Too many bugs. The 11C is a work of art. This software replica doesn’t rotate with the screen well and can’t open in the right orientation if you change the orientation with the app closed. Duhhhhh

Just like the real thing. Works just like the real HP hardware so you don’t have to bring another device along. Only thing missing is the touch feel of the keys, but there is a click when you press a key for positive confirmation. A must for those who can’t do without a real calculator.

Beautiful App. I like this app a lot and it works well. It appears to be a faithful reproduction of a calculator that I still own and use in my office. I appreciate having it on my phone. Only glitch is that it froze once for a day or two when it would have been very handy to have it working. No problems since, still bit uncertain when open it.

very happy to get a New HP11c !. My 1981 is still working like new, but sure doesn’t look it. This app makes my iPhone and iPadmini just as good as the real thing. For several weeks I did all kinds of stuff on it to see if it had any flaws/errors. Zero !!! and I love it as much as my original. One minor annoyance; when I hit prefix to see all digits, it just flashes the digits too fast for me to read. My old HP showed it as long as I held the button. But still a 5+++ Thanks for the exceptional re-creation.

Doesn’t open since iOS 13. Loved this app but now it’s broken. Last update seems to have been 4 years ago? 🤷🏻‍♀️ After iOS 13 update it doesn’t seem to open at all from my iPhone 10s.

Quit working. I downloaded the app several years ago and it worked beautifully. Then all of a sudden. It quit working on my iPhone and iPad. I tried to contact Vicinno many times with no response to my emails. I liked the app very much.... when it worked. I just received an email from Apple with a response from Vicinno on the 11C. They asked that I update the app, which I did on both my iPhone and iPad. So far so good.... It looks better than before and seems to be a little crisper. Moved up to Three stars....

Just like my HP-11C. I have owned and used the original HP-11C calculator since 1983. This app faithfully reproduces the calculator so I don’t have to carry the original around. There have been a few glitches pop up now and then, with various IOS updates, but most are fixed quickly and 11C updates issued. As a long time user of HP RPN calculators I really like this app.

I love the 11C SciCalc. It would be a great calculator it I could get it to open! I’ve uninstalled it & it still won’t open. It hasn’t open since the last iOS upgrade 13.2.2. Please fix! I had to go this route since you never answered my email that I sent to your support email. FIX THE PROBLEM Update! I see a lot of people are having the same problem as I am since the 13.2.2 upgrade. We all paid money for this app it’s a shame They don’t fix the problem. You can’t even get support help it also hangs & don’t let you get a hold of them. Mine don’t even open anymore unless I go to the app & press open but that takes a couple of try’s too. I now just leave it running in the background. I WOULD SAY DON’T BUY IT UNTIL YOU SEE A POSITIVE COMMENT ON IT. BUY IT ELSE WHERE!

Best app ever!. I cannot believe I have my 11 c back from 30 yrs ago! Best calculator ever made, and now I have it on my phone. Incredible!

Nice to have. This has met my modest needs when the physical calculator isn't handy. Much more reliable than trying to use the native non-RPN calculator on the phone. My only problem is that on the 5s the size is smaller than my fingers are accustomed to, so I mis-key too frequently. I have to be careful.

I Like It. I purchased my first 11C probably around 1976 or so on the recommendation of my engineering student brother who explained the advantages of RPN to me. The transition was easy since I was not a calculator user prior to its acquisition. I have three now, one at home, work, and on my boat. I have been a machinist for 35 years so the one at work sees the lions share of use. I am absolutely thrilled to now have it on my phone so I have instant access to it 24/7 regardless of my location. The majority of my use is simple number crunching and trig functions so I could not be considered a power user or expert on it but I am absolutely happy and satisfied with this app on my phone. Now when at work if I am standing in front of a machine tool and want to add or subtract two numbers I whip out my phone rather than walk the 30 or 40 feet to my office and back. I am highly protective of my beloved 11C so it rarely makes an appearance on the shop floor for fear of being damaged or destroyed.

Thanks for getting it operational again.. This was my favorite calculator as an engineer. I loved to have it on my phone. Suddenly it did not work with a new OSX. NOW IT IS FIXED. Thanks for doing that and keeping it free. You do community service by offering this.

