood names rather than being locked into the app. Also love that I can makes notes about each mood and get an overall feel for the time period via the tag cloud. Would like an additional time filter to show 'last 3 days' rather than going straight from 'day' to week, but not a big deal.

The right level of tracking.. Sometimes you need a simple app that helps you observe yourself that doesn't have all the bells and whistles. Instead it does one thing very well which is tracking mood. That's this app. It's great. I would also love to see a feature that randomly prompts you to track your mood so you can gather data when your mood is in both good and bad states so you can really assess how you are doing. Eg. Randomly five times a day between 9 am and 9pm.

Simple useful app. Good at its task of mood tracking.

Waste of your money. Downloaded this app on my ipad, but when i tried to log in on my iphone it says log in failed. Have the right information on my username but still doesn't work. It's not that pricey 'though but don't waste your money with this app.

Just what I was looking for.. Simple, easy to use. I don't see the point of sharing but others might. Wish I could add a reminder but that's a small thing. Best part is that you can use any terminology and aren't limited to a few different moods. First day using it and I've already imputed 5 times.

Very helpful tool. Love the visual layout. I like that you can do as many entries as you like, not just once a day

Kept freezing. This app kept freezing. It may be a good app, but I could not tell.

Easy to use. It helps me reflect on what I'm feeling throughout the day and identifying patterns.

Ok but lacking. This app is ok but missing key features I would like to see. Simply a 1-5 graph chart. There should be more parameters and options to chart rather than just a 1-5 rating

Reminders stop working randomly. Reminders will stop being sent and by the time I remember, it's been a week or more I've missed, making the point of a "tracking" app useless.

Great stuff. Super simple and helpful.

Love it!. Great that you can check in multiple times a day.

Simple way to track my many moods. Love this app! It's straight forward, colorful and easy to use. A winner.

Why five options?. There needs to be more stars to allow for more gradients of mood. I have way too much variation to have five stars give me an accurate idea of my patterns.

Easy to use, simple and convenient.. I love the simple interface of this app. You write a brief description of your mood( you are limited to a certain number of characters) then there is another box where you can expound or explain what is going on with you, insights, thoughts, etc with plenty of space. Lastly you rate your mood from 1 to 5 and that's it. You can track daily, hourly or whatever. It would be great for people newly starting anti-depressants or anti- anxiety mess, too. I suppose most of us who are tracking moods probably have mood issues, depression, sadness, self-esteem things, etc. It's unlikely that someone with perpetually great moods will need to document that, right?! But that's the point. It's a way to track your moods with what is going on in your life so you can make changes. Anyway, a wonderful, easy app. Thanks.

Great app!!. Awesome app!!! Love being able to track my moods and catch things early. Amazing app. Super simple and straight forward.

Better than most. I like the fact that you can enter multiple points per day. I would rather choose from a list and rate value than having to enter a mood term into a blank input field every time though.

Amazing!. I love this! Best mood tracking app ever! So easy to use and so many cool features! It's like a social network for your moods and emotions! Definitely worth the 1$

Awesome app. Very helpful and love the diary feature

Cheep and does not sync. It requires an email for the paid verson. The default setting is set to Share and can not be changed to default to Private (even though the paid version is titled "Private"). It will not allow you to use the same user name on your other device. I.e you can't sign in on your iPhone if the user name is on your iPad. This is an app that has potential but the designers seem to be more interested in people chatting about their troubles and make it hard to maintain privicy. It is the cheapest functioning app I've run into. It was a deceptive way to get my money.

Mood app. Very easy to use and very helpfully. A must buy for people suffering from mood disorders. Great job.

Best mood tracking app I've found!. This app works intuitively, and is easy and enjoyable to use. Best one out there!

Great!. To keep monitor moods and behavior, helps me understand my crazy self!

Love it!. Easy to use, helpful and one of the best mood apps out there. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Good app. Easy to use.

Doing well, but.... This app is doing well for me, but I don't like the forced five star review in order to keep it running.

Good app!!! Thanks for the update!!. I've been using this app for months and it's great for me to track my moods so I can discuss them with my psych. no more freezing, yay, and i love the new update!

Great app. This app is a great tracking tool.

Alows me to see the patterns of my day. I can see when I'm developing a generally negative attitude and work to adjust it. Also my councilor can see my moods over time and make suggestions!

I'll give it a try. Interested to see how this lines up with my pain tracker, medication times and stressors.

Blessings to the creator of this app!!!. Best app I've seen available for tracking mood disorders. I love that you can see the wave, then you can rate with stars, and you have comment area to write things like day of menstrual cycle or what meds you took that day. And this is all free! I use it at my weekly therapist appointment for reference to check the pattern of my bipolar disorder to decide if my medication might need adjustment or to predict if I might be heading towards manic/depressive episode. Thank you to the creator of this app-an amazing tool. Need more room for writing though...

Excellent App. I have the paid version (the only way to keep it private) and I absolutely love it. You can choose any word you like to describe your mood, add notes and rate your mood.

Awful. I want my money back.. Awful. I want my money back. I feel like this is a joke & that I should receive my money back. Joke

Self tracker. Like it!! A good way to stay positive and discover triggers for negativity.

Can be easy. Theraperists aren't forced yo trso

A new experience. I'm finding it helpful

Great App. This is a really wonderful app. I've started tracking my moods and brief thoughts at the time since yesterday. I can already tell this is going to be a fun and interesting way to find out more about myself and how I'm feeling. I really like how you can name an emotion yourself and attach a star rating to it rather than just tracking mood only on a bad to good scale. Great work. I am very pleased with this app.

Best app!. Very simple and makes tracking your mood enjoyable

The best there is 💗. Easy to use, my therapist liked it a lot

Horrible. Horrible the things that is shown on the advertisement is not in the app

Helpful. Suggested by my therapist to ground me, make me aware of how I think about my feelings. Helps me do that.

in my room. this is the one place i can go, spill my guts, lend an ear (eye?) and know i am among others who understand. only need one.

Luv it. Use it all the time

Great app but could use some enhancements. I really love this app. It makes keeping track of your mood a breeze. However I would like to have a choice of mood/emotion words to choose from because sometimes coming up with the right word on your own can be difficult. Also, I am confused by the option to have one's mood tracking made public; just seems a little weird to me. I would also like to have the option to print out my entries so that I could share them privately with my therapist. Overall still a really great app!

Effective. Simple but insightful

Mood tracker. Helpful

Awesome. Great app!!!

Not bad,. The app itself is great but I definitely suggest adding some additional things too it such as information on how to improve your moods

Very helpful. Could be better for sure!! But its a good app i might recommend.

Great - needs 10 point scale. My therapist and I love this app. Just needs a 10 point scale.

Such a big help. I love it. Thanks for the helpful app. It has already helped me tremendously

So far helps. I struggle with knowing when my moods hit, hoping this will work! So far it is cool.

Erased Entries. All of my entries were erased

Sam4321. Excellent