HP11C Calculator App.. I have owned the original HP11C calculator since HP introduced it. Finding an app for my iPhone 4S that emulated it was fantastic. I now have an iPhone 7 and it works perfectly. I use it almost daily when the stand alone device is not near. This app is outstanding and mirrors the original HP calculator perfectly.

Still won’t open! Return my money!!!. I bought this app many years ago after my great HP11C finally failed. Loved the app! Gave it a great 5-star review, and I normally do not review apps. Just like the 11C without needing to carry an extra device around. But months ago it would no longer open. Eventually, I gave up and deleted it. I saw in the App Store that it was available again, checked recent reviews that indicated the non-opening issue had apparently been fixed, and paid for it again. It will not open. I’m running iOS 13.4.1. Useless waste of money. I thought the problem had been fixed. Please fix it or return my money. I’d rather you fixed it; it’s well worth the money if it works!

Is great, can you include the Mexican market?. I used the 11C calculator when in the university. I loved it. For several months stop working after an update and after several updates later it work again. I like it very much. I’ve recommended it to all my fellow students in Mexico but they can’t find this exact app, there are alternatives but you guys, don’t appear. Could you make it available for the Mexican or Latin American market?

Love this app. Works just like my good old 11C - which I still have BTW, but much easier to just use the app than dig out the old workhorse. Very happy with it - I got through most of my career plus my CQE exam with the 11C so was happy to discover this app.

Stopped working in iOS 13. Working again :-). Like the app. Used it a lot. No longer works after updating to iOS 13.2.3 Update: tried launching again in iOS 14.x and it’s working again. Happy again!

RPN Lives on!. I still have my original HP 11C calculator and it’s great to have this classic and still relevant version on my phone too. It wasn’t working for about a month but came back to life. Probably resulting from an app or OS update.

Love it, lovage a part of my brain. Got my HP-11C in 1984. Immediate hooked into my brain, Matrix-wise. I just kinda naturally think in Reverse Polish anyway. It lasted thirty freaking years! This app gets the closest to the HP-11C’s look & feel of any I’ve seen.

Just downloaded app. So far, so good.. I still have, and occasionally use, the HP11C I bought in 1986. I’m very glad to have this app on my iPhone 12 with iOS 16.1.1. The “click” on every keystroke is a good substitute for the old HP11C “feel”.

Nearly perfect!. Great emulator - the only thing missing from the functionality is the need to change those three weird little batteries... It would earn 5 stars if it had a way to bring up the manual that I lost 25 years ago... 😜

Worked and then didn’t. Had this App and it worked fine. Tried to open Jan 2 and would not work. Deleted and downloaded again but still will not work. I phone x.

Terrific App for HP users. Thank you for the IOS 13 bug fix. This app is working great again with the update. It works exactly like my HP 11c calculator that I keep on my desk.

Hp11c great engr Calc. I Have used the HP 11 C calculator since I was in college. I really enjoy simplicity and accuracy. This iPhone version excellent seems to be same as my calculator and always available because it’s an app. I love it and use it a lot!

Wonderful RPN format calculator. This calculator works well on my iPhone. The RPN format is great and I use it in my laboratory and at home.

HP11C. I have been using this for some time - apparently my last IPhone update is incompatible as it will not open anymore - now useless!

Worked great until IOS 13. I haven't used the programming functions yet, but the basic calculator functions exactly as my HP 11. I like the landscape layout as it works well with my 6s iPhone for size and display. Now working with IOS 13, this app doesn’t open on the first try. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all. It needs to be modified to work with the new iPhone operating system.

App works perfectly again!. Since the last update, the app works perfectly again. A great simulation of the original HP 11C calculator. Works exactly like my real HP 11C. Wonderful to have my HP calculator with me all the time.

Crashes with iOS 13.1.3. I love this app and rely on it for work but it crashes like ten time before it will load with the new iOS update.

The Way Nature Intended. Since I bought my first HP-11C in 1985 and exposed to RPN I never looked back. I have never found a better calculator. Period. Stop. Now that I have it in my phone, I’m complete...no more hacking at some poor excuse for a calculator!

Bill - Engineering Tech.. I bought the calculator first when they came out in the 1980’s(??) and still use it in my work. Then I downloaded the app and it is equally great. With an IOS upgrade, it stopped working for a little while until it was updated to the newer IOS. I recommend it to those who are scientifically minded and like RPN.

Great calculator even better now that it is compatible with IPhone 11. I used the HP 11C in college in my engineering classes. I continued to use the same calculator when I secured my first job, but the buttons began to stick. Then I found this app for my phone. It worked wonderfully well. Well, until my new phone wasn’t compatible anymore. I have waited over a year waiting for the upgrade. And finally IT’S HERE AND IT WORKS LIKE MY OLD HP 11C. Thank you, thank you, and thank you.

No longer supported?. I’m sorry to have to report that this app seems to have stopped working in current iOSes. That’s really too bad. It opens and immediately self-quits. I’d happily pay for a new version if it can be resurrected. Best emulation out there.

Excellent. On a 6 or 7, it's almost the same size as the original calculator.

Disappointing. The image of the HP11 is charming, but on my 5s, the letters on the 'g' functions that were on the beveled surface of the physical keys are very small and hard to read. On my HP11 I could just tilt it a bit, but not on my iPhone. This might be fine on an iPad, or a 6+, or for younger eyes than mine, but I think this app appeals mostly to people who used the HP's 30 years ago. There is no means of changing the appearance, which is landscape-only. The HELP takes you to the diagrams on the original back, with no means of expanding them. I'll delete it, and go with one of the many choices that offer screen-appropriate keyboard layouts, some free.

It Works!. Couldn’t figure out how to add to my previous review so will write another one. Appears the developer has been busy over the last 4 weeks making updates to the app. I downloaded the app again and lo and behold, it now works again! Thank you very much...I’ve missed using my RPN calculator!

HP11C App. I liked the look of the numbers in the previous version much better. They looked exactly like my 11C calculator. Glad you finally got the app working after the last iOS upgrade. I love the 11C. Best calculator ever!

i love this app. I purchased this HP 15C calculator app becauee I've used the original HP 11C, since 26th September 1986. It is fun to use on my iPad.

Crashes on launch in ios 13. I really liked this calculator app, but since updating my iPhone to ios13 it crashes to a frozen splash screen at launch. After multiple attempts it will eventually launch, but this is very buggy and needs to be fixed.

Hp 11c Calculator. When the calculator works, everything works well however the calculator has a problem of not working all the time or just locks up. Sent several emails to the developer over 30 plus days period concerning the problems with no response. Basically have giving up, uninstalled the app and wrote off the app fee. I have replaced the calculator with another vendors version.

Excellent HP11 emulation. Works exactly like in HP 11. Have had it installed for over a year, and never any problem whatsoever.

Paid for this app a second time!. This is the second time I’ve paid for this app and it still doesn’t work(open, stay open etc) The first time I paid for the app was years ago and “this ” e-commerce system no longer recognized that fact by virtue of not letting me leave this review despite the fact the app was on my phone. Reluctantly I decided to buy the app again thinking it might reset/update/ fix whatever the current issue is with the app not opening but that was a mistake. So now I’m looking to see how to get a refund. I enjoyed using the calculator...it was my go to app for crunching numbers. It’s a shame the support for this app is non existent.

Manual Access Is Corrupt. Great except that the manual does not work. You only get the first few pages. The others do not appear.

The best 11C emulator. I am an owner of a real 11C. I’ve used it for 30 years. This app is the perfect emulator and now works flawlessly on iPhone 11. Well done and thank you

A great emulation of the original HP 11C. I have a couple of RPN calc apps and usually default to using this one. However it does occasionally have a problem (thus the 3 stars only) where the app is unresponsive to keypad input after starting or resuming and I have to kill it and restart. On a few occasions it has actually crashed. Running on iPhone 6 / iOS 12.4.5

Still needs some fixes. - Auto rotate shows blank white screen in portrait mode - help menu close button does not work in landscape mode.

Works. I could not find the = button or the clear button or the on button at first.

WORKING AGAIN ON OLDER iOS!!. Back to 5 stars, iOS 9 crash fixed in about a week - thanks!! Here is my previous review for posterity ... Recent update description said iOS 13 bug fix, but now it no longer works on my older iOS device. Had been working great til now. People, not everyone has the latest when it is so expensive to upgrade to a newer device!! This should be backwards compatible!! Please fix cuz I love this calculator!!

Nice emulation of HP 11C. The app does work on the iPhone 5, if you follow the workaround suggestions in earlier reviews. I like that this app has the calculator model number on face. Fix the initial startup problem and you deserve 5 stars. Thank you for making the app free.

Stopped working on iPhone 11pro and iOS 13.2.2. I’ve used this app for years but it doesn’t work with my iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.2.2

Useless trash. Completely nonfunctional. On my iPhone 7 with the latest software iOS, as soon as you open this app, it crashes. Cannot do anything with it.

RPN Un-Super Tool. Last update was 4 years ago. With this IOS 13.3, App won’t even start. Fix it or Kill it!

Awesome. This 11C is great to have on my iPhone. Working like a charm. I did have the same initial problems of which other folks here have complained, namely turning it on for the first time and getting no numeric display and only clicking from the keys. The forum had the answer to the problem in shutting the app completely down and restarting. Worked for both my iPhone and iPad. No further problems to this point and functioning flawlessly!

HP 11c Calculator. Best scientific and engineering calculator ever made.

Works Like The Original. I am impressed with this app! I own the original 11C and this one does virtually all the functions and features including programming. Highly recommended if you want an iPhone 11C.

Won’t work on iphone. My hp15c stopped loading on my iPad and iPhone so I purchased the 11C. It works on my iPad, but still doesn’t load on my iPhone. Touching the icon does nothing.

Exterminate.. Very useful for calculating world domination quotas. Plunger arm interface would be a nice future revision.

Can’t close on my iPhone X. The App opens and works on my iPhone X, but I can’t quit it. The only way to stop it is to shut the phone off and restart it.

AWSOME app!. I use HP calculators a lot in my business and these are just like the real thing. I have this app and the 12c and both are great. Now I don't have to remember to take a calculator with me when away from the office because I always have it on my phone! Keys are a bit cramped for big fingers like mine due to limited screen size but otherwise perfect! Great support as well!

Fix your app you leprechauns!. Updated and it quit much like everyone else. I loved it beforehand.

Great while it worked. Upgraded my iPhone 8 Plus to the latest ios 13.1.3 and it stopped working. Prior to the upgrade it worked like a champ.

No longer works. Since an iOS update (I believe iOS 13), this app will not launch. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, will not run. Title page flashes on screen then it goes back to my home screen. Very disappointing, I loved this app.

The 11C & me. I bought my first 11C back in the early 80's. The 11C has seen me through three degrees, including my interdisciplinary Master's Degree in both Chemistry & Physics. Now I have that awesome mathematical ability on my iPhone...life is good.

No longer works. Latest rev of iOS has killed this app. I’ve been using it for a few years now and loved it, but it no longer works. I’ve emailed the developer but no response.

11c scientific calculator. The app does not stay open. Wonder if it had anything to do with Apple ISO updates or are you having some issues? 😯

Very good emulation. Works much like the real HP-11C. However, at first it emulates the calculator when turned off, so it appears to do nothing. To remedy this, turn the app off (press home key twice to get recent app list, then hold any app icon until they shake, and press the red - sign badge on the 11C app so it turns off, then press home again) and then start the 11C app with its icon again. It should thence work as intended. It would be better if the emulation of the off state were removed, or the "ON" button were available. Then it would rate a full 5 stars.

No longer works.... This was one of the best HP 11C emulators for the iPhone, but this app no longer works since the IOS 13 upgrade. Looks like it has not been updated since 4 years ago. So sad!

11C SciCalc stopped working. This was a good app but stopped working recently. I tried removing and reinstalling without effect. Company support doesn’t reply to email query.

Dies in iOS 13. My iPhone X updated to iOS 13.1.2 and now the app abruptly closes when I attempt to open it. It WAS my go-to calculator, but can’t use it now. No updates in 3 years, so I’m thinking this update killed it.

Won’t work since IOS 13.1.3 update.. It’s been a great app for a number of years but now it won’t work since this latest IOS update. Several attempts to reach the developer have gone unanswered. Very disappointed!
